레스토랑에서의 푸드 코디네이션에 대한 기대요인과 수준에 관한 연구 -$20{\sim}30$대 이용고객을 대상으로- (A Study on Expectation Factor and Level About Food Coordination in Restaurant - For Twenties to Thirties Customers)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest ways for practical food coordination, by examining restaurant-visitor' expectation factors for food coordination in restaurants. Statistical analyses were carried out based on the statistical data collected via survey from the restaurant. visitors. For the data analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were applied, using the SAS 9.1(ver.) program. In the results for the general perception of food coordination, the degree of recognition by restaurant visitors for food coordination is not high. However, necessity for food coordination is highly recognized and a 70% of the respondents were positive in their response about an expropriation price. Fitty percent of the respondents indicated a positive response regarding the relationship between the visual effect of the food and a re-visit to the restaurant. Therefore, most restaurant visitors believe food coordination is necessary in restaurants, and expect to pay for it in price.

과포화교통상태에서의 SPLIT COORDINATION신호제어전략 (Green-Split Coordination Strategy in Oversaturated Signal System)

  • The subject this paper is the signal control strategy under oversaturated conditions. The nature of traffic control for oversaturation is essentially different from the standard control modes. While under non-saturated situation traffic control is needed for the sake of safety and efficiency, the throughput is essential under oversaturated conditions. Therefore berth objective and strategies differ. For an oversaturated stream the cycle time and the signal offset are thought to be of rather secondary importance. For this case the green split may well be the most important control variable to serve the excessive demand. Up to now, however, most efforts have concentrated on the strategy with the concept which lies just on the extension of Webster's. "Green-split Coordination Strategy for Over-Saturated Networks", presents newly contrived three types of strategies named Forward-coordination, Backward-coordination and Network-coordination respectively and describes the algorithms with the evaluations. The forward coordination strategy treats the forward wave of flow between two signals. The aim is to prevent the outbreak of queue due to the accumulation of temporary excess of demand in near-saturation or saturation flow. The backward coordination strategy treats the backward rave of flow between two signals. The goal is to prevent the waste of green time caused by the exit block at the upstream signal. for this purpose a feedback regulation is provided of the upstream green-split so that the inflow-outflow balance is kept zero. The resultant surplus of green time is alloted to other signal stages. Also here the examination is made of the appropriate value of the feedback control parameter. The network coordination strategy is operated to maximize the network throughput in a specific direction applying a bang-bang control at the bottleneck intersection. This is a type of intervenient control for policy reasons. For this strategy the green-split coordinations, particuarly the backward coordination, are essential as the tactical elements. In order to evaluate the preposed strategies those are compared with the latest existing strategy called saturation-degree-ratio control by the simulation experiments in an assumed 4$\times$4 grid network. The results are satisfactory showing a 10-15% reduction in delays and a 15% increase in network capacity.

한복 배색에 관한 연구 - 2005~2010년 치마, 저고리를 중심으로 - (Study on Color Coordination of Hanbok - Focusing on Chima, Jegori in 2005~2010 -)

  • Modern Hanbok uses newly different color coordination based on traditional color coordination and symbolic meaning. Thus, this study would investigate the aspects of color coordination and symbolic meaning and present the characteristics of Hanbok as the data of corresponding period in the modern times. In order to investigate recent trend of preferred colors and color coordination of Hanbok, this study focused on the period of 2005~2010. When analyzing colors of Jegori(jacket), Wh, Y, B, YG, P and Gy series are shown in order. For trends for color of Chima(skirt), Pk, R, P, Gy and Bk series are shown in order. When you look into the color coordination of skirt and jacket on whole, color coordination of Pk-Wh represents the highest frequency. Color coordinations of Pk-Y, Pk-B, R-Y, R-G and Pk-G are followed in order. Color coordinations of R-YG, Bk-Wh, O-Y, P-Wh, Pk-YG, Gy-Y, R-Wh series and Gy-Wh are followed in order. When looking into characteristics of overall color coordination of Hanbok, it was shown that there were many opportunities to meet a variety of culture and various colors had emerged depending on individual taste and skin color in the modern times within the framework of basic colors of woman's 'Nokeuihongsang'(Green upper garment and red skirt) R-G, Y series, which are traditionally inherited. In addition, unlike existing traditional color coordination of five elements in the past, P, Gy and Bk series of color appeared in the skirt and Jacket. It could be affected by fashionable drama and films at that time and newly attempted colors ahead of fashion were reflected on the magazine. Therefore, it implied that it naturally gave new awareness of colors to the general public and the width of selection of colors became diverse.

Effects of Differential Stability on Control of Multi-Joint Coordination in the Upper Extremity: A Torque Component Analysis

  • Purpose: The purpose of the present current study was to examine control of upper limb multi-joint movements with differential coordination stability. To achieve the goals of the study, torque analyses were utilized to answer questions about how torque components were differed among various elbow-wrist coordination patterns. Methods: Eight self-reported right-handed college students (3 males and 5 females, mean age=20.6 yr) were volunteered. The task required participants to rhythmically coordinate the flexion-extension motions of their elbow and wrist with coordination relationship of $0^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$, and $180^{\circ}$relative phases between the two joints. Mean relative phase and phase stability (standard deviation of relative phase) were computed to for analysisze of overall coordination performance. To determine the figure out characteristics of torque components in elbow and wrist joints, impulse values of muscle torque (MT) and interactive torque (IT) and MT as a percentage of cycle duration (MT-PCD) were analyzed. Results: Torque results showed that the proximal elbow joint generated motions with mainly muscle efforts regardless of coordination patterns, while the distal wrist joint adjusted the coordination patterns by changing amount of MT. Impulse analyses showed that the least stable $90^{\circ}$ pattern was performed by utilizing a similar coordination strategy of the most stable $0^{\circ}$ pattern. Conclusion: The present current study suggests that the roles of distal and proximal joints differ in order to achieve various multi-joint coordination movements. This study provides information for use in gives an idea to development of rehabilitation or training programs for to persons with an impaired upper limb motor ability.

코호넨 신경회로망을 이용한 ULTC 변압기와 STACOM의 협조제어 (Coordination Control of ULTC Transformer and STACOM using Kohonen Neural Network)

  • STACOM will be utilized to control substation voltage in the near future. Although STACOM shows good voltage regulation performance owing to its rapid and continuous response, it needs additional reactive power compensation device to keep control margin for emergency such as fault. ULTC transformer is one of good candidates. This paper presents a Kohonen Neural Network (KNN) based coordination control scheme of ULTC transformer and STACOM. In this paper, the objective function of the coordination control is minimization of both STACOM output and the number of switchings of ULTC transformer while maintaining substation voltage magnitude to the predefined constant value. This coordination, control is performed based on reactive load trend of the substation and KNN which offers optimal tap position in view of STACOM output minimization. The input variables of KNN are active and reactive power of the substation, current tap position, and current STACOM output. The KNN is trained by effective Iterative Condensed Nearest Neighbor (ICNN) rule. This coordination control applied to IEEE 14 bus system and shows satisfactory results.

The Impact of Coordination on Stocking and Promotional Markdown Policies for a Supply Chain

  • Results of a study of the coordination effect in stocking and promotional markdown policies for a supply chain consisting of a retailer and a discount outlet (DCO) are reported here. We assume that the products are sold in two consecutive periods: Normal Sales Period (NSP) and subsequent Promotional Sales Period (PSP). When managers in the two periods coordinate, they share information on the demand forecast and jointly decide the stocking quantity, markdown time schedule, and markdown price to maximize mutual profit. In the absence of coordination, decisions are decentralized to optimize the individual party's objective function. Optimal coordination policy for the retailer/DCO problem setting is analyzed, and the coordination policy is compared with the uncoordinated policy to explore factors that make coordination an effective approach.

  • A software system that has functions of setting and coordination checking of protective relays in power transmission system has been developed. The developed system utilizes database system to store the setting values of protective relays, power system parameters, checks the relay operation and evaluates coordination of relays in real Power system or test system. The fault data to simulates a fault to evaluate the coordination of relays is generated by PSS/E and EMTP. A universal logic generator module is added to adopt the variation of each relay's trip logic. The proposed system has been verified through many tests in the case study, and proved to be very powerful in inspecting the setting values and coordination of relays.

  • In view of the lack of efficient coordination of interdependent task in the collaborative design system, the mechanisms for temporal and resource coordination problems are established based on Petri Nets, respectively. Both of the mechanisms are encapsulated and implemented in the coordination component so as to increase the flexibility and acceptability of the system. We model the CSCW system based on Petri Nets for simulation, analysis and optimization. A case study on the overhead traveling crane is given to demonstrate and validate our theory.

병원 코디네이터도입이 병원경영성과에 미치는 영향분석 (Study on the Role of Hospital Coordinators with System Dynamics Approach)

  • The competition between hospitals has become an issue for many hospitals because of the sudden increased number of health providers. As the marketing or customer management have become important factors as means of competition, a number of hospital have been considered or already adopted the coordination system. A system dynamics model is developed to see the effect of the hospital coordination system. This paper after briefly explaining the structure of the system dynamics model, discusses the roles of the hospital coordination system with examples. The system dynamics model quantifies through simulations the process of effects of coordination system on the number of customers, productivities of employees (nurses and doctors), and finally the financial status. As a conclusions of the simulations and their analysis, it is concluded that coordination system could be more effective than the investment to the facilities. Since the study is based on only one hospital case, it is limited. However, it explains the mechanism of the coordination system quantitatively as well as qualitatively.

Design of a Coordinating Mechanism for Multi-Level Scheduling Systems in Supply Chain

  • The scheduling problem of large products like ships, airplanes, space shuttles, assembled constructions, and automobiles is very complex in nature. To reduce inherent computational complexity, we often design scheduling systems that the original problem is decomposed into small sub-problems, which are scheduled independently and integrated into the original one. Moreover, the steep growth of communication technology and logistics makes it possible to produce a lot of multi-nation corporation by which products are produced across more than one plant. Therefore vertical and lateral coordination among decomposed scheduling systems is necessary. In this research, we suggest an agent-based coordinating mechanism for multi-level scheduling systems in supply chain. For design of a general coordination mechanism, at first, we propose a grammar to define individual scheduling agents which are responsible to their own plants, and a meta-level coordination agent which is engaged to supervise individual scheduling agents. Second, we suggest scheduling agent communication protocols for each scheduling agent topology which is classified according to the system architecture, existence of coordinator, and direction of coordination. We also suggest a scheduling agent communication language which consists of three layers : Agent Communication Layer, Scheduling Coordination Layer, Industry-specific Layer. Finally, in order to improve the efficiency of communication among scheduling agents we suggest a rough capacity coordination model which supports to monitor participating agents and analyze the status of them. With this coordination mechanism, we can easily model coordination processes of multiple scheduling systems. In the future, we will apply this mechanism to shipbuilding domain and develop a prototype system which consists of a dock-scheduling agent, four assembly-plant-scheduling agents, and a meta-level coordination agent. A series of experiment using the real-world data will be performed to examine this mechanism.
