In the knowledge based society, the development of creative human resources is one of the core factors for securing a national competition power. Especially in the software industries, the development of human resources who can solve a problem creatively by applying object oriented programming technique which is a update Programming technology is required. In this paper, we designed a lecture plan and produced it into a course contents which could be run on a online learning system. The teaching focuses of the developed course are the development of problem solving ability and object oriented design and programming ability through Java.

The goal of this study is to improve the competitiveness of professional librarians in society. To this end, we analyzed domestic and international LIS curriculum, determined demand from field librarians through a survey, carried out job analysis by library types, and developed an operating model for LIS curriculum by synthesizing all of these results. Finally, we suggested a course of study for civil service librarians based on this model. As a result, the six required courses for civil service librarians are: Introduction to Library and Information Science, Information Organization, Information Services (Reference and Information Services), Library Management, Information Retrieval, and Field Work. The four core courses for the civil service concentration are: Collection Development, Information Sources by Subjects, Public Library Management, and Digital Libraries. Suggested electives best suited to this career path include Using Web Resources, Information Literacy, Information Services in Culturally Diverse Communities, Library Marketing, Libraries and Cultural Programs, Reading Guidance, Library History, Small Library Management, Studies in Library Buildings, Library Cooperation, Managing Digital Collections, and Information and Communication in a Digital Age.

LTV(Light Tactical Vehicle) operating in our military requires higher levels of performance and durability to withstand harsher conditions than general vehicles, as they must travel on both rough-train and off-road as well as on public roads. Recently, LTV development is demanded a variety of test evaluations in order to satisfy ROC (Required Operational Capability) by the military requirement. However, there is no informations of driving test course for satisfying the durability performance of Korean tactical vehicle. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data to establish reliable drive test conditions by analyzing the main maneuvering test site at the domestic and foreign country in order to select the representative drive course. These studies will provide a more scientific and systematic evaluation solution for the development of tactical vehicles, and can be effectively used to establish a certified system for military vehicle test evaluation in the future

This study tracked the changes of preservice biology teachers' pedagogical knowledge along with science teaching efficacy throughout sequentially developed science methods course I and II over two consecutive semesters. Two courses, science methods course I and II, aimed these preservice teachers to discuss the notion of science teaching with teaching and learning theories, to learn science instructional models, to design lessons utilizing science instructional models, and to eventually implement microteaching. The preservice teachers were mainly engaged in cooperative instructional planning activities through science methods course I, and engaged in cooperative microteaching activities through the science methods course II. This study revealed that preservice teachers successfully developed pedagogical knowledge and science teaching efficacy after two science methods courses. The science methods course I where cooperative instructional planning activities occurred helped the preservice teachers to improve pedagogical knowledge but not science teaching efficacy. Based on their pedagogical knowledge development, then, these preservice teachers increased science teaching efficacy belief after completion of the science methods course II.

This paper will analyze the development and management processes of the STS (Science and Technology Studies) course in the Division of Performative Humanities at College of Humanities, Hanyang University. The STS Course is one of the five integrated courses in Performative Humanities which are recommended for Humanities students as second major options. The Performative Humanities courses were established through support from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology between 2005 and 2009. Then, these courses were integrated as the independent "Division of Performative Humanities", whose courses are being taught today. Among these courses, the STS course is a compositive course which is based on STS and links humanities, science and technology. The establishment of the STS course symbolizes a new integrative approach to interdisciplinary education both in terms of its contents and operation processes. This paper will discuss the roadmap of the STS course and how to manage its education system. The advantages and disadvantages of the course's development process and the result of its management procedures will also be analyzed. With the importance of integrated education being recognized, this paper will analyze how the interdisciplinary STS course is incorporated and operated as a major course in the University. This will enable readers to seek ideas for alternative integrated education models that can be applied in Korea's university system.

The purpose of this study was to development CPR training course to promote wide spread training. The course objectives was based on international Guidelines 2000. The course presents information about the AHA adult Chain of survival and signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke, and chocking in adult, and includes information about healty heart living and actions to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The course also presents information about the AHA infant and chila Chain of survival, signs of breathing emergencies and chocking in infants and children, prevention of sudden infant death syndrome, and prevention of the most common fatal injuies in infants and children. Vedio-mediated instruction is the primary approach to teaching psycomotor skills.

This paper is concerned with education courses operating practices for basic computer literacy training. In this study, we propose an example for students to effectively measure and evaluate the achievement of defined ability in the performance measurement and analysis, learning objectives and learning outcomes set in operation throughout the course. Through research and development use case presents the tools for teaching method and effective and objective measurement of the related subjects. And based on the results, we propose the possibility of utilizing NCS-based course operation and education certification. In this study, the measurement process is based on the association with the objective of the development and operation, and measurement tools, measuring tools for measuring learning outcomes associated with the curriculum design methods for the measurement and evaluation of the case of the operation of the course units of learning outcomes and the method proposed.

The purpose of the article is to address a new instructional approach to a complex engineering course. We design a novel instructional method that combines mobile technology, simulation program, collaborative teamwork, problem-solving process, and a variety of evaluation techniques. We suggested five instructional principles that might be required to change the fundamental educational process by which learning is done. The proposed instructional method is expected to aspire for new perspectives on complex learning environment. Nevertheless we solely began by the research on the development of students' complex problem-solving performance in a complex engineering course, the new instructional method in the article can promote the adoption of new instructional methods and strategies across different knowledge domains. In addition, the instructional method can provide a valuable bridge to acquisition and transfer of problem solving, motivation, and meaning learning.

This study was diagnosed the managing of educational progress of homehelper training center proceeded with a goal to improve the proper direction to grasp of the contentment of education programs. In order to attain a research objective, I surveyed 18 charge of education person in homehelper training center. Through the problem of the mananging of homehelper education, I try to show the point for growth of homehelper training. First, the course of the education and training for home helper should be classified in the field of the service activity for home helper. Second, the education centers need to establish the weekend lecture or the night lecture for volunteer with an occupation. Third, the education centers need to division the educational course according a characteristic of student. Fourth, when the course is opened, the number of persons is suitable thirty. Fifth, it needs to add the education contents to establish an attitude with volunteer for elderly people.

Currently financial support for vocational skills development training is provided based on the NCS standard unit price set according to the NCS occupational classification. Such a standard unit price system has the advantage of reducing administrative burdens required in managing the training levy-grant system. In this paper, it is pointed out that current unit price system may distort the social integration function of vocational training policy as it is based on the tuition fees of training course. As a basis for finding a more appropriate financial support system, we analyzed what factors are influencing the training course fees set by training institutions. As a result, it was confirmed that the monopolistic nature of the training courses or the high level of willingness of pay of training participants influenced the training course fees. Therefore, the necessity of removing the influence of such factors from unit price system was suggested so as that the training policy contributes to the social integration. Furthermore, it is required to establish new support criteria centered on the government's policy judgment if the training costs of all training courses cannot be exactly estimated.
