The number of items and the market size of the senior-friendly medical devices are rapidly increasing, and it is necessary to come up with a safety management plan for senior-friendly medical devices. We searched and analyzed the definition and policy of senior-friendly medical device, and classified medical device items of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, calculated market sizes and manufacturing export import results by classification, and investigated the current state of senior-friendly industry and the fields of its culture. In order to prepare a safety management plan, we reduce the number of items that need to be managed intensively by extracting 69 items for administration, that are substantially harmful to the elderly. As specific safety management plans of items for administration, we propose plans for introductions of readability-enhanced labeling, QR codes for cautions and manuals, universal design mandatory, UDI code system with considering a balanced viewpoint of the industry development.

Due to the nature of HMR food that is susceptible to contamination, its safety management is becoming more important. The relevant food types in food code corresponding to HMR foods are addressed, and the criteria for hygiene indicator bacteria and food poisoning bacteria, and storage and distribution standards according to the product type were presented. The government's safety management for HMR foods is basically carried out through the Food Sanitation Act. Those who intend to do HMR business must complete business registration or declaration, hygiene education, health examination of employees, and comply with legal obligations such as HACCP application. The government confirms compliance with legal requirements through hygiene inspection and monitoring inspection of products. However, the safety of HMR foods is not realized by the safety management system alone. A food safety culture should be established in which industry workers and consumers carry out actions to ensure food safety.

Che Guevara spearheading the Cuban Revolution was not only the icon as the revolutionary to the New-leftists of the 1960s advocating the ideology of Marxism but, as the cultural revolutionary, had a tremendous influence on the younger generation living in the digital age Che Guevara take on a figure of both the symbol of the Leftist but the romantic revolutionary because he had the external features such as black beret, red stars, military upper jackets and trousers, beard and pipe tobacco. In fact, the symbolic image of Che Guevara was made as the popular image by the avantgarde artists and political vanguard forces of the times under the necessity of Cuban government. Afterwards, the image of Che Guevara has been patronized in making people of aware of the resistant and revolutionary image to capital, power and the power of the media and symbolized as the resistant image to the American capital as well as the revolutionary guerrilla. And his image has continued to be reproduced and symbolized for the commercial and political purposes and as the enthusiastic image of youth culture. This can be seen as having been created as a new image by the popular culture formed by the development of the cyber culture and mass media in the cyberspace shaped by contemporary 'N' generations. The use of Che Guevara's symbolic image was made in the fashion field as well as in the cultural and artistic circles. The borrowing of the icon of Che Guevara represented in a fashion field is attributed to his free spirit, and it can be seen that fashion exists as the vehicle for representing both the symbol system and the sign system containing ideologies and texts as the communicator of resistance to the regime and to social issues. Therefore, this study attempted to investigate the commercial iconization of Che Guevara in the 1990s by comparing the ideology of the symbol in the 1960s and the 1990s and inquire into the borrowing of his image by the fashion domain as well as the fashion worn by him by reference to domestic books and materials on the fashion site. Thereby, this study attempted to make clear that the borrowing of Che Guevara in the realm of fashion since the 1990s not only contained the meaningful interpretation as the symbolic code in the culture of young people living in a digital era but fashion performs an intervening role in the cultural phenomenon.

이 연구는 창조적 광고콘텐츠 제작을 위한 생산자의 스토리 생산체계와 광고 수용자의 의미 해석 과정이 기억원리 및 신념의 형성과 밀접함을 논의하는 것과 동시에 이러한 인지적 해석 코드가 대학생의 올바른 문화읽기를 위한 필수요건임을 규명하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 설득을 목적에 둔 광고 콘텐츠의 생산은 목표 수용자의 인지원리에 기댄 시대적 사유체계를 우선적으로 파악해야 한다. 간명한 실험 분석을 통해 생산자의 의도된 스토리의 표본이 대학생 수용자가 기억하는 정보들의 단서들과 불일치할 가능성을 확인하는 핵심 단서들을 찾을 수 있었다. 이러한 핵심 단서들을 조합한 의미 분석 도구를 체계화하고 대학생 학습자에게 올바른 시대의 문화읽기를 위한 도구로써 시도해 보았다. 그 결과 대학생 수용자는 광고콘텐츠의 일차적 언어 및 비언어 표현의 단면적 분석이 아닌 자신의 주관적 경험과 신념에 바탕을 둔 새로운 인지적 기호 문화 읽기라는 적극적 의사소통의 한 일면을 확인할 수 있었다. 앞으로 광고콘텐츠 스토리 생산자가 이러한 과정을 미리 확인하는 작업을 가진다면 수용자의 설득에 도움이 되는 성과를 이룰 것이다.

이 글은 페미니스트 범죄서사인 양귀자의 『나는 소망한다 내게 금지된 것을』을 1990년대 여성운동과 페미니즘의 대중화, 강남 중산층 소비 문화와 미디어 문화의 전면화를 배경으로 중산층 가정의 사회적 도덕적 규범성이 강화되는 맥락을 보여주는 텍스트로 읽고자 하였다. 이 소설의 여성 주인공인 강민주와 백승하는 모두 1990년대 텔레비전과 광고 등을 통해 대중적으로 가시화하기 시작한 강남의 거주자이다. 다른 한편으로 남녀 주인공에게 각각 할당된 페미니스트이자 강한 소비적 정체성을 지닌 여성과 부드럽고 가정적인 남성은 모두 당대 여성운동의 성장과 대중화된 페미니즘의 이슈를 체현한다. 소비주의 미디어 문화, 여성운동, 민주화의 결합은 무엇보다 중산층이라는 물질적 토대를 가시화하는 가운데 부드럽고 가정적인 남성상을 창출했다. 이 소설에서 가정적 남성상은 페미니스트 범죄 서사를 중산층 가정의 안정과 위엄을 공격하는 팜므 파탈의 서사로 전화시키며, 바로 그 전화의 순간에 강민주는 자신을 흠모해온 하층계급 남성에 의해 죽임을 당한다. 양귀자의 이 소설은 1990년대 본격화된 강남을 배경으로 한 중산층의 사회문화적 재현과 페미니즘 이슈를 중첩시킨 텍스트로서 시사적일 뿐만 아니라 징후적이다. 1990년대 말 이후 한국에서 펼쳐질 범죄 서사의 핵심 코드로서 여성 혐오 살인의 사회문화적 맥락이 무엇인지를 보여주기 때문이다.

세계화는 경제적, 기술적, 문화적으로 급속한 변화를 가져왔다. 세계 각국이 소통하고, 세계화들을 잘 인식하고 이해하려면, 창의력이나 기획력이 코딩화되는 능력을 발휘할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 세계 문제를 풀 수 있는 데이터 분석을 제시하고 방증하고자 한다. 글로벌 시장에서 상품이나 서비스의 가치가 연결성에 따라 높아진다. 이러한 연결성이 문화의 가치를 높여주는 요인 중 하나가 되고 있다. 이를 고려한 변화는 문화적 확산과 혁신성장을 촉진하고, 세계 각 지역에서의 생산성과 경쟁력을 증대시켰다. 본 논문에서는 세계화와 반세계화가 문화적 확산과 혁신성장에 미친 영향에 대해 미국 중상층의 소득을 비교해 다루고 있다. 세계화는 K-문화의 다양한 요소들이 상호 교류하고 확산될 수 있도록 환경을 조성했다. 인터넷, 소셜미디어, 국제여행 등을 통해 세계화는 한국의 혁신성장에도 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다. 경제 활동, 기술 혁신, 창조적인 산업 등의 분야에서 세계화는 새로운 기술과 접근법을 촉진하며, 이를 통해 기존의 경제 모델을 변화시키고 새로운 중상층 모델로 K-문화수출에 기여하였다. 그러나 문화 산업에서의 세계화는 지역적인 특성과 개성을 잃어버리는 결과를 초래해서 성장이 감소할 수 있으며, 이는 중상층의 문화적인 단일화와 소외(단절)를 가져와 도태될 수 있다. 미국 중상층소득에 대한 K-수출의 실증분석결과, 반세계화에도 문화적 확산과 혁신을 개발해야 한다. 이러한 산업변화로 한류의 소프트파워가치는 주요 수출국의 중상층에 대한 사용가치를 만들 수 있음을 방증한 연구이다.

This study contemplates Croatian traditional costumes with focus on its geographical characteristics and acculturation with neighbor countries as a member of old Yugoslavian Union. Therefore, it contains the information from field works based on Croatian language, native costumes and folk materials wildly. Men usually wear wide linen pants ($ga\'{c}$), shirt ($ko\v{s}ulje,\;rnbina)$, vest (lajbek), hat and jacket ($kro\v{z}et$). Also they sometimes wear scarves or aprons. Women put on blouse, long skirt, apron, headgear with various decoration and scarf ($pe\v{c}a$), shawl (tibetui robe) or necklace together. Croatian folk dresses fall into three different styles by provinces, such as Pannonia, Dinar and Adria, according to the basic environmental and racial characteristics of each province. People of Pannonia plain generally wear white linen clothing and often use flounce and lace, which are influenced by Serbia and Hungary. In the Dinar mountain province, aprons with tassel, knitted vests made of leather and fur are very popular. The clothing of Dinar province has much commonness with those of Bosnia - Herzegovina and Montenegro which have metal buttons and belts. And the clothing of Adria coast is influenced by Italy a lot. There are many splendid silk clothes in its folk dress code. As mentioned above, there are a lot of foreign influences in Croatian history. Although there were severe cultural invasions in many times through its history, Croatians didn't just surrender to these cultural influences. People in Croatia comply with these new coming culture and reconcile these into their own tradition and dress code in their own way.

21세기 지식기반 사회는 사서직에게 전문직으로서의 윤리규정의 필요성과 준수를 요구하고 있다. 세계 각국의 협회 및 전문직 단체에서는 전문직의 기준과 윤리강령을 발표하고 있으며, 도서관이 나아가야 할 방향 제시와 더불어 사서들로 하여금 명시된 기본적인 윤리 개념을 준수하도록 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미국을 비롯하여 영국, 일본, 한국 도서관의 사서직의 윤리규정을 조사하였다. 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 각국의 윤리규정과 한국의 것을 비교하여 개선된 사서직 윤리규정 모델을 제안하였다. 개선된 사서직 윤리규정은 크게 정보윤리와 전문직 윤리로 구성된다. 정보윤리는 평등한 접근 및 서비스, 검열의 거부, 사생활 보호, 사서의 중립성, 지적자유보장의 6가지 항목을 필수요소로 제안하였다. 전문직 윤리에는 개인적 이익배제, 전문지식의 계속적 발전 및 노력, 전문직 위상 유지, 전문직 임무와 소속된 기관에 대한 갈등, 동료 및 다른 업자와의 관계, 권리와 복지를 위한 고용조건 확보, 도서관간의 상호협력, 문화창조에의 공헌 등을 주요 요소로 제안하였다.

PC의 빠른 보급으로 많은 사용자가 PC로 다양한 콘텐츠를 즐기고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 청소년들의 PC이용률이 급격히 증가했다. 청소년들은 이러한 PC를 이용하여 보다 쉽게 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 특히 온라인 게임을 통하여 스트레스를 해소하고, 가상현실에서의 또 다른 재미를 느낄 수 있다. 이렇게 일찍부터 빠르게 발전하고 있는 IT문화를 접하는 것은 좋은 일인 것은 분명하다. 하지만 그로 인해 청소년들은 자연스럽게 실내 활동이 많아지게 되면서 야외활동이 줄어들게 됨에 따라 세상을 보는 시야 또한 많이 좁아지게 되었다. 따라서 청소년들의 야외활동을 유도하기 위해 최근 많이 사용하는 스마트 폰 어플리케이션을 이용하여 현장체험 쿠폰 시스템을 구축하게 되었다. 그리고 HTML5를 기반으로 하는 하이브리드 앱을 개발함으로써 디바이스의 구분없이 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 이 어플리케이션을 통해서 청소년들의 현장체험에 대한 관심과 동기를 유발시킴으로써 많은 볼거리를 체험하고, 다양한 시각에서 세상을 바라볼 수 있다.

토착 미생물은 친환경적 정화에 중요한 역할을 한다. 원유(crude oil)를 분해하는 80균주를 인천 연안에서 분리하고 oil film collapsing방법을 이용하여 유화능이 있는 12균주를 선별하였다. 이들 균주에 대해 ${\rho}$-nitrophenyl butylrate를 기질로 이용하여 리파아제(lipase)활성과 n-hexanedecane을 기질로 이용하여 유화(emulsification)활성을 측정하여 원유 분해 활성이 좋은 Incheon9를 선별하고 gas chromatography (FID)로 paraffine계 탄화수소를 감소시키는 것을 확인하였다. 이 균주의 16s rRNA유전자 분석을 통해 Acinetobacter sp.로 동정하고 NCBI에 등록하여 accession code (KF548540)를 부여 받았다. Acinetobacter sp. Incheon9의 성장과 유화능이 최적 배양 조건은 $20^{\circ}C$, pH 7, 1% NaCl였으며 대수증식기 기간에 가장 높은 유화능을 보였으며 탄화수소가 짧은 trybutyrin에서 분해능력이 좋았다. 이번 연구결과는 환경오염에 활용 가능한 미생물자원군의 확보를 위한 연구였으며 추후 활용을 위해서는 실제 환경에서 동일한 활성을 가지는지 여부에 대한 연구가 추가로 진행되어야 할 것이다.
