입력 외란이 존재하는 비동기 순차 머신의 모델 매칭 (Model Matching of Asynchronous Sequential Machines with Input Disturbance)

  • Model matching problem of asynchronous sequential machines is addressed in this paper. The main topic is to design a corrective controller such that the closed-loop behavior of the asynchronous sequential machine can follow a given model, i.e., their models can be "matched" in stable states. In particular, we assume that the considered asynchronous machine suffers from the presence of an input disturbance that can cause undesirable state transitions. The proposed controller can realize both model matching and elimination of the adverse effect of the input disturbance. Necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a corrective controller that solves model matching problem is presented. Whenever controller exists, algorithms for their design are outlined and demonstrated in a case study.

보정신경망을 이용한 냉연 압하력 적중율 향상 (Improvement of roll force precalculation accuracy in cold mill using a corrective neural network)

  • Cold rolling mill process in steel works uses stands of rolls to flatten a strip to a desired thickness. At cold rolling mill process, precalculation determines the mill settings before a strip actually enters the mill and is done by an outdated mathematical model. A corrective neural network model is proposed to improve the accuracy of the roll force prediction. Additional variables to be fed to the network include the chemical composition of the coil, its coiling temperature and the aggregated amount of processed strips of each roll. The network was trained using a standard backpropagation with 4,944 process data collected from no.1 cold rolling mill process from March 1995 through December 1995, then was tested on the unseen 1,586 data from Jan 1996 through April 1996. The combined model reduced the prediction error by 32.8% on average.

비동기 상태 피드백 제어를 이용한 TMR 메모리 SEU 극복 (Asynchronous State Feedback Control for SEU Mitigation of TMR Memory)

  • In this paper, a novel TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) memory structure is proposed using state feedback control of asynchronous sequential machines. The main ability of the proposed structure is to correct the fault of SEU (Single Event Upset) asynchronously without resorting to the global synchronous clock. A state-feedback controller is combined with the TMR realized as a closed-loop asynchronous machine and corrective behavior is operated whenever an unauthorized state transition is observed so as to recover the failed state of the asynchronous machine to the original one. As a case study, an asynchronous machine modelling of TMR and the detailed procedure of controller construction are presented. A simulation results using VHDL shows the validity of the proposed scheme.

유연 부품 조립을 위한 횡방향 오차의 보정 알고리즘 (A Misalignment Compensation Algorithm for Flexible Parts Assembly)

  • For successful assembly of flexible parts, informations about their deformation as well as possible misalignments between the holes and their mating parts are essential. Such informations can be acquired from visual sensors. For robotic assembly, the corrective assembly motion to compensate for such misalignments has to be determined from the measured informations. However, this may not be simply derived from the measured misalignment alone because the part deformation progressively occurs during misalignment compensation. Based on the analysis of flexible parts assembly process, this paper presents a neural net-based inference system that can infer the complex relationship between the corrective motion and the measured information of parts deformation and misalignments. And it verifies the performance of the implemented inference system. The results show that the proposed neural net-based misalignment compensation algorithm Is effective in compensating for the lateral misalignment, and that it can be extended to the assembly tasks under more general conditions.

우주용 중복구조 링 카운터를 위한 고장 진단 및 자가 복구 시스템 (A Fault Detection and Self-Recovery System for Space-Borne Dual Ring Counters)

  • This paper proposes a novel scheme of fault detection and self-recovery for space-borne dual ring counters subject to transient faults. The considered ring counter is equipped with hardware redundancy, but it has a limited output domain where direct access to the current state is unavailable. We employ the theory of corrective control to detect any transient fault occurring to the counter bits and to realize immediate self-recovery of the ring counter back to the normal state. The structure of the fault-tolerant controller is designed to be minimal regardless of the counter size. To validate the applicability, we implement the proposed system on a commercial FGPA board.

Efficacy of Forward Head Posture on Scapular Kinematic Changes and Shoulder Pain

  • Objective: Deformation of soft tissues around the neck and scapularcan caused by forward head posture(FHP), which has an uncomfortable effect on biomechanical changes in the scapula as well as functional disorders of the shoulder. However, studies related to direct FHP, biomechanical changes in the scapulafunction, and shoulder pain and disorder have not yet been conducted. Therefore, purpose of this study is to effect of decresedthe FHP on the shoulder function of the sacpular biomechanical examine the change in the shoulder painand disorder. Design: A randomized controlled trial Methods: The participants were 32adults(23.03±3.90 years) recruited and redivided randomly into Forward head posture corrective exercise(FHPCE) vs Control. The FHPCE group was proceeded according to the over load principle through 2steps biofeedback exercise and corrective exercise(n=16). The control (n=16) was TENS did not operated and padding 20 minute. This study was conducted 3 times a week for 4a weeks. Results: FHPCE group is improve in the results of craneocervical angle(p<0.05, 95% CI: 0.352, 4.073). In Mechanical changes of scapula in the shoulder flexion more significant improvement in FHPCE than control group[Axis X(p<0.05), Y(p<0.01), Z(p<0.01)], and shoulder abductionmore significant improvement in FHPCE than control group[xis X(p<0.01)], as well FHPCE showed significant increased in the results in the shoulder pain(p<0.05, 95% CI: -13.244, -1.566) Conclusions: This study suggected that FHP affects the biomechanical changes of the shoulder, and a new method for shoulder pain intervention

고장보고분석 및 정비 시스템의 개발에 관한 실증 연구 (Development of failure reporting analysis and corrective action system)

  • 고장보고분석 및 정비시스템은 군용장비를 주요 대상으로 신뢰성과 정비성을 개선하기 위해 사용 하는 관리도구이다. 고장보고분석 및 정비시스템은 고장, 결함 및 정비기록을 수집하고 그 원인을 분석하여 고장에 대한 대책 수립 과정에 적용함으로써 체계 및 서비스를 지속적으로 감시, 효율적으로 통제하는 폐쇄적 피드백 시스템으로 체계의 개발단계부터 운용 및 폐기까지의 수명주기 동안 해당 업무 담당자 및 고객에게 보고되어 고장대책에 대한 조치가 이루어지도록 하는 시스템이다. 또한, 향후 새로운 설계와 시스템 개발시 신뢰도를 성장시킬 수 있는 중요한 역할을 하는 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 군의 고장보고분석 및 정비시스템 개발과정을 검토하고 한국의 무기체계와 운용 및 정비 환경에 적합하게 구축된 고장보고분석 및 정비시스템에 대하여 알아본다.

직렬 결합된 복합 비동기 순차 머신을 위한 모델 정합 (Model Matching for Composite Asynchronous Sequential Machines in Cascade Connection)

  • 본 논문에서는 복합 비동기 순차 머신을 제어하는 방법을 다룬다. 논문에서 고려하는 비동기 머신은 입력/상태 머신 두 개가 직렬 결합된 것으로서 선행 머신의 출력 값이 후행 머신의 입력으로 전달된다. 제어 목적은 폐루프 시스템의 입력과 출력의 정상 상태 특성을 원하는 모델의 동작과 일치시키는 모델 정합 문제를 구현하는 교정 제어기를 꾸미는 일이다. 교정 제어기는 후행 머신의 상태 피드백 정보만 전달 받기 때문에 선행 머신의 상태를 정확하게 알 수 없는 불확실성이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 불확실성 하에서 모델 정합 교정 제어기가 존재할 조건을 구하고 설계 알고리듬을 제안한다. 또한 사례 연구를 통해서 제안된 제어기의 설계 과정을 예시한다.

  • Real-time control of on-site construction, based on high quality data, is essential to identify discrepancies between actual and planned performances. Additionally, real-time control enables timely corrective measures to be taken when needed to reduce the damages caused by the discrepancies. The focus of the presentation will be on our work, which uses automated data technologies to collect data needed for real time control.

모델매칭 기법을 이용한 시스템 섭동을 갖는 비선형 크레인시스템 제어 (Control of Nonlinear Crane Systems with Perturbation using Model Matching Approach)

  • 크레인 시스템은 항만 터미널 등의 산업현장에서 무거운 물체를 이송하는데 사용되는 장비로서 그 정확성과 신속성을 동시에 만족시키기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 적응제어기의 일종인 모델매칭 기법을 이용하여 복잡한 3 자유도 비선형 크레인의 제어 시스템에 대한 연구를 제안한다. 피드백 선형화(feedback linearization)를 통해 비선형 크레인 모델을 선형화한 후 PD 제어기를 적용하여 선형 공칭 모텔을 구한다. 이 모델은 시스템 섭동을 갖는 실시간 시스템 모델과 함께, 리아푸노브(Lyapunov) 이론을 적용하여 실시간 섭동에 의해 발생되는 제어오차를 감소하기 위한 보조 제어규칙의 산출에 이용된다. 또한 리아푸노브 안정성이론을 적용하여 구성한 크레인 제어시스템의 안정성 해석을 실시한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하며 기존의 제어방식과 비교 분석하여 그 우수성을 입증한다.
