The value of culture receives the attention of the world in order to solve urban problems and revitalize cities. Cultural city policies are implemented in Korea and EU to revitalize cities by utilizing cultural values. Although the cultural city policy is effective for urban regeneration, it has not been verified whether it has a positive effect in terms of urban identity and customer-based city brand. This study investigated whether cultural and artistic infrastructure and cultural artistry, which are resources of a cultural city, have a positive effect on urban identity, and whether urban identity affects the brand recognition and the perceived quality of a city. For this study, questionnaires were collected from 208 people residing in Seoul, and empirical analysis was conducted on 206 copies of them, excluding 2 copies of insincere answers. The infrastructure and cultural artistry of cultural and artistic resources showed significant results in the positive relationship between the cultural specificity of urban identity, social system and growth potential. Cultural specificity of urban identity also showed a significant positive effect on city brand equity. In the case of the social system and growth potential of urban identity, there was a significant positive effect on perceived quality, but insignificant results were found in the relationship with brand awareness. Through the results of this study, practical implications can be drawn for cultural city policy implementation and city brand management.
The findings of this study indicate that intangible cultural properties are worth preservation and transmission and should be considered as very important as tangible cultural properties. If the studies of intangible cultural properties are continued focusing on their characteristics and formational system, they can be expressed more properly by adding new interactive elements to database and expressive requisites. New techniques introduced in this study are believed to provide people with most reasonable and developmental motives for expression of the existing intangible cultural properties. Concerning Korea's cultural properties centered on intangible cultural properties, information construction should be made with a new idea of information based on database from the previous studies. The result will be able to set an important factor to give wide publicity to our cultural identity, which is currently shown in the process of background communication, and serve as a foothold to deliver exact information to our descendants. The intangible cultural properties are our people's mental cultural heritage resources. If museums or initiator groups, which are organized to spread cultural heritages, can use them as the subjects of exhibition through information construction and visualization, it will function to maximize the educational effect of transmitting our national mental world. The development of digital environment will provide the optimum conditions and tools making it possible to visualize intangible forms and ideas in a virtual cyber space. Given these viewpoints, steady studies and efforts for the improvement of Korea's cultural image should be made in the way of intangible cultural properties as well as tangible ones. They start from the country's accurate appreciation of cultural properties and are embodied in systematic adjustment and relationship between interdependent elements.

The two-hundreds and eighty articles on dress and adornments were selected from newspapers(most by form Chosun Ilbo and partly from Maeil Shinbo) pulished between 1920 and 1990. The results were as follows: 1. The culture of dress and adornment received much attention during the 1930's and 1960's and little during 1950's. 2. Various cultural characteristics of dress and adornments appeared on and after 1960's: reporting more foreign news items showing foreign-oriented and future-oriented features showing cultural relativism. In the 1920's and 1970's the contents of news items on dress and adornments show the most common- mass- oriented character. Foreign-oriented cultural tendencies in cloth-ing were increasing during from 1960's to 1970's but the tendencies were turned to rather tradition-oriented features on and after 1980's compare with 1960's-1970's. Advisory critical articles on dress and adornments were small in number and insignificant but compare with other periods these received much atten-tion during the 1920's and 1980's. 3. Ideological components received much at-tention on and after 1920's to 1990. Techo-nological components received much attention during 1920's and little during 1960's. The social structural components received a little attention on and after 1920's-1940's and 1990. 4. News items on women's dress and adornments received much attention from the 1920's to 1960's and news items on both men's and women's dress and adorments were in-creasing and received much attention on and after the 1970's. 5. The pragmatic cultures were mostly re-lated to techonological components and evaluative-normative culture were mostly re-lated to ideological and social structural components. In the light of these results dress and adorments as a cultural sub-system comprise a dynamic inteacting system that articulated directly with the macro-cultural system.

Also building-repairing year, building participant though the investigation of letters written on the roof wood can be known.
Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation needs to a different strategy for developing synergy effects, suggesting they should be selected for role to the unification Korea. In the this paper, Three policy-strategies is suggested as follows. Firstly, Economic Cooperation Driving Committee of Inter-Korean Digital Cultural Content is necessary the recovering of cultual consubstantiality and the operating of business partnership in the divided peninsular. Secondly, To cultural contents cooperation between South-North Korea. the exchange of learning and information must be activated constantly. as the cultural contents is creative industrial, it needs for imagination and creative of human and understanding of a fine arts, a traditional arts. Thirdly, A policy and system is inevitable to construction of Inter Korean Cooperation Digital Contents. South-North Korea, including a North Korea having a excellent cultural heritage, must jointly recovery for cultural contents. Under social-economic system, a consumers of digital contents pay to the format creator many royalty. Therefore, We must prepare to roll out a series of new creative contents, and have competitive advantages in the global market.
The cultural property management system of Korea was established based on the modern cultural assets acts and the old imperial estate management system enacted during the Japanese occupation. Academics have researched the cultural property management system oriented on the modern cultural assets acts, but few studies have been conducted into the old imperial estate management system, which is another axis of the cultural property management system. The old imperial estate was separated from the feudal capital by the Kabo Reform, but was dismantled during the colonial invasion of Japan and managed as a hereditary property of the colonial royal family during the Japanese colonial period. After establishment of the government, the Imperial Estate Act was enacted in 1954 and defined the estate as a historical cultural property managed by the Imperial Estate Administration Office. At this time, imperial estate property that was designated as permanent preservation property was officially recognized as constituting state-owned cultural assets and public goods in accordance with Article 2 of the Act's supplementary provisions during 1963, when the first amendment to the Cultural Property Protection act was implemented. In conclusion, Korea's cultural property formation and cultural property management system were integrated into one unit from two different sources: modern cultural assets acts and the old imperial estate property management system. If the change of modern cultural assets acts was the process of regulating and managing cultural property by transplanting and applying regulations from Japan to colonial Joseon, the management of the imperial estate was a process by which the Japanese colonized the Korean Empire and disposed of the imperial estate. Independence and the establishment of the government of the Republic of Korea provided the opportunity to combine these two different streams into one. Finally, this integration was completed with the establishment of the Protection of Cultural Properties Act in 1962.

Though science and technology can understood as a part of cultural system, the relationship of science/technology with culture is often viewed as contradictory or mutually exclusive by many scholars. Therefore, in the first section of the present paper, the nature of science and technology as a cultural form is examined. Here, science is viewed as a form of symbolic culture, while technology is regarded as a form of instrumental culture. In the second section, the contradictory relationship and/or tensions between science-technological system (instrumental culture) and cultural system (symbolic culture) within a society is discussed. In the final section of this paper, 'science culture' is conceptualized as a dynamic social process in which contradictory science sub-cultures of political system(state), economic system(cooperations), civil society (including academic community of scientists and other social organizations and movements), and cultural system are supposed to be coordinated. In conclusion, establishment of 'humanized science culture' and 'democratic science-culture movement' is proposed as an alternative way of resolving contradictory relationship between cultural system and science-technological system in the modern world.
In the modern business environment, ERP System is a tool for efficient use of the resources of the company. Implementation of the ERP System is not a simple introduction of the unit system. The changes and innovation of the company will be made through the BPR. And then, the BPR is made based on the system design and implementation. Cultural difference creates a difference in the attitudes and relationships of members of company. and, Cultural difference produce differences in organizational culture and operating principles. Cultural differences can mention the differences in the cultures of East and West, and can mention the difference between each country within the same culture. The paper concerns the role model of the local cultural industry agencies, which were established by the local government for the purpose of fostering the regional cultural industries. In this article, the term of the innovative milieu refers to the interaction and network system for the creation, diffusion and application of knowledge. In doing so, the case on the Gyeonggi Digital Content Agency(GDCA), which has managed the Digital Animation Academy and the cultural heritage based digital content development project will be examined in terms of the network between academic and industry. As a result of the case study, it is not certain that the activities and policy programs of the GDCA has affected the improvement of the knowledge and network environment in the field of cultural content industries. This demonstrates industries rather than the innovation system as a whole. In this respect, the paper develops the Cultural Content R & D Network Model for the improvement of the creative partnership among universities, companies and public sector organizations. In addition, the paper suggests that the Digital Animation Academy should be managed in terms of the improvement of the innovative environment of the regional cultural content cluster.
