The purpose of this study was to investigate the sensory characteristics of 11 noodles from four countries by descriptive analysis and consumer acceptance test. Noodle types were udon, pasta, kalguksu, and plain noodles. Fourteen sensory descriptors were developed to evaluate the sensory characteristics of the noodles. The sensory characteristics of the noodles were sweetness, saltiness, springiness, hardness, chewiness, milk flavor, yeasty odor, milk powder flavor, loose particles, and so on. PCA conducted to visually summarize the sensory characteristics of noodles by consumer preference test revealed that 77.1% of the variance was positively defined by sweet, springiness, cohesiveness, chewiness, and moisture and was negatively defined by hardness, color, and floury taste. Yk_udng_KR, thin_KR showed high scores for attributes of springiness and cohesiveness. Overall consumer acceptance was surveyed. Udng_KR scored the highest for attributes such as gusu. Udng_KR showed the highest springiness and high moisture, taste acceptance, and overall acceptance. Note: Please confirm this word.
The purposes of this study were to investigate and analyze the relationship between the elements of textile design and consumer emotion and to suggest effective design methods. In addition, the forecasting system for textile design based on the results of this study was developed. The database system of textile design was organized by installing Mysql database server and tomcat servlet container on windows NT. The user interface was utilized using jsp on the web. This study findings can provide textile design samples which were suitable for each emotional factor, and an evaluation basis for each design element by the descriptive system of textile design. The forecasting system based on this study findings can also provide specific design methods for the effectiveness of consumer emotion and can be applied in a practical design process. This study based on the results of the quantitative analysis on consumer emotion has presented an objective and an efficient design method. This will be a useful expedient to improve the existing textile design process and for the consumer design.
The aim of this study is to examine profiles of consumers in Thai seaweed market segments. A total of 321 consumers were surveyed in bangkok, thailand. The multiple regression analysis performed indicates that consumer preference toward seaweed snack is significantly influenced by seaweed consumption frequency. The cluster analysis performed indicates that there are three segments based on consumer purchasing attributes toward seaweed snack : leading type, pursuing type, beginner type. The results show that there are consumer segment with different purchasing attributes level and seaweed preference. in this study Thai seaweed market's biggest consumer is leading type consumer(n=40.8%) that have high level of purchasing attributes toward seaweed snack when compared to other segments. pursuing type segment(n=27.4%) consists of consumers who have low level of purchasing attributes but have high consumption frequency. beginner type segment(n=31.8%) consists of consumers who rarely eat seaweed snack and have high price sensitivity. The electronic commerce of agricultural products provides benefits both to the farmers and the consumers because of direct transaction between producers and consumers. This study analyses the factors affecting consumer's purchase intention that are using electronic commerce. And the purpose of this study is to contribute to increasing the farmer's income while operating electronic commerce by applying the results of this analysis. Consumer's purchasing factors in electronic commerce were obtained through literature reviews. The research model is established with the factors and analyses through the structural equation model. The results are as following; the first is how the quality of agricultural products affects positively consumer's satisfaction and trust. When sufficient information about the seller and the products are provided in the shopping mall site there are positive effects on the consumer's satisfaction and trust. The factors of convenience like purchasing time, saving, delivery convenience affect positively consumer's satisfaction. However, the relationship with trust enhancement could not be confirmed. In addition, hypotheses of positive relationships between economic feasibility factors like low price, satisfaction and trust, were rejected. Finally, consumer's satisfaction affects trust, and both the consumer's satisfaction and trust affects positively the purchase intention. In summary, in the electronic commerce of agricultural products, consumers might use electronic commerce as they purchase the reliable high quality products directly from farmers rather than be affected by economic feasibility and convenience factors.

This study concludes as follows ; The important demographic factors of the use of mobile internet are age, job, marriage, academic career and personal spending money. Totally viewed in the consumer demographics, the typical type of mobile internet users can be described as the young student. On the other hand, sex and family income variables do not significantly affect the use of mobile internet. And the mobile internet users can be categorized by the life-style into four distinct groups, which are named as the innovation oriented group, the practicality oriented group, the conservation oriented group, the ostentation oriented group. Referral marketing plays an important role in promoting new products. When it comes to innovative agricultural products, early adopter's review or recommendation has a more critical impact on follower's purchase decision making. Hence, understanding of consumer's characteristics and needs play more important role in success of innovation. More particularly, other researchers pay attention to the role of consumer innovativeness. This study attempts to fill this gap in knowledge between innovative propensity of consumer and her/his intention to generate positive word of mouth about new agricultural products. Furthermore, in this paper, we adopt Vandecasteele and Geunes' motivated consumer innovativeness model to investigate consumer innovativeness in extrinsic motive and intrinsic motive level, and examine the moderating role of referral efficacy. For empirical verification, survey method is used for data collection. Partial least square (PLS) is adopted to analyze the data. Finally, several theoretical contributions and practical implications are discussed.

These findings provide new information to marketers for the marketing strategy for dealing with mobile shopping mall. A total of 233 usable questionnaires were obtained from men and women ages 20-30 who have mobile shopping purchasing experience. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis using SPSS for Window 22.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis by AMOS 22.0. The results were as follows. First, the analysis of fashion brand apps factors showed that it consist of 2 kinds of dimensions of basic information type and additional information type. Second, basic information type of fashion brand apps have had a direct impact on consumer satisfaction and did not affect the smartphones flow. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of perceived market influence, which is an important psychological factor influencing consumer behavior in the market, and explain how consumer beliefs related to the market can affect sustainable consumer behavior. First, this study found that gaps in perceived market influence were statistically significant for age and job. Second, environmental concern, organic food consumption (vegetables and meats), and purchase behavior of organic foods were found to be significantly different by degree of perceived market influence of consumers. The mean values were found to be high for the group having strong perceived market influence. This tendency suggests an association between higher perceived market influence consumers and more environmentally friendly consumer behavior. Lastly, this study used Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the effect of perceived market influence as a moderating variable and mediating variable on the relationship between environmental concerns and consumer behavior toward organic foods. The results show a mediating effect on perceived market influence, but a moderating effect could not be found. This result implies that perceived market influence might indirectly affect consumer behavior when transferring environmental concerns to consumer behavior toward organic foods.
As measuring visual behavior by utilize eye-tracker, this study examines whether consumer concentrates on visual attention with certain object and measures visual behavior with fixation number, fixation duration, the first fixation, which are visual attention pattern of consumer about Mannequin, hanger, shelve as props of display advertising effect on clothing store. It has experimental purpose to recognize relationships in terms of regardless, appropriateness, purchase intention. During display of clothing store, first experimental consequence to measure visual behavior on consumer did appear to allocate more cautions than other props. Second, in terms of relationships with regardless, appropriateness, purchase intention from consumer, each fixation pattern about consumer's fixation number, fixation duration, the first fixation was confirmed that there is meaningful correlation with each other. Accordingly, as advertising effect of mannequin makes consumer to concentrate more visually cautious, it is translated that high favor about display product with mannequin has positive role on purchase intention. Also, there is a purpose that higher feasibility on study result provides practical point on clothing store's display marketing strategy of corporation.
