The purpose of the study is to examine the values, communicaton type and conflict type also marital satisfaction level of international marriage couples in Chunlabuk-do. Its results are as follows ; the 140 respondents were surveyed for this study. The follows are to be concluded based on the study. First, they living with their extended family members(85.7%). So most women have psychological burden relatives relationship as well as marital relationship. Second, meaning of marriage and reason of marriage was differently perceived by both couples. They need a family life education program and counseling of marital relationship. Third, conflict and marital satisfaction level were significantly affected. Fourth, type of communication was the only variables that siginificantly affected the type of congruence by both couples. Age and nationality acquisition were variables that siginificantly affected by women on international marriage. In conclusion, systemic korean education program is an important support system for women on international marriage and a crucial program for their settlement in Korea.

Cyber university can easily study the lecture only press the couple of mouse click or keyboard button anywhere and anytime, if you have a computer. Many people believe that virtual university can save time and improve learning. To check How many students learn which selected some of the virtual university courses, instructor must know how to the understanding students and find out their difficult problems. Without checking this condition, it will be a very difficult and boring virtual university course. In this paper, we introduce the intelligent learning system. It has a full duplex direction that teaches understanding students and not understanding students. The computer simulation results confirmed that a full duplex virtual learning system has been proven to be much more efficient than one way direction which unfortunately does not consider to understanding problems.

Fuzzy information retrieval which uses the concept of fuzzy relation is able to retrieve documents in the way based on not morphology but semantics, dissimilar to traditional information retrieval theories. Fuzzy information retrieval logically consists of three sets : the set of documents, the set of terms and the set of queries. It maintains a fuzzy relational matrix which describes the relationship between documents and terms and creates a thesaurus with fuzzy relational product. It also provides the user with documents which are relevant to his query. However, there are some problems on building a thesaurus with fuzzy relational product such that it has big time complexity and it uses fuzzy values to be processed with flating-point. Actually, fuzzy values have to be expressed and processed with floating-point. However, floating-point operations have complex logics and make the system be slow. If it is possible to exchange fuzzy values with binary values, we could expect sp eding up building the thesaurus. In addition, binary value expressions require just a bit of memory space, but floating -point expression needs couple of bytes. In this study, we suggest a new method of building a thesaurus, which accelerates the operation of the system by pre-applying an ${\alpha}$-cut. The experiments show the improvement of performance and reliability of the system.

All the countries in RA II (Asia Region in WMO) welcome the establishment of a Web site dedicated to agricultural meteorology, because it is believed that the best way to improve and speed up the flow of information is the use of the Internet and the establishment of a Web site. In providing recommendation for the promotion and improvement of the AgroMeteorological service in RA II, a couple of key suggestions were proposed: (a) Exchanges of data and AgroMeteorological knowledge between member countries and between RAs, (b) Exchanges of experts between member countries as a necessary way to share the knowledge, and (c) Joint research between member countries to solve common problems in AgroMeteorological affairs. In order to meet the above requirements for RA II, an AgroMeteorological information network will be the most critical and dynamic aspect in sustainable agriculture in this region. In addition, the establishment of a Core AgroMeteorological station, recommended by CAgM of WMO, will require its own information sharing systems for communication among member countries. Inevitable use of information technologies (IT) such as information networks, databases, simulation models, GIS, and RS for regional impact assessment of environmental change on AgroEcosystem will be enforced. Thus, the regional Internet-based Agrometeorological information network has been in place since 1999, though all contributions to it have been volunteered by individuals, institutes, universities, etc.

We have implemented a Jini-Agent system which enables resource-limited mobile devices to utilize the Jini connection service. The Jini-Agent system supports Jini connection technologies to mobile devices without additional client program installation in it. It also supports a dynamic service list which helps the mobile devices to search and to utilize the services through web browser in real time. A couple of examples such as a file search service and a print service with mobile devices have been demonstrated by using the Jini-Agent system.

The purpose of present study was to investigate the overall tendency of family life satisfaction in the period of expanding family and to identify the variables affecting family life satisfaction. Also, to provide some basic directions for the expanding period and to improve its family life satisfaction. The major findings of the study can be summarized as folllows; 1. In the family life areas of relations with spouses, self-evaluating scored highest, reflecting the greatest degree of family life satisfaction of both husbands and wives. 2. There is significant differences between husbands and wives in family life satisfaction scores. Generally, husbands were more satisfied with their family wives. 3. In satisfaction with areas specific to the family life, husbands were highly satisfied with instrumental areas which were related to role performences, as the head of family. And wives higly satisfied with areas refer to relations with spouses and communication with their family members. 4. Family life satisfaction scores were relatively high when the educational level and income of the couple were high. So the variables which related to socio-economics status affected seriousiy on family life satis-faction of that period. 5. Family life satisfaction degree of the expanding family was getting lower by degree. But it showed that the higher both spouses were satisfied with finance situation and communication, the higher the genaral familly life satisfaction degree of both spouses would be.

To keep up with this, both industry and academia have actively studied various types of future DRAMs. Therefore, accurate DRAM model is requisite when evaluating the microprocessor performance. In this paper, a microprocessor trace-driven simulator which can couple with the cycle-accurate DRAM simulator has been developed. Using SPEC 2000 benchmarks as input, the effect of cycle-accurate DDR3 model on the microprocessor performance has been evaluated.

Several authentication methods have been developed to make use of tokens in the mobile networks and smart payment systems. Token used in smart payment system is genearated in place of Primary Account Number. The use of token in each payment transaction is advantageous because the token authentication prevents enemy from intercepting credit card number over the network. Existing token authentication methods work together with the cryptogram, which is computed using the shared key that is provisioned by the token service provider. Long lifetime and repeated use of shared key cause potential brawback related to its vulnerability against the brute-force attack. This paper proposes a per-transaction shared key mechanism, where the per-transaction key is agreed between the mobile device and token service provider for each smart payment transaction. From server viewpoint, per-transaction key list is easy to handle because the per-transaction key has short lifetime below a couple of seconds and the server does not need to maintain the state for the mobile device. We analyze the optimum size of the per-transaction shared key which satisfy the requirements for transaction latency and security strength for secure payment transactions.

This study was designed to examine the effect of joint participation in decision-making on the home management satisfaction of new-generation married women, which will issue basic data for improving the quality of new-generation home life. The sample was composed of 371 married women under 39years old, selected by age and the local distribution. Major findings are as follows. 1) New-generation married women’s joint participation in decision-making showed a significant difference by degree of communication, perception of the adequacy of resources, perception of the level of living. Home management satisfaction shoed a significant difference by state of employment, existence of children, sex role attitudes, degree of communication, perception of the adequacy of resources, perception of the level of living. 2) The more a couple participated in decision-making about eating and children, the higher level a new-generation married women showed in home management satisfaction. 3) The main variables predicating new-generation married women’s home management satisfaction was perception of the adequacy of resources, perception of the level of living, gender role attitudes, existence of children, joint participation in decision-making about eating and children. They accounted for 36% of the variance.
