'사랑과 정의의 관계'에 접근하는 방식은 이를 주장하는 사람마다 다양하다. 양자의 관계를 대립적으로 보아 사랑의 우위를 주장하거나 아니면 정의의 우위를 주장할 수 있다. 또 양자를 대립적 관계가 아니라 보완적 관계로 파악하여 서로가 서로를 필요로 하는 것으로 주장할 수도 있다. 그러나 헤겔은 사랑과 정의를 각각 서로 다른 영역에서 적용되는 독자적 구성원리로 파악하고, 이를 대립적 관계로도 보완적 관계로도 보지 않는다. 이는 그의 독특한 인정이론의 구조를 전제로 할 때 비로소 이해가능하다. 여기에서는 '헤겔의 인정이론' 속에서 '사랑과 정의의 관계'를 살펴보고자 한다. 주로 헤겔의 인정이론에 대한 철학적인 핵심사항을 살펴보고, 그 기초 위에서 '사랑과 정의의 관계'에 대해 어떠한 결과를 끌어낼 수 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 거칠게나마 테제의 형식으로 정리한다면, 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있을 것이다. - 헤겔은 인정의 다양한 형태로서 사회적 관계의 세 형태인 가족, 시민사회, 국가에 각각 사랑, 정의, 연대를 그 구성원리로서 제시한다. 헤겔에게서 사랑과 정의는 일반적으로 양자의 관계를 파악하듯이 대립적 관계에 있지도 않으며, 보완적 관계에 있지도 않다. - 헤겔의 인정이론에서 사랑과 정의는 각각 타당한 영역이 다를 뿐이다. 사랑은 친밀성의 영역에 타당한 원리이고, 정의는 비친밀성의 영역에 타당한 원리이다. 따라서 친밀성의 영역에 정의와 권리를 주장하게 되면 친밀성의 영역이 파괴되고, 비친밀성의 영역에 사랑을 주장하게 되면 실제적인 영향력을 행사할 수 없다. - 친밀성과 비친밀성이 서로 중첩되는 국가라는 정치적 공동체에서는 가족의 경우처럼 사랑의 원리 위에 서 있거나 시민사회의 경우처럼 정의의 원리 위에 서 있는 것이 아니라, 새로운 구성원리인 공동성의 토대 위에서 연대의 원리가 필요하다.

현재 추진하고 있는 교육부의 권한이 시·도교육청으로 배분되는 것을 환영하면서도 이것이 오히려 중앙 일개 기관에 집중되어 있던 권한을 현장에 더욱 가까운 지방 17개 기관으로 확대 증폭시키는 것이 되지 않을까 본인은 굉장히 우려하고 있다. 그간 학교교육을 저해하는 중요원인으로 교육부와 교육청이 공히 공동원인 제공자로 기능해 왔다. 교육부의 권한 이양은 기존 교육부의 기능과 역할의 양적 축소와 시·도 교육청 역할과 기능의 양적 확대로 귀결되는 순간 개악이 될 가능성이 높아진다. 학교자치에 대한 법적 장치도 마련되지 않은 현실에서 더욱이 수직적 관료행정 문화의 뿌리가 깊은 우리 교육계 풍토에서 학교자치 원칙을 강조하는 것은 말 뿐인 조치로 끝나거나 시늉내기 수준에서 멈춰버릴 가능성이 농후하다. 따라서 교육부의 권한을 넘겨받을 시·도교육청과 교육감의 권한을 견제할 수 있는 보다 안정적인 장치가 필요하다. 이는 학교자치가 법제화되어도 여전히 요구되는 제도이기도 하다. 따라서 독립적인 교육위원회 부활, 시·도 교육청에 지방교육위원회 설치, 주민참여제도(주민소환제, 주민직접발안제, 주민소송제, 주민투표제, 주민감사청구제도)의 활성화가 필요하다고 생각한다.

Building Ukraine as an independent, sovereign state requires the education of a citizen-patriot, able to live and work in a democracy, ensure the unity of Ukraine, feel constant responsibility for themselves, their people, country, seek to make a real contribution to the reform process. Modern modernization of the education system requires the search for new information and communication technologies that can ensure the formation of a citizen with an active civic position, which involves not only students mastering the rights and responsibilities of citizens, convincing them of the feasibility of democratic transformation of society, patriotic qualities and feelings, but also the identification of motivated civic actions. The pandemic and hostilities have led to significant changes in the field of education around the world, they have caused educational problems in Ukraine. At the beginning of the quarantine in the spring of 2020, all educational institutions in the emergency mode switched to distance learning. Intensive use of information and communication technologies in the life of modern society has led to a rethinking of the content of education and training of future professionals: the main role is played not so much by the information itself as the ability to work with it, critically comprehend and produce new knowledge; the main thing is not the amount of information, but its quality; information is needed for further practical application and transformation into knowledge, and the ability to work with information becomes one of the important competencies of the modern specialist in the new transformation of society: from information to the knowledge society. In this context, one of the main forms of training is distance learning, which is able to respond to the challenges of society. The main methodological positions that are taken into account in the construction of the structure and dynamics of the formation of civic responsibility of the individual during the use of information and communication technologies are highlighted. The structure of civil responsibility as a holistic system of information and communication technologies is outlined, which includes three subsystems that characterize the natural, social and systemic qualities of citizenship, interconnected hierarchically and synergistically.The constituent elements of the structural part of the model of civic culture of the individual are analyzed.

The study measured a subway construction worker's Macpa stress by Heart Rate Variability measuring instrument and conducted a survey of Korean job stress from subway construction workers. Also, the study analyzed the relationship between Macpa stress index and Korean job stress result and suggested managing stress method for each item. According to National Statistical Office data, the first line subway in Seoul was started to open in 1974. The extended total length is 996 kilometers until 2019. Many aged workers are currently working at subway construction sites due to the avoidance of young workers since the past until now. It means that the elderly has a substantial portion among subway construction workers. The productivity has been adversely affected by health problems due to the aging of workers, job stress due to heavy work, and personal health problems. So, the regulation and policies on job stress health management are being strengthened. The data were measured Macpa stress by machine measuring heart rate variability and conducted Korean job stress survey(shortened) from Sa-sang to Ha-dan line Busan subway construction workers for analyzing the relationship. Independent variable were age, job duration, job position, employment type, working type in this study. Macpa's dependent variable was stress index and Korean job stress survey(shortened)'s dependent variables were job requirements, job autonomy, relationship conflict, job instability, organizational structure, inappropriate compensation, working place culture, and total score. SPSS 12.0 K Statistics Program was used for statistical analysis. Kruskal-wallis test, a nonparametric statistical analysis, was used because the data are difficult to be assumed as normal distribution. As a result, the paper indicated the significant correlation between Macpa stress index and Korean job stress(short version). The elderly workers presented higher Macpa index and higher job stress due to aging and heavy-duty work. The majority workers were daily workers who had unstable working condition and uncertainty about the future. The study suggested a manual that could reduce job stress for subway construction workers and future study deriving management tool through analyzing job stress factor is necessary.

음식 문화 및 산업과 관련한 대표적 특징들 중에는 음식 배달 주문 산업이 성장하고 있다는 것과 유튜브와 같은 1인 미디어에서의 소위 '먹는 방송' (먹방)이 최고의 인기 콘텐츠로 자리 잡았다는 사실 등을 거론할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에 근거하여 두가지 초점을 두어 연구하고자 하였다. 먼저, 유튜브 먹방과 먹방 댓글에서 확인되는 대중들의 감성이 관련 음식의 배달 이용 건수에 영향을 미치는지를 회귀분석 모형을 통하여 확인하고자 하였다. 다음으로, 대한민국에서 대표적인 주문 음식인 치킨의 배달 이용 건수 데이터와 유튜브 먹방 댓글 데이터와 날씨 데이터를 활용하여, 머신 러닝을 통한 치킨 배달 주문 예측 모형을 구현하였다. 2015년 6월 3일부터 2019년 9월 30일까지 총 1,580개의 데이터를 활용하였고, 날씨 변수로서의 온도, 습도, 강수량과 유튜브 먹방 변수로의 영상에 달린 댓글 수, 댓글의 긍정어 수, 중립어 수, 부정어 수 등을 수집하였다. 본 연구에 활용된 데이터의 유튜브 먹방과 먹방 댓글의 감성이 배달 이용 건수에 영향 미침을 확인하기위해 선형 회귀 방법론을 사용하였으며, 예측모델을 위해 사용된 머신 러닝은 Linear Regression, Ridge, Lasso, Random Forest, Gradient Boost이다. 본 연구를 통해 유튜브 먹방과 댓글의 감성이 배달 이용 건수에 영향 미침을 확인하였고 예측 모형 또한 기존 모델보다 성능이 좋아짐을 Root Mean Square Error 값을 통하여 확인하였다. 본 연구는 먹방의 광고 효과를 확인하였으며, 배달 업종에서의 경영에 활용할 수 있는 함의를 제공하고자 하였다.

The article proves the idea that the protection and development of Ukraine as an independent, sovereign state requires the education of a patriot citizen who is able to live and work in a democracy, ensure the unity of Ukraine, feel constant responsibility for himself, his people, the country, and strive to make a real contribution to reform processes, especially in unstable, wartime. The main goal of educational institutions in the system of educational work of the modern information space is revealed. The tasks of patriotic education of the individual are presented. The content of patriotic education at the wartime stage and the main characteristics of the content of patriotism are substantiated. The main methodological positions that are taken into account in the construction of the structure and dynamics of the formation of civil responsibility of the individual are highlighted. The structure of civic responsibility as an integral system of the modern information space is drawn, which includes three subsystems that characterize the natural, social and systemic qualities of citizenship, interconnected hierarchically and synergistically. The components of the structural part of the model of civil culture of the individual in the modern information space are analyzed.Modern modernization of the education system in the modern information space, which has led to the emergence of a new type of Educational Institutions, requires the search for new pedagogical technologies that can ensure the formation of a patriotic citizen with an active civic position, which involves not only mastering students' knowledge about the rights and obligations of citizens, convincing them of the expediency of democratic transformations of society, the formation of high moral and strong-willed, patriotic qualities and feelings, but also identifying motivated civic actions, actions that are necessary during martial law in Ukraine.

2022 개정 교육과정을 논의하는 시기에 정보교육의 정상화에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 요구에 부응하는 일환으로 초등학교 고학년 정보 교육과정 사례에 대해 연구를 진행하였다. K광역시 B초등학교 6학년 학생 14명을 대상으로 컴퓨팅시스템, 데이터, 알고리즘과 프로그래밍, 디지털 문화까지 정보 교육과정의 핵심적인 4개 영역을 수업을 통해 다루었으며, Canva, YouTube, Entry, Padlet과 같은 클라우드 기반 애플리케이션을 수업 주제에 따라 적절하게 활용하여 학생간 협력적 수업을 진행하였다. 또한 인공지능 교육 영역을 위한 아이디어를 제시하여 교육과정을 보완하고자 하였으며, 국외의 정보교육 사례를 추가 조사하여 연구의 밀도를 높였다. 단, 현 2015교육과정의 정보교과 시수가 부족하여, 본 사례조사를 위해 프로젝트 형태로 타 교과와 조합하여 수업을 운영할 수 밖에 없었다는 점에서, 정보교과를 독립적으로 편성할 필요성을 강하게 확인하였다. 본 연구가 차후 초등학교 고학년 정보 교육과정의 안착에 작은 밑거름이 되기를 기대한다.

Background: Self-leadership, an action strategy that can maximize individual capabilities, can affect the organizational commitment of dental hygienists and ultimately improve the quality of medical services. This study aims to demonstrate the need for self-leadership and organizational commitment for dental hygienists and develop measures to improve the quality of medical services. Methods: An online survey of dental hygienists working at dental hospitals and clinics in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, Republic of Korea was conducted from March 28 to May 1, 2022. A total of 341 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. The measurement tools were modified and supplemented based on the theories and models developed by Manz for self-leadership, Mowday for organizational commitment, and Cronin and Taylor for medical services. Descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, simple regression, and multiple regression analyses were performed using SPSS 25.0. Results: In leadership education, self-leadership is based on participation experience, the number of participants, and when and where it is received. Organizational commitment comes from participation experience, and the quality of medical services has been found to affect participation experience and location. Self-leadership had an effect on the quality of medical services (β=0.497, t=10.551, p<0.001; β=0.599, t=13.783, p<0.001; β=0.353, t=7.601, p<0.001) and organizational commitment was found to have a mediating effect. Conclusion: Dental hygienists' self-leadership has a positive effect on the quality of medical services through the formation of appropriate interrelationships within the organization. Therefore, self-leadership programs should be developed, participated in, and promoted to improve the self-leadership of dental hygienists. Moreover, hospitals should improve their environment to provide and improve self-leadership education.

모바일 기술의 발전에 따라, 인터넷상의 자산관리 상품도 많이 발전했다. 기술 수용 모델을 기반으로 본 연구에서는 온라인으로 제공되는 금융 상품을 사용하려는 중국인 소비자의 구매 의도를 모델링한 위어바오를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 자산관리 상품 특성이 지각된 유용성을 매개로 하여 구매의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 세우고 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구모형에서, 독립 변수는 개인 관여도, 경험, 제품의 보장성, 기업신뢰성, 편리성, 이동성, 친숙성을 고려하였다. 또한 매개 변수는 유용성을, 종속변수로는 구매의도로 구성하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위어바오의 보장성, 기업의 신뢰, 편리성, 그리고 친숙함은 위어바오의 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 위어바오의 유용성은 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면, 온라인 자산관리 상품의 구매의도를 높이기 위해서는 유용성을 높게 지각하여야 하고, 유용성을 높게 지각하려면 온라인 자산관리 상품의 보장성, 기업신뢰성, 편리성, 친숙성을 높일 수 있는 실무적인 전략이 필요하다. 온라인 자산 관리 제품의 소비자 구매 행동 및 소비자 구매 의도에 대한 연구는 학업 및 실제 업무에 매우 유용하다.

기업은 예측 불가능한 변화에 대하여 신개념의 접근 방법을 준비하여야만 하는 시대에 살게 되었고, 다양한 시장 환경의 변화로부터 도전을 받고 있다. 기업들은 자사의 역량을 핵심 분야에 집중시키고 나머지 부분들은 제휴를 통해 기업비용의 절감을 실현시키는 방법에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 호텔의 식음료 상품역시 상품과 서비스에 대한 고객의 기대가 증대되고 있는 가운데 식음료 업장의 운영자들은 고객 가치 증진을 위해 가격의 하향 책정과 품질 향상이라는 양자택일의 상황에 놓여 있다. 그러나 대다수 의 호텔들은 대기업에서 운영되고 있기 때문에 이미지 유지를 위해 을 가격의 하향 책정을 택하여 손실을 감수하고 있는 현실에서 국내 호텔 운영자들에게 '브랜드 제휴'가 브랜드 이미지를 향상시키고 매출을 증진시키는 하나의 해결책으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 이에 따라 국내 중가 호텔 경영자들에게 브랜드 제휴 결정 요인을 제시하여 보다 효율적으로 브랜드 제휴를 수행 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
