인공지능 기반 개인 맞춤형 의류 추천 서비스 개발 (Development of personalized clothing recommendation service based on artificial intelligence)

  • 온라인 패션 시장의 빠른 성장과 이로 인한 온라인 선택의 확대로 인해 소비자들은 더욱 개인화된 추천 서비스에 대해 요구가 커지고 있음에도 불구하고 판매자는 수많은 소비자를 개별적으로 직접 대응할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 소비자의 이러한 개인화 니즈를 충족시키는 방안으로 이미지에 대한 태깅이 이루어지고 있으나 사람이 태깅하는 경우 사람마다 태깅이 매우 주관적으로 이뤄지고 있고 인공지능 태깅은 단어가 매우 제한적으로 사용자의 니즈를 충족시켜주지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 인공지능으로 이미지에 포함된 제품의 형태, 속성, 감성 정보를 인식하고 이러한 정보를 코드화하고 코드의 조합으로 그 이미지가 가지고 있는 모든 정보를 나타낼 수 있는 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 이 알고리즘을 통해서 지금까지 획득이 불가능했던 패션 이미지의 감성, 패션 이미지가 표현하는 TPO 정보 등 이미지가 가지고 있는 다양한 정보를 실시간으로 획득하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이러한 정보를 기반으로 소비자의 취향을 분석하는 단계에서 넘어가 소비자의 취향에 당시의 유행, TPO 정보까지 결합하는 초개인화된 의류 추천이 가능해진다.

조사기간에 따른 소비자의 환불에 대한 태도 및 환불요청행동 차이 (Consumers' Attitudes and Requests for Refunds Depending on the Differences in Periods of Surveys)

  • This study was dealt with consumers' attitudes and requests for refunds on the basis of data gathered in 1997 and 2000 and examined factors shaping the differences of the consumers' requesting for refunds and investigated variables influencing the presence or absence of requests for refunds. Research outcomes could be summarized as follows. First there were no differences in consumers' searches for information of refunds, degrees of satisfactions for practices of refunds, knowledges for refunds, consumers' expectation for the permission of refunds between two periods Consumers generally showed more active behaviors for the request for refunds in 2000 than in 1997. In cases of defects, the chance of getting refunds was higher while consumers feel greater needs for refund. Second, consumers perception for the necessity of refund and their expectations for successful outcomes were higher in cases of defects than in the opposite case; consumers were also more active to request for refunds and get more positive responses in the former case. Third, in cases of defects in 1997, as consumers faced the unsatisfactory response for their previous requests for refunds, they did not actively request for refunds. In 2000, requesting for refunds were more active as they were more knowledgeable, actively search for information of refunds before their purchases, and expect more positive outcomes for their requests for refund. On the other hand, in cases of no defects in 1997, consumers showed more active behaviors requesting for refunds as their own professional jobs, owned greater consumer expectation for positive outcomes and showed greater satisfactions for the previous requests of refunds. In the survey of 2000, consumers showed active behaviors requesting for refunds as they were highly educated, gather much information for refund, and showed positive expectations for the possibility of refund.

  • The development of information & technology and the Internet provides various connecting routes between manufacturers with consumers. These expanded routes has made it Possible fer customers to directly transfer their voice to manufacturers, but n research on how the manufacturers respond the customers' needs has to be further conducted.   • IMF한파에 의한 내수시장의 위축. 유통시장의 개방에 따른 유명 외국업체의 국내시장 진출, 소비자 니즈의 다양화 및 급변화 등으로 우리 나라 유통산업은 여러 가지 어려움에 직면해 있다. 이 논문은, 이와 같은 우리 나라 유통산업을 둘러싼 부정적인 환경변화로부터 발생하는 위기를 슬기롭게 극복하여 시장에서의 경쟁적 우위를 차지할 수 있도록, 정보에 초점을 맞추면서 동시에 일본 유통산업과의 비교분석을 통하여 우리 나라 유통산업의 전략적인 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 정보화란 소비자의 니즈에 대한 자료 및 정보를 신속하게 입수하여 정확하게 분석하고 이를 효율적으로 상품화에 반영하는데 근본적인 목적이 있으므로 우리나라 유통산업의 정보화 전략방안은 통합형 및 연계형 ‘정보시스템의 구축, 정보시스템의 지속적인 개발 및 보완’, 정보의 공유라는 3가지 축을 근간으로 하여 추진되어야 한다.

  • This study attempts to investigate what information the consumer want, and the needs and contents of information for 10 goods categories. Especially, this study aims to be used as the basic data for development of consumer information program. So, data of this survey was collected in Puchon, and the results can be used in regions which has the similar circumstance. Major findings are as follows. Consumers in Puchon think that it is difficult for them to have the information about goods. They want to know the comparative quality of goods and criterion of selection. Needs of information about 10 goods categories are different from each other. They want the informations about cereals/meats/vegetables, home appliance, book/stationery/toy more than others. They want to acquire the information from community bulletins and mass communication. So, consumer information center in University can produce the information program available to community members using this results. Then, they offer it to them through various channels.

공정무역제품에 대한 소비자의 자기결정성 심리 욕구와 지각된 영향력의 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Consumer Self-Determination Psychological Needs and Perceived Influence for Fair Trade Products)

  • 본 연구는 공정무역 제품에 대한 태도와 행위의 갭에 대한 보다 근원적이고 설명적인 대안으로 작용할 수 있는 소비자의 지각된 시장영향력(PMI: Perceived Market Influence: 개인의 행동이 시장 내 다른 소비자들의 행동에게 미칠 영향을 인지하고 결과적으로 스스로 공정무역 관련 소비 행동을 하게 만드는 동기가 되는 신념)에 주목하고 이를 공정무역 관련 소비자의 인식 구조에 탐색적으로 적용하여 논의하고자 한다. 구체적으로 소비자의 지각된 자기결정성 심리적 욕구(자율성, 유능성, 관련성)와 해당 소비자가 지각하는 영향력(개인영향력, 시장영향력)의 관계검증을 통하여 공정무역제품의 자산에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 탐색적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 실증분석의 결과, 자기결정성과 관련된 주요 심리적 욕구 중 유능성을 제외한 나머지 변수들과 소비자의 지각된 영향력 관계가 직접적으로 형성될 수 있음이 밝혀졌으며, 지각된 영향력 간에도 긍정적인 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자의 지각된 영향력과 공정무역제품에 대한 소비자의 지각된 자산에도 영향관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 윤리적 소비의 일환인 공정무역제품에 대한 소비자 태도와 행동 사이의 갭을 이론적으로 설명할 수 있는 계기가 될 것이며, 아울러 공정무역제품에 대한 마케팅 전략의 수립에 있어 중요한 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

  • The rapid development of information media in the 21th century has given rise to the acceleration of fashion change and its diversification due to individual lifestyle, the personification and differentiation of consumers. This has got away from the function-centeredness of clothing and awakened people to the important task of hi-tech new materials development and design development. We immediately need to develop the measure to cope quickly and properly with changes in the dwindled fabric market. Consumers; needs are personified and diversified and the cycle of fashion materials become curtailed. From this perspective, this study attempted to manufacture the material for capable of satisfying consumers; psychology and needs with the handicraft based on the multi-item and small-quantity production system. This study attempted to present the possibility of differentiating products and developing diverse materials by applying the Woolsmok technique. It is expected that the development of these materials will not simply stay at the level of handicraft but contribute to the competitive materials of creativity and aesthetics by inducing it to be applicable to the industrial world and activate them as differentiated high-grade clothing materials for consumers at home and abroad.

클러스터링을 이용한 스마트폰 사용자 추천 시스템 만들기 (Creating a Smartphone User Recommendation System Using Clustering)

  • In this paper, we develop an AI-based recommendation system that matches the specifications of smartphones from company 'S'. The system aims to simplify the complex decision-making process of consumers and guide them to choose the smartphone that best suits their daily needs. The recommendation system analyzes five specifications of smartphones (price, battery capacity, weight, camera quality, capacity) to help users make informed decisions without searching for extensive information. This approach not only saves time but also improves user satisfaction by ensuring that the selected smartphone closely matches the user's lifestyle and needs. The system utilizes unsupervised learning, i.e. clustering (K-MEANS, DBSCAN, Hierarchical Clustering), and provides personalized recommendations by evaluating them with silhouette scores, ensuring accurate and reliable grouping of similar smartphone models. By leveraging advanced data analysis techniques, the system can identify subtle patterns and preferences that might not be immediately apparent to consumers, enhancing the overall user experience. The ultimate goal of this AI recommendation system is to simplify the smartphone selection process, making it more accessible and user-friendly for all consumers. This paper discusses the data collection, preprocessing, development, implementation, and potential impact of the system using Pandas, crawling, scikit-learn, etc., and highlights the benefits of helping consumers explore the various options available and confidently choose the smartphone that best suits their daily lives.

  • Currently, improved quality of life has facilitated consumers' indulgence in a diverse range of cultural cuisines. Consequently, the evolvement of the food service industry has been developing itself according to the diversified needs of the consumers. In particular, a great amount of interest has been expressed in a new form of food service known as family restaurants. Family restaurant service providers have begun to provide information regarding family restaurant usage, including various foods and services, through their websites in order to yield better service to consumers. For family restaurant service providers, comprehending the consumers' purpose of using the company's websites is a crucial managerial issue and it plays an important role in the development of good marketing strategies. There exists a distinction in websites usage purposes according to the different values of consumers; the hedonic value and the utilitarian value. When consumers gain satisfaction through family restaurant websites usage, this satisfaction extends to word of mouth communication effect. In order to develop good Internet marketing strategies, this study is prepared to assist family restaurant service providers understand the relationships among customer value, usage purpose, customer satisfaction, and word of mouth communication with regards to the family restaurant websites. The results of this study provide useful implications to understand consumer behavior and to develop marketing strategies in a family restaurant websites.

소비자의 주거공간 리모델링 인식에 영향을 추는 대중매체에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mass Communication′s influence on the Consumers′ Cognition of Home Interior Remodeling)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the cognition differences of home interior remodeling and preference of mass media among consumers and analyze relationship between remodeling perception and mass communication. The data are collected through questionnaire surveys, which included demographic information and preference of remodeling, mass communication from adult consumers who live in Seoul. 223 samples are collected, and are analyzed by using SPSS-WIN program. The major results are as follows: Most of the media are preferences above the average. TV media is a leading mass communication, which has an effect of most consumers. Internet business preference is found at young, male, white color business group and small family. Remodeling has been a strange word with consumers, but now on its needs are spread among the public that is provide to solve the problem which were found in their home on the influence of mass communication.
