멀티미디어 기술이 발전함에 따라 대용량의 데이터베이스의 관리와 불법 복제물 검출을 위한 동영상 검색의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구에 맞춰 대용량 데이터베이스에서 고속 동영상 검색을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 고속 동영상 검색 방법은 프레임의 휘도 분포를 이용하여 공간적 특징을 추출하고, 동영상의 시간적 유사성 지도를 생성하여 시간적 특정을 추출한다. 동영상의 공간적 특정과 시간적 특정을 식별자로 구성하고 단계적인 정합 방법을 수행한다. 실험에서는 원본 동영상과 밝기 변화, 압축률 변환, 자막/로고 삽입과 같은 다양한 변형을 이용하여 정확성, 추출 및 정합 속도, 식별자 크기를 측정하여 성능을 평가하였다. 또한, 제안한 방법의 파라미터를 실험적으로 선택한 과정을 기술하고 비교 알고리즘과 공간적 특정만을 이용한 단순 정합 결과를 제시하였다. 정확성, 경색 속도 식별자 크기의 모든 결과에서, 제안한 고속 검색 방법이 대용량 데이터베이스의 동영상 경색에 가장 적합한 기술임을 보였다.

This paper presents the two lossless auxiliary inductors-assisted voltage source type half bridge (single ended push pull: SEPP) series resonant high frequency inverter for induction heated king roller in copy and printing machines. The simple high-frequency inverter treated here can completely achieve stable zero current soft switching (ZCS) commutation for wide its output power regulation ranges and load variations under its constant high frequency pulse density modulation (PDM) scheme. Its transient and steady state operating principle is originally described and discussed for a constant high-frequency PDM control strategy under a stable ZCS operation commutation, together with its output effective power regulation characteristics-based on the high frequency PDM strategy. The experimental operating performances of this voltage source SEPP ZCS-PDM series resonant high frequency inverter using IGBTs are illustrated as compared with computer simulation results and experimental ones. Its power losses analysis and actual efficiency are evaluated and discussed on the basis of simulation and experimental results. The feasible effectiveness of this high frequency inverter appliance implemented here is proved from the practical point of view.

디지털 카메라와 캠코더의 보급이 증가함에 따라 일반 사용자들의 UCC(User Created Contents) 역시 일반화 되고 있다. 그러나 이에 따른 사생활 침해 또한 증가하고 있다. UCC는 인터넷 포탈 서비스를 통해 공유될 뿐 아니라 DVD(Digital Versatile/Video Disk)와 같은 저장매체(Recordable Media, 이하 Media)를 이용하여 보관된다. 포탈 서비스를 이용해서 콘텐츠를 게시하는 경우 포탈 시스템이 제공하는 사용자 인증 및 불법 다운로드 제어 기술을 이용하여 사생활 침해를 부분적으로 막을 수 있다. Media의 경우도 불법복제 제어기술을 채택하고 있지만, Media의 도난 또는 분실로 인한 콘텐츠 유출과 사생활 침해를 막을 수 있는 방법이 현재로서는 제공되지 않고 있다. 그러므로 Media를 이용하여 개인 콘텐츠를 관리하는 경우에도 사생활 침해를 막을 수 있는 추가적인 보안 기술의 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Media 보안을 위해 제정된 AACS(Advanced Access Content System)의 Framework을 살펴보고 개인 콘텐츠의 접근을 제어할 수 있는 개선된 AACS 보안 Framework을 제안한다.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to suggest researchers to know the standards of research ethics violation and eliminate the researchers' anxiety for the possible cases in violation of research ethics through the notification on the web site with online paper submission system for over the last year. We have made an effort and achieved the most exemplary and leading position in the academic journals, however, not satisfied with this, we will endeavor to strengthen it. Research design, data and methodology - Plagiarism and overlapping publications are the most serious problems in research ethics. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the submitted articles making use of paper similarity test programs such as copy killer, KCI test, etc. Editorial board and reviewers should present clear evidences and notify contributors on research ethics violation after close review the contributors' article content. Results - This research focused on the submitted articles which were verified as research ethics violation, and categorized them into 7 cases. Conclusions - With analyzing the verified 7 cases from KODISA journals, this research will examine closely the verification system and regulations in the current academic research ethics. Afterwards, this research will seek for solution to the problems and make an effort to get improvement for them.

With the development and wide application of hybrid network computing modes like cloud computing, edge computing and fog computing, the customer service requests and the collaborative optimization of various computing resources face huge challenges. Considering the characteristics of network environment resources, the optimized deployment of service resources is a feasible solution. So, in this paper, the optimal goals for deploying service resources are customer experience and service cost. The focus is on the system impact of deploying services on load, fault tolerance, service cost, and quality of service (QoS). Therefore, the alternate node filtering algorithm (ANF) and the adjustment factor of cost matrix are proposed in this paper to enhance the system service performance without changing the minimum total service cost, and corresponding theoretical proof has been provided. In addition, for improving the fault tolerance of system, the alternate node preference factor and algorithm (ANP) are presented, which can effectively reduce the probability of data copy loss, based on which an improved cost-efficient replica deployment strategy named ICERD is given. Finally, by simulating the random occurrence of cloud node failures in the experiments and comparing the ICERD strategy with representative strategies, it has been validated that the ICERD strategy proposed in this paper not only effectively reduces customer access latency, meets customers' QoS requests, and improves system service quality, but also maintains the load balancing of the entire system, reduces service cost, enhances system fault tolerance, which further confirm the effectiveness and reliability of the ICERD strategy.

Because the cost of road management is increasing proportional to road construction, there are needs to build general and systematic road management system. To solving such problems, Ministry of Construction and Transportation started research and development of Highway Management System(HMS), and established a foundation for systematic road management system. But, the implementation of HMS has some limitations because it is just converting roads of physical space to roads of electronic space and managing roads of electronic space. Although HMS offers many conveniences compared to old system which was based hard-copy and paper maps or unit operations, it can not overcome the problem of inefficency of road management due to the separation of operation between outer field and inner office. Therefore, to overcome such inefficency, this study focused on Road Disaster Management System development based on Ubiquotous.

Drag&Drop 메커니즘의 전신은 마이크로소프트 윈도우즈의 클립보드이다. 클립보드를 사용하는 복사, 붙여넣기 기능이 마우스 이벤트를 통해 처리되는 것이 바로 Drag&Drop인 것이다. 요즘 PC, 노트북, 모바일 폰을 막론하고 터치 인터페이스가 각광을 받고 있다. 마우스와 터치 인터페이스는 눈에 보이는 상호작용을 통해 더욱 쉽고 직관적으로 작업할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 준다. 본 논문에서는 Drag&Drop을 활용할 수 있는 웹 이미지 수집기를 구현하였다. 이를 통해 Drag&Drop의 적용 방법 및 활용 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 Active-Active 방식의 웹서버 이중화 방법에 관해 연구하였다. Rsync과 crontab을 이용하여 웹서버간에 주기적인 복사가 이루어지도록 하여 동일한 상태를 유지시켰다. 로드밸런싱서버가 웹서버를 교대로 실행하여 부하를 분산하고, 빠른 서비스가 제공되도록 하였다. 또한 임의의 웹서버에 장애가 발생하더라도 또 다른 웹서버에 의해 서비스가 계속 유지되도록 하였다.

This paper proposes a new resampling detection method for images that detects whether an image has been resampled and recovers the corresponding resampling rate. The proposed method uses a given set of zeroing masks for various resampling factors to evaluate the convolution values of the input image with the zeroing masks. Improving upon our previous work, the proposed method detects more resampling factors by checking for some periodicity with an approximate detection mechanism. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and efficient.

This paper describes a new algorithm for encoding spectral shape and envelope in the generic mode of G.718 super-wide band (SWB). In the G.718 SWB coder, generic mode coding and sinusoidal enhancement are used for the quantization of modified discrete cosine transform (MDCT)-based parameters in the high frequency band. In the generic mode, the high frequency band is divided into sub-bands and for every sub-band the most similar match with the selected similarity criteria is searched from the coded and envelope normalized wideband content. In order to improve the quantization scheme in high frequency region of speech/audio signals, the modified generic mode by the improvement of the generic mode in G.718 SWB is proposed. In the proposed generic mode, perceptual vector quantization of spectral envelopes and the resolution increase for spectral copy are used. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated in terms of objective quality. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm increases the quality of sounds significantly.
