This study aims to analyze the research trend of cultural policy-related papers based on 832 key words among 186 whole articles in the Journal of Cultural Policy by the Korea Culture & Tourism Institute from October 2008 to January 2017. The analysis was performed using a big data analysis technique called the Semantic Network Analysis. The Semantic Network Analysis consists of frequency analysis, density analysis, centrality analysis including degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and eigenvector centrality. Lastly, the study shows a figure visualizing the results of the centrality analysis through Netdraw program. The most frequently exposed key words were 'culture', 'cultural policy/administration', 'cultural industry/cultural content', 'policy', 'creative industry', in the order. The key word 'culture' was ranked as the first in all the analysis of degree centrality, betweenness centrality and eigenvector centrality, followed by 'policy' and 'cultural policy/administraion'. The key word 'cultural industry/cultural content' with very high frequency recorded high points in degree centrality and eigenvector centrality, but showed relatively low points in betweenness centrality.

After the war, the circle literature movement took place in Japan around the 1950s. The subjects of the national movement, the Korean-Japanese, have produced and expanded their political rights and claims through circles and organs in conjunction with the literary movement. However, the results of analyzing the exchanges and conflicts between the political subjects of the Korean national movement and the literary circle movement as a concrete case to date are still insignificant. After liberation, the endless worries and confrontations to the post-colonialization of literary Koreans in Japan were analyzed as 'community with Republic of Korea and Japan', 'topic and creative language', and as 'conflict with Korean association in japan'. The process leading to dissolution was analyzed. The spirit of the era of Koreans in Japan in the 1950s identified in this paper is expected to suggest a new direction for the starting point of study of the humanities in Japan.

Competition among local governments in a competitive global festival and the festival is going to become the intensify regional strategies as enabled by the improved local image production and has been a symbol of the festival and each municipality is competitive. The object of this study is to develop textile designs and fashion products based on the cultural resource of Jeju Bangsatop, which means a stone tower preventing misfortune and driving out evil spirits. The field surveys of 32 Bangsatops located at 17 villages in Jeju were conducted. As a result, unlike stone towers located in other regions, Jeju Bangsatops made with basalt. In addition, wood and stone birds, Dolhareungbang, and other sculptures are built on the tops. Jeju Bangsatops were classified into four types based on the body form of the tops: Conical, truncated conical, trapezoid, and irregular shaped Bangsatops. Jeju Bangsatops located in a area or a village are symmetrically arranged in direction of south and north, left and right, east and west, or face to face. The conical, truncated conical, and irregular shaped Jeju Bangsatops which are designated as folk cultural properties or which have the unique sculptures of stone birds and the statues of Dolhareungbang built on the tops were selected as motifs for textile pattern design. The 4 basic patterns of Jeju Bangstops were designed. The six creative textile designs were developed by the various repeat arrangements of the basic patterns and were printed on oxford cotton fabrics by digital textile printing (DTP) method. The sixteen products of wallets, bags, hats and shoes were actually made with the DTP fabrics, the DTP fabrics which were naturally dyed in gray and blue colors, or the DTP fabrics which were redesigned with textile crayon. Therefore, it is confirmed that Jeju Bangsatop could be very useful as a motif for the development of cultural products focusing on Jeju tourism souvenir market.

Nowadays, most Internet servers run on virtual a network which connects each virtual machine, to process large amounts of data on single physical computer. The virtual machines for their own purposes are interconnected to other virtual server systems with various types of operating systems. Each virtual server may share one physical computer resources and operates at a service seamlessly to each other. Sometimes even the virtual machines are implemented using a method that lease the physical IT resources without purchasing physical server. Therefore, a virtual switch is needed to improve the performance when a large number of virtual machines operate on physical server. In this study, the implementation and investigation was performed for the virtual switches, OpenvSwitch and DPDKvSwitch, in order to provide the necessary high-performance cloud services to creative business.

The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in work autonomy of content industry workers using Korea Working Conditions Survey(2010, 2014) and difference-differences estimation method. The results find that there was no significant change in the work autonomy (work order, work method, work speed) of the content industry worker in In the overall sample. On the other hand, analyzing the sample of 30 or more employee establishment size shows that work autonomy of the content industry worker is greatly reduced. Also, work autonomy is high when the rank or capability is high, whereas work autonomy decreases when the establishment size is large. This study implies that the content industry workers have shown quantitatively the reduction of work autonomy. It also suggests that compensation and management systems are needed to enhance the competitiveness of the content industry.

Objectives: The study purpose is to develop a content system for a healthy dietary education program for after-school care in lower grade in elementary school. Methods: The contents of healthy dietary education in the 2015 revised curriculum and textbooks and the major education programs related to dietary life that are currently used in elementary school education were analyzed. Focus group interviews were held with field experts related to lower grade in elementary care class. Accordingly, the structuring of the education area and the detailed education contents were systematized. Results: From the analysis results, the contents of curriculum, textbook, and administrative department were classified as hygiene safety, health, and culture. The goal of the educational content system was divided into three areas: nutritional dietary life, food hygiene and health, and food culture. The subjects consisted of dietary balance, healthy body weight, digestion and absorption, food hygiene, Korean agricultural products, traditional food, and table manners. The curriculum was composed of 12 content elements. Conclusions: In order to ensure that after-school care students can grow into healthy, growth-oriented and creative talents, the role of the caring guide is important, and associated guidelines are needed in the future.

Woolf s preoccupation with the interplay between gender, commercialism, and the modern city is exposed in higher relief by her feminist remapping of the city through a discourse of fl nerie, which is epitomized in her singular urban travelogues such as Street Haunting and The London Scene essays. A fanatical London-adventurer herself, she assumes the persona of the fl neuse in exploring the street of modern London and especially the public sphere of the marketplace, as represented in Oxford Street Tide. Living and working in the quarter of Bloomsbury, in close proximity to the capital s famous sites of tourism, entertainment, and mass consumption, Woolf was placed at the heart of urban spectacle. In spite of the lack of critical analysis of this high-profile writer s interest in such quotidian matters as shopping, fashion and appearance, which would be informed by a hierarchy of value within literary criticism, it seems that they are inextricably intertwined with her quest into more serious-minded topics that revolve around the twin pillars of her literary project: feminism and modernism. Her essays, in particular, suggest this point in one way or another, mirroring her extraordinary susceptibility to such concerns. For Woolf, street sauntering is synonymous with an act of creative mobility, by which she plays with the notion of shifting identities, rediscovers the urban rarities and splendors, and ultimately pins them down in her literary output. By adopting the identity of a masterly rambler/observer/explorer with an omnipotent gaze, she firmly anchors herself as an active interpreter of urban modernity and viewer of its spectacle. She thus challenges the idea of public space as a male domain, which is central to the classic androcentric discourse of loitering, spectatorship and urban modernity.

With natural resources-terrestrial or coastal-fastly diminishing, governments are now resorting to biodiversity conservation, fast-tracking the introduction of new legislations, as well as the amendment of existing ones, and laying out programs that interpret existing practices and research agendas. This paper examines how biodiversity conservation-in addition to eco-tourism-has become an important symbol of the modernizing state of Sabah, Malaysia. It further examines the effects of biodiversity conservation on state and community management of natural resources, with particular reference to the management of natural resources by the indigenous peoples of Sabah. Citing case studies and focusing on a forest community at Kiau Nuluh, in the district of Kota Belud, Sabah, this paper evaluates strategies used by indigenous groups to maintain access and control over the management of natural resources-and by implication to livelihoods-via ecotourism, making creative alliances with non-government organisations as well as forging cooperation with government agencies which act as custodians of these resources. For a majority of indigenous groups however, the practice of biodiversity conservation has meant reduced and controlled access to natural resources, considering the fundamental issue of the lack of security of tenure to the land claimed under customary rights. New initiatives at recognizing Indigenous and Community Conserved Areas (ICCAs) by international conservation groups provide a means for tenure recognition, for a price, of course. The recognition of ICCAs also faces obstacles arising from developmentalist ideology which upholds that forests are valuable only when converted to other land use, and not left to stand for their intrinsic value.
