The purpose of this paper is to suggest field-oriented policy of regional innovation support system. To accomplish this purpose, we examined the status quo of technical support, performance satisfaction of consumers and practical issues. The key factors influencing core technical innovation of small and medium firms are development fund, R&D employees, experimental instrument, technical information, protection of intellectual property, subcontracting and so on. To make sure of practical effect, therefore, it would rather necessary to implement policy support linking government and supporting means on the ground of needs of small and medium firms than specific method such as funding.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between thought systems of post-structuralism by Deleuze and digital culture which is the core topic of social and cultural discussion. And this study also aims to grasp the diversity and movable thinking shown in fashion illustration from the aesthetic thought systems of post-structuralism theory by Deleuze. Furthermore, this study intends to ascertain the concrete representation characteristics and its significance of fashion illustration by analyzing works on the basis of the above-mentioned theory. What are discussed in this paper can be summarized as follows First, this study examined the post-structuralism which supplies the theoretic basis for figuring out the principles of diversity and movable thinking. Second, this study examined the relationship between the open structure and movable individuality of Deleuze who is a representative scholar of post- structuralism. Third, this study analyzed the representative characteristics and aesthetic value to which the principles of post-structuralism, derived from the aesthetic theory of Deleuze, was applied.

According to the increase of the requirement for the safety and environmental protection at sea, safety is a core design factor of maritime systems. Safety is defined as a perceived quality that determines to what extent the management, engineering and operation of a system is free of danger to life, property and the environment. There are many possible approaches in dealing with the safety of ships. The risk-based approach is one of the most systematic and reasonable way currently in design, operation and regulatory works for ship safety. This paper proposes a concept of total risk management for ship safety, and introduces a prototype system implemented based on this concept as a framework of design and operation of ships.

Recently, $CO_2$ emission standards and fuel efficiency legislation has been tightened globally. Therefore automotive alternator performance becomes increasingly important to meet the requirements. Many proposed methods have suggested adding magnets or regulation control to increase alternator efficiency and output. However, this creates a significant additional cost. During the stator lamination process, the magnetic property of the stator deteriorates mainly due to stamping and slinky process for an alternator. To maximize the alternator performance, heat treatment of the stator core was performed and magnetic properties were compared to find the optimal condition. Finally, alternator output and efficiency test were performed resulting in significant output and efficiency improvement up to 6.8% and 0.6% respectively.

Soft magnetic composite (SMC) material has recently received a significant attention in the area of high-speed machines because of its unique properties such as good design flexibility and low eddy current loss. However, SMC's electromagnetic property is poor compared to silicon steel in terms of saturation, relative permeability, and hysteresis loss. This paper presents a technique for utilization of SMC in two strategic designs of a switched reluctance machine (SRM) depending on a loss pattern. To investigate the effect of SMC's merits and demerits, the stator material is changed from laminated steel to SMC.

지식기반사회에서는 국가 경쟁력은 핵심원천기술의 보유여부가 크게 좌우한다. 국내 기업들이나 국가출연연구원들은 우수특허를 많이 확보하고 있으나 이러한 특허들은 대개 경쟁적인 등록으로 인해 상용화되기 어렵다. 또한 관리대상 특허들이 많아 매년 많은 유지비용을 부담한다. 따라서 체계적인 산업재산권의 관리에 대한 연구의 필요성에 따라 웹상에서 전문평가위원들의 특허 평가와 관리자의 효율적 관리가 가능한 특허관리시스템을 구현하였다.

Non-regular designs such as the Plackett-Burman(PB) design have traditionally been used for screening only main effects because of complex aliasing. But it was found that these designs could be used to estimate the 2-factor interactions as well as main effects through the hidden projection property. The goal of this paper is to propose the estimable model when projecting the 12-run PB design using the algebraic geometric method. The core of this method considers the design as a affine variety and the Grbner basis of the design ideal for this affine variety gives the estimable polynomial models. As the results of applying the 12-run PB design it is actually found that this design has the models not only with 2-factor interactions but with 3-factor. This design is the maximal fan in 4-factor projection.

The needs of larger screen in mobile device would be increased as the time of ubiquitous and convergence is coming. And, the type of mobile device has been evolved from bar, slide to row. Recently, the study on the multi-display screen which has seamless gap between two display panel has been published, and moreover the System On Chip(SOC) design strategy of core chip has been the most promising Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) technology in the display system. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed the design technique of SOC and evaluated the effectiveness with Very high speed Hardware Description Language(VHDL) Intellectual Property (IP) for the operation of multi display device driver. Also, This IP design would be to allow any kind of user interface in control system.

Spin-motive force has drawn attention because it contains a fundamental physical property. Spin-motive force creates effective electric and magnetic fields in moving magnetization; a vortex is a plausible system for observing the spin-motive force because of the abrupt profile of magnetization. However, the time-averaged value of a spin-motive force becomes zero when a vortex core undergoes gyroscopic motion. By means of micromagnetic simulation, we demonstrates that a non-zero time-averaged electric field induced by spin-motive force under certain conditions. We propose an experimental method of detecting spin-motive force that provides a better understanding of spin transport in ferromagnetic system.

알파고와 이세돌의 바둑대결은 세계적인 관심사를 갖으며 알파고의 승리로 끝났다. 알파고의 핵심 기능은 바둑기보를 컴퓨터 스스로 공부하는 딥러닝 시스템이었다. 이후로 인공지능을 활용한 딥러닝 시스템은 활용도가 검증되었다고 할 수 있다. 최근에 정부에서 사물인터넷을 활성화하기 위하여 사물인터넷기본법을 통과시키고 비즈니스모델을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 인공지능을 활용한 사물인터넷 비즈니스 환경을 분석하고 특화된 비즈니스 모델을 설계하겠다.
