본 연구는 보험회사 콜센터 상담사를 대상으로 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진간의 관계에서 사회적 지원의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 서울, 대전, 부산에서 근무하고 있는 A보험회사와 B보험회사 콜센터 상담사 186명을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 정서적 소진, 사회적 지원(상사지원, 동료지원) 척도에 대한 설문을 온라인으로 실시하였다. 세 변인들의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관 분석을 실시하였으며, 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진의 관계에서 사회적 지원의 조절 효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진은 정적인 상관 관계를, 정서적 소진은 동료지원과 부적인 상관 관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 보험회사 콜센터 상담사의 직무스트레스가 정서적 소진에 미치는 영향에 사회적 지원의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 콜센터 상담사의 직무스트레스로 인한 정서적 소진은 사회적 지원이 높을수록 완화된다는 것이다. 이렇듯 사회적 지원은 직무스트레스에 따른 정서적 소진에 대한 보호요인으로 확인되었기 때문에 이를 강화하기 위한 조직 차원의 노력이 필요함을 논의하였다.

Recently, as the pandemic COVID-19 has been spread worldwide, international research cooperation has come to the fore to overcome the crisis and develop treatments. Currently, in Korea, with the support from the Ministry of Education and the Korea Research Foundation, the International Research Cooperation Information Center operates an online service system for international research cooperation as a venue for sharing results among international research cooperation researchers and invigorating such research. However, since Korea's performance in international research cooperation is still poor, actively pursuing measures to improve professionalism and diversity based on international cooperation is deemed necessary. Therefore, in this study, factors influencing the level of satisfaction with international research cooperation online service systems were identified, and measures to increase the satisfaction of international research cooperation online service were proposed based on the analysis results. Design of the system quality factors, accuracy and consistency of the information quality factors, and professionalism of the service quality factors were verified to have a significant effect on the satisfaction with international research cooperation online service systems. Accordingly, further strengthening the aspects of design, accuracy, consistency, and professionalism was proposed as a way to increase the satisfaction of international research cooperation online service systems.

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 멀티플라이어십이 보육교사의 교사협동과 동료지원에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 위해 두 가지 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 원장의 멀티플라이어십이 교사의 교사협동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 둘째, 원장의 멀티플라이어십이 교사의 동료지원에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 어린이집 원장의 멀티플라이어십과 보육교사의 교사협동과 동료지원에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 연구대상은 S시와 G도에 소재하고 있는 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 234명을 대상으로 하였으며, 본 연구의 자료처리방법은 SPSS 20.0 program을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 연구문제 중심으로 논의하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하여 보면, 멀티플라이어십의 하위요소인 생산적 토론 정착하기, 개인적 가치 문화조성, 구성원 결속력 높이기, 신나게 일하기는 보육교사의 교사협동과 동료지원에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 어린이집 원장은 타인에 대한 배려와 공동체적 의식을 바탕으로 교사의 강점을 인정하고, 발달시킬 수 있도록 열린 분위기를 조성하고, 구성원들의 결속력이 단단하게 해주는 멀티플라이어십을 갖고, 교사들이 스스로 기대 이상의 성과를 달성할 수 있도록 협동적이고 긍정적인 조직문화를 형성하는 데 이바지하여, 보육의 질을 향상시킨다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 LINC사업이 종료되고 새롭게 시행되는 LINC+(사회맞춤형 산학협력 선도대학)이 새롭게 시작되는 시점에서 LINC+사업의 핵심 어젠더인 대학과 산업체의 쌍방향 산학협력이 정착되기 위해서 대학 중심의 성과측정 외에 산업체입장에서 고려되어야 할 요소를 발견하고자 한다. 기업의 입장에서 기업의 매출액 증가, 고용증가. 수출 증가 등의 양적인 성과요인도 있지만 산학협력의 결과로 어느 정도의 기업에 기여하고 있는지를 측정하기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 산학협력의 만족도를 측정함과 동시에 이러한 만족도 요인이 기업의 입장에서 실제 성장 발전에 미치는 기여도를 동시에 측정함으로써 산학협력 프로그램의 만족도가 기업의 성장발전에 기여하는 정도를 주관적 지표를 통해 측정하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 통해 LINC+사업 시행으로 추진하고자 하는 "산업선도형 대학" 육성을 통한 사회수요 맞춤형 인재양성, 산학협력을 기반으로 하는 중소기업 혁신 지원 및 일자리 창출, 일관성 있는 산학협력 지원을 통해 정부 정책의 신뢰도 제고로 대학과 산업체의 상생발전에 조력하고자한다.

본 논문에서는 산학협력 지원사업의 성과를 체계적이고 통합적으로 관리하는 위한 통합 프로젝트 관리 시스템(iPMS : Integrated Project Management System)을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현된 iPMS 시스템은 수행된 과제에 대한 결과 및 현황에 대하여 손쉽고 다양한 형태로 검색하는 기능 및 보고서 출력 기능을 제공하고, 산학협력 지원사업에 대한 성능 평가 및 사후 관리의 방법을 제공해 준다. iPMS는 부산-울산 산학협의회를 통하여 운영 중이며, 산학연 과제 관리에 대하여 효과적으로 사용될 것으로 사료된다.

This study aims to establish a development strategy for higher education in Indonesia's marine and fisheries sector and to present a direction for international development cooperation through evaluating policies and current problems related to higher education in marine and fisheries sector. To achieve the goals of human resources development in marine and fisheries sector, Indonesian government needs to secure non-salary expenditures to strengthen support for areas directly related to the effects of education, such as improving educational facilities, expanding scholarships, and so on. Education institution needs to develop effective teaching methods and systematic practice-based curriculum that reflects the needs of the local fishermen community and fisheries industry. In addition, it is necessary to support the supply of manpower throughout the fisheries industry. Fisheries industry needs to stop relying on the government or education institutions to secure excellent human resources and actively participate and cooperate in the education field so that excellent human resources can flow into the industry. Based on this strategy, international development cooperation for human resources development in Indonesia's marine and fisheries sector should focus on qualitative rather than quantitative expansion of higher education institutions.

본 연구는 영아교사의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 제주시에 위치한 어린이집에 근무하는 영아교사 200명이었으며 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지와 소진 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관계수 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영아교사의 소진은 낮았으며 자아탄력성은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 자아탄력성이 높을수록, 사회적 지지가 높을수록 소진 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영아교사의 소진에 대한 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 지지보다는 자아탄력성이 더 많은 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 논의를 통해 본 연구에서는 영아교사의 소진과 관련하여 영아교사 자신의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지가 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 영아교사의 소진을 감소시키는데 필요한 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지 증진 방안을 모색하는 교사교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사하였다.

This research reviews the current state of the environmental problems in Northeastern Asia and emphasizes the necessity of building a sustainable regime of multilateral environmental cooperation. The Process and problems of multilateral environmental cooperation system are briefly discussed. This research stresses the importance of contractual environment that enhances the level of enforcement of international environmental agreement. Within the contractual environment, international regimes can support the parties of conference to build up administrative capacity and scientific technology to cope with transborder pollution problems. Some policy proposals such as cooperation among central governments and local governments, and the participation of NGOs are suggested.

본 논문에서는 국제기술협력 관계 프로세스 모형이 개발되었다. 모델은 5단계로 구성되어있다: 시작단계 파트너 탐색단계, 계약단계, 실행단계 그리고 종료단계. 시작단계에서 산업체들은 자신이 필요한 것을 잘 인지하지 못하는 경향이 있었으며 파트너 탐색단계에서는 자신에게 필요한 파트너 탐색에 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 계약단계에서는 국제법에 대한 어려움과 실행단계에서는 문화적 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 따라서 정부는 각 단계별 지원책을 모색할 필요가 있다.

본 연구에서는 산학협력의 애로에 대한 조사연구인 한국산업기술진흥협회(KOITA)와 산업연구원(KIET)의 조사 결과에 기초하여 산학협력 애로 사항을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 정부의 관점을 고찰하기로 한다. 또한, 제조업과 서비스업의 기업혁신활동에 대한 조사 결과인 과학기술정책연구원(STEPI)의 결과를 기초로 기술혁신과 관련된 산학협력의 동기를 아울러 살펴보기로 한다. 이러한 기존의 연구에 기초하여 신산학협력의 방안을 제시하고, 기업애로지원을 위한 다양하게 구축된 인프라(하드웨어 측면)와 프로젝트 단위의 부분적인 산학협력 프로그램 및 산학협력의 각 주체와 전문 운영인력 등을 네트워크화 하여 신산학협력 활성화를 추진하는 신산학협력 방안을 제안하기로 한다.
