본 연구의 목적은 현행 2009 개정 초등사회과 지리영역 교육과정에 반영된 세계시민교육 관련 요소의 구조적 특성을 분석하는데 있다. 분석대상으로는 세계에 관한 부분을 다룬 5~6학년군 지리영역 교육과정의 성취기준을 선정하였으며, 한글 텍스트의 내용분석을 위한 소프트웨어인 KrKwic 및 의미연결망 분석도구인 UciNet/NetDraw를 활용하여 관련 개념의 출현빈도 및 의미연결망, 연결중심성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 2009 개정 초등사회과 지리영역 교육과정은 세계시민성 함양 등 세계시민교육의 이상과 요소를 반영하고는 있지만, 교육과정상의 세계에 대한 단원들은 세계나 세계공동체 등 세계시민교육 관련 요소보다는 주로 국가를 중심으로 구성되는 특성을 보이고 있었다. 세계시민교육 관련 요소는 교육과정 성취기준상에서의 출현빈도가 낮았을 뿐만 아니라, 세계와 관련된 주요 개념들과 밀접한 관계를 맺지 못한채 사실상 고립되다시피한 특성을 나타내었다. 이로 인해 환경 및 지속가능개발, 갈등, 협력 등 세계시민교육적으로 접근할 필요성이 높은 개념들 역시 세계시민교육적인 관점과 연결될 수 있는 가능성이 제한될 수 있다는 문제점도 지적된다. 세계화 시대에는 국가도 중요한 역할을 하지만, 기존의 국가 경계가 투과적인 형태로 변화하고 국경을 넘어선 세계공동체적 관점이 중요시되는만큼 지리교육 역시 이러한 현실을 감안하여 세계시민교육적 요소를 보다 적극적으로 반영할 필요성이 제기된다. 이러한 논의를 향후 교육과정 개정에 반영함으로써, 국가뿐만 아니라 세계공동체 또한 중요시되는 세계화 시대에 보다 높은 적합성을 갖는 교육과정을 구성할 수 있으리라고 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 TIMSS 2011과 TIMSS 2015에서 우리나라 초등학교 4학년 학생들의 성취 특성 추이변화를 분석하고 우리나라 초등과학과 교육과정 및 교수학습 개선에 주는 시사점을 도출하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 초등학교 현장교사 네 명과 과학교육을 전공한 연구자 세 명이 참여하여 TIMSS 2015의 초등학교 과학과 내용영역별 평가주제와 문항에 대해 교육과정 일치도를 분석하고, 우리나라 학생들의 성취 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 생명과학, 물상과학 그리고 지구과학의 영역을 막론하고 초등학교 3-4학년군 교육과정에서 다룬 내용일수록 정답률이 높게 나타났다. 또한 2009개정 교육과정에서 초등학교 5-6학년군에서 다루는 열전달, 전기의 작용, 지구와 달의 운동 등과 관련된 문항에서는 정답률이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 과학 인지영역별로는 TIMSS 2015에서 우리나라 초4 학생들은 TIMSS 2011에 비해 추론하기 영역의 점수가 많이 하락한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 우리나라 초등 과학과 교육과정 구성을 위한 시사점과 교수학습 방법 개선 방안을 제안하였다.

In general, the informations of the inner image that user interested in are limited to a special domain. In this paper, as using Wavelet Transform for dividing image into high frequency and low frequency, We can separate foreground including many data. After calculating object boundary of separated part, We extract special features using Color Coherence Vector. According to results of this experiment, the method of comparing data extracting foreground features is more effective than comparing data extracting features of entire image when we extract the image user interested in.

본 논문은 컬러를 이용한 영상 검색 방법에 관한 것으로 영상 데이터의 효율적인 관리를 위해 먼저 전처리 단계로 웨이블릿 변환을 수행한 후 가장 낮은 저주파 부밴드 영상을 획득한다. 그리고, 변환 후 획득된 영상을 클러스터로 구분한 후, 고유치 및 고유 벡터를 이용하여 특징을 추출하여 색인 정보로 이용하였다. 클러스터링은 영상 화소의 컬러공간 상의 3차원 거리를 클러스터링의 기준으로 삼아 순차 영역 분할(Sequential Clustering) 방법을 적용하였다.

We designed a knowledge-based decision support system for structuring semi-or unstructured problems. Problem structuring involves extraction of the relevant factors from the identified problem, and model construction that represents the relationships among those factors. In this research, we employed a directed graph called Influence Deiagram as a tool for problem structuring. In particular, our proposed system is designed as a shell. Therefore, a decision maker can change the content of the knowledge base to suit his/her own interested domain.

The wide use of digital media during the past few years, has led to an increase of digital piracy and tampering. To deal with these problems, the concept of digital fingerprinting has been introduced. Digital fingerprinting is an effective method to identify users who might try to redistribute multimedia content. In this paper, we propose new digital image fingerprinting techniques using watermark shifting scheme and concept of domain.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-2 압축영상에서 뉴스 색인을 위한 개선된 장면(Shot)전환 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 검출 알고리즘은 압축된 비디오 시퀀스에서 추출한 특징정보인 에지정보와 컬러정보를 함께 사용하여 GOP단위의 빠르고 효율적인 장면전환 검출 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 제안된 알고리즘은 장면전환 검출뿐만 아니라 내용 기반(content - based) 비디오 검색 등에도 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.

The characteristics of various important microstructural factors of WC-base hard- metals (cemented carbides) such as the amount of Co metal binder phase, the carbide grain size, the microstructural defects acting as a fracture source, the solid solubility of tungsten in the binder phase affected by the carbon content, the precipitation of $Co_3W$, the domain size of binder phase, the formation of ${\beta}-free$ layer or Co-rich layer and CVD or PVD coated layer, and the effects of these factors on the flexural strength of the hardmetals are reviewed.

With increasing the volume of digital multimedia market, the security and multimedia content protection issues are arising. Interest in H.264/AVC is emerging and special features in H.264/AVC element stream must be considered. We developed a new algorithm which scrambles and descrambles H.264/AVC element stream in compressed domain using manipulating CABAC initialization table and DCT coefficients. Extensive experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective and promising.

Rubber composites were prepared by precured CIIR pulverized at knead shear force in order to research the effects of the BR/PCP composites. The particle size of domain in BR/CIIR composites was decreased and homogeneously dispersed by the precured CIIR pulverized. However, it was difficult to use the product when the content is 40 phr and precured of 40%. BR/PCP composites have improved mechanical properies as compared that of the addition of simply cut chip composite.
