본 연구에서는 게임이나 내기 및 놀이 등이 갖고 있는 사행성의 내재적 특성을 찾아보려 하였다. 이를 위해서 우선 사행성의 개념에 대해 살펴보았으며 관련 이론을 정리하였다. 이를 토대로 사행성이 갖는 기술적 개입성, 베팅, 보상비율이라는 세 요인을 추출하여 살펴보았으며, 베팅에서는 다시 베팅의 유무, 베팅의 단위속도, 베팅의 확장성이라는 세부적인 요인을 찾아내어 고찰하였다. 이러한 요인을 분석틀로 활용하면 각 사행성게임의 특징에 대해 보다 개념적인 분석이 가능해질 수 있으며, 향후 사회문화적 요소까지 포괄한다면 총체적이며 실증적인 분석이 가능해질 것이다.

Purpose: This study is an integrative review to analyze articles about sex education for school age children in Korean journals. This study explored the year, methods, major variables and key findings of previous studies. Methods: Five electronic databases and eleven journals of nursing in Korean language were searched to find studies done until 2017. 75 papers published from 1995 to 2017 were selected (43 were survey studies and 32 were intervention studies). Results: Among the intervention studies, there was no Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) study. Most intervention studies were conducted to change sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes. Among the survey studies, Q methodology and content analysis were used. The subjects' sexual knowledge and sexual consciousness were measured low in some studies. The sex education for school age children was composed of elementary school students' perception, understanding and needs related to sex. In addition, sex education was carried out to improve students' informational aspects such as sexual knowledge, prevention of sexual violence and secondary sexual character as well as emotional aspects such as sexual attitude. However, research on sexual consciousness, sexual values and sexual identity was insufficient. Conclusion: In order to develop an effective sex education program for school age children, it is necessary to consider the degree of their perception, understanding and needs and reflect both the social and cultural aspects as well as the informational and emotional aspects.

본 연구는 무용전공대학생의 무용사회화 주관자, 무용개입, 무용노력 변수간의 관계를 분석·규명하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기도 소재 무용전공 대학생으로 하였으며 유의표집방법을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용사회화 주관자는 무용개입에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 무용사회화 주관자는 무용성취노력에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 무용개입은 무용성취노력에 영향을 미친다. 따라서, 무용인들의 적극적인 노력을 통해 세월이 흘러 후손들에게 전해줄 수 있는 문화유산을 위해서 국가적 차원의 지원을 비롯해 산·학을 연계할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 마련이 뒤따라야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Participant observations, in-depth interviews, and analyses of documents were used for collecting data. Children separated from their parents were living with grandparents because their parents were working abroad. Results included socio-cultural and psycho-social factors. (1) The socio-cultural grounded factors or the common characteristics of young children's family life in both living circumstances included early childhood academic achievement orientation, demands of responsibility and obedience, limited opportunity for social development, and societal phenomenadeveloping wide family concept affected by China's Confucianism and Korean-Chinese social culture. (2) Psycho-social grounded factors included the present care-givers' perceptions of the child's agency and their beliefs in the importance of play and friendship. This affected interactions between child and care-giversand child's self-esteem and friendships.

본 연구의 목적은 알코올중독 예방을 위한 조기개입 프로그램이 성인 문제음주자의 알코올지식, 음주결과기대 및 음주거절효능감에 미치는 효과를 평가한 후 현장 적용 가능성을 살펴보는데 있다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전 후 설계를 이용한 유사실험연구이며, 연구 대상은 현재 직업을 유지중인 남성 중 알코올사용장애 선별 검사(AUDIT) 결과상 12-25점이다. 조기개입 프로그램 참여자는 실험군 13명, 대조군 12명 총 25명으로 실험군은 4회기 조기개입 프로그램에 참여하였고, 대조군은 알코올 자료집만 제공받았다. 통계분석은 Chi-square test, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test를 활용하였다. 조기개입 프로그램에 참여한 실험군은 대조군보다 알코올지식(t=1.258, p= .002), 부정적 음주결과기대(t=-1.346, p= .042) 및 음주거절효능감(t=2.817, p= .010)이 유의하게 증가되었다. 향후 문화적 특성을 고려한 문제음주자 선정 기준의 적용, 참여자 모집과 동기면담을 활용한 동기증진 개입이 필요할 것이다. 특히 문제음주에 대한 인식을 제고하기 위하여 웹 기반 알코올정보 제공 프로그램도 도움이 될 것이다. 문제음주자가 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 지역사회 현장에서 조기개입 프로그램이 적용되기를 기대한다.

Purpose: To identify needs for pregnancy and postpartum adaptation of Chinese immigrant women and Vietnamese immigrant women in South Korea. Methods: A descriptive research design was employed. Data were collected from 244 Chinese immigrant women and Vietnamese immigrant women from 3 provinces, 20 health care centers, and multi-cultural family support centers. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Results: An average score for needs perceived by Chinese immigrant women was significantly higher than that perceived by Vietnamese immigrant women. There were significantly differences in physical and emotional adaptation after childbirth, nutrition during pregnancy, cross cultural understanding and personal respect, and adaptation daily activity during pregnancy between the 2 groups. The highest score of needs in Chinese immigrant women was for nutrition during pregnancy and that in Vietnamese immigrant women was for baby rearing and family support. Conclusion: Based on needs of pregnancy and postpartum adaption, nursing intervention program in consideration of cultural characteristics of Chinese immigrant women and Vietnam immigrant women need to be developed for their pregnancy and postpartum health care.

본 연구는 Lazarus et al.의 스트레스 이론을 기초로 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스(스트레스 인지)와 심리적 학대(대처행동)의 관련성을 확인하는데 목적을 두었다. 통계분석에는 대상자의 연령, 학력, 수입, 아내의 연령, 국적, 결혼지속기간, 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스 및 심리적 학대에 모두 응답한 271명의 데이터를 사용하였다. 분석방법은 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스를 독립변수, 아내에 대한 심리적 학대를 종속변수로 하는 연구모형을 설정하여 모형의 데이터에 대한 적합도 및 변수 간 관련성을 구조방정식 모형으로 검토하였다. 그 결과, 모형의 적합도 지수는 CFI=0.909, RMSEA=0.057로 통계학적 허용기준을 충족시켰다. 변수 간 관련성에 있어서는 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스가 심리적 학대에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 심리적 학대를 예방하기 위해서 남편의 스트레스 관리에 대한 개입의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 국내 외 노인 대상 음악 활용 연구 내 음악 적용 방법을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 전자 데이터베이스 검색 및 수기 검색을 통해 선정 기준에 부합한 국내 연구 19편, 국외 연구 21편의 총 40편이 선정되었다. 분석 결과, 국내외에서 노인을 대상으로 한 음악 활용(중재) 연구 시작 시기가 1990년대 말로 유사하며 게재 논문 수 역시 지속적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 국내외 문헌 모두에서 노인의 정서, 특히 우울에 개입한 음악 활용 연구가 가장 많은 비중을 차지했고, 음악 적용 방법에 있어 국내에서는 민요와 대중가요를 활용한 가창 활동, 국외에서는 클래식 및 명상음악의 감상이 주요한 활동으로 적용된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 국내외 연구 모두 기존 음악의 사용이 두드러졌으며, 국내 연구에서는 라이브 음악의 사용 비중이 국외 연구에 비해 높고 대상자의 선호가 반영된 음악을 선정하는 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 노인 인구 증가와 함께 성공적 노화에 대한 노인 대상군의 높은 요구가 국내외 연구에서 성공적으로 반영되고 있음을 보여주는 반면, 구체적으로 음악을 적용하는 데 있어 문화적 요인으로 인해 국내외 연구에 서로 차이가 있음을 시사한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 추후 문화적, 사회적 요구가 반영된 다차원적인 접근의 활용연구가 지속적으로 필요함을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 장애 청소년의 생활만족도 증진에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 인과적 경로를 확인함으로 일상생활 가운데 구체적인 개입을 가능하게 하는 근거를 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 2017년 장애인실태조사에 응답한 만9세-만24세의 장애청소년 239명을 대상으로 하였으며, 이중매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS macro process를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 수단적 일상생활수행능력, 생활만족도, 주관적 건강인식, 문화 여가활동참여는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 수단적 일상생활수행능력이 생활만족도에 영향을 미칠 때, 주관적 건강인식과 문화 여가활동의 매개효과를 확인 할 수 있으며, 수단적 일상생활수행능력이 주관적 건강인식과 문화 여가활동참여의 인과적인 경로를 통해 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 이중매개효과를 확인 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애 청소년의 수단적 일상생활 수행능력과 생활만족도의 영향관계 가운데 주관적 건강인식과 문화 여가활동의 순차적인 경로의 확인을 통한 실천적인 개입을 초점을 확인 할 수 있다.

Today, elderly population have tendency to increasing much fast in the world. As aging. elderly people have been changing more in physical, psychological, mental and there is spring to more concerns of health management on old period. But particularly sexuality have been little viewed in health management of elderly people. This is considered that there is bring on complex issues of mental-social, social. cultural, psychological, physical situation with negligence of sexuality on elderly-selves. This research was attempted to provide as basic data for east-west nursing intervention of elderly sexuality through literature view about east-west nursing view and management on elderly sexuality that we attend yet. Conclusively, oriental nursing management, for sexual management of elderly people, is ; 1. Decrease coitus times as physical conditions. 2. If sexual need is present, it don't inhibit painfully. 3. Somebody who have hepatitis, diabetes, heart disease, poor constitution avoids coitus. And western nursing management, for sexual management of elderly people, is ; 1. There is approaching with psychological, pharmacological, technical, surgical area in healthy sexual rehabilitation by Smith(1999). 2. Psychological-Social approaching method by Hooyman & Kiyalk(1996) can be provided for elderly sexuality. As this, concrete nursing intervention can be applied and additional counsel is needed with professional medical-nursing team. Through there understand and percept importance and need of elderly sexuality management on results of literature view, as above, concrete east-west nursing intervention of elderly sexuality will be researched. And research which confirm the meaning, How elderly people, themselves have been perceived, will be processed. This will have more contribution on elderly-oriented nursing intervention without false viewing of elderly sexuality.
