The remarkable development of the internet causes us to have too many homepages and content, to be specialized and subdivided, and to need 'CMS'(Content Management System). Currently, CMS have been developed by many solution providers and studied in many ways. However, it is hard to find a system which is able to construct the specified Culture & Tourism content rapidly and managed them efficiently. Step on these requirement, this paper focus on design and implementation of unified CMS based on recursive relation object model which can be satisfied the demand of the usual people's information service of Culture & Tourism and which can be installed and managed the standardized Culture & Tourism content easily.
Three-year-old seedlings of susceptible Pinus densiflora and resistant Pinus x rigitaeda were each inoculated with the pinewood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, to compare disease development. Needle dehydration was evident on seedlings of P. densiflora by 20 days after inoculation, 10 days earlier than this symptom was observed on P. ${\times}$ rigitaeda. Xylem drying was more frequent in seedlings of P. densiflora than in that of P. ${\times}$ rigitaeda between 20 and 60 days after inoculation. No significant differences were found between P. densiflora and P. ${\times}$ rigitaeda for stem water content or for stem and leaf relative water content in current-year branches after nematode inoculation, but the average number of B. xylophilus recovered from stems differed significantly between the two groups. The number of B. xylophilus recovered from stems was negatively correlated with the stem water content and with stem and leaf relative water content. By the time the experiment was terminated at 60 days after inoculation, all 3 of the last group of P. densiflora seedlings had died, but 2 of the 3 remaining P. ${\times}$ rigitaeda hybrid seedlings were still alive. Additional studies are needed to further explore the specific mechanisms preventing nematode multiplication in the seedlings of resistant P. ${\times}$ rigitaeda.

One of the major problems with sweetpotato (Ipomoea batats Lam.) is the tough thread tissue that occurs in the storage root, which has a negative impact on the sales of sweet potato because it impairs the texture during cooking and the processing quality. The fiber contents in storage roots of sweetpotato is affected by cultivation conditions and environment. To investigate the effect of fiber generation at different levels of irrigation, the sweetpoatoto "Hogammi" was transplanted in greenhouse. Sweetpotato was grown in styrofoam beds(W1605*D330*H300mm) to block moisture flowing from the outside. The irrigation was carried out as 3 levels (5,10, and 20 mm through drip irrigation facilities) at 20-day intervals. Five plants were harvested per plot at 90, 100 and 120 days after transplanting (DAT). The size of the storage root was large in the order of irrigation conditions 10mm>20mm>5mm treatment. And the longer cultivation period, the larger size of the storage root was observed. As a result of the analysis of the fiber content, it showed a tendency to decrease as the cultivation period increased (90days→120days). In addition, the fiber contents of sweetpotato harvested at 90, 100 and 120 DAT in the level of 5 mm irrigation plot were 351, 324 and 207 mg/100g, respectively, which were higher than those of other irrigation level plots. During all cultivation periods, the 10mm treatment group showed the lowest fiber content of 280, 228 and 127 mg/100g. At 20 mm irrigation level, the fiber content was less than that of 5mm irrigation level, but showed a tendency to increase compared to that of 10 mm irrigation level. These results suggested that drought stress or excessive-irrigation increases the fiber content of sweetpotato, which reduces their commercial value.

Safflower, a draught and salt tolerant oil seed crop of Compositae family, has been cultivated around the world mainly as source of edible oils and dyes, where India, the USA, Mexico, Australia, and Ethiopia contributing about 85% of the production altogether. In this study we have characterized some selected morphological properties of safflower plant and determined the the total phenolic content (TPC) and fatty acid composition in seeds of 237 genetic resources. All the seed coats were white colored while the petals had red, yellow and white pigments. The yellow was the predominant petal color being recorded in 182 accessions followed by red occurring in 49 accessions. The petal color of 47 of the accessions changed with development while the 190 accession showed no change of color. The leaves are ovate to obovate, mostly with dentate (21 moderate and 205 weak) and few smooth (11) margins. The plant length, leaf length, and leaf width were ranged between 65.7 and 160.8 cm, 14.3 and 37.0 cm, and 3.3 and 12.1 cm, respectively. The TPC was determined using Folin-Ciocalteu method and fatty acid compositions were evaluated using gas chromatography. The TPC content ranged from 23.71 to 132.72 µgGAE/mg dried extract (DE). The seeds of safflower genetic resources accounted an average crude fat content of 26.25% (14.84 to 41.70%). The total fatty acid is mainly comprised of 71.72% linoleic acid (18:2) and 20.08% oleic acid (18:1) on average, the remaining palmitic acid (16:0), stearic acid (18:0) and linolenic acid (18:3) contributing 5.84, 2.23 and 0.15 %, respectively. The fatty acid composition of safflower seeds has shown great variability, where oleic and linoleic acid have a wide range of variation, from 9.23 to 83.35% and from 10.46 to 82.62%, respectively

Plant-based, grain-free, and gluten-free diets have been the focus of recent research, as part of the premiumization trend in dog food. However, the lack of comprehensive information regarding carbohydrates in dog food makes it difficult to produce nutritionally balanced meals. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate the nutritional value of carbohydrate ingredients commonly used in commercial dog foods. First, using data from Euromonitor, we investigated the trends in the dry dog food industry and analyzed the annual volume of dry dog food sales, as well as the dog population from 2010 to 2021 in Korea. The growth of the market was greatest in 2021, when the total value of sales of premium dry dog food was 254.3 billion KRW (Korean won) more than in 2010. In addition, sales of dry dog food by age category were marked by a significant increase (404.8%) in the market for dry food for senior dogs. Second, we examined the frequency of carbohydrate ingredients used in dry dog food and conducted a proximate analysis of the top 10 most frequently used ingredients. Subsequently, we analyzed the crude protein, crude fat, and nitrogen-free extract in the carbohydrate ingredients based on dry matter (DM) and calculated the ratio of metabolic energy content supplied from each nutrient in the carbohydrate ingredients. The ratio of metabolic energy content in the carbohydrate ingredients indicated that mung beans had the highest crude protein content (31.3%), whereas oats exhibited the highest crude fat content (23.3%). Sweet potatoes had the highest nitrogen-free extract content, measuring at 93.6%. The results of this study are expected to provide a valuable foundation for the growth and development of the domestic dog food industry, while also contributing to a deeper understanding of the specific role of each ingredient as a carbohydrate source.
Changes in the level of metabolites in leaves and pods were examined with respect to the seed chemical composition in black soybean. There was no further increase in pod length after 42 days after flowering (DAF). Pod weight, however, persistently increase until 73 DAF, thereafter the weight was slightly lowered. The seed storage protein, however, increased drastically as the increasing rate of pod weight was lessened at 61 DAF. The accumulation of seed storage proteins was occurred conspicuously as the increasing rate of pod weight was slowed down. The chlorophyll content both in leaves and pods was drastically decreased after 50 DAF. The beginning of drastic reduction in chlorophyll content was occurred concomitantly with the reduction of soluble protein content in leaves. The sugar content in leaves showed similar tendency with chlorophyll and soluble protein content. The starch level in leaves, however, showed different changing pattern during seed development. The starch content in leaves was increased persistently until 66 DAF, thereafter the content was decreased drastically to about $55\%$ of maximal value at 66 DAF. Total phenolics content in leaves and the anthocyanins content in seeds were stable without noticeable increase until 66 DAF. The contents were increased dramatically after 66 DAF showing the synchronized pattern with the decrease in starch level in leaves. The levels of the selected metabolites in leaf and seed suggested that the accumulation of chemical components of black soybean seed is launched actively at 66 DAF. The profile of storage proteins was nearly completed at 61 DAF because there was no large difference in densitometric intensity among protein subunits after 61 DAF. In soybean, chemical maturation of seed begins around 61 to 66 DAF at which most metabolites in vegetative parts are decreased and remobilized into maturing seeds.

When performing a software development project, the most important thing is building a result with planned quality within development period. Particularly, if the project is delayed or has no good quality in the case of the content software development project which is sensitive to the release time and quality, it is immediately connected to the failure of the whole project. Extreme programming is a methodology that divides the development cycle into smaller units for reducing the risk factor of the project in which the development period is important. In this paper, we suggest the expanded extreme programming which can consider the development period and quality at the same time for content software development environment. The suggested methods are documentation mechanism that is upcoming during the development project and multiple role model which is extended from pair programming method.

Soybean seeds are important sources of non-nutritive health promoting metabolites. The contents of these metabolites are affected by both genetic and environmental factors. In the present study, the contents of five common isoflavones including daidzin, genistin, glycitin, malonyldaidzin, and malonylgenistin were analyzed in 72 soybeans of different seed coat colors, diversity, and of different origins including China (22), Japan (9), USA (12), India (4), and Korea (25). The average total isoflavone content (TIC) was maximum in Indian soybeans (3302.36 ㎍/g) and minimum in Chinese landraces (1214.95 ㎍/g). The Korean landraces had higher average TIC (2148.05 ㎍/g) than the USA genetic materials (1580.23 ㎍/g) and Japanese landraces (1485.99 ㎍/g). The content of malonylgenistin was in the range of 54.31 - 2385.68 ㎍/g in the entire population, and was the most abundant isoflavone irrespective of origin although there was content variation among individual soybeans. Besides, glycitin was the least concentrated isoflavone, and its content ranged from 0.00 to 79.79 ㎍/g. With respect to seed coat color, green soybeans from all countries displayed the maximum malonylgenistin and TIC contents. Exceptions were those of Korean and Indian origins where black and yellowish-green soybeans presented the highest malonylgenistin and TIC contents, respectively. In multivariate analysis, 92.72% of the variance was explained by the first two principal components, and the soybeans were grouped in to three clusters based on isoflavone contents. Overall, our findings signify the importance of seed coat color and origin as discriminant parameters, and provide wide spectrum of routes for breeding soybean cultivars.
Seedling establishment of soybean [Glycine mar (L.) Mer-rill] is an important factor for soybean production in the field. The objective of this study was to determine the distribution of chemical composition in the emerging organs during seedling development in soybeans. Three soybean cultivars (Hill, Paldalkong, and Jangyeobkong) were planted at the Research Farm of College of Natural Resources, Korea University, on May 26, June 5, and June 14. Protein, oil, sugar, and starch contents were measured in each organ at each developing stage. Mean dry weight of three soybean cultivars decreased until VE stage and increased after this stage. Protein content of whole seedling did not change significantly during the seedling growth stage, but the amount in cotyledons markedly decreased with each growth stage increment. About 88% of the cotyledon protein was translocated to the other parts of the seedling at the V2 stage. Oil content of cotyledons sharply decreased until the V1 stage. Sugar content of the seedling was not detected at VE stage and starch content of seedlings increased slightly at VE and VC stages. For the changes of each metabolic component, the amount for whole plants decreased until the V1 stage and started to increase after this stage. The results of this study provide evidence for the breakdown of carbohydrates and oil at the initial stage of seedling growth.

Recently, as one of the major problems in the quality of sweetpotato, occurrence of thin and long fibrous tissues in storage root acts as a negative factor when consumers eat sweetpotato. In this study, the fiber content was compared according to the cultivation period in storage roots of 'Sodammi' and 'Hopungmi', which were newly bred and developed, and in that of 'Hogammi', which contains a lot of fibrous tissues. To isolate of fiber from storage root, the Association Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC) method was applied for quantifying fiber present in storage root of sweetpotato. The fiber contents isolated by this method is calculated by converting the weight of the storage root. The fiber content was measured every 20 days from 60 to 120 days after planting. As a result of this study, the lowest amount of fiber was 'Hopungmi' (70~140 mg/100 g), and the highest amount of fiber was observed in 'Hogammi' (115~223 mg/100 g). 'Sodammi' showed an intermediate level (104~149 mg/100 g) between the fiber content of 'Hopungmi' and 'Hogammi'. The fiber contents of 'Hopungmi' was 39% lower than that of 'Hogammi'. As the increased cultivation periods, the fiber contents showed a tendency to decrease. In the future research, the length, thickness, and fiber contents will be investigated to compare the degree of taste inhibition.
