SWOT분석을 통한 건설사업관리시스템 개발전략 수립에 관한 연구 (A Study of Establishing the Development Strategy of Construction Project Management System Using SWOT Analysis)

  • IoT, 빅데이터, 드론, 클라우드 등 정보기술이 등장하면서 정보화 사회가 지능화, 창조화사회로 변화되고 있으며, 건설분야에서도 이러한 정보기술을 접목하여 과거의 노동집약형 산업에서 융합형 첨단기술산업으로 변화를 도모하고 있다. 특히, 건설사업관리시스템은 1998년부터 5년마다 건설사업정보화 기본계획을 수립하여 기능개선 및 고도화를 진행하고 있으며, 현재 2012년에 수립한 제4차 건설사업정보화 기본계획을 기반으로 시스템을 개선중에 있다. 그러나, 급변하는 정보기술의 발전으로 웹호환성, 공간정보, 빅데이터, BIM, 윈도우10 등이 대두되면서, 시스템 개편을 위한 체계적인 계획 수립이 필요한 실정이었다. 따라서, 본 연구는 건설사업관리시스템을 기준으로 새로운 건설IT환경을 반영한 시스템 로드맵을 마련하였다. 이를 위해 건설분야의 내 외부 환경요인을 조사 분석하고, 타 정보시스템의 개발현황과 건설사업관리시스템의 문제점을 도출한 후 SWOT 분석기법을 이용하여 핵심성공요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 결과를 토대로 시스템의 비전, 목표, 추진방향 및 전략, 중점 세부추진과제와 추진일정을 마련하고 델파이방법을 통해 최종적으로 4개 중점추진과제와 9개 세부추진 과제를 마련하였다. 이렇게 마련된 로드맵은 향후 건설사업관리시스템의 운영 지표로 활용되며, 건설분야 유관 정보시스템의 향후 추진전략 수립시 참고자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Regulator of G-Protein Signaling 4 (RGS4) Controls Morphine Reward by Glutamate Receptor Activation in the Nucleus Accumbens of Mouse Brain

  • Crosstalk between G-protein signaling and glutamatergic transmission within the brain reward circuits is critical for long-term emotional effects (depression and anxiety), cravings, and negative withdrawal symptoms associated with opioid addiction. A previous study showed that Regulator of G-protein signaling 4 (RGS4) may be implicated in opiate action in the nucleus accumbens (NAc). However, the mechanism of the NAc-specific RGS4 actions that induce the behavioral responses to opiates remains largely unknown. The present study used a short hairpin RNA (shRNA)-mediated knock-down of RGS4 in the NAc of the mouse brain to investigate the relationship between the activation of ionotropic glutamate receptors and RGS4 in the NAc during morphine reward. Additionally, the shRNA-mediated RGS4 knock-down was implemented in NAc/striatal primary-cultured neurons to investigate the role that striatal neurons have in the morphine-induced activation of ionotropic glutamate receptors. The results of this study show that the NAc-specific knock-down of RGS4 significantly increased the behaviors associated with morphine and did so by phosphorylation of the GluR1 (Ser831) and NR2A (Tyr1325) glutamate receptors in the NAc. Furthermore, the knock-down of RGS4 enhanced the phosphorylation of the GluR1 and NR2A glutamate receptors in the primary NAc/striatal neurons during spontaneous morphine withdrawal. These findings show a novel molecular mechanism of RGS4 in glutamatergic transmission that underlies the negative symptoms associated with morphine administration.

Design of Sliding Mode Controller with Auto-tuning Method

  • Sliding mode control(SMC) are carried out in this literature. And to make the controllers perform better, fuzzy logic was chosen,it makes PID controller auto-tuning parameters and reduced the chattering problem of sliding mode control. Since SMC take error and derivative of error as inputs, after comparison some results are obtained.PID controller response faster yet sliding mode control is much steadier. However certain problems cannot be ignored that the chattering phenomenal cannot be reduced entirely and this motion may hurt the machine; this project only considered a simple system, there is no guarantee PID can work as well as in this case for a much more complex system. MATLAB simulink was the main approach to obtain the performance of the two controllers: to observe the control output of the two controllers, electric circuit and special controllers are designed and tested in MATLAB.

Observer design with Gershgorin's disc

  • Observer design for system with unknown input was carried out. First, Kalman filter was considered to estimate system state with White noise. With the results of Kalman filter design, state observer, controller properties, including controllability and observability, and the Kalman filter structure and algorithm were also studied. Kalman filter algorithm was applied to Position and velocity measurement based on Kalman filter with white noise, and it was constructed and achieved by programming based on Matlab programming. Finally, observer for system with unknown input was constructed with the help of Gershgorin's disc theorem. With the designed observer, system states was constructed and applied to system with unknown input. By simulation results, estimation performance was verified. In this project, state feedback control theory, observer theory and relevant design procedure, as well as Kalman filter design were understood and used in practical application.

  • 소프트웨어 형상관리 공정은 형상항목의 정확성과 완전성을 보장하고 형상을 관리하는 공정으로 본 논문에서는 형상관리 공정에 대한 구체적인 활동들에 대하여 ISO/IEC 12207과 ISO/IEC 15846을 비교한다. 또한 최근 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사모델로서 널리 알려진 ISO/IEC 15504와 CMM 및 CMMI에서의 형상관리 공정에 대한 활동 비교 및 분석을 통하여 성숙수준을 예측할 수 있는 절차와 메트릭스를 제시하여 정량적인 측정이 가능하도록 한다.

  • When constructing buildings, planning, design, construction, using & maintenance as building life cycle. Due to industrialization in 1960s and development of new town from the late 1980s to the early 1990s, Korean housing supply rate reaches almost 100%. After construction companies confronted limit of new building construction, they recognized remodeling as a part of construction, and organized remodeling team or FM team to improve sustainable industrial area. However, since companies in Korea are lack of experience and research activities for remodeling, it makes obstacle to improvement of remodeling business. So the objective of this study is to help carry out remodeling business by suggesting the counterplan through investigation of a risk of apartment remodeling business.

건축프로젝트에 질 관리에 있어서 디자인분야 개선요소에 관한 연구 (A Study of Improvement Factors in the Design Phase of the Building Project)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 건축프로젝트에 있어서 디자인분야 개선요소의 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 기존 연구에서 디자인요소 중 열여덟 개의 개선요소들이 정리되었으며 이러한 개선요소들을 중심으로 건설관계자들의 설문조사를 통하여 주요도를 결정하였다. 연구결과는 각 파트별 협조가 가장 큰 개선요소로서 나타났으며 경영개선의 리더십, 팀워크, 시공능력 순으로 나타났다. 또한 각 그룹별 공통적인 개선요소로서 설계사무소와 시공자와의 원활한 의사소통이 상위개선요소에 지적되었다. 디자인에 있어서 초기 공사와 완공 후 유지관리를 반영한 시공성에 중점을 둔 설계에 대한 관심도 크게 나타났다.

  • Recently people have increased to climb mountain. Owing to developing IT technology, the number of people using smart phone have increased remarkably as well. In this context, the Korea Forest Service has implemented the project of Mountain Climbing Information Public Service(MCIPS). The purpose of the MCIPS is to support climbing safely based on a trail map of spatial data of GIS(geographic information system). The customer will be able to access the MCIPS through n-screen(IP-TV, Web Site, Smart phone, Galaxy tab) provided a broadcasting and telecommunication convergence service. In addition, the MCIPS would support two-way communication through connecting to Twitter and Youtube. The MCIPS will make the customer fun using Augmented Reality(AR) of Smart phone(Android) and contribute to protecting people from mountain accidents.

하수처리수를 활용한 중수도의 도입방안 연구 (A study on the device introduction of wastewater reclamation system a treated sewage)

  • After studying several methods of the application a device of a treated sewage in anticipation of the future shortage of the duty of water, we could have some conclusion as the following : Advanced treatment systems arc essential prerequisites in reusing a treated sewage. And in a short term, the application of reusing a treated sewage should go first to new building areas near the sewage but for the long run, it should cover the whole area of Taegu, it is desirable that the pipe line networks which include dual water systems as well as water supply should be spread throughout the whole city. The city authorities have to make every effort to step up publicity activities on this plan to all the citizens and building owners to steadily carry out this project and encourage private constructors to participate with the help of SOC. And for the long run, it is desirable that the application of reusing a treated sewage should be obligatory.

해양구조물의 동요해석을 위한 Hybrid적분방정식법의 요소분할 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the improvement of element division of hydrid integral method for analyzing of the offshore structures)

  • Recently, It is proceeding the project of offshore structures in the many contury. A hybrid boundary-integral method is developed for computing wave forces on floating bodies. In this method, using the cylindric boundary for deviding elements, it is convenient to analysis but is difficult to apply to the rectangular or slender bodies. Thus, in this paper, I propose the new method by using the fictitious vertical cylinder of arbitary cross-section and shows results of the numerical analysis for testing.
