In order to reproduce the traffic accident, It must save the data automatically which traffic accident 30 seconds before using black box. The Black Box can detect traffic crash accidents automatically, and record the vehicle's motion and driver's maneuvers during a pre-defined time Belied before and after the accident. But it is not easy for the police to catch running away criminal. Because, criminal can remove proof if it is 2 hours or 3 hours at least. Therefore, in this paper, in order to catch a hit and run driver in the traffic accident road, it developed an structured Query Language Server and made parts database algorithm.

To improve urban safety there is an increasing social need for environmental design against crime, which is defined as the creation of inconvenient environments or situations for criminal offenders. By using a cluster analysis, we aimed to clarify crime occurrence patterns from the perspective of land-use. Osaka Prefecture was chosen as the study area because it has the highest crime rate in Japan. The results revealed that there are six patterns of crime occurrence, and that cities of medium-level of mixed land-use have the lowest crime rates.

With the role of cell phones in today's society as a digital personal assistant as well as the primary tool for personal communication, it is possible to imagine the involvement of cell phones in almost any type of crime. The progression of a criminal investigation can hinge on vital clues obtained from a cell phone. This paper will be concentrated on CDMA system phones and focus on the data extraction for cell phone forensics. Especially, the data acquisition method of JTAG interface access to memory chip will be covered.

경찰은 2015년 '범죄피해자 보호 원년'을 선포하고 전국 경찰서에 피해자전담경찰관을 배치하는 등 지속적인 보호조치를 실시하였고, 2018년에는 경찰법과 경찰관직무집행법의 경찰 임무와 경찰관 직무 범위에 '범죄피해자 보호'를 명시해서 범죄피해자 보호를 강화하고 있지만, 강력사건에 피해자전담경찰관이 현장 출동자와 동행하도록하는 등 현재보다 경찰의 범죄피해자 보호제도가 더 확충되어야 하며, 사건의 가해자에 대한 철저한 수사도 필요하다. 경찰은 범죄가 발생하지 않도록 예방하여야 하고, 범죄가 발생한 경우에는 수사 전과정에서 범죄피해자 보호중심으로 수사하여야 국민의 신뢰도 얻고 실체진실발견에도 도움이 될 것이다.

남북은 분단 이후 70년을 각자의 정치체제를 구축하며 공존을 하고 있다. 그 과정에서 7.4 남북공동성명에서 남북은 처음으로 마주 앉았고 2000년 6.15 남북공동선언에서 남북연합이라는 통일의 방식이 나오기도 했다. 하지만 북한의 핵개발과 무력행동으로 여전히 남북은 정치적 협력은 불가능할 수준이지만 비정치적 분야에서는 알게 모르게 협력을 하고 있다. 그 협력 가운데 비정치면서 서로 관심을 가질 수 있는 부분은 환경범죄, 마약범죄와 같은 형사사법 분야다. 남북은 서로를 국가로 인정하지 않고 있기에 형사사법공조조약과 같은 형태로는 형사사법공조가 불가하기에 남북이 형사사법 분야에서 공조할 수 있는 부분을 찾아 보고자 한다.

Due to criminal aspects spreading nation wide, their intelligence level increasing and becoming digitalized, the citizens' interest in and desire for crime security have increased. Until now, the preceding researches have been focused on finding the specific variables that have direct effects on the demand for police manpower through regression analysis and attempted to predict number of needs. However, there have never been any researches producing the accurate number of demands for crimes and human resources needed for each work load. Therefore, this research have analyzed each police station functions by interviewing the persons in charge and selected the main duty for each functions. From this, by using the method of system dynamics, this research was able to predict the standard number of manpower needed for each police station functions. Also, by making a model for each 235 police stations, the best efficient employment plan for police stations and district agencies have been further discussed based on the computer simulation results.

Inside keys for the automobiles are the keys whose key teeth are engraved on the inside of the keys. These types of the keys are very effective in prohibiting making the copies of the keys for the criminal purposes and have excellent mechanical strenth comparing with the ordinary types of the keys. In this paper, a development of the control system for the milling machine which is used for cutting the teeth of the inside keys. This machine is controlled by a computer and the cutting is done automatically according to the key codes which are contained in the key code file. This work is presented to show an example of the industry-university cooperation.

최근 디지털 정보들은 각종 매체에 저장되어 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 그 중 범죄관련 비정형데이터의 분석과 활용은 범죄수사에 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 범죄통계 자료의 분석 및 활용은 정형데이터를 이용한 제한적 접근에 그치고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 수사 자료 중 처리되지 못한 비정형데이터를 분석, 저장, 처리하여, 수사 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 정형데이터화 함으로 범죄 프로파일링에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 범죄 행위중 하나인 흡연을 엘리베이터 내에서 행하는 범죄자를 추출하고자 한다. 추출 방법은 변형된 컬러-$X^2$ 히스토그램을를 이용하여 차이값을 추출하고 정규화를 수행한다. 그러고 나서 4-단계의 장면 전환 검출 알고리즘을 이용하여 연속적인 프레임들에서 장면 전환이 발생한 지점을 찾아낸다. 끝으로, 비디오에 저장된 대량의 영상에서 흡연 영상의 검색 및 추출을 위한 방법을 제시한다.

The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the propriety of the locations of the Jigudea(police boxes) through time and spatial analysis. The study area was limited to BusanJingu of Busan city which includes Seo-myeon district; the biggest downtown in Busan city. In this case, monthly crime position occurrence number of times by time analysis, criminal occurrence number of times and the position have some similarities. In case of Jigudea(police boxes) which handle crime, throngs were piled up. The other case of position which crime, there is no Jigudea(police boxes) in group or two were situated. As a result, it is required that Jigudea(police boxes) in Jin-gu should be rearranged and relocated properly.
