Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to report the results of applying philosophical counseling to Hwabyung. Methods: At the time of the medical examination, 15 minutes or more of philosophical counselling method based on self-identity was conducted if possible. Additionally, We applied Hwabyung treatment guidelines (acupuncture, herbal medicine, etc.) to the patient If diagnosed as necessary. We evaluated visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Hwabyung scale, and Symptom Checklist 90-Revision (SCL 90-R) at baseline, and reassessed VAS and Hwabyung scale after about two weeks of treatments. Results: After about two weeks of treatment and philosophical counselling, VAS was between 10 to 1-2 and Hwabyung scale from 59 to 48. Also, the problem of fragmentation in the patient's life process was insighted, and the viewpoint was changed. Conclusions: It is useful to combine Korean traditional medical treatment with philosophical counselling method based on self identity for patients suffering from the Hwabyung. To Hwabyung patient, the view of philosophical counselling of feminism which understands women in political and cultural contexts is helpful.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the major factors affecting the development of national identity of the Millennial Korean diasporas in the CIS countries that have rarely been explored in previous studies. In particular, this study examines how perceived identities have changed due to social, cultural, and other environmental changes and suggests policy considerations accordingly. Research design, data, and methodology: This study collected data via online survey. Factor and regression analyses were applied for data analysis. Results: The findings of this study suggest a set of factors that is different from the factors generally known to affect the diasporic identities of diasporas. The results of this study provide policy implications to help them construct identities that could more positively define their diasporic lives and relationship with homeland. Conclusions: The factors of direct experiences, such as relationship with host societies and homeland experience, exhibited strong relationship with national identity and life satisfaction of the Millennial Korean diasporas in the CIS countries. The unique characteristics of the Millennials and the long history of separation from homeland showed different results. The results of this study suggest policy considerations in regard to the Millennial diasporas in the CIS countries.

현대사회에서 문화는 도시민들의 삶의 질 향상과 도시의 활성화를 위한 필수불가결한 요소이다. 새로운 도시패러다임으로 '문화도시'가 급부상하는 것도 이러한 맥락에서 이해할 수 있다. 세계적인 도시들이 문화도시를 표방하고 있으며, 국내 지자체 역시 문화적 요소를 가미한 도시정책을 추진하고 있다. 특히, 인천 남구는 문화도시의 성공적인 사례로 소개되면서, 타 지자체의 본이 되고 있다. 남구의 문화환경정책은 문화를 향유할 수 있는 기반시설, 문화적인 도시경관 및 생활공간 조성, 그리고 풍부한 컨텐츠를 갖추고 있다고 평가할 만하다. 문화도시는 문화친화적인 도시로 '지속가능한 도시발전'을 추구하는 것에 진정한 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 문화환경정책의 방향성을 확립하고, 관련 법 및 제도를 강화해야 할 것이다. 또한 도시계획 시, 문화계획을 고려해 문화지향적인 도시개발을 추진해야 한다. 무엇보다도 시민들의 역할과 방향을 제시, 파트너십을 제고하고 인간이 중심인 문화도시를 만들어가는 것이 중요하다.

최근 몇 년 사이 중국의 경제가 발전함에 따라 소득의 증가로 인해 모바일폰이 급속하게 대중화되면서 더 좋은 제품을 사고자 하는 욕망이 중국 소비자들로 하여금 디자인에 큰 관심을 보이게 만들었다. 또한 세계화로 인한 다량의 문화적 홍수 속에서 중국 소비자들은 예전의 획일화된 제품보다는 자신이 좋아하는 제품을 선호하는 개인화로 이어진다. 이러한 경향은 개성적인 멀티 컬러 모바일폰과 모바일폰 디자인의 아트화로 이어졌다. 그에 반해 아직 중국 모바일폰 디자인 시장은 미성숙 됐고 identity 부족과 디자인 모방의 문제점 등이 있다. 이 연구에서는 전통 요소를 사용하여 특징 있는 모바일폰 디자인의 개발과 문화아이덴티티와 궁극적으로는 중국전통 요소를 가지고 있는 퍼스널아이덴티티를 잘 혼합한 중국의 모바일폰 디자인 아이덴티티의 구축에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구방법으로 전통문양, 색채 등 전통요소를 살펴보고 동시에 핸드폰 디자인의 발전과정과 특징을 알아봤고 전통패턴을 활용한 모바일폰 에니메이션을 연구하고 모바일폰 디자인을 개발하였다. 중국의 전통과 이미지의 특징을 활용한 문양을 사용함으로써 전통적이면서도 가장 중국의 특징이 있는 세계적인 디자인의 개발이 가능하다. 중국 전통문양을 활용한 디자인이 부족한 실정이며 전통 문양을 사용함에 따라 모바일폰 디자인이 훨씬 더 다양하고 개성적으로 될 수 있다. 색 또한 한 가지 색만 사용하는 것이 아닌 멀티컬러를 사용할 수 있으며 이러한 디자인 사례는 시크한 이미지를 보여주며 장식적인 효과가 크다. 본 연구자는 향후에 중국적인 특징의 문양뿐만 아니라 한국, 일본의 특징 있는 문양을 활용하여 모바일폰 디자인을 개발하고자 하며 다양한 문양을 사용하여 모바일폰 브랜드를 개발하고자 한다. 또한 모바일폰 내장의 영상 애니메이션을 개발하고 싶다.

본 연구는 우쓰노야(宇津ノ谷) 마을의 가정에서 모셔지는 신의 유형과 모셔지는 공간, 의례와 제물, 의례 때의 장식물, 그리고 주민들의 신앙관과 변화상을 검토하였다. 또한 도심에서 떨어진 촌락인 우쓰노야 마을과 달리 시즈오카 도심의 주택에서 모시는 신을 비교해봄으로써 동시대 두 공간에서 모셔지는 신의 차이점 및 변화에 대해 살펴보았다. 오늘날 우쓰노야 가정에서 모셔지는 신은 아마테라스오카미(天照御大神), 조상, 에비스신·다이코쿠신(えびす·大黒), 코우진(荒神), 가와야가미(厠神), 지신(地神), 이나리신(稲荷), 수신 등이며 섣달 그믐에서 정초 3일간, 정월 보름, 오봉, 10월 마을 신사에서 마쓰리가 있을 때, 10월 19일과 20일 에비스신을 위한 날 등에 신격의 성격에 맞추어 제물을 올리고 의례를 행한다. 일본인의 가신 신앙은 다신적 성격을 띠며 가미다나(神棚)를 통한 국민적 정체성, 부쓰단(仏壇)과 연계된 조상 숭배를 통해 가족적 정체성을 유지하는 장치로서 가정 생활의 거점인 주택을 배경으로 확고하게 자리 잡고 있다. 일본인의 주택은 '신과 함께' 공존하는 종교적 공간으로서의 성격이 짙고 주민들은 신과 함께 거하는 문화적 전통을 가지고 있다.

Urban parks are progressing but are in chaos in the twenty-first century. Therefore the purposes of this study are to consider critically and classify the new paradigm of urban parks. Urban parks are one of the space products, and progressing aspects can be divided into three parts; supply, demand and market aspects. In the abstract, urban parks' progress represents process, openness or voidness, general and cultural ecology, productivity, experience program, identity or sense of place, carriers of urban regeneration, urban infrastructure, community space, multi-layered activity, active space, communication with urban space, tool of low carbon strategy and consilience. But urban parks have come under increased criticism about the long period development on trees growth, covering open space, limitation of general and cultural ecology, production, activity programs, identity and community space, visible urban regeneration, economic validity, urban sprawl, not using as the low carbon strategy, and finally negative consilience with contiguous fields. We collected these critical consideration about progressing urban parks, and proposed urban agricultural park as one of the alternative urban parks. This is closely connected with sustainable region development, low-carbon society, local food, well-being, Lohas paradigm and amenity of urban life.

Tatan is a symbol of kinship and belonging in Scotland and a badge of identity recognized all over the world. Alongside the powerful historical and national resonance to Tartan for Scots it has been borrowed repeatedly by fashion. The pattern compositionof Tartan check is formed as a typical cross stripes that vertical line and hrizontal line meets rectangulary. And its color is much various and rich than other check pattern. So its magnificient spec-tacle that various all kinds of colors is dyed in cloth is second to name. Today we are as likely to meet tartan in a couturier dress as in a kilt or plaid. Tartan is distinctive in colour style and de-sign. It conveys personality ceremony and drama. All these aspects of its character have contributed to tartan being one of the best-known and best-loved fabrics in the world. In other parts of Europe traditional checked patterns declined and disappeared but in Scotland tartan survived strongly jist as the bagpipes also European flourished Due to geographical and cultural circumstances Scots were able to develop and enhance tartan and its remarkable individuality ensured its sur-vival in spite of adverse political and economic pressures. Tartan has been adopted as the national dress of all Scots. Lowland and High-land providing a powerful form of national cultural and personal identity. Whether tra-ditional or a recent creation whether tra-ditional or a recent creation whether a symbol of nationality or a substitute for nationhood tartan is no mean achievement.

We have lost our true characteristics without being grown and development of our traditional beauty in state of drawing into a whirlpool as the environment of western cultrue. So, to be existed for self-sown capability of our traditional culture, we'll have to keep up with the unique and creative Korean traditional furniture design through the synchloization between 'Traditionalism in our already westernized life' and 'Korean identity in our already westernized life' and 'Korean identity in worldwide culture' based on independent position by correct view of worth, as for the escape from attitude of receive on western culture in recklessnese. Hereupon, first of all, after reviewof fornuclation backround and characteristics in traditional furniture to be established by an ancestor, based on this and extract the conceptual language, it was presented past published works as for the approaching method toward physical form aspect by use of pattern of modern access method. Secondly, it was the symbolic approaching from method based on traditional and cultural context. Gradually, the embodiment of traditional image, in today's features of our furniture loosing the particular cultural identify is very important aspect, and beside above mentioned two methods, it should be investigated as for the diversified approaching study. Thereafter, we'll have to establish the positionof our modern furniture in global wordwide, for seek the beauty being interrelated form past historical communications, under the circumstance of original and future-oriented value.

The landscape design was presented to a design for the theme park in Honseong. The site is located in Janchuk-li Unha-meon Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do and an area of about $1,594,001m^2$. This landscape design set the several main criteria as follows: an identity of GayanCheon's Picked Shrimps theme park, a cultural and tourist place for people, efficiency of landuse, and an environment friendly design. This GyanCheon's Picked Shrimps theme park is a multiple place for enjoying, resting, learning, and playing. An identity of this park was expressed by introducing the ocean scenery into park area which was devided 5 sub-spaces: a Place of the ocean King, an Entrance space for a Theme park, a Clock tower plaza, a Shrimp village, and a Distribution complex. Each space has the Theme about "shrimp" and is carefully connected with each other in terms of spatial sequence. By introducing diverse gathering and symbolical spaces for many kinds of events, the site could function as a cultural and tourist place of the Hongsung-gun.

This essay explores Congreve's last play The way of the World in terms of English new identity of the gentry represented by Mirabell in political, social and historical context of the Bloodless Revolution. Particularly, this essay focuses on behavioral differences between Mirabell and Fainall as characters who manage a certain type of acceptable Englishness through their heir. The acceptable Englishness separates what the differences are between two rakes from the outside of normative principle. The Way of the World reflects Lockean republican ideology in personal and familial relationships. Mirabell as a heroic rake represents new expectations for Englishmen who rejects absolute sovereign contrasted by Fainall's foreign tyrannical ways of domesticity. The Foreignness of Fainall's in the play is displaced by corollary change in the new model of English identity exemplified by Mirabell. Through the play, Congreve tends to satirize repressive morality of Hobbesian extremism and emphasizes the Revolution settlement based on consent sand trust instead. Mirabell's normative will harmonizes individual desire for happiness with social demand. In a sense Congreve's The Way of the World is a play reaching typical Restoration ending of intrigue and conspiracy through two rakes's interaction. Accordingly, this essay tries to show what separates the heroic rake from tyrannical libertine through their way of love, money, compromise and negotiation, which is their way of life.
