  • Our country's sustainable trade growth fundamentally depends on the supply of excellent labors called global trade expert. He or she is required several knowledge and skills not only trade, marketing, information technology, foreign languages but also global mind. Universities have to supply excellent global trade expert to companies according to needs and wants. The object of this paper is to propose some ideas for training of global trade expert of Korea university under global trade environment. First, global companies prefer labors who have not only some skills about specialty and communication skill but also personality on passion, creativity, leadership and so on. Second, The university's curriculum needs to improved in terms of "convergence" and "specialty". In nature, trade major treats lots of subjects such as trade, business adminstration, economics, international law, international commerce, logistics, marketing, etc to catch up changing global business circumstances and companies' needs. Therefore convergence of adjacent field is very important in study and training. Finally, Universities need to use field-specialist to supplement of trade working experience as instructors and practitioners. The concept of convergence and specialty is not separated but harmonious each other.

  • Big data has recently been used in various industries such as tourism, medical care, distribution, and marketing. And it is evolving to the stage of collecting real-time information or analyzing correlations and predicting the future. In the tourism industry, big data can be used to identify the size and shape of the tourism market, and by building and utilizing a large-capacity database, it is possible to establish an efficient marketing strategy and provide customized tourism services for tourists. This paper has begun with anticipation of the effects that would occur when big data is actively used in the tourism field. Because the method of use must have applicability and practicality, the spatial scope will be limited to Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, and research will be conducted. In this paper, to improve the quality of tourism courses by collecting and analyzing the number of mention data and sentiment index data on social media, which reflect the tourist's interest, preference and satisfaction. Therefore, it is used as basic data necessary for the development of new local tourism courses in the future. In addition, the development of tourism courses will be able to promote tourism growth and also revitalizing the local economy.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze current trends in the Korean ice cream industry and determine how these trends affect the competitiveness of each ice cream company. Method: This study was conducted by reviewing existing related literature and collecting and analyzing data from news articles, corporate reports, and existing researchers' studies related to the ice cream industry. Results: The Korean ice cream industry is growing and developing through the collaboration of fun marketing with taste, quality, and fun elements, and the young MZ generation can be said to be the main customer base. In terms of quality, premium ice cream made with high-quality domestic ingredients has recently been gaining popularity, and ice cream with reduced fat and sugar, such as plant-based substitutes, is also gaining popularity among consumers. Conclusions and Implications: The results of this study highlight the need for continued innovation in the Korean ice cream industry. The industry must also capitalize on the growth of online sales and the global appeal of Korean pop culture. Sustainability efforts, technology adoption, and strategic collaboration are key drivers for future industry success, and social media engagement must be integrated into marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.

Exploring the Influence of Pop-Up Store Experiences on Consumer Word-of-Mouth Intentions: The Mediating Role of Brand Charisma

  • This study explores the evolving landscape of consumer experiences in the context of pop-up stores, considering the shifts from product economy to service economy and now the experience economy. It investigates the factors influencing consumer word-of-mouth intentions by examining the interplay of pop-up store experiences, brand equity, brand charisma, and verbal intent. Using Schmitt's strategic experience modules and the Aaker brand equity model, the study employs quantitative methods and data analysis to uncover the relationships among these variables. Surprisingly, it finds limited associations between the aspects of the pop-up store experience and brand equity. However, it highlights the direct impact of brand equity on brand charisma, which subsequently influences consumers' intentions to share brand-related information. This research contributes to our understanding of word-of-mouth marketing for pop-up stores, filling a knowledge gap and offering valuable insights for academics and businesses navigating the evolving marketing landscape. It also emphasizes the significance of brand charisma in the context of transient in-store experiences and evolving consumer preferences.

[Review] The Impact of Character Collaboration Product Characteristics on Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention: Focusing on F&B Products

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of character collaboration product characteristics on brand awareness and purchase intention within the food and beverage (F&B) industry, with a special focus on Generation MZ's growing interest in such products. The methodology involves a comprehensive review of existing literature on character marketing, brand awareness, and consumer purchase intention, supplemented by case studies of successful character collaborations in the F&B sector. The findings reveal that character collaborations significantly impact brand awareness and purchase intentions, particularly among younger consumers like Generation MZ. These collaborations not only rekindle nostalgia but also introduce new and exciting consumer experiences, effectively attracting a wide demographic. The success of character-themed products, from Pokémon bread to Coca-Cola's League of Legends collaboration, underscores the strategy's effectiveness in boosting brand recognition and consumer engagement. The implications of this research are manifold for the F&B industry. Firstly, it highlights the importance of leveraging popular characters to forge emotional connections with consumers. Secondly, it suggests that product development should closely align with consumer preferences and market trends to maximize appeal. Lastly, it positions character collaboration as a strategic marketing tool that not only enhances product sales but also strengthens brand loyalty and facilitates sustained brand growth.

  • 전세계적으로 인터넷사용이 보편화 되면서 디지털마케팅이 광고매체로서 커다란 비중을 가지게되었다. 적은 비용으로 효과가 큰 디지털마케팅 도구로는 웹사이트, 눈, 블로그, 검색광고, 온라인 배너, 메일링, 유트브 등이 있으며 이는 전세계의 대부분 기업들이 이들중 하나 이상을 디지털마케팅에 활용하고 있디. 이러한 환경에서 하나 이상의 해외 법인을 가지고 있는 글로벌 기업들은 디지털 마케팅 추진전략수립 및 이행방법에 대해 많은 관심을 갖게되었다. 그러나 디지털 마케팅의 필요성과 추진전략에 대한 연구는 다수가 이루어지고 있으나 실제 적용할 수 있는 구체적인 이행방법 모델에 대한 연구는 전무한 상황이다. 따라서, 본연구에서는 글로벌 중소기업에 적합한 디지털 마케팅을 정의하고 추진전략수립 모델 및 구체적인실행방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 범용적인 중소기업 글로벌 디지털 마케팅전략 수립방안에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 세계적으로 다양한 창의융합교육 연구가 이루어지고 있으나, 문제중심학습 바탕으로 한 창의융합교육의 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 공학적 인재양성을 위한 STEAM 교육 개발연구에서도 윤리의식 및 배려심, 협동심, 리더십, 소통 능력 등 인성적 요소를 중요하게 인식하고 있다. 본 연구는 현대 사회에서 요구하는 창의 융합형 인재를 양성하기 위하여 효율적으로 학습할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방안으로 마케팅과 상업영어 교과간 융합 수업 모형을 개발하였다. 융합 수업의 과정에 대한 모형을 개발하여 수업과정 관련 교과 선정, 주제 선정, 수업설계, 수업 지도안 작성 및 문제 개발, 융합 수업 전 과정에 대한 논의, 수업 실행, 수업 평가의 단계를 설계하여 수업이 진행된 후 평가를 하였다. 마케팅과 상업영어 교과간 융합 수업을 위한 문제를 개발하여 몽골 대학에서 적합한 교육 환경을 도입하고자 한다. 빠르게 변화하고 있는 지식기방 사회에 요구하는 인재를 양성시키길 필요성에 따라 과학 기술의 융합을 통해 창의적 융합인재를 양성한다는 전략이 몽골대학에서도 계속 이루어져야 한다. 현재 상황에서 무엇보다 "창의력"이 강조되고 있기 때문이다.

패션 브랜드의 기술·문화 융합과 지속가능 경영 활동에 따른 지속가능성 평가연구 (The Effect of Technology·Culture Convergence and Sustainability Management Activities of Fashion Brands on Sustainability Evaluation)

  • In the context of the convergence revolution that brings together culture, technology, and humanities, the fashion industry is aiming to form product strategies to create added value. The ultimate aim of these strategies is to satisfy consumers' diverse needs. Boosted by discussions on sustainability in the fashion industry, sustainability management activities are also emerging as a trend in product strategy. Therefore, it is important to consider both convergence and sustainability management activities together as drivers of fashion brands' product strategies. The main objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to examine the differences in sustainability evaluation by product strategy, (2) to determine how sustainability evaluation affects brand attitude and purchase intention, and (3) to identify how this effect varies according to the types of convergence and sustainability management activities. The main findings of this research are as follows. First, sustainability evaluation varies according to fashion brands' product strategy. Second, evaluation has a positive effect on brand attitude and purchase intention. Third, the effect varies according to the types of convergence and sustainability management activities. This study is an extension of previous research for combining fashion brands' convergence and sustainability management activities as a part of their product strategy, which, in turn, contributes to positive consumer responses on the marketing level. Moreover, results provide practical implications for fashion brands that enable them to establish efficient marketing strategies regarding to convergence and sustainability management activities.

CCTV융합채널의 마케팅믹스가 대리점 행태에 미치는 영향분석 (Effects of Marketing Mix on Behavior of Authorized Dealers in the Korean CCTV Converging Channels)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 CCTV융합채널 업계에서 마케팅믹스의 특성이 브랜드 이미지, 대리점 지각, 전환장벽과 대리점의 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 마케팅 믹스요인을 외생요인으로 하고 브랜드 이미지, 대리점 지각, 전환장벽을 매개변인으로 하고, 대리점 충성도를 결과변인으로 하는 구조방정식모형으로 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 8개의 가설을 설정하고, 전국의 191개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사하여 얻은 자료를 AMOS20과 SPSS20을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 마케팅 믹스 중 제품공급과 가격이 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 광고만이 대리점 지각에 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났다.

치과위생사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 내부마케팅의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Internal Marketing on the Relationship between Job Stress and Turnover Intention among Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 내부마케팅의 조절효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 부산, 울산, 경남지역 소재 치과병의원에 근무하는 191명의 치과위생사를 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스의 하부요인 중 직무요구, 조직체계, 직무불안정, 관계갈등의 순으로 이직의도에 유의한 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다(R2=.321). 둘째, 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에 있어서 내부마케팅은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에 있어서 내부마케팅의 하부요인 중 권한위임과 보상시스템은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이상의 본 연구 결과가 치과의료기관의 인적자원관리에 필요한 기초자료로 도움이 되리라 본다.
