Ta-N films were reactively sputter deposited by dc magnetron sputtering from a Ta target with a various Ar-N, gas ratio. Electrical resistivity of pure Ta film was 150$\mu$$\Omega$cm and decreased initially with nitrogen addition, and then increased to a value of 220$\mu$$\Omega$-cm~260$\mu$$\Omega$-cm at 9%~23% nitrogen partial flow. Rutherford backscattering spectrometry(RBS) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) analysis show that nitrogen content in the film is increased with the nitrogen partial flow. The film contains 58at.% nitrogen at 36% nitrogen partial flow. Both the phase and the microstructure of the as-deposisted films were investigated by x-ray diffractometry(XRD) adn transmission electron microscopy (TEM) at various nitrogen content. The phase of pure Ta film is identified as $\beta$-Ta with a 200$\AA$~300$\AA$ grain size. The phase of Ta film is changed to bcc-Ta as small amount of nitrogen is added. Crystalline Ta2N film was deposited at 24at.% nitrogen content. Amorphous phase is formed over a range of nitrogen content from about 33at.% to 35at.% while crystalline fcc-TaN is observed to form at 39at.%~48at.% nitrogen content.
Purpose: Yield monitoring systems are an essential component of precision agriculture. They indicate the spatial variability of crop yield in fields, and have become an important factor in modern harvesters. The objective of this paper was to review research trends related to yield monitoring sensors for grain crops. Methods: The literature was reviewed for research on the major sensing components of grain yield monitoring systems. These major components included grain flow sensors, moisture content sensors, and cutting width sensors. Sensors were classified by sensing principle and type, and their performance was also reviewed. Results: The main targeted harvesting grain crops were rice, wheat, corn, barley, and grain sorghum. Grain flow sensors were classified into mass flow and volume flow methods. Mass flow sensors were mounted primarily at the clean grain elevator head or under the grain tank, and volume flow sensors were mounted at the head or in the middle of the elevator. Mass flow methods used weighing, force impact, and radiometric approaches, some of which resulted in measurement error levels lower than 5% ($R^2=0.99$). Volume flow methods included paddle wheel type and optical type, and in the best cases produced error levels lower than 3%. Grain moisture content sensing was in many cases achieved using capacitive modules. In some cases, errors were lower than 1%. Cutting width was measured by ultrasonic distance sensors mounted at both sides of the header dividers, and the errors were in some cases lower than 5%. Conclusions: The design and fabrication of an integrated yield monitoring system for a target crop would be affected by the selection of a sensing approach, as well as the layout and mounting of the sensors. For accurate estimation of yield, signal processing and correction measures should be also implemented.
In recent years, the market for mobile games has become the most important part in the mobile content industry. The purpose of this study are to identify a causality between flow and customer loyalty in mobile games and to identify the factors by which flow is influenced. Mobile game players were surveyed and the data were statistically analyzed empirically. Empirical results indicate that four independent variables such as game design, challenge, skill and feedback have impacts on the flow. And customer loyalty is significantly influenced by the flow. Based upon the statistical results, some useful guidelines for mobile game development and market penetration strategies are also provided.

Recently, VR technology has been able to enjoy VR content using HMD due to changes in hardware and displays. VR video contents and HMD are becoming interactive through human senses and computer interfaces. Based on flow based on VR user's perspective, VR video contents and HMD were approached as subjects for continuous use. The components of the independent variable Flow were set up in real life, immersion, and interaction. Data from 400 male and female users of 450 users commissioned by the survey agency were used in the study. Research shows that first flow influences VR video contents and continuous use. Second, flow has been shown to affect HMD and its continued use. Among the flow factors that enhance the persistence of VR video content and HMD, which act as the greatest influence was studied. Through this research, the company aims to help establish direction of the next-generation VR industry
The Muposan Tuff is a stratigraphic unit which is distinguished as a cooling unit in the volcanic rocks of the northeastern Kyeongsang Basin. The Muposan Tuff commonly belongs to tuff field according to the granulometric classification and to vitric tuffs according to the constituent classification. The tuffs are mostly densely to partially welded to include very flattened and sometimes stretched pumices and shards, and involve several flow indicator and lateral gradings in maximum diameter and content of their constituents. Movement pattern from flow lineation, lithic and pumice imbrications, asymmetric flow folds, and lateral gradings in maximum diameter and content of their constituents indicate that the Muposan Tuff had a source from the southeastern part.

Using flow theory as our foundation, we empirically tested the impact of three personality traits on the level of flow state experience and three user-generated content (UGC) usage types. Findings indicate that extroversion is positively related to the use of UGCs for entertainment, and negatively related to the use of UGCs for communication and information; neuroticism is positively related to the use of UGCs for entertainment and communication; and psychoticism is negatively related to the use of UGCs for information. In addition, only extroversion has an influence on flow, which is positive, and flow has a positive influence on UGC usage for entertainment and communication. This study extends flow theory by exploring antecedents and outcomes of the flow state experience.
This paper studies the effect of content information quality of u-tourism information system on flow theory and satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to generate and propose flow-related information to satisfy tourists with content information quality. The meaning of this paper is to derive success factors for verifying satisfaction of content information quality to tourists, establish hypotheses as research models, and evaluate verification. The differentiation of this study is the design implementation of u-fusion tourism information system by combining flow relation information with flow theory. The contribution of this paper is the generation of flow related information and the elicitation of success factors of contents quality of u-tourism information system. The advantage is that tourists can be patterned by symbolization and the pattern can be illustrated. The limitations of this paper are limited to small areas, and the lack of objectivity is required and future tasks are needed to compensate for them.

Recently, metaverse technology is being used in various service industries such as games, entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, advertising, and education. Studies on the correlation between the continuous use of devices used in metaverse content are still insufficient. In order to be more immersed in the metaverse, it is necessary to develop a natural movement and an easy-to-use input device. Based on flow, this study was conducted on the topic of continuous use of metaverse contents and devices. The constituent factors of Flow, an independent variable, were set as sense of reality, immersion, and interaction. We intend to use the data of 500 male and female metaverse users for research through a survey institution. Among the flow factors that increase the continuous use of metaverse contents and devices, the factors that have the greatest influence were studied. Through the results of this study, it is intended to help establish the direction of the next-generation metaverse content and device industry.

The effects of silicone contents and flow rates(agitation rates) of electrolyte on the formation and mechanical properties of hard anodized film of Al-Si alloy have been studied in 12% H2SO4 + 1% Oxalic acid with varying the silicone contents in the rance of 0 to 11.6% and the flow rates of electrolyte in the range of 0 to 90cm/sec. The film forming voltage required to maintain an equivalent current density significantly increase with the silicone content of Al-Si alloys due to a low conductivity of silicone. Hardness and wear resistance of the anodized film of Al-Si alloys decreases wit increasing the silicone content. The increase in the flow rate of electrolyte has a similar influence on the formation and mechanical properties of anodized film as does the decrease in bath temperature. Hardness of anodized film is rapidly increased with the flow rate being increased from 10cm/sec. It is observed that the increase in the flow rate from 11cm/sec. It is observed that the increase in the flow from 11cm/sec to 48cm/sec is more effective in enhancing the hardness of film than is the decrease in bath temperature from 1$0^{\circ}C$ to $0^{\circ}C$.
Flow cytometric techniques were used to investigate cell size, protein content and cell cycle behavior of recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains producing human lysozyme (HLZ). Two different signal sequences, the native yeast $MF\alpha1$ signal sequence and the rat $\alpha-amylase$ signal sequence, were used for secretion of HLZ. The strain containing the rat $\alpha-amylase$ signal sequence showed a higher level of internal lysozyme and lower specific growth rates. Flow cytometric analysis of the total protein content and cell size showed the strain harboring the native yeast signal sequence had a higher total protein content than the strain containing the rat $\alpha-amylase$ signal sequence. Cell cycle analysis indicated that the two lysozyme producing recombinant strains had an increased number of cells in the $G_2+M$ phase of the yeast cell cycle compared with the host strain SEY2102.
