농업용수관리자동화시스템의 용수절감효과에 대한 경제적 가치 평가 (Valuation of Saved Water by Automated Agricultural Water Management System: Alternative Cost Approach)

  • This study analyzed and evaluated the effect of agricultural water reduction by introducing automated agricultural water management using alternative cost approach. The approach is possible to evaluate none market property as an asset. The saved agricultural water was evaluated as none market property. As the alternative goods, Seongju and Donghwa dam, typical irrigation dams in domestic, were employed. The economic benefit from water saving effect of an automated agricultural water management was calculated as depreciation expense and maintaining cost of construction agricultural dam per saved agriculture water. As a result, the saved agriculture water was 8.5 million ton per year, and the economic benefit of it was $1.3{\sim}2.1$ million won.

  • Low impact development (LID) technique is recently proposed as new concept to reduce surface runoff and pollutant loading with various best management practices (BMPs). In this study, LIDMOD2, which is one of the model to evaluate LID, was applied at Mohyeon developing area to evaluate the redcution of annual runoff and pollution loading, cost-reduction efficient by LID with design of structural BMPs including bioretention, wet pond, and wetland. As a simulation results, the bioretention had the highest reduction efficiency for runoff (41.43%), and 22% for T-N and 22% for BOD. Wet pont had the highest reduction efficiency for T-P as showing 25% of reduction rate. As a results of cost-reduction efficient, wet pont represented the highest cost-effective for T-N and BOD with showing 0.43 T-P kg/million won and 17.37 BOD kg/million won, respectively, and bioretention represented the highest cost-effective for T-P with showing 2.52 T-P kg/million won. LID technology could reduce effectively surface runoff and nonpoint source pollution and construct sustainable development. LIDMOD2 could be suggested as useful tool to evaluate and design LID.

  • 2020 Korea GHG reduction goal is decreasing 4% compared with that of 2005. Effective counterplan of GHG redection goal needs to set for inductrial allocation and various reduction GHG technologies and policies for transportation have been developed. Modal shifr is one of these main policy and it focused on shifting as much freight as economically meaningful under current market conditions. It improves energy efficiency, consequently reduces GHG effect. This study is proposed as a preliminary studay of analyzing Modal shift effect. modal shift of car travelers to train is concerned in Seoul-Busan section, This study is based on a scenario which can maximize passenger occupancy rate to get the GHG reduction effect and the effect of modal shift of car to train is identified. According to this result, we can get GHG reduction effect through dealing with maximizing passenger occupancy rate on train. Therefore, in order to enhance this modal shift effect, train using rate need to increased and also improvement of policies and cost system are need to be considered to promote increasing use of train.

편익과 비용 분석을 통한 소형차전용지하차도 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Building of Underpass for Small Vehicles by Benefit and Cost Analysis)

  • PURPOSES : This study is to analysis for benefit and construction cost in underpass for small vehicles. METHODS : The study was performed using the traffic software VISSIM 5.20 for analysis on a variety of traffic conditions and analysed of benefits of changes through analysis of travel speed and travel time after modeling of existing underpass and small vehicle underpass. RESULTS : Results of this study, the benefits will be reduced by the introduction underpass for small vehicles were analyzed because heavy vehicles use the intersection above the underpass. However, it was required economic analysis considering both the benefits reduction and the construction costs reduction because it has the effect of reducing the construction cost. Showed that the difference in benefit changes depending on the v/c and heavy vehicles ratio and construction cost was difference by types of underpass. As a result of performing economic analysis with total benefits and construction cost, it was analyzed to be economical in underpass over a certain size. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study are expected to be able to contribute to reviewing for feasibility due to the small vehicles underpass introduction and economic analysis. The study is case study to the underpass in Daegu. Therefore, the future requires the calculation of benefits reflect a wider range of traffic conditions and the economic analysis to construction cost calculation for various types of grad separation facilities.

법정근로시간 단축의 거시경제 효과 분석 (An Empirical Analysis on Macro-economic Effects of the Proposed Reduction of Legal Working Hours in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 법정근로시간 단축에 대한 이론적 및 실증적 효과를 분석한다. 법정근로시간 단축은 이론적으로 임금소득을 상승시키며 소비를 촉진하는 효과가 있는 반면 실근로시간은 약간 줄어들거나 정체하며 비용 상승이 클 경우 고용이 감소하는 효과를 일으킨다. 거시모형을 통한 실증분석은 법정근로시간 단축으로 실질임금이 상승하고 소비가 증대하는 반면 실근로시간의 단축은 법정근로시간 단축 크기의 절반 정도에 그치고 비용 인상 인플레이션이 일어나 GDP와 투자가 감소하는 결과를 낳는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 법정근로시간 단축이 단계적으로 시행될수록, 그리고 월차휴가, 생리휴가 폐지와 같은 보완장치가 더불어 시행될수록 이 같은 부정적인 효과는 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다.

인공지능과 빅데이터가 시장진입 기업에 미치는 영향관계 분석, 게임이론 적용을 중심으로 (The Effect of AI and Big Data on an Entry Firm: Game Theoretic Approach)

  • 인공지능과 빅데이터의 기술혁신에도 인공지능과 빅데이터가 시장경쟁 영향에 대한 이론연구들은 아직 초기이다. 따라서 본 논문은 인공지능, 빅데이터, 데이터 공유가 신규 진입기업에 미치는 영향을 게임이론을 활용하여 분석하였다. 먼저 기업의 경영환경을 내부와 외부로 구분하였다. 이후 인공지능 알고리즘을 (1) 고객마케팅, (2) 비용 절감, (3) 비용 절감을 위한 자동화 알고리즘으로 구분하였다. 또한 빅데이터를 외부 및 내부 데이터로 구분하였다. 분석 결과 외부 데이터의 공유는 기존 기업의 고객마케팅 알고리즘에는 영향이 없고 신규 기업의 진입장벽을 완화했다. 하지만 기존 기업의 비용 절감 알고리즘들과 내부 빅데이터의 개선은 신규기업의 시장진입 장벽이 될 수 있다. 이러한 시사점들은 (1) 인공지능, 빅데이터, 데이터 공유에 따른 시장구조, 경쟁, 기업행태 영향분석과 (2) 인공지능과 빅데이터 정책수립 시 이바지할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라의 기업들에게 거래기업들과 공정하고 진정성 있는 거래관계를 유지하는 것은 우호적·긍정적인 평판의 확보와 함께, 신뢰관계를 구축할 수 있으며, 거래비용의 감소에도 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 연구가설을 수립하고 국내기업들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하였으며, 이에 대한 가설의 검정을 시행하였다. 연구가설 검정결과 거래공정성 지각과 거래진정성 지각은 평판에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 평판은 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 신뢰는 거래비용감소에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 또한 평판과 신뢰는 거래공정성 및 거래진정성 지각과 거래비용감소 사이에서 매개변수의 역할을 하며, 신뢰는 평판과 거래비용감소 사이에서 매개변수의 역할을 한다. 우리나라의 기업들에게 지속가능한 경영활동이 이루어지기 위해서는 거래관계에서 공정성 및 진정성의 지각 수준을 제고함으로써 호의적·긍정적 평판을 확보하는 것이 중요함을 제시하는 것이다. 호의적·긍정적인 평판의 확보는 신뢰관계로 발전할 수 있고, 궁극적으로는 거래비용의 감소로 나타날 수 있다는 것을 실증하였으며, 이를 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate structural safety and economic efficiency of prestressed hybrid beam using T-shape steel member which was developed to build large span educational facilities. Hybrid beam specimens were manufactured with 16.0m long and load was uniformly distributed by 12.0kN steel hexahedrons. In this study, honeycomb beam design process was introduced to T-shape section steel beam design. Vibration condition of specimens were analyzed by Korea Building Code 2009 and AISC Steel Design Guide Series-11. As a result, the prestressed hybrid beam with T-shape steel member has about 10.4% of cost reduction effect.

대학건물에서 에너지비용 변화에 따른 히트펌프 냉난방시스템에 대한 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Heating and Cooling System Corresponding to the Energy Cost of University Building)

  • This research is to analyze LCC of Heat Pump system in university building by reduction of electric power costs for education and incentive system for gas. Produced details item different expense of EHP and GHP equipment construction step and preservation administration step. Analysis result is as following. 1) Executed LCC analysis for target system after lowering whole curriculum reduction of electric power costs for education. Analysis result, energy cost-cutting effect of EHP appears greatly than GHP unlike existent study finding, EHP decided by economical system. 2) Sensitivity analysis executed by incentive 500,000 won per units and geometrical ration of gas expense by 1%. As a result, because lowering effect of electric charges appears greatly, EHP decided by more economical system than GHP. As research result of front is different from existent study finding, EHP by lowering of electric charges for alteration and education of governmental frequent volunteer system was decided by more economical system than GHP.

공공건설공사 표준시장단가 적용 파급효과 분석 (Ripple Effect Analysis of Construction Standard Unit Price in Public Construction)

  • 「Act On Contracts To Which The State Is A Party」 stipulates that the "Construction Standard Production Rate" and "Construction Standard Unit Price" be used as the criteria for determining the estimated price of construction works performed by public institutions. In this regard, issues such as the application scope of the Construction Standard Unit Price, and the effect of budget reduction continue. However, due to the lack of quantitative data on the actual application of Construction Standard Unit Price, it is difficult to objectively evaluate various issues. In order to prepare data for objective evaluation of the Construction Standard Unit Price, this study analyzed the ripple effect of applying the Construction Standard Unit Price based on the bill of quantity. As a result of the analysis, the Construction Standard Unit Price ripple effect in the civil engineering part was 9.2%, and it was analyzed that there was a ripple effect of about 1.9% based on the civil engineering direct cost. In the construction part, the ripple effect was analyzed to be relatively high at 17%, but it was found to have a ripple effect of about 3% in the construction direct cost. Based on the total direct cost, the ripple effect was calculated as 2.2%. Based on the analysis results, it is possible to evaluate the effect of applying the Standard Market Unit Price, and it is expected to be used as basic data to solve issues. As a future study, it is necessary to additionally analyze the ripple effect by Standard Market Unit Price application range (over 10 billion, over 20 billion won, etc.) and delivery system type (comprehensive evaluation, qualification examination, technical bidding, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to study the appropriate ripple effect of the Standard Market Unit Price.
