  • As the importance of cultural information becomes greater than before, there are some needs for a new national economic paradigm in the knowledge based society. The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up a national cultural information network model that enable to promote government's recognition and cultural policy. This research includes feasibility analysis of cultural policy perspective, current situations, and economic effect of cultural industry.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop intelligent vehicle parking distribution system based on LoRa network at the circumstance of traffic congestion during cultural festival in a local city. This paper proposes a parking dispatch and distribution system using a Q-learning algorithm to rapidly disperse traffics that increases suddenly because of in-bound traffics from the outside of a city in the real-time base as well as to increase parking probability in a parking lot which is widely located in a city. Design/methodology/approach The system get information on realtime-base from the sensor network of IoT (LoRa network). It will contribute to solve the sudden increase in traffic and parking bottlenecks during local cultural festival. We applied the simulation system with Queuing model to the Yudeung Festival in Jinju, Korea. We proposed a Q-learning algorithm that could change the learning policy by setting the acceptability value of each parking lot as a threshold from the Jinju highway IC (Interchange) to the 7 parking lots. LoRa Network platform supports to browse parking resource information to each vehicle in realtime. The system updates Q-table periodically using Q-learning algorithm as soon as get information from parking lots. The Queuing Theory with Poisson arrival distribution is used to get probability distribution function. The Dijkstra algorithm is used to find the shortest distance. Findings This paper suggest a simulation test to verify the efficiency of Q-learning algorithm at the circumstance of high traffic jam in a city during local festival. As a result of the simulation, the proposed algorithm performed well even when each parking lot was somewhat saturated. When an intelligent learning system such as an O-learning algorithm is applied, it is possible to more effectively distribute the vehicle to a lot with a high parking probability when the vehicle inflow from the outside rapidly increases at a specific time, such as a local city cultural festival.

  • This Paper studied out prototype and the structure of Cultural Archetype Contents on Social Network Game. Interaction with the platform have the information that aims to develop relationships with SNG. The paradigm is changing the Cultural Archetype Contents. Today Cultural Archetype Contents is a major topic in Game Contents and this issue has influenced the game design and Story Telling. And I hope that they will be fine an alternative strategy of Cultural Archetype Contents and SNG.

  • Taking Pingjiang historical and cultural block in Suzhou as an example, this paper collects 1436 tourist comment data from Ctrip. com with Python technology, and uses network text analysis method to analyze frequency words, semantic network and emotion, so as to evaluate the tourist perception characteristics and levels of the Grand Canal cultural heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscapes, historical and cultural deposits, and the style of the Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the perception of visitors to the Pingjiang Historical and Cultural District; Tourists hold strong positive emotions towards the Pingjiang Road historical and cultural district, however, there is still more space for the transformation and upgrading of the district. Finally, suggestions for measures to improve the perception of tourists of the Grand Canal cultural heritage are given in terms of conservation first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.

  • This paper presents real-time online early fire warning systems developed for preserving cultural properties of Bulguksa which is a world heritage designated by UNESCO. The system is based on the ubiquitous sensor network employing 900MHz and 2.4GHz bands. In this paper, we analyze requirements that should be considered in building effective management systems of cultural heritages by using wireless sensor network. Finally, we introduce the architecture, sensor and network design, and software design of the fire warning systems which is an initial version of U-Bulguksa. The current version of systems has been operating in Bukguksa for a few months. U-Bukguksa project sponsored by National Information Society Agency is ultimately aimed at developing an integrated system of U-cultural heritage management and U-tourism. The former aims to conserve and manage intangible cultural properties by providing a variety of environmental information such as erosion, crack, and gradient as well as fire which are important causes of loss and damage in real-time and online. The latter refers to the intelligent tourism information and guidance systems allowing tourists to get the personalized content on cultural heritages and help guidance with mobile devices in Bulguksa.

  • Information cultural is the compound of the physical and spirit livelihood mode in the knowledge and information age. They are the livelihood mode including obtained knowledge, belief, technology, and behaviour and so on shared members of the special boundary of land. The 21st century called people is the age to create the new added value of information and cultural. Thus information cultural is becoming the global. This study aims to propose model on the information cultural creating processes for information cultural magnification based on theory and the necessaries for the undertaking of a work in the side global.

  • In this paper, a platform of portable cultural assets surveillance system is designed in order to prevent the theft of cultural assets. The platform was designed to take into account the characteristics of the cultural assets for minimizing of the damage of cultural assets. The platform is composed of the portable cultural assets surveillance system and the collaboration network protocol among th surveillance system. If an intruder steals the cultural assets and moves according to the scheduled route, it is expected that the platform has a great role because the platform of portable cultural assets surveillance system can performs the continuous tracking by the collaboration network.

  • Recently, ubiquitous sensor network (USN) has been applied to many areas including environment monitoring. A few studies applied the USN to disaster prevention and emergency management, in particular, aiming to conserve cultural heritage. USN is an useful technology to do online real-time monitoring for the purpose of early detection of the fire which is a critical cause of damage and destruction of cultural heritages. It is necessary to online monitor the cultural heritages that human has a difficulty to access or their external appearance and beauty are important, by using the USN. However, there exists false warning from USN-based monitoring systems without human intervention. In this paper, we presented an alternative to resolve the problem by applying ontology. Our intelligent fire early detection systems for conserving cultural heritages are based on ontology and inference rules, and tested under laboratory environments.

  • Purpose - This study conducts the co-occurrence analysis, one of the social network analysis using global OTA's online reviews and grades in order to understand the experience structure of foreign tourists visiting cutural tourism resources in Jeju, Korea. Design/methodology/approach - For this purpose, this study selects 6 cultural tourism resources in Jeju as the study sites, and collects qualitative review data (noun, adjectives, and verb) and quantitative grade data. Findings - The co-occurrence network analysis between words and grade of market and street shows that the grade of 5 appears the most simultaneous with pork, buy, lot, try, fresh, black, food, price, seafood, local, market, good, street, etc. and the grade of 1 connects with small, dish, better, taste, etc. And the co-occurrence network analysis between words and grade of tradition and folklore shows that the grade of 5 appears the most simultaneous with village, place, museum, visit, time, life, culture, women, diver, use, lot, etc. and the grade of 1 connects with minute, spend, room, recommend, honey, etc. Research implications or originality - The above research results are relevant in order to find out the core experience of foreign tourists using online review and grade generated by foreign tourists and use as the important information to develop the strategies related to the planning and management of cultural tourism resources.
