한국전통복식 문화정보의 블로그 활용에 관한 연구 (Blog Application of Korean Traditional Costume as Culture Information Contents)

  • Recently, it is concentrated world interest to Korea sensational (Hanryu) exited for not only sports but korean drama, K-pop in public culture. And G20 summit meeting and Winter Olympic open city selection. It is why practical information needs of Korean traditional cooking method and Korean culture, history and architecture and easy way to gain information. Korea has strong power for internet and nuke personal media mini home page, and cafe, blog. Blog is useful for spread information and has efficiency of speedy exchange information. In this study making blog contents of Korean traditional cultural information for not only Korean but foreigner. For method find blog has possibility of cultural information spreading tool, in literature and investigate usefulness and contents of naver blog having Korean traditional costume. In this study, it is helpful to open and construction personal blog of korean traditional costume and traditional culture contents.

Primary Culture of Endothelial Cells from Murine Brain Microvessels

  • It is important to coordinated interaction among neurons, astrocytes and endothelial cells to maintain the function of brain. To study their regulatory mechanisms in vitro system, the co-culture system among the isolated cells from brain may be needed. However, the method for purifying brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMEC) far culture have not established yet. In this study, the proper culture methods of mice cells using two different strains, CD1 and C57BL6, to obtain the pure and plentiful endothelial cells were described. The flatted-round forms of CD1 endothelial cells grew on the collagen-IV coating plates, while the purified cells from C57 mice preferred type collagen-I dishes for their growth. Both cells displayed anti-PECAM-1 (CD31) and von Willebrand Factor immune-reactivity. These results indicated that different coating materials not only improve attachment of isolated cells but also promoting growth of cells, suggesting that this method of purifying murine Brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMEC) provides a suitable model to investigate blood-brain-barrier (BBB) properties within neurovascular unit in vitro.

  • Selective culture of actinomycetes from soil microbes and their antibiotic producing characters by agar-disk method were examined. Some of the organisms which produced antibiotics on agar disk did not produce antibiotics in liquid culture. Further examination indicated that production of antibiotic was dependent on the composition of medium. Many streptomycestes produced antibacterial substances in tryptic soy broth but others produced antifungal antibiotics in V-8 broth. Production of antibacterial substances by Streptomyces sp. was also dependent on the medium composition.

  • To investigate a possibility of producing the antitumor component by shake culture method, the mycelia of Flammulina velutipes were cultured in flasks on a shaker at $26{\sim}28^{\circ}C$ at 180 rpm for seven days. The extract of the mycelia was concentrated under vacuum. The precipitate obtained by adding a three-fold volume of ethanol was centrifugated and freeze-dried after dialysis. The fraction was tested against sarcoma 180 in the mice. The inhibition ratio of the fraction against the tumor was 68.0% at the dose of 20 mg/kg/day for the period of ten days and the tumors in three of the mice were completely regressed. The results showed, therefore, that the antitumor component was produced by the shake culture method.

Comparison of Dry Medium Culture Plates for Mesophilic Aerobic Bacteria in Milk, Ice Cream, Ham, and Codfish Fillet Products

  • This study was performed to compare the performance of Sanita-Kun dry medium culture plate with those of traditional culture medium and Petrifilm dry medium culture plate for the enumeration of the mesophilic aerobic bacteria in milk, ice cream, ham, and codfish fillet. Mesophilic aerobic bacteria were comparatively evaluated in milk, ice cream, ham, and codfish fillet using Sanita-Kun aerobic count (SAC), Petrifilm aerobic count (PAC), and traditional plate count agar (PCA) media. According to the results, all methods showed high correlations of 0.989~1.000 and no significant differences were observed for enumerating the mesophilic aerobic bacteria in the tested food products. SAC method was easier to perform and count colonies efficiently as compared to the PCA and PAC methods. Therefore, we concluded that the SAC method offers an acceptable alternative to the PCA and PAC methods for counting the mesophilic aerobic bacteria in milk, ice cream, ham, and codfish fillet products.

문헌고찰을 통한 한국 전통과편(傳統果片)의 연구 (A Bibliographical Study of Traditional Fruit Preserve)

  • This study was designed to establish Korean food culture by considering traditional fruit preserve. A historical approach of traditional fruit preserve were reviewed by the cooking book published from 1670 to 1988 in Korea. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Cooking method of fruit preserve was firstly published to Omshikdimibang in 1670 and published moderate cooking book in 1988 but fruit preserve has not been cooked yet. Cooking method of fruit juice and starch had been started in Samkuk dynasty and was completed in Lee Dynasty. Compared with the western fruit jelly, mung bean starch was used as a gel forming material in Korean traditional fruit preserve while gelatin was used as a gelling agent in western fruit jelly. Western fruit jelly was succeed in innovation, but traditional fruit jelly was failed to innovation.

A Study on Costume Culture Interchange Resulting from Economic Factors

  • The purpose of this study is to prove that interchange is the a key factor in costume style changes through case analysis in costume culture interchange, and further, to assist in gaining understanding of costume style changes of the present and the future. Study findings show that the pattern of acceptance of costume interchange was mostly integration, though it was influenced by the method of transmission. The integration is a process in which a foreign costume culture is constructively mixed into the existing one, and a factor that changes the existing costume culture.

배양법과 DGGE에 의한 해양세균 군집의 비교분석 (Comparison of Culture-dependent and DGGE based Method for the Analysis of Marine Bacterial Community)

  • 2004년 9월과 11월, 2005년 1월, 5월 및 8월의 총 5회에 걸쳐 대한민국 통영연안의 1개 정점에서 표층해수를 계절별로 채취하여 해양세균 군집을 분석하였다. 선택배지에서 순수분리하여 VITEK Microbe ID system으로 동정한 배양법과 16S rRNA PCR-DGGE로 분석한 결과를 상호비교하였다. 배양법에 의한 각 계절별 해양세균 군집의 종조성은 2004년 9월은 5종, 11월은 5종, 2005년 1월은 4종, 5월은 6종 및 8월은 10종으로 조사되었고, Pseudomonas fluorescens와 Acinetobacter lwoffii는 계절과 관계없이 모두 검출되었으며, 그 외에 Pseudomonas stutzeri, Sphingomonas paucimobilis 및 Burkholderia mallei 등이 동정되었다. 16S rRNA PCR-DGGE에 의한 군집분석 결과는 2004년 9월은 10개체군, 11월은 11개체군, 2005년 1월은 6개체군, 5월은 9개체군 및 8월에는 13개체군이 조사되었고, Acinetobacter lwoffii, Burkholderia mallei, Pseudomonas fluoresence, Actinobacillus ureae, Burkholderia sp., Pseudomonas stutzeri, Roseobacter sp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Sphingomonas paucimobilis 및 Rugeria algocolus 등이 동정되었다. 이로부터 해양세균 군집의 분포특성을 파악하는 데는 16S rRNA PCR-DGGE가 배양법보다 더 효율적임이 판명되었다.

  • This work is method that uses a hydrolysis for increasing yield of paclitaxel in plant cell cultures. The best pH is 3.0 to obtain a maximum yield at fixed reaction temperature and time t pH 3.0 reaction temperature 80$^{\circ}C$ and reaction time 8 hr give the highest yield which is three time of control. This is very simple and efficient method to increase paclitaxel yield in plant cell cultures.
