Harmful contents on a mobile platform are becoming serious problems to young people due to the prevalence of smart phones with the fast development of mobile technology. Mobile applications and contents are so much optimized on the mobile environment that young men are exposed to many harmful contents. A system for blocking harmful contents is suggested in this study. The system includes a local proxy function, filtering module, and local database in order to increase the blocking efficiency. The local proxy function and the filtering module are implemented on an Android platform, and the local database are running on a PC-based server. The suggested system perfectly blocks harmful contents, and shows relatively high speed.

This paper proposes on the blocking method of Internet harmful sex sites by accoustic signal processing. Pre-existing methods mainly focused on directory-based blocking and words-based blocking. But these methods are not completely blocked the Internet harmful sites. Therefore, we propose the content-based blocking method which compose of the image-based blocking and the accoustic-based blocking. In this paper, we mainly deal with the accoustic -based blocking method. Finally, the effectiveness of this system is demonstrated by several experiments.

The circulation of unwholesome information such as obscene and violent information is gradually increasing based on the rapid expansion of information communications infrastructure. Those kinds of information are harmful to the adolescents and even cause social problems so that active countermeasure is requited. In order to cope with the spread of unwholesome information, appropriate regulating methods are absolutely in need by establishing or revising information communications-related laws. In this paper, we had analyzed domestic and foreign programs with existing harmful information blocking method, and then designed and implemented a selective blocking program based on Platform for Internet Contents Selection(PICS) by using selective blocking technology based on Internet contents rating system. We also proposed a compromised rating system blocking method that consists of selective filtering function by age and the popular blocking list. The proposed system has advantages in that there would be no increase in network load resulting from blocking list update and inquiry, it is possible to perform active selective filtering considering user's age, and it may introduce self-imposed rating.

In this paper, we made out blocking probability analysis for a new authentication structure for reducing the certificate acquisition time which is one of the factors that should be improved in a conventional wireless PKI. A conventional key exchange method simply performs the key exchange setup step based on discrete algebraic subjects. But the mutual-authentication procedure of wireless PKI for reducing authentication time uses an elliptical curve for a key exchange setup step. Besides, we proposed advanced handover method and blocking probability analysis for wireless PKI.

Due to NxN block coding blocking artifacts are exhibited by block-based DCT coding images, primarily at low bit rates. In this letter, we propose the new technique that reduce the blocking artifacts pixels in such images. In the case of combining with list block reconstruction techniques, our algorithm can be also used to improve image qiality. And, the performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated experimentally.

Due to the development of IT technology, harmful multimedia contents are spreading out. In addition, obscene and violent contents have a negative impact on children. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a multimodal approach for blocking obscene and violent video contents. Within this approach, there are two modules each detects obsceneness and violence. In the obsceneness module, there is a model that detects obsceneness based on adult and racy score. In the violence module, there are two models for detecting violence: one is the blood detection model using RGB region and the other is motion extraction model for observation that violent actions have larger magnitude and direction change. Through result of these three models, this approach judges whether or not the content is harmful. This can contribute to the blocking obscene and violent contents that are distributed indiscriminately.

This study aims to examine the attitudes toward online advertisement targeting YouTube content users and to present implications for the direction and regulation of personal media broadcasting advertisement. The study used the data from 'Awareness of On-line Ads and Blocking Tools' conducted by the Korea Press Foundation in 2020. For the statistical analysis, correspondent analysis was employed. The main results followed as: women tended to perceive more discomfort about the ads before the start of the content compared to men, and women in twenties perceived the highest discomfort with intermediate advertisement. Second, respondents who watch more YouTube contents tended to accept more ads to use contents for free. Third, respondents who are willing to use the advertisement blocking service were most aware of the inconvenience of advertisements before starting of YouTube contents. Although users are aware of the inconvenience, the use of advertisement blocking service has not yet been found to be generalized. However, the use of ad blocking service is expected to increase gradually. It would be expected that efforts to regulate advertisement to reduce discomfort about advertisement among users are also required.
