Microphone Array를 이용한 고압설비의 고장위치인식 알고리즘 (An Accidental Position Detection Algorithm for High-Pressure Equipment using Microphone Array)

  • This study receives the noise transmitted in a constant audio frequency range through a microphone array in which the noise(like grease in a pan) occurs on the power supply line due to the troublesome partial discharge(arc). Then by going through a series of signal processing of removing noise, this study measures the distance and direction up to the noise caused by the troublesome partial discharge(arc) and monitors the result by displaying in the analog and digital method. After these, it determines the state of each size and judges the distance and direction of problematic part. When the signal sound transmitted by the signal source of bad insulator is received on each microphone, the signal comes only in the frequency range of 20 kHz by passing through the circuit of amplification and 6th low pass filter. Then, this signal is entered in a digital value of digital signal processing(TMS320F2812) through the 16-bit A/D conversion. By doing so, the sound distance, direction and coordinate of bad insulator can be detected by realizing the correlation method of detecting the arriving time difference occurring on each microphone and the algorithm of detecting maximum time difference.

General Linearly Constrained Narrowband Adaptive Arrays in the Eigenvector Space

  • A general linearly constrained narrowband adaptive array is examined in the eigenvector space. The optimum weight vector in the eigenvector space is shown to have the same performance as in the standard coordinate system, except that the input signal correlation matrix and look direction steering vector are replaced with the eigenvalue matrix and transformed steering vector. It is observed that the variation in gain factor results in the variation in the distance between the constraint plane and the origin in the translated weight vector space such that the increase in gain factor decreased the distance from the constraint plane to the origin, thus affecting the nulling performance. Simulation results showed that the general linearly constrained adaptive array performed better at an optimal gain factor compared with the conventional linearly constrained adaptive array in a coherent signal environment and the former showed similar performance as the latter in a noncoherent signal environment.

  • For an complete image composition to be stitched on several mosaic images, tracing displacement of direction and distance between successive images are important parameters. The input image is modeled by using a general second order two-dimensional Taylor-series and then converting it to a $3{\times}3$ correlation block and storing the data. A moving factor and coordinate is calculated by comparing the continuous correlation blocks. The experimentation result has a success rate of 85% for moving path tracing as continuous images are moved to 10% of image central position.

얼굴 랜드마크 거리 특징을 이용한 표정 분류에 대한 연구 (Study for Classification of Facial Expression using Distance Features of Facial Landmarks)

  • 표정 인식은 다양한 분야에서 지속적인 연구의 주제로서 자리 잡아 왔다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴 이미지 랜드마크 간의 거리를 계산하여 추출된 특징을 사용해 각 랜드마크들의 관계를 분석하고 5가지의 표정을 분류한다. 다수의 관측자들에 의해 수행된 라벨링 작업을 기반으로 데이터와 라벨 신뢰도를 높였다. 또한 원본 데이터에서 얼굴을 인식하고 랜드마크 좌표를 추출해 특징으로 사용하였으며 유전 알고리즘을 이용해 상대적으로 분류에 더 도움이 되는 특징을 선택하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 이용하여 표정 인식 분류를 수행하였으며 제안된 방법을 이용하였을 때가 CNN을 이용하여 분류를 수행하였을 때 보다 성능이 향상됨을 볼 수 있었다.

직물의 평면 드레이프 계수와 측면 드레이프 계수와의 관계 (Relationship between Plane and Side Drape Coefficient of Fabrics)

  • To investigate the relationship between plane and side drape coefficient, the drape tester designed in which coordinate of projected outline of draped specimen could be recorded. By using this drape tester, the three dimensional shape, plane and side drape coefficient were obtained from coordinate of plane projected shape, and furthermore examined the tendency in changes of drape coefficient in terms of diameter of specimen, deflection angle, and bending rigidity. The side drape coefficients were constant regardless of changes in diameter of specimen. The plane drape coefficients, however, made a little difference according to changes in diameter of specimen. The experimental drape coefficient agreed well with the theoretical drape coefficient according to deflection angle. In the meanwhile, when the plane drape coefficients were regressed with the side drape coefficents, regression equation was $y=0.375x-0.002x^2+6.9\times10^{-5}x^3$. When the $\overline{\theta_s}$ is mean of deflection angle of selected points which have the longest and shortest distance from center point in the node, the theoretical drape coefficient calculated from $\overline{\theta_s}$ has high correlation with experimental drape coefficient. The plane and side drape coefficient changed linearly with increasing the bending length, $\sqrt[3]{EI/w}$.

다차원 인접화소 간 명암차의 극좌표 기반 비선형 양자화 히스토그램에 의한 서명인식 (Signatures Verification by Using Nonlinear Quantization Histogram Based on Polar Coordinate of Multidimensional Adjacent Pixel Intensity Difference)

  • 본 논문에서는 다차원 인접화소 간 명암차 기반 극좌표의 비선형 양자화 히스토그램을 이용한 서명인식을 제안한다. 다차원 인접화소 간 명암차는 기준화소를 중심으로 횡방향, 종방향, 대각 방향, 역대각 방향 각각의 이웃화소 간 명암차이고, 극좌표는 횡과 종 방향 및 대각과 비대각 방향 각각의 직교좌표로부터 변환된 좌표이며, 비선형 양자화 히스토그램은 반복계산 기법인 Lloyd 알고리즘에 의해 극좌표 값을 비균일 양자화한 히스토그램이다. 여기서 4방향 명암차의 극좌표 히스토그램은 대응하는 화소간의 상관성을 좀 더 많이 고려할 뿐만 아니라 히스토그램의 수를 감소시켜 계산부하를 줄이기 위함이다. 또한 비선형 양자화는 화소간의 명암변화의 속성을 더욱 더 잘 반영할 뿐만 아니라 저차원의 히스토그램 레벨을 얻기 위함이다. 제안된 기법을 256*256 픽셀의 90개(3인*30개) 서명들을 대상으로 city-block거리, Euclidean 거리, 순서값, 그리고 정규상호상관계수 각각의 정합척도에 기반 한 실험결과, 선형 양자화 기반 히스토그램에 비해 우수한 인식성능을 가지며, Euclidean 거리가 가장 우수한 정합척도임을 확인하였다.

3차원 비전 기술을 이용한 라벨부착 소형 물체의 정밀 자세 측정 (Accurate Pose Measurement of Label-attached Small Objects Using a 3D Vision Technique)

  • Bin picking is a task of picking a small object from a bin. For accurate bin picking, the 3D pose information, position, and orientation of a small object is required because the object is mixed with other objects of the same type in the bin. Using this 3D pose information, a robotic gripper can pick an object using exact distance and orientation measurements. In this paper, we propose a 3D vision technique for accurate measurement of 3D position and orientation of small objects, on which a paper label is stuck to the surface. We use a maximally stable extremal regions (MSERs) algorithm to detect the label areas in a left bin image acquired from a stereo camera. In each label area, image features are detected and their correlation with a right image is determined by a stereo vision technique. Then, the 3D position and orientation of the objects are measured accurately using a transformation from the camera coordinate system to the new label coordinate system. For stable measurement during a bin picking task, the pose information is filtered by averaging at fixed time intervals. Our experimental results indicate that the proposed technique yields pose accuracy between 0.4~0.5mm in positional measurements and $0.2-0.6^{\circ}$ in angle measurements.

스테레오 추적 시스템을 이용한 보행자 높이 및 3차원 위치 추정 기법 (Estimation of Person Height and 3D Location using Stereo Tracking System)

  • In this paper, an estimation of person height and 3D location of a moving person by using the pan/tilt-embedded stereo tracking system is suggested and implemented. In the proposed system, face coordinates of a target person is detected from the sequential input stereo image pairs by using the YCbCr color model and phase-type correlation methods and then, using this data as well as the geometric information of the stereo tracking system, distance to the target from the stereo camera and 3-dimensional location information of a target person are extracted. Basing on these extracted data the pan/tilt system embedded in the stereo camera is controlled to adaptively track a moving person and as a result, moving trajectory of a target person can be obtained. From some experiments using 780 frames of the sequential stereo image pairs, it is analyzed that standard deviation of the position displacement of the target in the horizontal and vertical directions after tracking is kept to be very low value of 1.5, 0.42 for 780 frames on average, and error ratio between the measured and computed 3D coordinate values of the target is also kept to be very low value of 0.5% on average. These good experimental results suggest a possibility of implementation of a new stereo target tracking system having a high degree of accuracy and a very fast response time with this proposed algorithm.

천궁 초작과 연작 재배지의 토양특성이 토양 곰팡이 군집에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Soil Properties on Soil Fungal Community in First and Continuous Cultivation Fields of Cnidium officinale Makino)

  • Background: This study investigated the effects of soil properties on the soil fungal community in first and continuous cultivation areas of Cnidium officinale Makino. Methods and Results: The soil fungal community was analyzed for relative abundance and principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) was conducted using Illumina MiSeq sequencing. The correlation between the soil chemical properties and the soil fungal community was assessed with distance-based linear models (DISTLM). The soil fungal community showed distinct clusters consisting in the continuous cultivation area of C. officinale Makino. PCoA and DISTLM indicated that soil pH, calcium, and available P2O5 significantly affected the soil fungal community in the cultivation area of C. officinale Makino. In addition, considering 5 different pathogenic fungi the relative abundance of Fusarium in the continuous cultivation area was significantly higher compared to that in the first cultivation area of C. officinale Makino. Conclusions: This study is important because it has determinined the effects of soil properties on the soil fungal community in both first and continuous cultivation areas of C. officinale Makino. Moreover, these results will be helpful to investigate the cause of continuous cropping obstacle in C. officinale Makino by examining the changes of soil fungal community.

LBSNS 기반 장소 추천 시스템 (Location Recommendation System based on LBSNS)

  • 위치 기반 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 사용자들은 체크인 데이터를 이용해 장소를 공유하고 커뮤니케이션을 한다. 체크인 데이터는 POI명, 카테고리, 장소 좌표/주소, 사용자 닉네임, 장소 평가 점수, 관련 글/사진/동영상 등으로 구성된다. 위치 기반 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 이러한 체크인 데이터를 상황에 맞게 분석하면 다양한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사용자 체크인 데이터를 활용할 수 있는 LBSNS(Location-based Social Network Service) 기반 장소 추천 시스템을 개발하였다. LBSNS 기반 장소 추천 시스템은 체크인 데이터 중 장소 카테고리를 분석하여 가중치를 추출하고, 피어슨 상관계수를 이용해 사용자간의 유사도를 구한다. 그리고 협업적 필터링 알고리즘을 이용하여 추천 장소에 대한 선호도 점수를 구하고, 추천 대상 장소의 위치와 사용자의 현재 위치에 대해 유클라디안 알고리즘을 적용하여 거리 점수를 구한다. 마지막으로, 선호도 점수와 거리 점수에 대해 가중치 계수를 적용하여 상황에 맞게 장소를 추천한다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 실제 데이터를 이용한 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템의 우수성도 입증하였다.
