  • 본 논문은 싱가포르 케이블 터널NS2 현장 SCL(NATM)터널구간에서 숏크리트 라이닝의 역학적 변형거동을 평가하기 위하여, 터널 막장관찰(Face Mapping)자료에 근거한 암반분류결과와 현장계측을 통한 내공변위결과를 바탕으로 NATM 터널의 공학적 거동 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 본 현장의 수직구, Adit 터널 및 Enlargement 터널의 NATM 터널 전체를 3차원 모델링하였으며, 시공중 암반분류값에 근거한 암반하중을 산정하여 3차원 유한요소해석을 실시하였으며, 해석결과를 현장계측결과와 비교 검토하였다.

중학생을 위한 제로에너지 주택디자인 STEAM 교육프로그램 개발 연구 (A Study on the STEAM Program Development of Zero Energy House Design for Middle School Students)

  • STEAM education is an effective teaching method to develop self-problem-solving skills through creative thinking. In order to revitalize STEAM education, various program models are being developed recently. The purpose of this study is to develop a STEAM education program based on the project-based learing method that includes the process of solving global environmental problems. The STEAM element was extracted by linking the zero energy house design with the middle school curriculum, and the STEAM education program was developed considering career activities. It was analyzed whether the developed program can improve STEAM core competence and job preparation ability. The education program was conducted for middle school students and the program was evaluated through questionnaires. In order to strengthen the STEAM competency, project-based learning method was applied and it was able to enhance the active problem solving ability of learners. In addition, opportunities for career experience could be provided through career exploration programs and various activities. Through this STEAM education program, it is expected to contribute to cultivating human resources with convergence knowledge and core competency.

A Design of the Improved Data Conversion Process for System Upgrade Project

  • Data conversion refers to the process of extracting the data existing in the existing system, that is, the past data accumulated by the old information system or other methods and transferring it to the improved table of the new system. The person in charge of data conversion refers to the entire process of converting to the final destination table according to the rules designed/planned in advance. In most cases, data conversion design should be consider when the old system replace or the data of another existing system is converted and applied to a newly constructed information system. The goal of data conversion is to understand the current database system of operating environment, understand the characteristics of the DBMS in use, maintain the optimal database structure, and make the new system perform at its best. Data conversion methods are largely divide into a method using a tool and a conversion method using a program preparation. In this paper, we examine the advantages and disadvantages of the data conversion method, and try to derive the problems of the existing data conversion method. Based on this, an improved data conversion method for the system upgrade project was proposed, and verified through a questionnaire of an IT expert to prove its effectiveness

초등과학영재의 창의적 문제해결력 향상을 위한 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램 개발 (The Development of STEAM Project Learning Program for Creative Problem-solving of the Science Gifted in Elementary School)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등과학영재의 창의적 문제해결력 향상을 위해 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로젝트 학습 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 그 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이 연구는 경인교육대학교 과학영재교육원에 재학하는 초등학생 5, 6학년 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 융합 인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 프로젝트 학습의 단계와 한국과학창의재단이 제시한 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램의 구성원리와 학습준거, 방법론을 활용하였다. 개발된 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 초등영재학생을 위한 과학 창의적 문제해결력 검사지를 활용 하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 총 18차시이며, 태양열 자동차를 만드는 1차 프로젝트와 탄성 자동차를 만드는 2차 프로젝트로 구성되어 있다. 1차 프로젝트는 학생들과 함께 주제를 선정하고 선정된 주제에 맞추어 사전 활동들로 관련 자료를 조사한 후 실제 수업에서 탐구, 협의, 표현활동이 이루어지고 산출물로 마무리 및 평가가 되는 12차시로 구성되었다. 2차 프로젝트는 1차 프로젝트를 바탕으로 주어진 문제에 대해 스스로 해결방법을 구상하여 산출물을 만들어 내도록하는 6차시로 구성하였다. 모든 프로젝트는 교사와 학생 간 공통의 주제를 선정하고, 이 주제에 대해 스스로의 문제화 과정을 거쳐 학생 주도로 과학 기술 공학 예술 영역의 내용적 융합이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 적용한 결과 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로젝트 프로그램은 영재 학생들의 창의적 문제해결력에 효과적인 영향을 주었음을 알게 되었다.

생태계보전부담금 반환사업의 복원기술 활용 경향과 방향 - 2014년부터 2020년까지 시행 사례를 중심으로 - (Trend and Development Direction of Restoration Technology Utilization in Ecosystem Conservation Charge Project - Focusing on Implementation Cases from 2014 to 2020 -)

  • The Ecosystem Conservation Levy (formerly known as the Ecosystem Conservation Cooperation Fund) system has been in place for 20 years, and it can be said that it has now entered the settlement stage. Based on an analysis of publicly available project implementation data from 2014 to 2020, we found that: 1) As the number of return projects increases, the targets of restoration technologies are also strengthening, and it is necessary to frame a series of processes from application, creation, and monitoring for some detailed projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of utilizing the levy. 2) Most of the implemented projects are applied as micro-ecosystem creation, but there are many cases where the contents of the project can be seen as other project categories. This shows that the purpose of the return project needs to be approached more clearly and suggests that institutional complementation is needed from the project application stage. 3) The detailed technologies applied tend to be gradually expanding, but most of them are technologies that are not differentiated from general development projects. It is urgent to secure a more technical identity, such as a range and list of utilized technologies suitable for the characteristics and purposes of return projects. 4) It is necessary to establish a relevant evaluation system or framework to utilize the monitoring results of restoration projects. 5) There have been few cases of application of single restoration technologies since the beginning, but the content and scope of the complexity tend to expand in recent years. Even if the objectives are not comprehensive and diverse, it can be seen that many parts of the projects are oriented toward convergence, so it is necessary to conduct separate research on this. 6) As for the direction of improvement of the return project, it is possible to consider expanding the restoration and conservation focus to partially accommodate the complexity of the natural environment and human ecology. It seems that the expansion of restoration technologies that consider the role and function of humans in the natural environment should be explored.

A Study on the Application of Agile Methodology to Improve Software Development Quality

  • There are many limitations in applying agile methodology to projects so far. In fact, projects overlap with other development methodologies and management processes, resulting in confusing progress, while there are often cases where the benefits of agile cannot be embraced due to a lack of understanding of agile processes and the organization's inability to adapt to change. It is an important role of information system development to improve the quality of agile application projects by discovering the problems and improvements in these cases. In this paper, we analyze the differences between existing development and project management methods and agile, and analyze agile processes. The optimal agile methodology was proposed by analyzing and applying methodologies established and applied mainly by large domestic development companies. In addition, the effectiveness was verified through a questionnaire of IT experts, and the result of the questionnaire was verified to be 4.75 points on a 5-point scale.

애자일 방법론을 적용한 정보시스템의 감리 품질 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Improvement of Information System Auditing for Agile Methodology)

  • In case of auditing of the information system development project applying agile methodology, it is not appropriate to carry out a comprehensive check on the establishment of information system with only the existing check on software. This study considers the characteristics of the agile methodology in terms of Information System Auditing. To improve inspection quality of development project with agile methodology by deriving detailed check items of test activities at each stage, this study proposes a strategy to improve the check on software for the test activities of the supervisory model that is suitable for agile methodology, which emphasizes repetitive work.

  • 현재 IT서비스 업체에서 새로운 성장동력으로 떠오르고 있는 분야가 융복합사업(IT+IT, IT+장비, IT+장비+시공)이라고 불리우는 컨버전스 프로젝트이다. 기존의 IT분야의 프로젝트와는 전혀 다른 특성을 갖고 있는 컨버전스 프로젝트에 대한 IT서비스 업체의 준비는 아직 미흡한 것이 현실이다. LG CNS에서는 이런 현실에서 컨버전스 프로젝트의 특성에 맞추어 기존 프로젝트 관리자(Project Manager)의 역할을 재정의하고 이를 현장에 적용시키기 위해 그동안의 컨버전스 프로젝트를 수행하면서 얻은 이슈에 HPT(Human Performance Technology; 수행공학)를 적용하여 조직적인 차원에서 프로젝트 관리자의 육성 로드맵을 만들고 이를 확산시키는 활동을 진행하고 있다. 이에 본 발표에서는 HPT측면에서 컨버전스 프로젝트 이행역량을 강화하기 위한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

IEC 61850 기반의 154kV M.Tr Bay IED 적용 사례 (154kV Main TR. Bay IED Based On IEC 61850)

  • Substation Automation System (SAS) based on IEC 61850 is becoming more and more reality in applying power systems. As well, the development of various engineering tools and the convergence with diagnostic systems are underway. To reflect recent advancements in SAS technology, the Korea Electric Power Corporation initiated a 154kV SAS pilot project and a smart power grid business in 2010. In this paper, the authors will summarize the overview and the lessons learned in applying the IEC 61850-based 154kV Main transformer bay IED solutions to these two project.

A Model for Reusing Requirements Using Examples from Open Source Software

  • The quality of requirements is one of the key factors in the success of a project. One of the studies on successful projects is the reuse of requirements. However, the rate of failed projects is about 70%, and these projects often fail because of improper requirements. The current techniques for software reuse may not perform requirement engineering appropriately or develop requirements having good characteristics. In order to improve this situation, we propose a model for reusing requirements. We expect that our model will contribute toward increasing project productivity using requirement reuse in existing projects, and reusing requirements that have good quality.
