웹툰 서비스의 사용편리성과 상호작용적 행위가 서비스 만족과 지불의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Webtoon User's Perceived Usability and Interactivity on Service Satisfaction and Willingness to Pay)

  • 오늘날 미디어 세대는 양방향 소통이 일상적인 행위로 콘텐츠를 이용할 때 수동적으로 메시지를 받아들이는 것이 아니라 적극적으로 자기표현의 욕구를 표출한다. 스마트 미디어 환경의 도래로 수많은 인터넷 기반의 콘텐츠들 가운데 웹툰이 급부상하였으며, 웹툰 서비스 이용과정에서 일어나는 다양한 상호작용 행위는 웹툰 시장의 확장에 기여하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 웹툰 서비스의 이용 동기와 서비스의 특성(사용 편리성)이 플랫폼에서의 상호작용 행위에 미치는 영향과 이러한 요인들이 어떻게 웹툰 서비스의 이용 만족도와 지불의사에 영향을 미치는지 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 먼저 웹툰 서비스 이용 동기는 정보 획득 동기와 오락 및 접근 수월성 동기 요인이 도출되었다. 이러한 동기 요인은 웹툰 서비스 이용시 콘텐츠와 이용자 간 상호작용 행위와 이용자들 간 상호작용 행위에 영향을 미치며, 정보 획득 동기보다는 오락 및 접근 수월성 동기가 상호작용 행위에 더 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 서비스의 사용 편의성은 정보검색 편의성과 서비스 이용 편의성으로 구분되는데, 이 가운데 이용자들이 댓글을 달고, 웹툰을 공유하는 행위를 수월하게 만드는 서비스 편의성이 상호작용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 웹툰 이용 만족도와 지불의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 결과, 이용 만족도는 여성이 남성보다, 정보검색과 서비스 이용 편의성이 증대될수록 높게 나타났다. 반면, 연령이 높을수록, 서비스 이용 편의성이 향상될수록, 그리고 이용자들 간 상호작용이 활발할수록 지불의사가 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과가 함의하는 바는 웹툰 서비스의 수익성을 개선하기 위해 웹툰의 공유와 추천이 활발하게 이루어질 수 있는 서비스 환경 구축이 선행되어야 한다는 점이다. 웹툰 이용자들의 상호작용 행위가 확대되고 웹툰에 대한 지불의사에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 시장이 더욱 활성화될 것으로 보인다.

편의점의 서비스품질 요인이 서비스 만족 그리고 점포충성도에 미치는 영향: 서비스가치 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Service Quality on Service Satisfaction and Store Loyalty: Service Value as a Moderator)

  • Purpose - The convenience store business sector in South Korea has contributed to economic growth and job creation, and the growth potential of this market segment remains very high. In addition, service value is a more important factor than price in determining purchase intention. Research in the convenience store market is relatively very low compared to other retail sectors. In particular, research on service quality for the convenience of retailers who examine and analyze customer behavior and service quality factors used in the convenience store side of the situation is very inadequate. We have investigated the relationship of store service quality, service satisfaction, and store loyalty. In addition, we have examined the way service value moderates the relationship among these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed using modified and supplementary questions based on the KD-SQS and RSQS models. The study suggested a theoretical model composed of 15 hypotheses on the relations between theoretic variables, and surveys conducted with consumers in discount stores in the Seoul and Gyunggi Metropolitan area in order to verify the hypotheses. We used the SPSS/PC statistical packages to analyze the results. The number of surveys used was 227. Moreover, a structural equating model was also used to analyze the reliability and validity of the composing elements and to verify the suggested hypotheses. Results - The overall results of this study are as follows. First, all service quality elements have a significant effect on service satisfaction. Second, all service quality elements have a significant effect on store loyalty. Third, service satisfaction has a significant effect on store loyalty. Finally, when the participants were divided into high and low service value the results of the multiple regression analyses showed that only the relationship between policy of service quality and satisfaction, and human interaction and policy of service quality and loyalty were significant. The implications are discussed based on the findings of the study. Conclusions - First, through direct hypotheses testing, we confirmed that the convenience service quality positively impacts the service satisfaction and loyalty of buyers. In particular, the reliability, origin benefit, and promotion were found to have more influence on satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of a convenience store. Further, for the service quality of the convenience for the consumer loyalty, greater human interaction was a high-value and statistically significantly higher than the degree of improvement in consumer loyalty. This underscores the importance of education and human services management of employees working in a convenience store. In particular, frequent changes in personnel generate results that negatively impact loyalty with customers. These results may lead to a serious problem in the economics of the store. Therefore, it should enhance the value of services through the establishment of training and compensation for employees. In addition, a certain educational level is required as well as a basis for compensation and retention.

일부지역의 치과병·의원 선택요인의 중요도와 영향 (Importance and Influence in Factors of Selecting Dental Clinics in Some Regions)

  • 본 연구는 일반치과환자의 대상으로 일반적 특성에 따른 치과 의료기관 선택요인에 관한 중요도와 치과의원과 치과병원의 선택에 중요한 영향을 미치는 정보를 제공하고자 2009년 8월부터 9월까지 조사 한 것으로 SAS(ver 9.1)분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 일반적 특성에 따른 치과의료기관 선택요인에 관한 중요도를 비교한 결과 연령대에 따 라서 거리, 교통, 주차편리 같은 거동이나 이동성의 편리를 중요하게 생각하고, 최종 학력에 따라서는 치과소문요인의 중요도가 높으며,(p<0.05) 직업에 따라서는 치과소문, 주차편리의 중요도에 유의한 차이가 나타났다.(p<0.05) 소득에 따라서는 전문의 수련 여부요인이 200만원 미만인 집단보다 500만원이상인 집단이 통계적으로 높게 나타났다.(p<0.05) 2. 대상 치과의원을 방문한 환자들의 방문경로는 소문이 23.7%로 가장 많았으며 다음으로 의료진 및 직원의 소개, 가족의 권유가 각각 17.7%로 나타났는데 이는 인터넷이 발달해 있는 지금도 소문이나 가족의 권유 등 구전의 효과가 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 3. 추천도에 영향을 미치는 요인에서는 Model I에서는 의료진 실력 우수(p=0.013), 의료 정보 획득 편리(p=0.014), 예약제도 편리(p=0.029), 최신시설(p=0.001), 고가 치료비(p=0.027)은 통계적으로도 유의한 결과를 보였으며, Model II에서는 인테리어(p=0.009), 치과 이름(p=0.027)은 통계적으로도 유의한 결과를 보였다. 4. 재이용 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인에서는 Model I에서는 의료정보 획득편리(OR=0.64)와 고가의 치료비(OR=1.74)가 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였으며, Model 에서는 야간 및 공휴일 진료여부(OR=1.47)가 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였다.

Commodity Characteristics Preferred by Young People in Japan

  • This paper turns its attention to the commodities that enjoy a large sale among the university students in Japan. The aim of the study is to clarify by what criteria the university students purchase them. In order to investigate by what criteria they select goods and what constitutes the factors of selection, the method of factor analysis was applied. The method produced three factors as the criteria for selection: The 1. factor as "daily-non-daily", the 2. factor as "popular-regular" and 3. factor as "searching-dependent". This leads to the conclusion that the commodities have a good sale because of their characteristics of being suitable to daily life, being popular and being objects of searching activities among the young people in Japan.

노년기 여성의 신체만족도와 의복관여도에 따른 점포선호에 관한 연구 (Store Preference on the Clothing Involvement and Body Cathexis of Elderly Women)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to understand clothing involvement and body cathexis of elderly women, 2) to examine differences between store atmosphere factor on clothing involvement and body cathexis, 3) to find out its relationship with clothing involvement and body cathexis. Data were collected by questionnaire of 248 elderly women. Frequency, factor analysis, Chi-square, t-test, F-test, F-test, correlation and Duncan's multiple range test were used in data analysis. As a result, 1) clothing involvement of elderly women were classified with importance, fashion and interest, symbolism factor and there was significant differences with display, comfort, interior, convenience factor. 2) Elderly women were not satisfied with their body sufficiently and there was significant differences only display factor(store location, show window, display). 3) Clothing involvement was significant differences variables were found in relationship to body cathexis except income. 4) There was positive correlation between clothing involvement and body cathexis. The higher body cathexis, the more interest clothing.

기업체 종사원의 급식 서비스 품질 요인이 이용 고객 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 부산, 울산, 경남 기업체 중심으로 - (The Influence of Service Quality of Company Employees on Satisfaction of Customers)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the service of employees in the foodservice industry and their customers' satisfaction. The study surveyed 310 subjects who are the employees of companies in Busan, Ulsan, City and Gyeongsangnam-do and processed the result using SPSS for Win V. 12. 0. For statistical analysis, Frequency, Factor Analysis and Regression were put into operation. As a result of Factor Analysis on the quality of company food-service, six factors have been extracted. The result of the Factor Analysis of satisfaction revealed one factor. In conclusion, this study shows that the quality of foodservice - food, convenience, menu, kindness, hygiene/cleanliness, facilities - had a positive effect on users' satisfaction. It is expected that the results will provide a base for marketing strategies to be used by the managers and marketers in foodservice companies.

카노 모형을 이용한 모바일 쇼핑몰 앱의 서비스 품질 요인 분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on the e-Service Quality Factors in m-Shopping Mall App based on the Kano Model)

  • Purpose - In this study, it is classified the service quality dimension of mobile shopping app using Kano model. In addition, it is evaluated quality factors suitable for strategic management from the viewpoint of service provider through mobile application through binary dimension analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, seven quality dimensions such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience, design, security and customer service were derived through related studies to make binary shopping quality app quality measurement. 37 sub-variables were set by each quality dimensions. Each questionnaire was composed of positive and negative items like Kano's proposed method, and the satisfaction coefficient suggested by Timko(1993) was examined to understand the influence of each factors on customer satisfaction. Results - As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. And, in information quality, the information overload was classified as an apathetic quality component, while the related information provision belonged to an attractive quality component. In reliability quality, customized service provision was classified as an attractive quality component. In instant connectivity, the quality of the connection during transport was classified as an attractive quality component. In convenience quality, access to product information was classified as a one-way quality component. All components of designs quality were classified as attractive quality components, and in security quality, all of their components were all classified as one quality component. Lastly, in customer service, they components were all classified as a single quality component. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. Conclusion - In the online service environment, which is difficult to differentiate in terms of upward upgrading only by technological implementation and function, the results of this study can be suggested as a differentiating factor for major channels with customers rather than improve the brand image.

식습관 관리 애플리케이션의 적용 가능성에 대한 설문지 개발 및 타당성 연구 (Development and Validation of a Questionnaire on the Feasibility of a Mobile Dietary Self-Monitoring Application)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop and assess the content validity and internal consistency of a questionnaire on the feasibility of mobile dietary self-monitoring applications. Methods: We developed a feasibility questionnaire to assess the overall usage, convenience, usefulness, and satisfaction of mobile dietary applications. The initial draft of the questionnaire contained 17 items with yes/no, multiple-choice, and open-ended questions and 52 items on 5-point Likert scales. To validate the content, ten experts evaluated the relevance of the items for each subscale using a 5-point scale. We calculated the item-level content validity index (I-CVI) and scale-level content validity index (S-CVI). A total of 102 adults answered the questionnaires which reflected the experts' reviews. We conducted an exploratory factor analysis to determine the underlying structure of responses and categorized convenience, usefulness, and satisfaction. We also calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient to examine the internal consistency of items in each subscale. Results: The S-CVI score of the items was 0.86, and we removed items with an I-CVI score of < 0.80. We combined, revised, or separated some remaining items and added one item as per the experts' comments. As a result, we included 16 items about overall usage and 42 sub-questions. Based on the responses of the 102 adults, we performed exploratory factor analysis using the principal axis method. We retained items with a factor loading of > 0.40, resulting in a final set of 35 questions (convenience: 15, usefulness: 12, satisfaction: 8 items). The Cronbach's alpha values of the three scales were 0.93, 0.91, and 0.91 for 1) usefulness, 2) convenience, and 3) satisfaction, respectively. Conclusions: We developed a feasibility questionnaire for mobile dietary self-monitoring applications and examined its content validity and internal consistency. Our questionnaire has the potential to measure the feasibility of mobile dietary self-monitoring applications.

도심재생계획 평가요인 도출에 관한 연구 -광주광역시의 설문조사내용을 중심으로- (A Study on the Derivation of Valuation Factor in Urban Regeneration Plan -Focused on he Questionnaire of Gwangju Metropolitan City-)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive and adapt the Valuation Factor of urban regeneration scientifically and synthetically, which is the basis of developing a rational plan for urban revitalization. For this, we have selected 37 factors relating to urban regeneration as outlined in preceding studies and inquiry about importance of factors. we analysed he Valuation factors influencing he importance of urban revitalization through a questionnaire which was completed by inhabitants and expert groups in Gwangju Metropolitan City. From he results of he Factor analysis using SPSSWIN(VER.14.0), it was found that the factors which influence the importance of urban regeneration are Environment, Function, Resources and Policy Factors. Environment Factor comprises amenity, culture, beauty and convenience, The while the Function Factor comprises interchange, information, complexity and security. This classification has credibility because of the high factor loading through the Varimax Factor Analysis and is due to a high Cronbach's coefficient. There is a strong correlation between the classified factors through correlation analysis. Finally, through AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) 16.0 it was found that the upper classification is credible because main suitability index confirms recommending an admission standard.

글로벌 소비자 문화 수용성의 결정변수 (Determinants of susceptibility to global consumer culture)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of the susceptibility of global consumer culture. As determinants, materialism and self monitoring as psychological variables and fashion clothing product knowledge as clothing-related variable were included. It was hypothesized that both psychological variables and clothing-related variable influence susceptibility of global consumer culture. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul metropolitan area, using convenience sampling, and 311 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. In analyzing data, exploratory factor analysis using SPSS and confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis using AMOS were conducted. Factor analysis of susceptibility of global consumer culture revealed four dimensions, 'social prestige' factor, 'quality perception' factor, 'conformity to others' factor, and 'conformity to consumption trend' factor. In addition, factor analysis of self monitoring revealed three dimensions, 'center-oriented attention' factor, 'situation-appropriate self-presentation' factor, and 'strategic displays of self-presentation' factor. The results showed that all the fit indices for the variable measures were quite acceptable. In addition, the overall fit of the model suggests that the model fits the data well. Tests of the hypothesized path show that all variables except for the one factor of self monitoring, 'center-oriented attention', and materialism influence all the factors of susceptibility of global consumer culture. The implications of these findings and suggestions for future study are also discussed.
