GA-LADRC를 이용한 Mariner class vessel의 선수각 제어 (GA-LADRC based control for course keeping applied to a mariner class vessel)

  • In this study, to control the heading angle of a ship, which is constantly subjected to various internal and external disturbances during the voyage, an LADRC (linear active disturbance rejection control) design that focuses more on improving the disturbance removal performance was proposed. The speed rate of change of the ship's heading angle due to the turn of the rudder angle was selected as a significant factor, and the nonlinear model of the ship's maneuvering equation, including the steering gear, was treated as a total disturbance. It is the similar process with an LADRC design for the first-order transfer function model. At this time, the gains of the controller included in LADRC and the gains of the extended state observer were tuned to RCGAs (real-coded genetic algorithms) to minimize the integral time-weighted absolute error as an evaluation function. The simulation was performed by applying the proposed GA-LADRC controller to the heading angle control of the Mariner class vessel. In particular, it was confirmed that the proposed controller satisfactorily maintains and follows the set course even when the disturbances such as nonlinearity, modelling error, uncertainty and noise of the measurement sensor are considered.

알고리즘적 사고 문제 모델 및 평가방법의 제안과 초등수학 내용요소의 적용 및 분석 (A Novel Algorithmic Thinking-based Problem Models & Evaluation Methods and Analysis of Problems using Material Factors in an Elementary course of Mathematics)

  • 본 논문은 초등정보교육과정의 "문제해결방법과 절차" 영역에 필요한 알고리즘적 사고 문제 모델로서 추가적인 학습 없이 바로 적용 가능하도록 알고리즘적 사고 기초 문제 모델을 제안하고, 초등수학내용요소를 이용한 기초 문제들과 평가 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 5단계 난이도를 갖는 순서도 설계 방법에 기초하여, 알고리즘적 사고 문제 모델과 기초 문제 모델을 제안하고, 제안된 기초 모델에 초등 수학내용요소를 적용하여 초등 알고리즘적 사고 기초 문제를 도출한다. 그리고 개발된 알고리즘적 사고 문제들에 대해 실험 수업을 실시하여 알고리즘적 사고에 따른 답안들의 다양성과 효율성 평가 방법, 5단계 난이도 단계에 따라 개발된 문제들의 난이도 적절성에 대한 분석을 통해 본 논문에서 제안된 문제들의 알고리즘적 사고 문제로서의 적합성을 검증하였다.

'간호관리 및 윤리' 교과목의 문제중심학습 패키지 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of a Problem-based Learning in Nursing Management and Ethics)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to develop and evaluate of a Problem-based Learning (PBL) in the course of Nursing Management and Ethics. Method: The design of the study was both methodological and one group only pre-post design. The sample included 61 senior students who are currently enrolled in Nursing management and Ethics course in college of nursing. Data regarding PBL evaluation were collected on the critical thinking and clinical reasoning using structured questionnaires during March to June, 2005. Data were analyzed using descriptives and paired t-test. Results: A total of three PBL packages was developed by the two faculty members and two teaching assistants who are majoring in nursing management. PBL packages that had been developed was applied to 61 senior students for three months. Critical thinking and clinical reasoning were measured twice pre and post the application of PBL packages. There were statistically significant differences in the critical thinking and clinical reasoning between the pre and post PBL application. Conclusion: PBL was considered to be effective in understanding the learning concepts in the Nursing Management and Ethics. Further research on the facilitative strategies and development model considering the characteristics of Nursing Management and Ethics course is needed.

디자인씽킹 기법을 활용한 중학교 가정교과 의류 업사이클링 소품제작 수업개발 (Instructional Development of Making Upcycle Clothing Accessories for the Middle School Home Economics Classes Applying the Design Thinking Technique)

  • 본 연구는 창의성 함양을 위해 중학교 1학년 의생활 부분 중 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원을 중심으로 디자인씽킹 기법을 활용하여 가정교과 의류 '업사이클링' 소품 제작 수업을 개발 및 적용하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 교수체제개발 모형인 ADDIE 모형을 활용하여 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 5단계를 활용하였고 디자인씽킹 과정은 관련 지식 이해, 공감, 문제 정의(관점공유) 및 아이디어 생성, 프로토타입 제작, 테스트, 실물 제작의 단계를 적용하였다. 교사 13인으로 구성된 전문가의 자문 결과도 개발과 평가 과정에 반영하였고, 학생들의 피드백을 활용해 학습목표의 달성 여부를 확인하였다. 그 결과 디자인씽킹 기법을 활용하여 10차시의 가정과 교수-학습 과정안과 학습 활동지, 학습자료, 평가 루브릭을 완성하였다. 또한, 수업참여 학생들의 피드백으로부터 다양한 의복 재활용 방법 탐색을 통한 윤리적 책임감 향상, 창의적이고 친환경적인 의생활 실천, 의류 실습 용구의 안전한 사용 방법 습득, 사고력, 공감능력, 의사소통 능력의 향상, 패션에 대한 진로 탐색과 심미적인 것에 대한 관심 확장이 성취되었음을 확인하였다.

비전공자 프로그래밍 수업 창의적 산출물의 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반 평가 루브릭 개발 (Development of a scoring rubric based on Computational Thinking for evaluating students' computational artifacts in programming course)

  • 고등교육의 비전공자 대상 정보과학 교육의 수요가 늘고 있지만, 컴퓨팅 사고력 관점에서 적절하게 학생들의 창의적 산출물을 평가하는 도구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 고등교육의 비전공자를 위한 정보 과학 수업에서 학생들이 개발한 창의적 산출물을 컴퓨팅 사고력 관점에서 평가하는 루브릭을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 루브릭 초안의 준거틀(framework)은 CT Practices Design Pattern이며, 개발된 루브릭의 구성 요소는 영역, 역량요소, 평가요소, 평가자료, 평가단계의 다섯 가지이다. 루브릭은 '추상화 모델의 설계', '창의적 산출물의 설계 및 적용', 그리고 '산출물의 자가 평가'의 세 영역으로 구분하여 개발되었다. 전문가 검토를 통해 내용 타당성을 확보하였으며, 신뢰도 측면의 일관성이 검증되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 루브릭은 해당 목적에 맞게 수정하여 사용할 수 있다.

창조적 패션디자인을 위한 한국의 패션디자인 교육모델 제안에 관한 연구 -미국, 유럽, 한국의 사례 비교를 중심으로- (A Study to Suggest Korean Fashion Design Education Model for a Creative Fashion Design -Focus on Comparative Case Studies in the USA, Europe, and Korea-)

  • This study suggests a Korean fashion design education model through a comparison of the fashion design curriculum and education systems in the USA, Europe, and Korea. For this, a case study of fashion design curriculum and education systems in the USA was performed with literature reviews about education methodology and design process to develop creativity, following the prior study, A Comparative Study on Fashion Design in Europe and Korea. For the case study, 12 superior fashion design education institutions in the USA were chosen from fashionista (N.Y.) and the goals, the emphases, the constitution of the online curriculum of each undergraduate fashion design course were examined. As a result of this study, Korean fashion design education model (1+2.5+0.5 model), was proposed by integrating the education systems of the USA and Europe, as follow: First, Korean fashion design education institutions need to be characterized and the departments/majors should be gradually specialized by the major. Second, foundation courses prior to undergraduate courses or during the 1st year should be established to result in a multi- disciplinary basic education. Third, a project based major needs to be performed that connects fashion design subjects with their related subjects for 2 and a half years as of the $2^{nd}$ year. These projects can be progressed by problem-solving design process of problem-identification and brainstorming-research, analysis-design concept-design ideation, selection-design development, implementation-critical evaluation and solutions. Fourth, collaborative projects or integrated courses with related Liberal Arts or other art and design majors should lead to muliti-discilplinary education. Fifth, the chance of increased active industry-academy collaboration and actual employment or enterprise can be facilitated by the establishment of only the courses related to domestic or international internships during the $2^{nd}$ semester of the $4^{th}$ year.

Development of the Instructional Design Guideline utilizing Goal-based Scenario for Culinary Practice Education

  • Recently, not only development of curriculum associated directly with job, the development of new education model is in great need. So, the purpose of this study is to develop the instructional design guideline utilizing goal-based scenario(GBS) for college students who major in culinary arts. First, to achieve this goal, we recognized the 7 core elements(learning goal, mission, cover story, role activity, scenario operating, resource, feedback) composing GBS through literature review and case study. Second, we drew a conclusion about the problem and guideline for traditional culinary practice course by conducting inspection about culinary practice environment and needs with professors who are teaching culinary arts. Third, we applied the instructional design guideline for culinary practice to regular classes according to GBS's factors, and then we did formative evaluation with content experts and educational technology expert. Finally, we designed the final instructional design guideline for culinary practice by modifying early model reflected the result of formative evaluation. The results of this study are as following. First, when we applied GBS to culinary practice, professors have to focus on process of materialization by developing easy scenario to students. Also, they have to prepare the class circumstance to feel about sense of realism in advance. Second, to give a conjugally new skill at working, professors's effort is important. culinary practice education at college has responsibility to carry out the vocational training that has competitiveness and difference with labor market's needs. Therefore, it is necessary for us to develop the teaching and learning model for culinary practice which is suitable for major based on the manpower demand for industry without causing job mismatch from demand for industry.

Design of an RCGA-based Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Controller for Ship Heading Control

  • A ship's automatic steering system is the basis for addressing control difficulties related to course-changing and course-keeping during navigation through heading angle control, and is a link in realizing unmanned and autonomous ships. This study proposes a robust RCGA-based linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) design method considering environmental disturbances, measurement noise, and model uncertainties in designing a ship heading controller for use when the ship is sailing. The LADRC consisted of a transient profile, a linear extended state observer, and a PD controller. The control gains in the LADRC with the linear extended state observer were adjusted by RCGAs to minimize the integral of the time-weighted absolute error (ITAE), which is an evaluation function of the control system. The proposed method was applied to ship heading control, and its effectiveness was validated by comparing the propulsive energy loss between the proposed method and a conventional linear PD controller. The simulation results showed that the proposed method had the advantages of lower propulsive energy loss, more robustness, and higher tracking precision than the conventional linear PD controller.

제품 및 금형 연계 창의 캡스톤 디자인 교육과정에 관한 연구 (A development of creative capstone design process by product and mold design)

  • The fourth industrial revolution calls for an integrated talent by improving working-level skills within the big framework of creativity and convergence. Therefore, university education focuses on solving the problem of practical ability education by improving employment ability. Based on this improvement in practical skills, this study is based on the field-based design curriculum of Capstone. Currently, the Capstone Design Course is being implemented at most universities, extending its scope to the fields of engineering, humanities, social studies and arts. However, there is a limit to the core concept of Capstone design education and capacity education developed in line with the foreign educational environment and applied directly to our nation's university education. In terms of overseas cases, the core focus is to develop practical, design, and prototype capabilities by forming a team among all grades and multidisciplinary institutions to support the capital and manpower of the industry. However, the nation's industrial linkage and curriculum have difficulties in carrying out multi-disciplinary education. In this study, students were asked to team up and solve the challenges that the industry needs based on the expertise acquired in the lower grade curriculum by applying majors and 3D printing through the first and second semester courses of the fourth grade to address these limitations. In addition, business skills for the process of creativity and leadership experience in our country through a suitable design capstone class to review the efficiency of education by applying a model. In order to achieve the purpose of Capstone design subject, the goal setting, class model composition, class model application, verification and evaluation, and final class model development procedures were carried out. Through this process, it will be used as a basic material for educating design class capstone design.

청각장애인을 위한 청능훈련 서비스모델 및 기능성 게임콘텐츠 설계 (Auditory and Language Training Service Model and Serious Game Contents Design for the hearing-impaired)

  • 청각장애인을 위한 청능 및 언어 훈련은 비장애인과 소통능력을 배양하는 기본적인 훈련이지만 동시에 부모나 지도교사의 경제적부담, 육체적 피로를 수반한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 웹기반의 청능 및 언어 훈련 콘텐츠가 계속해서 개발되어 왔다. 그러나 장애인의 청각상태 및 학습능력의 차이가 존재함에도 불구하고 이런 개인 차이를 고려하지 않은 채 개발되고 있다. 따라서 장애자의 상태와 잔존청력, 학습능력 및 훈련성취도를 정확히 평가하고 분석하여 장애자에게 적절한 훈련진도를 계획하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서 청각장애자를 위해 개인평가에 따라 다양하게 청능 언어 훈련을 기획하고 관리해주는 청능 및 언어 훈련 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 또한 이 모델을 기반으로 하는 기능성 게임콘텐츠를 기획하는 설계방법을 제시한다.
