창의성 개발을 위한 학습도구로서의 정보처리모형의 타당성 연구 (A Feasibility Study on Information Processing Models as Learning Tools for Developing Creativity)

  • 문헌정보학계에서 개발하여 학습도구로 사용하고 있는 정보처리모형이 왜 창의성 함양에 도움이 되는가? 창의성은 정보의 통합에서 생긴다는 전제를 가지고, 사람의 마음과 두뇌가 정보를 처리할 때와 정보처리모형을 사용할 때 정보통합이 일어나는가를 살펴본 결과 양자에서 다 같이 그 시스템 자체가 창의성을 생산해 내는 정보의 통합을 위한 장치임이 드러났다. 그러므로 정보처리모형의 사용은 사고과정의 정보통합을 도울 수 있다. 또 문자나 언어와 같은 심리적 도구의 기능이 사람의 사고과정에서 일어나는 정보의 통합을 돕는 것이라는 연구결과를 미루어 정보처리모형도 하나의 심리적 도구이므로 사고과정에서 일어나는 정보의 통합을 도와준다고 유추할 수 있다. 따라서 정보처리모형은 두 가지 이유에서 인간정보처리가 통합적이 되도록 도와준다. 즉 창의성을 돕는것이다.

초등정보영재의 창의성 신장을 위한 교과 통합 로봇 프로그래밍 수업 모형 (A Subject Integration Robot Programming Instruction Model to Enhance the Creativity of Information Gifted Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 초등정보영재의 창의성 신장을 위한 방법의 하나로 교과 통합 로봇 프로그래밍 수업 모형을 개발하였다. 개발한 수업 모형은 초등학교 5, 6학년 정보영재 학생들을 대상으로 적용하고 효과를 분석하였다. 실험집단에는 교과 통합 로봇 프로그래밍 수업을 실시하고, 비교집단에는 도전 과제들로 구성되어 학생들이 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 겪는 오차를 수정하는 형태의 일반적 로봇 프로그래밍 수업을 실시하였다. 적용 결과 실험집단의 학생들이 창의적 성향, 창의적 인지 능력에서 유의하게 향상된 결과를 나타내었으며 이는 본 연구를 통해 개발한 교과 통합 로봇 프로그래밍 수업 모형이 초등정보영재의 창의적 성향, 창의적 인지 능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 볼 수 있다.

가정과 교육에서의 창의성 교수를 위한 이론적 고찰 (The Theoretical Inquiry for Teaching Creativity in Home Economics Education)

  • Creativity is a trait necessarily demanded in highly industrial and information oriented society. Accordingly, we should develop creativity through school education. The purpose of this study is to inquire a conceptual model and teaching method for developing creative problem solving skills in home economics education which can work at a platform for the curriculum developer. Although many definitions of creativity consider cognitive aspect more, personal or affective aspect is heavily involved with creativity. Therefore, creativity is a dynamic system which cooperates many contrasting and dialectic components in personal and cognitive aspects. The function of creativity is dependent on diverse environmental system. Environments influence on the extent of the development of creativity. Thus, the person-situation interaction model devised by Woodman and Schoenfeldt, integration of cognitive, affective, and situational aspects, is suggested as a conceptual model for teaching creativity in home economics education. The practical reasoning teaching model is suggested as a teaching method for developing creative problem solving skills in home economics education. The components of creative problem solving which involved with practical reasoning process are general knowledge and skills, specific knowledge and skills, divergent thinking skills, motivation and motives, and critical thinking skills.

A Modularized Approach to the Development of the Creativity Learning Program

  • Art education in design has repeatedly stressed the importance of developing creativity. In the digital period, however, which shows rapid change in both forms and contents, it needs to be equipped with more flexible and systematic ways of approaching to the creativity development, especially involved with cultural diversity of the digital world. This paper primarily proposes a maximally efficient, productive creativity learning program in which the integration of expressive media and communication generates a comprehensive network of communicative information in the development of digital technologies, which, consequently, brings forth valuable cultural contents of art. The amalgamation of Won (2006)'s Prism Effect, with distinctive three devices, and the facilitator factors, with two different facilitators such as self-controlled and controlled plays, would function as a catalyst for cultural diversity in the digital forms and contents of art. And this will, consequently, result in producing a number of practices that can be classified and assorted for a later performance. This paper thus suggests a roadmap of how to develop the creativity learning program in which two categories of facilitators based on three thinking devices function to classify four activities. In addition, selected activities are shaped as a creativity learning program by generating learning practices with the formalizing instructional strategy that fit into a specialized educational environment and learners. The samples of loaming practice design show guidelines for practice and the results of learning activity. Therefore, the eventual goal of this paper would be to establish a creativity learning program that constitutes a highly systematized and modularized database to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the creativity development.

루트번스타인(R. Root-Bernstein)의 생각도구를 활용한 패션일러스트레이션의 창의적 표현 분석 (Analysis of the Creative Expression of Fashion Illustration using the Idea Tool of R. Root-Bernstein)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression characteristics of creative fashion illustration based on the theory of creativity by using the conceptual ideas related to visual expression in the theory of creativity of R. Bernstein. The contents of the study were theoretical basis of creativity theory and R. Bernstein's creative thinking tool. A specific checklist applying 13 creative thinking tools was developed to analyze individual cases and characteristics of creative thinking tools applied to visual arts and fashion illustrations. As a result, the application of a creative thinking method by the utilization, transformation and integration of R. Bernstein's thought tool yielded creative thinking about fashion illustration and the value of improvement creativity that can expand expression areas.

A Study on the Moderating Effect that Value Congruence Influences Organizational Performance

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between individual creativity and its related variables to observe how individual creativity contributes to organizational performance. In addition, this study strived to explore how to maximize the utilization of individual creativity and innovate the structure of the organization itself so that teams and organizations can respond more effectively to new rising trends. this study aimed to examine whether the value congruence between individuals and organizations (propensity congruence, goal congruence has a significant impact on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior as dependent variables by exerting individual creativity and synergy as independent variables. Research design, data and methodology - SPSS 24.0 program were used to analyze the data. Descriptive Statistics and correlation analysis were performed, and the reliability factor (Cronbach's α) was calculated. Afterwards, we analyzed the moderating effects of structural equation model analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The number of samples used in the study were 309 copies. Results - First, Individual creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that decision-making processes fused with individual creativity could create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and transform the organization. Second, value congruence adjusted the influence of individual creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value and secure the pool of creative talents who will be a potential future basic source of organizational success and competitive advantage. Second, managers should be able to identify those with creative talents and expertise, and use them to increase their knowledge sharing performance, while also developing emotional and motivational creativity. Third, in order improve knowledge sharing performance, managers should pay attention to the emotional aspect of creativity. Fourth, managers should strive to create an environment that is beneficial for the reinforcement of individual self-management capabilities. Fifth, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative thinking, opinions, or solutions. Sixth, managers should promote the dissemination and integration of new knowledge based on the creative views and attitudes of team members.

  • 현재의 국내의 많은 자영업자들이 창업의 실패를 경험하고 있다. 이러한 점에서 무분별한 창업을 줄이고, 창업의 성공률을 높이기 위해 창업 준비과정에서 명확고 통합된 정보의 제공이 요구된다. 본 연구는 다양한 공공기관들이 분산되어 보유하고 있는 다양한 데이터를 통합한 빅데이터를 제언하고자 한다. 이를 위해 창업에서 요구되는 데이터의 유형을 분류하고 통합적 창업지원 정보시스템 구축을 위한 분석 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

간호학 문제중심학습에 기초한 창의성통합교육모형(C-PBL) 개발 및 효과 (Development of Creativity Integrated Problem-Based Learning Model for Nursing Education)

  • Purpose: This study aimed at (a) developing an instructional model of creative thinking education on the problem-based learning method (C-PBL) in undergraduate nursing curriculum at one University, and (b) examining its effect on nursing students' level of creativity and outcomes from problem-based learning. Methods: The C-PBL model was implemented on 43 juniors of the experimental group with a 30 hour-nursing class during one semester. The control group, with 54 seniors, received 4 hours of problem based learning training in an adult nursing class. Pre-and post-tests were done with the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking for creative thinking ability, the Integrated Creativity Instrument for creative motivation and attitudes, the Problem Solving Competency questionnaire, and the Self-Directed Learning Instrument. Results: The C-PBL model was developed using a caring situation scenario to solve nursing problems with 3 training steps of 'encountering a patient in a caring situation', 'exploring nursing knowledge', and 'designing creative caring beyond given knowledge'. Between the experimental group and the control group, there were significant differences in creativity (p<.010), problem-solving ability (p<.010), and self-directed ability (p<.010). Conclusion: This C-PBL method could contribute in increasing creative competency as well as problem-solving ability for nursing students.

창의인재육성 마스터플랜 수립을 위한 기초연구 (Research on Establishing Master Plan to Foster Creative Human Resources)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 역량 강화와 국가 경쟁력 제고에 이바지하는 창의인재육성 실현이라는 비전을 추진하기 위해, 한국적 토양과 문화를 고려한 창의인재육성의 방향성을 정립하기 위한 기초연구의 일환으로 진행하였다. 이를 위해 인문사회, 예술, 과학 영역 및 산학연 전문가 6인을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 한국적 창의인재에 대한 정의와 그 요소, 이를 육성하기 위한 교육적 전략을 '융합'과 '통합'의 키워드에서 찾을 수 있었고, 세부적으로는 평생교육측면에서 창의인재육성을 어떻게 해야 할 것인가에 대해서도 연구할 수 있었다.

과학적 창의성 관점에서 살펴본 영재교육종합 데이터베이스(GED)의 초등 과학영재교육 프로그램 특징 분석 (Analysis on Characteristic of Elementary Science-Gifted Education Winner Programs in Gifted Education Database Focusing on Scientific Creativity)

  • 이 연구에서는 영재교육종합 데이터베이스(GED)에서 제공하는 초등 과학영재교육 프로그램 수상작을 과학적 창의성 관점에서 분석하였다. 이를 위해 해당 분석 기준을 개발한 뒤 우수 프로그램 55개에 포함된 840개의 탐구활동을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 과학적 창의성 요소 5가지 중, '과학적 탐구기능', '과학 지식 내용', '창의적 사고'가 많이 포함되었다. 하지만 '문제해결력'과 '공통 요소'는 비교적 적게 포함되어 있었다. 통합의 측면에서는 2가지 요소의 통합과 3가지 요소의 통합이 자주 나타났으며, 통합이 없는 유형도 자주 나타났다. 4가지 요소의 통합이나 5가지 요소의 통합은 적게 나타났다. '과학 지식내용', '과학적 탐구기능', '창의적 사고' 등이 다른 요소들과 함께 통합되는 빈도가 높았다. 그러나 '공통 요소' 또는 '문제해결력'이 다른 요소와 통합되는 경우는 적게 나타났다. 이에 대한 교육적 시사점을 논하였다.
