여성결혼이민자의 개인특성 및 푸드네오포비아 정도에 따른 한식에 대한 정보인지 수준 및 인식, 친밀도에 관한 차이 연구 (Female Marriage Immigrants' Information Awareness, Perception and Familiarity on Korean Food Culture by Personal Characteristics and Food Neophobia Degree)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate and explain the influence of personal characteristics on female immigrants' perception and attitude towards the Korean food culture. Methods: Exploratory research was performed by conducting a self-administered survey. A purposive sampling method was used to recruit 289 participants to determine their level of information awareness, perception and familiarity with Korean food culture. Results: Female immigrants' mean FNS score was 3.70. FNS score decreased in women from Northeast Asia, women who received higher education, and in urban women. The level of information awareness of Korean Food culture was 3.47, which was above average. Women from Southeast Asia had a higher level of awareness about cooking methods and table setting. Females living in the countryside and those who had lived for more than 7 years in Korea had higher levels of information awareness than other groups. Women from Southeast Asia perceived that Korean food is spicy; on the other hand, women from Northeast Asia discerned that Korean food is pungent and is prepared scientifically. The neophilic group more positively recognized Korean foods based on taste and nutritional value than did the neophobic group. Subjects living in the countryside were more likely to evaluate nutritional value, scientific aspects and artistry higher. The research also found that the neophilic group and immigrants who had lived for more than 7 years in Korea were significantly correlated with the familiarity with Korean food culture. Conclusion: The findings provide an initial step towards developing a customized education program for female marriage immigrants to adapt and to become familiar with Korean food culture with a comprehensive understanding of personal traits for accepting a new food culture.

대학병원과 중소병원 간호사의 환자안전문화에 대한인식과 환자안전간호활동의 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Perception of Patient Safety Culture and Safety Care Activities: Comparing University Hospital Nurses and Small Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare perception of patient safety culture and safety care activities between university hospital nurses (group A) and small hospital nurses (group B). Methods: Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 246 university hospital nurses and 223 small hospital nurses working in Seoul or Gyeonggi Province. Descriptive statistics, $x^2-test$, ANCOVA, t-test, ANOVA with the SPSS package were used for data analysis. Results: Total score for perception of patient safety culture and 3 subcategories of perception of patient safety culture were statistically significantly higher for group B compared to group A. Operation room nursing, falls, and bed sore scores in patient safety care activities were statistically significantly higher for group A than for group B. Conclusion: The study findings suggest that the specific characteristics by size should be considered when developing effective patient safety culture in hospitals.

A Public Perception Study on the new word "Corona Blue":Focusing on Social Media Big Data Analysis

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to the provision of basic data for psychological quarantine policy and counseling by examining the public perception of the "corona blue" phenomenon through analysis of social media big data. To do this, key words related to the word 'Corona Blue' were derived and analyzed using the big data analysis program 'Textom'. As a result of the analysis, words such as 'Corona 19', 'depression', 'problem' and 'overcome' were derived as key words. For the analysis results,"pride and awarenes as the public perception of Corona 19", "depression and anxiety as a group trauma as the corona blue phenomenon", "spreading a psychological quarantine culture and demanding social healing as the perception of overcoming corona Blue," and "hope for return to daily life and changes in daily life as the perception of post corona" were discussed. In conclusion, we have identified the need for active psychological support from the community By revealing that Corona Blue is a depression as a group trauma. At this time, it is confirmed that it is necessary to prioritize social healing and psychological quarantine for the main risk groups such as youth or the vulnerable, who are the socially weak.

중앙아시아 지역 한인의 한국전통음식에 대한 인식 유형의 국제 비교 - 연변, 몽골, 우즈베키스탄 지역을 중심으로 - (Identifying Perceptional Dimensions and Patterns of Korean Traditional Food Culture in Central Asia - Comparisons Among Koreans Living in Yanbian, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify and compare the dimensions and patterns of the perception of traditional food for Koreans living in Yanbian, Mongolia and Uzbekistan. Items representing the perception of traditional food were combined into a dimension and a pattern based on underlying perception of the Koreans living in the area. Any difference in the perception of the Koreans living in these areas likely reflects their different dimensions and patterns. Thus, it is important to determine if Koreans living in Yanbian, Mongolia and Uzbekistan should be treated as a homogeneous group when defining their perceptional structure of traditional food. Factor and cluster analysis of the data generated in this study revealed two different dimensions and patterns for each group of Koreans living in Yanbian, Mongolia and Uzbekistan. However, the structure of the dimensions and patterns of the perception of traditional food differed, indicating that Koreans within and between the countries are not a homogeneous group. Similarities and differences in perceptional dimensions and patterns among Yanbian, Mongolian and Uzbekistan-Koreans are also discussed. Moreover, future implications for food and nutrition specialists, especially for those who have an interest in Korean traditional food in Asia and those who have an interest in globalization of Korean traditional food are provided.

법문화(legal culture)와 부패인식: 사법서비스에 대한 접근성과 재판의 공정성 효과를 중심으로 (Legal Culture and Corruption: A Cross-National Analysis of Effects of Courts Fairness and Courts Accessibility on Corruption)

  • 본 연구는 법체계(legal system)를 중심으로 국가 간 부패인식수준의 차이를 설명한 선행연구를 비판적으로 검토하고 역사 결정론적 성격을 완화한 법문화(legal culture) 개념에 주목했다. 사법문화를 자국 사법체계에 대한 시민들의 공유된 인식으로 정의하고, 이를 사법서비스에 대한 접근성과 법원(재판)의 공정성에 대한 시민인식으로 포착하여 국가 간 부패수준의 차이를 설명하고자 했다. 78개국을 대상으로 한 교차국가분석을 통해 1) 법원(재판)의 공정성이 부패인식의 국가 간 차이를 일관되고 통계적으로 유의하게 설명하고 있다는 점과 2) 사법서비스에 대한 접근성은 국가 간 부패인식수준의 차이를 설명하지 못한다는 점을 확인했다. 연구결과가 갖는 정책적 함의는 부패방지뿐만 아니라 광의의 사법정의 실현을 위한 개혁의 초점은 법조서비스의 공급측면보다는 법관의 중립성과 독립성을 저해하는 관행과 제도의 개선에 두어야 한다는 점이다. 아울러 사법문화의 요체가 자국 사법시스템에 대한 시민들의 공유된 인식이라고 정의한 바와 같이, 본 연구는 평등하고 공정한 사법절차에 대한 폭넓고 견고한 시민의식이 "공권력의 사적 오·남용인 부패"를 방지하는 필수 불가결의 사법문화임을 주장한다.

요양병원 간호사의 환자안전문화 인식, 표준주의 지식 및 수행도 (Perception of Patient Safety Culture, Knowledge and Performance of Standard Precaution among Long-Term Care Hospitals Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 환자안전문화 인식, 표준주의 지식 및 수행도와의 관계를 파악하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 요양병원 간호사 134명을 대상으로 2018년 1월 2일부터 6월 4일까지 자료수집이 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient으로 하였다. 환자안전문화 인식은 표준주의 지식(r=.192, p=.027), 표준주의 수행도(r=.211, p=.014)와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 요양병원 간호사의 환자안전문화 정착과 표준주의 수행 증진을 위해서는 체계적인 교육을 통해 표준주의 지식을 함양하고 긍정적인 환자안전문화를 조성할 수 있도록 하여 그 속에서 환자안전과 의료관련감염 관리의 중요성을 스스로 인식하고 실천하도록 해야 갈 것이다.

Moderating Effect of Childcare Teachers' Role Conflict on the Relationship Between Professionalism Perception and Teacher Efficacy: Focused on Teachers Having Children

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the moderating effect of childcare teachers' role conflict on the relationship between their professionalism perception and teaching. The subjects were 365 childcare teachers who had children. They were asked to complete the survey on professionalism perception, role conflict in women, and teacher efficacy along with their background information. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 24.0 software. Descriptive, Pearson's correlation analyses, and a hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. As results, first, the childcare teachers with high professionalism perception showed high teacher efficacy, and the childcare teachers with high role conflict showed low teacher efficacy. Second, there was the moderating effect of role conflict on the relationship between professionalism perception and teacher efficacy.

A Study on the Relationship Between Health Club Users' Perception of Service Quality and Use Satisfaction and Loyalty

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of health club users' perception of service quality on user satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of health club users' perception of service quality on user satisfaction and loyalty. In order to achieve this research purpose. In 2020, participants in health clubs over 20 years old residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do were selected as the population and a total of 300 subjects (273 males and 127 females) were selected using a convenient sampling method. The data collected using this was statistically processed according to the purpose of analysis using SPSS 20.0 version. The results obtained through this research process are as follows. First, it was found that the health club users' perception of service quality had a partial effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the service quality perception of health club users partially affected the loyalty. Third, it was found that health club users' satisfaction with use partially affected their loyalty.

국적항공사 조종사들의 항공안전문화 인식도 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on Degree of Perception Changes of Korean National Carriers' Pilots in Safety Culture)

  • Among other various aspects of safety culture, this research has considered safety culture from the view of aviation. A tool to examine aviation safety culture has been developed on the basis of Global Aviation Safety Network's safety culture survey. Using this tool, the degree of perception of Korean national carriers' pilots in safety culture has been examined three times for the period from 2002 to 2015. Compared to an initial result of the survey in 2002, results in 2008 and 2015 demonstrate that safety culture among pilots has rapidly changed from negative and bureaucratic to positive. Hence, it is expected that positive index of safety culture will increase 28% (total approximate 90%) in 2020.

대학생의 광고에 반영된 성상품화에 대한 사회적 인식과 소비주의 성향과의 관계 (The Relationship Between Social Perception Reflected in Product Advertisement and Consumerism Toward Commodification of Sex Among College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social perception reflected in product advertisement and consumerism toward commodification of sex among college students. Subjects of this study were 1,100 college students in the Daegu metropolitan areas. Social perceptions were assessed by questions such as attitudes toward beauty contests, degree of commodification of sex in product advertisements and buying patterns. Consumerism was assessed by the Korean Featherstone version of consumer culture. Major findings of this study were as follows: a significant difference in the social perception of commodification of sex was found between male and female college students, showing that female students were more negative toward commodification of sex than male students. Higher scores were found for consumerism when subjects had higher perceptions for commodification of sex. Hence, the degree of commodification of sex was positively related to the degree of consumerism. In conclusion, consumerism enforced commodification of sex among college students, resulting negative effects on the sex culture in general.
