Mobile environment is relatively free from time and space constraints, and has unique characteristics such as not applying physical and social vulnerability because of it's non-face-to-face channel. Since such spatial and temporal speciality is likely to appear in a different form from psychological action and action in a general face-to-face environment, it is necessary to conduct an empirical study based on the results of the existing research that has been studied as major psychological variables of action in mobile environment. However, advance research have not been conducted in earnest on the vulnerability and anxiety of the consumers in a new environment called mobile finance. so this study intends to establish the basis through empirical research. As a result, women among traditional vulnerable groups perceived themselves to be vulnerable in mobile financial environments than men and felt fear of crime strongly. In addition, the vulnerability of mobile financial crime did not have a significant direct effect on mobile financial use, but it was confirmed that mobile crime fear was mediated completely and had an indirect effect on mobile financial use.

Under the hypothesis that the form of road network could affect crime occurrence, this study demonstrates to prove them using Space Syntax with real crime data. We calculated integration, control, connection index by means of Space Syntax and analyzed the relationship between the three indexes and the number of crime occurrence on the each road. Next, in order to generalize the analysis results we adopted Multi-Agent Model and simulated several scenarios on the computer virtual space. The results revealed that integration index has the strongest relationship with crime occurrence both in the case of real study area and virtual space simulations. Though this study has several limitations on the extent of virtual space and realistic computer programming of agents' behavior, the results are meaningful to verify the relationship between the form of read network and crime occurrence. Moreover the simulation platform that this study developed has promising possibilities to find realistic solutions on the effective police deployment or facility layout to improve smart safe city development.

The object of this study is to propose a study on the Private Investigator usage for Cyber Crime. The latest trend of cyber crime is being evolve in sophisticated and complex way over the global, like internet fraud, cyber gambling, hacking and etc. Hence national investigative authority mobilize high specialized skills and method of criminal investigation by each nation. But it is hard to respond in rapid and effective way because of propoor, distribution of group and insufficient of related legal system. Already in other countries, not considerable amount of services are given to private investigators in detection and tracking part which is inefficient by nation. So it has significantly meaningful to compensate the defect and study about private investigator usage as companion of cooperation policing for effectively respond to cyber-crime. The way to effectively deal with the cyber-crime is reevaluate meaning of partnership policing and need of private investigator usage. Also it is to analyze the main issue about introduction of a system and suggest the effective way of introduction. First, legislation of private investigator usage which is based upon partnership policing should be made up. Moreover, to establish the range of private investigator's business and enhance the reliability, it is to propose introduction of leading professional global certificate and license system with sufficient education and test. We are expecting introduction of private investigator usage can improve efficiency of investigation and promote effective countermeasures of cyber-crime.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the gender discourse of Korean newspapers. For this, the study analyzes the frames of frames of crime news on Chosun Daily and Hangyurae Newspaper for 2 years. The data are collected using KINDS, and include 265 crime articles involving woman. According to the results of this research, the episodic frames are used in the most of crime news. The five frame devices are founded in the episodic frame articles; the male subjectivity and the female objectivity, the male-oriented perspectives which reporters have, the abused sexual details and sensationalism, the emphasis of women body's fragility which imply woman's unavoidability as victims, and finally, blaming women who are victims of crimes. And in the articles of thematic frames, the similar frame devices are found. In particular, they only emphasize the problem of crime and fail to suggest a concrete resolution. Finally, the study discusses the findings relating to the patriarchal news making convention and the commercialism of newspaper industry. The two newspapers have been pursuing quite different political lines in Korean society. It is generally considered that Hangyurae newspaper is progressive and Chosun Daily is conservative. However, this study reveals that the way dealt with women in the crime news are not different. It is concluded that Korean newspapers still produce the gender discourse based on male-centric perspective and patriarchal ideology.

Juliano Rizzo and Thai Duong, the authors of the BEAST attack [11, 12] on SSL, have proposed a new attack named CRIME [13] which is Compression Ratio Info-leak Made Easy. The CRIME exploits how data compression and encryption interact to discover secret information about the underlying encrypted data. Repeating this method allows an attacker to eventually decrypt the data and recover HTTP session cookies. This security weakness targets in SPDY and SSL/TLS compression. The attack becomes effective because the attacker is enable to choose different input data and observe the length of the encrypted data that comes out. Since Transport Layer Security (TLS) ensures integrity of data transmitted between two parties (server and client) and provides strong authentication for both parties, in the last few years, it has a wide range of attacks on SSL/TLS which have exploited various features in the TLS mechanism. In this paper, we will discuss about the CRIME and other versions of SSL/TLS attacks along with countermeasures, implementations. We also present direction for SSL/TLS attacks resistance in practice.

It was just over 20 years ago that the victim who had been seen as the forgotten man in criminal justice system for a long time started to participate in criminal proceedings and state his opinion. Other countries such as America and Japan provide crime victims with the opportunity to state freely about facts of damage as well as their opinions in criminal proceedings at present. However, Korea gives the victim the right of statement as a witness, though the statement of crime victim's opinion is the constitutional right. That is, as crime victims are not free from perjury they cannot actively state their views. Meanwhile, if the freedom of crime victims' statement is guaranteed in law and victims can state opinions with their own voice, victims' statement of opinion will help the victims treat and relieve their psychological damages. For these reasons, it is desirable that Korea, like the U.S. and Japan, gives crime victims the right to state their opinion without fear of perjury in criminal proceedings not as witnesses but as the aggrieved party.

South Korea's socioeconomic status is high enough to support services for the protection of crime victims. Until now, the Ministry of Justice was the only institution to protect and support the victims, but recently the national police is included. This is considered preferable, since the police is the one to contact the victims first- they can provide immediate support after the incident. Several limits in current laws and crime protection system exist. Therefore, given the importance of protecting victims, model of public-private joint forms should be considered. In premise of establishing a new relationship between the public-private joint system of justice and the maintenance, the range of police's involvement with crime supports will be determined. In the case of developed countries, the police and private organizations maintain close cooperation, appearing as substantial care and support for crime victims. Therefore this study reviews the problems in crime victim protection, assistance from the police stage, and suggest the improvements as follows. The first is to redefine the role of the police who first contacted in the crime victims protection support, the second is to establish a permanent cooperation framework, such as victims specialized police, victims protection agency, the third is to develop services for victim protection available from the police stage, and the fourth, opening Victim Support Center functioning as a temporary accommodation or safety zone for the personal protection of victims. The fifth is to regularize solution conference for victims' protection, and the sixth is to divide of roles in state organization government in charge of victim's protection and local government responsible for victim's support.

In case of the crime occurrence preliminary investigation is very important. Police perform on-site first responders throuth the First Responders Manual and 112 information system. But recently the failure cases of preliminary investigation happened. Social criticism was castrated for the police that roundup succeeded but failed to protect the victims of crime. Avoiding these accidents, improvement of preliminary investigation is required. Accordingly local police personnel system improvement, improvement of reporting systems, Integration of 112 information and 119 information, improvement of seizure search regulations, victim care, crime response exercises reinforcement is required for the protection of criminal victims in preliminary investigation.
