The article is devoted to the study of the issue of liability for the dissemination of inaccurate information on the Internet. The article emphasizes that now the public opinion of socially active segments of the population is mainly formed on the basis of not critical but subjective ("consumer") analysis of the received information. The modern realities show that the main source of its origin is the Internet: electronic media and, above all, the relevant social networks. The problem of dissemination by the mass media of inaccurate information obtained via the Internet is solved; it is seen in bringing the laws of Ukraine, which regulate public relations regarding the dissemination of information, into compliance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. The issues of development and implementation of new legislative acts aimed at regulating the status of subjects of informational relations on the Internet and establishing the grounds for their liability are also investigated.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of Korean costume colors according to the diachronic stages of culture(Chosun dynasty, Modern times, Present age) and to interpretate the meanings of costume colors as a cultural code. To examine the color characteristics according to the cultural change, the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis were used. For the quantitative analysis 1535 color samples were collected and for the qualitative analysis on the sensitive aspect of Korean costume color, 340 color names were collected. The results of this study as follows; 1.'Red' and 'Blue' were preferred throughout the periods. In Chosun dynasty, the higher saturation of 'Red' and 'Blue', its symbolic meanings were more emphasized. 2. In the Modern times, 'Pink' was more distinctive than 'Red'. 'Pink' meant that the ecdysis of the traditional view of color. 3.'Yellow' of the low Saturation was used frequently in Chosun dynasty but in the Modern times, the use of 'Yellow' increased and the high saturation were used. In the Present age, the frequency of 'Yellow' was reduced relating to the increasing use of 'Brown'. 4.'Neutral Color' has changed according to the diachronic stages of the culture. 'Black' was increased and had a big meaning in the cultural aspect of the Modern times. In the Present age, 'Gray' and 'grayish colors' were increased related to Technology, Metals and High rise buildings.

We are confirmed to the transfer degree of physical signal with the communication code on the wireless communication system. The physical transfer system was consisted of such as ECG, PPG and Bluetooth part that received signal. Communication method was take the international standard level of IEEE802.15.1 forms, the frequency transition was needed the bandwidth of communication for transfer signal with the band-communication method. The program was expressed to receive with wireless communication condition that was consisted of such as the serial chart, processing and app inventor. Their signal was identified to transfer certainly the corrected signal. Therefore, signal processing for coding by the real-time graphing and using processing by a standard capacity of serial-chart graphing that will be possible to progress the improvement effectiveness of wireless communication system.

Noting that there is an increasing trend of the so-called 'neo-single life style' among women these days, this research aims to make a product development for these neo-single women in this era of families of a single member by analyzing their concepts and characteristics. We payed a particular attention to the data from such sources as newspapers, magazines or the articles in the Internet. The essence of our research lies in the analysis of target market, in the suggestions in the brand planning and product development and in the designs of fashion and interior products for them. The result of this research is as follows. First, it turns out that these neo-single women enjoy a kind of multi-mixing code lifestyle rather than showing a preference for a particular brand. For this reason, we have decided to pursue a multi-concept brand fonn as a right direction for brand planning for them. Second, as for a philosophy behind the brands, we suggest a concept of 'small utopia' for neo-single women and express such as new aristocracy, happiness and pleasure. Third, we adopt 'YOU' as the name of the brand as it reflects their various life styles and characteristics. Fourth, as for the product development of F/W in 2007, we have decided on 'Minimal Natural' as it mixes up the concepts of the controlled beauty of sophistication and multi-functional elements and 'Modern Primitive' as it expresses the ethnic elements on modern images having craft factors and modern images. We have performed concrete tasks in creating images, coloring, making fabrics for each theme. Fifth, we have chosen and suggested other products that are suitable for these neo-single women who seek for multi-functional but simple kinds after surveying a wide range of products in magazines or in the Internet.

Ransomware was a malicious code that active around the US, but now it spreads rapidly all over the world and emerges in korea recently because of exponential computer supply and increase in users. Initially ransomware uses e-mail as an attack medium in such a way that induces to click a file through the spam mail Pam, but it is now circulated through the smart phone message. The current trend is an increase in the number of damage, including attacks such as the domestic large community site by ransomware hangul version. Ransomware outputs a warning message to the user to encrypt the file and leads to monetary damages and demands for payment via bitcoin as virtual currency is difficult to infer the tracking status. This paper presents an analysis and solutions to damage cases caused by ransomware.

The purpose of this study is to statistically analyze the correlation between block-coding software education and the resilience of elementary school students in order to research the significance of software education. In this study, 61 fourth grade students at an elementary school in Incheon were pre-tested for resilience. A block-coding education program from a nonprofit organization called code.org was used at the learner's level. 15 periods of classes and post-test were conducted to analyze the improvement of resilience. This study finds that control and positivity out of the three parts of resilience(control, positivity, sociality) of the students who took the block-coding classes improved statistically significantly as well as the overall score did too. This suggests that software education can foster not only students' computational thinking skills, but also their resilience, the power to live their lives positively and flexibly.

Softwares, especially like machine learning applications, affect human's life style tremendously. Accordingly, the importance of the cost model for softwares increases rapidly. As cost models, LOC(Line of Code) and M/M(Man-Month) estimates the quantitative aspects of the software. Differently from them, FP(Function Point) focuses on estimating the functional characteristics of software. FP is efficient in the aspect that it estimates qualitative characteristics. FP, however, has a limit for evaluating machine learning softwares because FP does not evaluate the critical factors of machine learning software. In this paper, we propose an extended function point(ExFP) that extends FP to adopt hyper parameter and the complexity of its optimization as the characteristics of the machine learning applications. In the evaluation reflecting the characteristics of machine learning applications. we reveals the effectiveness of the proposed ExFP.

Thanks to both developments in various media such as the internet and TV and China's economic growth, the fashion market in China has gain a lot of attention by global businesses as a newly-raised spending market. Fashion companies in Korea have entered into the china since the late 1990s. For them to get competitive edges, they have to differentiate their brand by creating new design based on the culture becoming mega-trend in fashion market. So in this research, I try to create fashion designs based on Hallyu Stars' fashion styles and images, who come on as a new culture code in China and other Asian. For this, I conducted theological consideration on what the Hallyu is, and looked into fashion styles in soft dramas which 5 Hallyu Stars started in and street fashion in Shanghai in China. Based on the outcomes of analysis, I figured out those star's fashion style and created products targeting young generation born after 1980s in China. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Firstly, the very definition of Hallyu which can be described as a phenomenon in which Korean movies, soap operas, and pop music have become immensely popular throughout Asia.has been expanding to signify the proliferation of Korean culture as a whole. Secondly, having selected the 5 female stars representing Hallyu, we were able to analyze and categorize their fashion styles on the basis of their music videos, movies, and soap-operas. Thirdly, In order to explore the level of influence of Hallyu fashion industry, we studied the street fashion of Shanghai The result was that we could observe both the slim and feminine cool casual style and the cute and affectionate pretty casual style simultaneously.

Modern society shares new culture derived from the fusion of various cultures unlike the past culture regulating one phenomenon of certain field as the representative icon of the era. Especially, the phenomenon of globalization acts as the catalytic agent to receive coexistence of variousness easily. Especially, in fashion industry, these flows and the view of naturalism are harmonized and new fashion trend called 'Ethnic' was embossed. As it reflects internal spirit of human being that wants to return to the memory due to expansion of material civilization, the interest in the designer pursuing it is increasing. This study tries to consider the Ethnic style displayed by Chinese American designer, Anna Sui, who pursues the eastern style with full wit and individuality. Anna Sui, who was praised by New York Times for 'the superb harmony of houte couture style and up-to-date style', created another fashion trend, romanticism in New York and she is the worldwide designer representing Ethnic. Like it, the consideration on her Ethnic style reanalyzing as eastern style provides guidance to check how designer's fashion philosophy appears in one category of America and China and new study material that enables us to understand the third world culture code as well as Anna Sui. This confirmation has the meaning as the basic material for the endless challenge to the new style that fashion will go on in the future. Anna Sui was confirmed to have been recognized as a designer who represented the ethnic collection in the United States, exerting the influence with her unique oriental background. Moreover, her design could identify the pivotal point of ethnic image by developing her unique style which is distinct from other designers in terms of silhouette, color, fabric, detail, and so on. This kind of study can provide the basic data required to understand the fashion world of designer in the future.

Aspergillus, Penicillium, and their teleomorphic genera have a worldwide distribution and large economic impacts on human life. The names of species in the genera that have been reported in Korea are listed in this study. Fourteen species of Aspergillus, 4 of Eurotium, 8 of Neosartorya, 47 of Penicillium, and 5 of Talaromyces were included in the National List of Species of Korea, Ascomycota in 2015. Based on the taxonomic system of single name nomenclature on ICN (International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants), Aspergillus and its teleomorphic genera such as Neosartorya, Eurotium, and Emericella were named as Aspergillus and Penicillium, and its teleomorphic genera such as Eupenicillium and Talaromyces were named as Penicillium (subgenera Aspergilloides, Furcatum, and Penicillium) and Talaromyces (subgenus Biverticillium) in this study. In total, 77 species were added and the revised list contains 55 spp. of Aspergillus, 82 of Penicillium, and 18 of Talaromyces.
