  • 본 논문에서는 연료전지 동특성 개선을 위한 Boost컨버터 제어기를 모델링하였다. 전류형 DC/DC컨버터 회로에 PI제어기를 채용하여 전류 loop의 이득과 부하의 변화에 대한 동적응답이 가능하록 충분히 높게 하여, 폐루프 대역폭이 증가하도록 설계하였으며, 전압 loop의 이득은 전원으로서 연료전지의 느린 동특성을 고려하여 설계되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Power Integration사의 플라이백 컨버터 제어 IC인 TOP258YN의 주요 기능을 PSPICE로 구현 및 검증하였다. PSPICE를 이용한 IC 모델링을 통하여 제한적으로 제공되던 IC의 모델링을 시뮬레이션이 가능하도록 하였다. 모델링를 이용하여 실시한 시뮬레이션과 회로 실험 비교를 통하여 본 논문을 검증한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 피크 전류 모드 제어를 적용한 플라이백 컨버터의 정확한 Control-to-Output Transfer Function을 제시한다. 기존 저주파 극점만으로 간략화 된 모델은 실제 디스크리트 모델(Discrete Model)과 소신호 해석에서 많은 차이를 보인다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 저주파 극점을 유도하고, PSIM을 통한 모의실험을 통해 제안된 모델에 대한 정확성을 검증한다.

  • 컨버터는 교류와 직류간의 변환, 교류 주파수의 상호변환, 상수(相數)의 변환 등을 하는 장치를 말하는데 일반적으로는 교류와 직류간의 변환을 의미한다. 송.배전 시스템에서 교류의 형태로 공급되는 전기를 직류가 필요한 곳에서는 컨버터를 이용하여 직류로 변환하여 사용하는데 이를 전력계통의 과도현상 분석용으로 개발된 수치계산 프로그램인 EMTP (Electromagnetic Transient Program)를 사용하여 3상 반파 컨버터와 3상 전파 컨버터를 이용한 시스템을 모델링하고 분석하였다.

  • In this paper, interleaved boost converter is applied as a pre-regulator in switch mode power supply. Interleaved Boost Power Factor Preregulator (IBPFP) can reduce input current ripple as a simple voltage control loop only without inner current loop, because input current is divided each 50% by two switching devices. IBPFP can be classified as three cases from duty ratio condition in continuous current mode and be carried out state space averaging small signal modeling. According to modeling, the PID controller is applied and voltage control loop is constructed for suitable design condition. From frequency domain analysis, it is verified that control system is satisfied with design condition of switch mode power supply.

  • The purpose of the present study is to suggest the strategy for interoperability between BIM and GIS. For this, we analyzed the interoperability issue including the neutral information model such as CityGML, LandXML, IFC and identified the structure differences as the viewpoint of use-case, object, geometry, property by using UML(Unified Modeling Langauge) and reverse engineering. To solve the interoperability problem between BIM and GIS model which is the neutral GIS format, We proposed the consideration including converter, information mapping filter based on ontology dictionary, automation by using API.

  • A numerical model of a three junction device is presented. It allows the simulation of the external characteristics of the PNPN family devices and in this work the simulation of gate turn-off thyristor(GTO) is particularly considered. The proposed PNPN device simulation model solves all the drawbacks presented by the previous work, simulates the GTO well, and fulfills.

  • The mathematical interpretation of a practical sampler which is useful to obtain the small signal models for the peak and average current mode controls is proposed. Due to the difficulties in applying the Shannons sampling theorem to the analysis of sampling effects embedded in the current mode control, several different approaches have been reported. However, these approaches require the information of the inductor current in a discrete expression, which restricts the application of the reported method only to the peak current mode control. In this paper, the mathematical expressions of sampling effects on a current loop which can directly apply the Shannons sampling theorem are newly proposed, and applied to the modeling of the peak current mode control. By the newly derived models of a practial smapler, the models in a discrete time domain and a continuous time domain are obtained. It is expected that the derived models are useful for the control loop design of power supplies. The effectiveness of the derived models are verified through the simulation and experimental results.
