In this paper, we propose a software quality measurement metrics of ISO / IEC 25023, which is newly proposed for software quality evaluation, to compare the difference with ISO / IEC 9126-2 which was used for software quality evaluation. In this paper, we propose a method for evaluating the quality of reliability based on the software reliability growth model among the eight quality characteristics presented in ISO / IEC 25023. Based on ISO / IEC 25023, software-quality evaluations demonstrate that there is some risk in evaluating reliability when based on data.

This study proposed a method for determining weights for the eight quality characteristics, such as functionality, reliability, usability, maintainability, portability, efficiency, security, and interoperability, which are suggested by international standards, focusing on software test reports. Currently, the test results for software quality evaluation apply the same weight to 8 quality characteristics to obtain the arithmetic average. Weights for 8 quality characteristics were applied using the results from text analysis, and weights were applied using the results of text analysis of test reports for two products. It was confirmed that the average of test reports according to the weighted quality characteristics was more efficient.

This study is to study a method of applying weights for quality characteristics in software test evaluation. The weight application method analyzes the text of the test report and uses the ratio according to the frequency of the text as a weight for the quality characteristics of the software test score. The feasibility review of the results of this study was conducted by comparing the results of the questionnaire survey, which made the developers and users to evaluate the importance of software, and the results of the frequency analysis of text analysis. When measuring quality based on the eight quality characteristics presented in ISO/IEC 25023, the result of this study is the software quality measurement result considering software characteristics, whereas the result of this study is the software quality measurement result by applying the same weight when measuring quality.

E-participation is the term referring to the use of information and communication technologies to political participation by enabling citizens to connect with one another. Because e-participation systems are already constructed and operated, continuous usage is regarded as a major concern for successful e-participation. E-participation systems should guarantee ease of use, user satisfaction, and high quality. In addition, measuring the quality of e-participation systems will provide a useful strategy. This paper suggests a methodology for measuring quality of experience of the e-participation system and computing the quality score. We apply two concepts of usability measurement method and quality of experience that are most suitable. We provide the target of measurement,, the construct of quality of experience, the method of experiment and analysis of data, and the scoring method of quality of experience.

In this study of the domestic high school and middle school students to use the online education-website to measure the quality of service between SERVPERF model and the KS-SQI model fits which were analyzed further. Analysis using AMOS 7, SERVPERF for measuring quality of service reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility, was a measurement model. KS-SQI for primary needs fulfillment, unexpected benefit were performance dimensions, reliability, individual empathy, positive assistance, accessibility and media tangibility, consist of process dimension was measured. In comparison of two models, the KS-SQI model on a path analysis showed better in terms of model fit indexes.

This study is to evaluate the public drinking water service systematically, to improve customer satisfaction level, also overcoming the limitations of the existing method often relying on the satisfaction measurement subjectively. Thorough the rigid quality control of the service and its effect on civil affairs administration, we conclude that quality of the public service has an influences on the customers' satisfaction, which play a role to intensify the confidence and support of the civil administration by its appropriate management. Thus quality control management itself has its own value in that the satisfaction and confidence of the service result from the quality. The new model can be utilized as a Service Quality Index for the public drinking water service. To enhance the customers' satisfaction and confidence of the water suppliers, it is very useful that they reflect the customers' needs exactly through the service quality control regularly.

This study is the secondary statistical analysis calculating the quality of life of patients with cancer by giving the integrative weight based on National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data of the Centers for Disease Control for five years from 2007 to 2011 for the first time in Korea. The results of measurement showed that the number of cancer patients was 201, which accounted for about 0.8 % of 26,260 subjects. The quality of life of cancer patients was higher when they had lower age(p<0.0001), more professional occupations(p<0.0001), and higher educational history(p=0.0002). When they lived in apartment(p<0.0001), got unmarried(p<0.0001), the quality of life was higher. In particular, the measurement of quality of life of cancer patients based on type of health insurance was the result of new study for the first time in Korea.

Although the methodological literature is replete with advice regarding the development and validation of multi-item scales based on reflective measures, the issue of index construction using formative measures has received little attention. The aim of this paper is to enhance researchers' understanding of formative measures of high-order factor and assist them in their index construction efforts. This article is also to provide some insights into the nature of formative indicators for researchers to reach an informed choice as to the appropriate high order formative measurement model for their needs. We first provide a brief background on formative indicators, drawing from the limited and fragmented literature on the topic. Next we give an example of constructing an index based on actual survey data and highlight the procedures used to assess its quality. We conclude the article with some thoughts about the use of indexes in empirical studies.

In this study, Based on the analysis of the correlation between internal control quality and earnings management, this article discusses the correlation between internal control quality and real activity earnings management and accrued earnings management. For this study, by introducing the concept, classification, measurement method and model of internal control and earnings management, the research hypothesis of this article was proposed. In this analysis, Use the relevant measurement model to calculate the actual activity earnings management level and accrued earnings management level of the enterprise, as the explained variable, establish a model for regression and were analyzed. Also, this study could find the final results draws a conclusion through empirical research: there is a significant negative correlation between the internal control quality of listed companies, real activity earnings management, and accrued earnings management. On the basis of this conclusion, the analysis of possible causes provides a basis for the development of internal control theory and the supervision and control of earnings management behavior in the future.
