서울지역 일부 여대생의 거주형태에 따른 식행동 및 식품섭취실태와 혈액 임상지표 비교 연구 (Analysis of Dietary Behaviors, Food Consumption Frequency and Blood Clinical Indices by Residence Types of Female College Students in Seoul)

  • Objectives: College is an important time for students to establish their identity as an independent subjects and develop a foundation to maintain a healthy adulthood. However, after female students become college students, their eating habits are likely to become more irregular and they may experience various health problems because of excessive weight control. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the dietary behaviors and blood clinical indices of female college students by residence types. Methods: A total of 374 subjects were classified as home group, self-boarding group or boarding group according to residence type. Dietary habits, frequency of food intake, and eating attitudes were examined through questionnaires and anthropometric measurements and blood clinical indices were analyzed. Results: The meal most frequently skipped by female college students was breakfast, and the frequency of skipping breakfast was significantly lower in the home group than other groups. Most college students recognized that their eating habits had worsened since becoming college students, with the self-boarding group in particular feeling that their eating habits changed negatively. The consumption frequencies of protein foods, fruits, dairy products, seaweed, and fatty meats were significantly lower in the self-boarding group than other groups. The home group ate food cut into smaller pieces, while the self-boarding group tried new and rich foods. Residence types did not affect blood clinical indices. Conclusions: The self-boarding group had inadequate dietary habits compared to the home group. Although residence type did not affect the blood clinical indices, the students still had poor dietary habits. Therefore, proper nutrition education is needed to improve the nutritional status of college students, especially those that self-board.

사물인터넷(IoT)을 위한 무선통신 교육장비 개발 (Development of Wireless Communication Educational Equipment for Internet of Things (IoT))

  • 무선통신은 사물인터넷(IoT)을 구성하는 핵심기술이나 사물인터넷에 활용되고 있는 다양한 무선통신 기술들을 실습을 통해 학습할 수 있는 적합한 교육장비가 존재하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 IoT 무선통신 실습을 수행해 볼 수 있는 첨단교육훈련장비 개발을 다룬다. 다양한 센서들을 제어하기 위한 디바이스로 아두이노 메가 보드를 사용하며 센싱한 데이터를 무선으로 송수신하기 위한 IoT 무선네트워크 기술로 WPAN 기술 중 RFID/NFC, Bluetooth 무선네트워크 기술, WLAN 기술 중 WiFi 기술을 사용하며 WWAN 기술 중 LoRa와 2.4GHz 무선 트랜시버를 사용한다. 그 밖에 GPS, 적외선통신, I2C 통신, SPI 통신에 대하여 실습을 통해 다양한 IoT 무선통신 기술들을 학습할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 개발한 교육장비는 2개의 디바이스를 장착하고 있어 장비내에서 무선네트워크 기술에 대한 송수신 실험을 수행해 볼 수 있도록 설계하였다.

Development and application of Scenario-based Admission Management VR contents for nursing students

  • 본 연구는 간호학생 실습교육을 위해 시나리오 기반 입원관리 가상현실(Scenario-based Admission Management Virtual Reality, 이하 SAM VR) 콘텐츠를 개발한 후 효과성을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구에 사용된 SAM VR 콘텐츠는 한국간호교육평가원에서 제시한 표준실무 절차에 따라 기어 VR과 스마트폰을 활용하여 10분 분량으로 개발되었다. SAM VR 콘텐츠 활용한 실습교육을 받은 실험군 30명은 실습교육 후에 학습몰입감, 학습자신감 및 학습만족도가 통계적으로 유의하게 상승했다(p<.001). 전통적인 방식으로 실습교육을 받은 대조군은 실습교육 후에 학습자신감은 상승하였으나(p<.005) 학습몰입감과 학습만족도에는 변화가 나타나지 않았다(p>.005). SAM VR 콘텐츠는 간호학생의 학습몰임감, 학습자신감과 학습만족도에 효과적인 실습교육 콘텐츠임이 검증되었다.

대학생의 ADHD성향과 대학적응, 전공만족 및 학습동기의 관련성 연구 (A study on the relationship between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, college adjustment, major satisfaction, and academic motivation in college students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to understand the level and patterns of college adjustment, major satisfaction, academic engagement, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This study examined the factors influencing adaptation to college life. Methods: This study was approved by the institutional review board of 00 university. We analyzed 166 survey data responses collected by distributing questionnaires from June 1 to July 2, 2020. Statistical product and service solutions version 23.0 was used for statistical analyses. The data were presented as frequencies and percentages or means and standard deviations, and pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: There was a significant difference in the average score of major satisfaction according to the type of college (university) and grades. For college adjustment, there was a significant difference in the average score according to major grades. Academic engagement showed a significant difference in the average score according to the college type and grade. Major satisfaction, college adjustment, and academic motivation showed significant positive correlations among the variables, whereas ADHD, major satisfaction, and college adjustment showed a significant negative correlation. Multiple regression analysis revealed that major satisfaction (p<0.001) and academic motivation (p<0.001) were factors affecting college adjustment (p<0.05). Conclusions: It is necessary to develop and apply specific and systematic adaptation programs to improve the understanding, control, and guidance methods for college students and to promote human relations, such as school life and social life.

적층형 통신 모듈을 이용한 산업용 통신 게이트웨이 설계 (Design of Industrial Communication Gateway Using Additive Layer Type Communication Module)

  • 산업 통신에는 다양한 네트워크가 있으며 여러 가지 통신 방식을 사용한다. 기업에서는 생산 라인 확장, 공장 업그레이드, 네트워크 세분화, 시스템 통합 등을 위하여 산업용 장치와 네트워크 간에 통신 변환이 필요하다. 이것은 많은 제조회사가 제작한 설계자가 다른 다양한 기계 장치를 네트워크에 연결하고 전송하기 위하여 데이터 또는 프로토콜 변환을 위한 통신 장비가 제공되어야함을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 적층형 통신 모듈을 사용하여 산업 통신 프로토콜 변환을 지원할 수 있는 산업용 통신 게이트웨이를 설계하였다. 제작된 게이트웨이는 RS485 시리얼 통신을 이용하는 개별 통신 모듈을 다층으로 연결하는 구조를 가지고 있다. 각각의 통신 모듈은 아날로그 데이터 카드, 디지털 데이터 카드, CAN 및 LAN 지원 카드로 구성하였다. 메인 보드 프로세서는 Atmega micro-processor를 사용하였고, RS485 시리얼 슬롯을 배치하여 적층형 통신 모듈 구조를 가지도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 제작된 적층형 산업용 통신 게이트웨이는 아날로그 및 디지털 I/O 기능과 CAN과 LAN을 지원할 수 있기 때문에 산업용 통신 제어 및 모니터링에 폭넓게 활용될 수 있다.

온라인 위생교육프로그램의 지속적 제공이 어린이급식소 위생관리 수행도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Continuous Provision of On-line Hygiene Education Program on Hygiene Management Performance of Children's Cafeterias)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of developing and continuously providing on-line hygiene education programs on the improvement of hygiene conditions in children's cafeterias. As a result of the 2020 sanitation and safety checklist analysis, 6 items (personal hygiene, separate use, clean ventilation, temperature control of refrigerators, country of origin, food distribution) were derived and on-line hygiene education programs for each of 6 items were produced. ① Customized educational materials and self-inspection checklists were provided to 208 children's cafeterias. After that, educational videos were provided through Kakao Talk twice a week for 6 months, and they were made available for viewing at any time through YouTube upload, ③ Kakao Talk Through this, a quiz related to the educational video was conducted to give feedback for interaction with the cook. As a result of analyzing the total hygiene and safety checklist score of all registered facility catering centers by visit order, in 2020 it was 82.8 points/100 points, but in 2021, it was 84.2 points (1st round), 89.3 points (2nd round), 91.4 points (3 points) The score improved significantly (p<0.001) as the on-line hygiene education program continued. As a result, significant (p<0.001) changes were observed in the items of 'Knife, chopping board' and 'Sanitation clothes, sanitary hat, sanitary shoes, apron, and sanitary gloves', confirming a clear improvement effect. Therefore, it is considered that the on-line hygiene education program will play a positive role in showing a lasting effect on improving hygiene management in children's cafeterias.

전기차용 7kW급 고전압 히터 유로 형상 설계를 위한 열유동 시뮬레이션 (Thermo-Fluid Simulation for Flow Channel Design of 7kW High-Voltage Heater for Electric Vehicles)

  • 내연기관 자동차 히터는 연소과정 중에 발생하는 엔진 열을 이용하므로 열원이 추가로 필요치 않지만, 배터리로부터 동력원을 얻는 전기자동차용 히터는 별도의 전열 장치가 요구된다. 지금까지 개발된 전기차용 히터 중에서 냉매를 이용하는 고전압 히터는 효율이 높고 작동 온도 범위가 넓은 장점이 있다. 고전압 히터 내부의 냉각수 유로의 형상은 열교환 성능을 크게 좌우하므로 히터 개발 시 유로 설계는 기술적으로 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 대칭형 서펜타인 유로를 갖는 7kW급 고전압 히터의 유로 형상 설계를 위해 고전압 열유동 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 해석결과로부터 입출구간 차압과 차온 및 유로에서의 유동 균일도를 계산하여 히터의 성능을 평가하였다. 도출된 대칭형 서펜타인 유로 설계안은 기존 평행 서펜타인 비해 차압은 높지만, 열교환 성능은 비등하며 저온부가 비교적 넓게 존재하여 제어 회로의 설치 공간으로 활용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Immediately Effects of Static Stretching of the Ankle Plantar Flexor for 5 Minutes on Balance Control and Muscle Activity in Healthy Young Adults

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of static stretching of the plantar flexor for 5 minutes on balance and ankle muscle activity when walking in young adults. Methods: This study experimented on 20 healthy college students without vestibular and musculoskeletal diseases. Subjects performed static stretching intervention of plantar flexor for 5 minutes on a stretch board set at 15° to 25° Balance was measured four times before intervention (pre), after intervention (post), 5 minutes after intervention (post 5 min), 10 minutes after intervention (post 10 min), and ankle muscle activity was measured during walking. For the analysis and post hoc analysis, one-way Repeated Measure ANOVA and Fisher's LSD (Last Significant Difference) was performed to find out the change in balance and the activity of ankle muscles before static stretching, pre, post, post 5 minutes rest, post 10 minutes rest. Results: There was no significant difference in weight distribution index (WDI) in balance, but stability index (ST) showed a significant difference, and there was also a significant difference in correlation pre, post, post 5min rest, post 10 minutes rest (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in ankle muscle activity during walking in Tibialis anterior (TA), Medial gastrocnemius (GM), and Lateral gastrocnemius (GL) (p>0.05). Conclusion: The stability index (ST) increased significantly immediately after static stretching and decreased after 5 minutes. After static stretching, at least 5 minutes of rest are required to restore balance.

딥러닝과 센서를 이용한 서비스용 로봇 팔의 설계 (Design of Robot Arm for Service Using Deep Learning and Sensors)

  • 인공지능 기술의 적용으로 로봇이 실생활에서 효율성 높은 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 단순 반복적 작업을 하는 산업용 매니퓰레이터와 달리 서비스 로봇 분야에서 장소의 제약 없이 단독으로 또는 협업하여 사용하기 위한 6자유도 로봇 팔의 설계방법과 지능적인 물체 검출 및 이동 방법을 제시하고 성능을 검증하였다. 로봇 팔에 포함된 임베디드 보드의 ROS 환경에서 깊이 카메라와 딥러닝을 이용하여 로봇팔은 물체를 검출하고, 역기구학 해석을 통해 물체 영역으로 이동한다. 또한 물체와 접촉 시 힘센서 값의 분석을 통해 물체를 정확히 잡고 이동하는 동작이 가능하게 하였다. 제작한 로봇 팔에 대한 성능검증을 위하여 딥러닝과 영상처리를 통한 물체의 정확한 위치 산출, 모터 제어 및 물체 분리에 대한 실험을 하였으며, 실제 동작 여부를 확인하기 위하여 카페에서 흔히 사용하는 다양한 컵들을 분리하는 실험을 수행하였다.

경두개직류전류자극이 무릎관절 전치환술 환자의 통증 및 균형 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation on Pain and Balance of Total Knee Arthroplasty Patients)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on the pain and balance of patients who receive total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods: This study subjects were 24 patients in Hospital T, located in Daegu, South Korea who received TKA after being diagnosed with degenerative arthritis. The subjects were randomly divided into and experimental group and a control group, with each group including 12 patients. Both group received superfical thermal therapy, interferential current therapy (ICT), and continue passive motion (CPM), which are conventional knee therapy on the knee joint. The experimental group received the tDCS treatment three times a week for three weeks, from October 1st to October 20th. The visual analogue scale and Wii Balance Board system were used to measure the pain and balancing ability, respectively, of both groups. In the statistical result analysis, to compare about pre and post test difference in each groups was accomplished. Statistical analysis of independent t-test and paired t-test were conducted using SPSS version 23.0. Results: After three weeks of intervation, there were significantly difference in balance ability in pre and post test in the tDCS group. VAS decreased significantly in both groups(p<.05), There was a significantly difference in pain, balance ability in the tDCS group compared to the sham group. Conclusion: These results indicate that applying tDCS together with conventional knee joint therapy for TKA patients is effective in promoting the patients' recovery.
