도시화로 인한 홍수 피해 및 비점오염원 저감 방안의 해법으로 정부부처 및 지자체에서는 LID 시설의 설치를 권장하고 있다. 국토부 산하 GI&LID연구단 및 관계 부처의 노력으로 국내 LID 기술의 도입 및 연구 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 우리나라 환경에 맞는 LID 시공 기술력을 확보하는 중이다. 하지만 비점오염 및 홍수 저감의 대안으로서 LID 기술은 각광받고 있으나 LID설치 비용의 과대 인식과 실효성에 대한 불안감이 만연하여 시설 설치에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도심지내 LID 기술을 적극적으로 도입하여 단지 조성중에 있는 송산그린시티 친환경시범마을을 대상으로 시설 설치 비용에 따른 비용 편익을 분석하였다. 시설 설치전 불투수면적에서의 물순환 관리능력과 설치 후 투수 및 저류 능력의 확대에 따른 물순환 관리능력을 비교하였고, 일정 수치 이상의 물순환 관리능력을 갖기 위해서 시설 설치에 필요한 비용을 분석하였다. 금번 연구에서 분석한 모델링 결과는 추후 준공될 친환경시범마을의 실제 관측치와 비교하여 연구 실효성에 대한 분석을 수행할 예정이다. 본 연구를 통해 LID 시설 설치시 비용-편익을 분석하고 이점을 제시하여 추후 있을 LID 시공 및 관련 연구에 도움이 되고자 한다.

Although digital contents markets grow very rapidly and are known as a higher value added industry, there is also potential risk in producing digital contents. Thus, many firms have begun to produce a firm's digital contents by outsourcing from other companies in order to catch-up new technologies and to make stable profits. However, since contracts are decided mostly based on bidding price and also standard contract are not available, there is a limit on the benefit from the contents outsourcing. Thus, this study argues that if both contract factors such as contract concreteness and flexibility are well managed, the on-line digital contents will increase the performance of a firm. This study deals with the influence on the firm's performance by the outsourcing in contract factors based on the empirical analysis. Using regression analysis with these two dependent variables, the findings showed that the contract concreteness had positive effects on both cost improvement performance and efficiency improvement performance, but the contract feasibility only had positive effect on efficiency improvement performance. In addition, the result of the study showed that the contract performance of outsourcing the digital contents have a positive impact on the partnership intention.

After train fire accident in Daegue, many research on train fire safety improvement have been carrying out. Since many alternative fire safety measures can be applied in our railway system, the effect of the each safety measure must be quantified prior to the safety investment. In order to estimate the effects of each safety measure quantitatively, fault trees and event trees are constructed in this study. Results can be applied for cost-benefit analysis or sensitivity analysis for safety measures in risk assessment process.

Although the amount of travel demand is a critical factor in a benefit-cost (B/C) analysis of railway investment, the travel demand changes especially for induced demand have not been considered. Therefore, the basic study of how to estimate travel demand changes after railway investment is worth investigating. This study reviews the methodologies for estimating diverted and induced demand generated after railway investment, and proposes appropriate approaches that will help railway planners to practically apply them in a case study. Further, the research stimulates the needs of consideration of the travel demand changes in the feasibility studies of railway planning.

Purpose - International diversification, a critical issue in research and practice, undoubtedly represents a growth strategy with great potential impact on firm performance. Although the literature has widely examined the relationship between international diversification and firm performance in international business and strategic management research, it remains unconfirmed. This study, therefore, aims to clarify the relationship as it relates to information service firms. Research design, data and methodology - To examine the international diversification-performance relationship, this study uses a sample of major Korean service firms spread over four industries spanning a period of five years between 2005 and 2009. In this study. generalized least square was used to analyze the relationship between international diversification and performance of service firms. Result - The result showed the U-shaped curvilinear form between international diversification and performance in service firms. Especially, IT service firms may differ from other service firms that the negative effect of internationality may have weaker than other types of service firm. Conclusion - Based on the empirical results, the U-shape relationship between international diversification and performance is confirmed in Korea service firms. Furthermore, information service firm may reduce the initial internationalization cost by transferring codified and digitized information using information and communication technology, so that gain benefit from early international expansion.

Korea is natural gas importer which imports a lot quantities which 20% of the volume of US exports in 2018. Biogas which can satisfy gas demand and respond effectively to climate change, will be an alternative. However, only 20% of biogas production is sold, which is also not efficient and difficult to use. The purpose of this study develops an optimal purification system for supplying biogas as city gas. We develope an optimal system by analyzing biogas for system selection, finding cases for system design, developing scenario, and developing a cost - benefit tool.

The high density module (HDM) has advantages for its larger active area and smaller current density. This new way of making a photovoltaic (PV) module method has benefit for increasing module power with the same installed area. Because HDM consisted with serially connected PV strings, loss of strings during the fabrication process can increase the overall production cost.1-2 This study investigates the rework conditions of the shingled strings with electrically conductive adhesives (ECA). By heating the electrically connected area of a fabricated string, cured area become soft and a string can be detached for the rework process. After rework process, a refabricated string showed 5~10% increased output power compared to before rework process and reached to the 90~95% output power compare to the undamaged strings.

여러 정부부처 및 지자체에서 도시지역 홍수 피해 및 비점오염원 저감 방안의 해법으로 LID 시설의 설치를 권장하고 있다. 하지만 LID 기술의 국내 도입 기간이 짧아 우리나라 환경에 맞는 LID 시공을 할 수 있는 업체가 한정적이고 시공경험도 많지 않아 시공 비용에 대한 경제성 분석이 어렵다. 이러한 문제점으로 인해 LID 설치 비용의 과대 인식과 실효성에 대한 불안감이 만연하여 시설 설치에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이와 관련하여 GI&LID 연구단에서 LID 통합설계모듈 등의 모형 개발 연구가 활발히 진행중이나 이에 앞서 금번 연구에서는 SWMM 모형을 이용하여 분석을 수행하였고, 가시적인 비교가 용이하고 최근 가장 큰 피해를 가져왔던 2014년 홍수 사상을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 도시내 급경사면이 많고 불투수면적율이 높아 유속이 빠르고 완경사로 변화되는 구간에 홍수 및 토석류가 집중되어 홍수피해에 취약한 부산시 온천천 유역을 대상으로 LID 시설을 모의 설치 및 시뮬레이션 하고 재해연보 상의 홍수피해 복구액과 비교하였다. 이를 통해 LID 시설 설치시 비용-편익을 분석하고 이점을 제시하여 추후 있을 LID 시공 및 관련 연구에 도움이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this thesis is to compare the efficiency of 3D digital design technology with traditional hand-drawn designs of a transformable dress for a small wedding. After reviewing the literature, this empirical study analyzed the tendencies of small wedding dress design, concluding that a transformable dress for a small wedding consists of a bodice, skirt, and outer skirt or gown with train, each of which has five possible designs, resulting in 15 virtual items within the 3D program. The 3D program provides the benefit of easy design development as well as reduced costs and design time. Specifically, the random combination of 15 items with layers in the 3D program produced 150 different styles in 5 hours, while hand-drawing 150 dresses took 50 hours. Moreover, the 3D program does not need any material, but 150 physical drawings required a sketchbook, pencil, eraser, and marker, total cost 31,100 won. Additionally, the 3D whole-body scan helps the bride decide which design she prefers through virtual try-ons. Eventually, the 3D program could help a bride decide what she prefers and produce it with virtual simulation, resulting in reduced time and costs.

With the introduction of national health insurance, the burden of health care costs decreased and choices of medical services widened. However, because of the rapid expansion of non-covered medical services by health insurance, financial security for health care expenditure is still low. This gives patients barriers to choose medical services especially for non-covered medical services, and it becomes narrower. Compared to Korea, Japan has high financial protection in health care utilization, but there exists a limitation using covered and non-covered medical services both together. This is called a prohibition of mixed treatment in health care. This study reviews the Japanese health care system that limits choosing medical services and the burden of health care costs. The prohibition of mixed treatment can alleviate the out-of-pocket burden in the non-benefit sector, but it can be found that it has a huge limitation in that it places restrictions on choices for both healthcare professionals and patients.
