오픈 데이터를 이용한 사용자 리뷰 분석 방법 (Analysis Method of User Review using Open Data)

  • 오픈 데이터는 많은 경제적 가치를 지닌다. 우리나라 뿐만 아니라 여러 나라에서도 오픈 데이터를 확장하고 활용하기 위하여 갖은 정책과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 우리나라는 많은 데이터를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 이를 잘 활용하지 못하여 효과를 보지 못하고 있어 여러 산업에서 다양한 시도가 필요하다. 그중에 패션 산업에서는 소비자의 단순 변심에 의해 교환, 환불 문제가 가장 많다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 서비스 제공자에게 더 나은 피드백이 필요하며 소비자의 요구사항이 반영된 사용자 리뷰와 함께 불만 사항이 개선된 이미지를 보여줌으로써 해결하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 소비자의 요구사항을 파악하기 위해 온라인 쇼핑몰 사이트에서 사용자 리뷰 분석을 진행하고 K-fashion 데이터의 속성을 활용하여 제품에 대한 속성을 정의한다. 제품에 대한 사용자의 요구를 불만 속성으로 정의하고, 이에 해당하는 속성을 가진 라벨링 데이터를 검색하여 서비스 제공자에게 사용자의 요구사항을 텍스트 데이터나 속성 뿐만 아니라 이미지 또한 제공하여 제품 개선에 도움을 주고자 한다.

조경식물의 생산 및 수요 현황과 개선 방안 -강원특별자치도를 사례로- (Current Status and Improvement Strategies for Landscape Plant Production and Demand -A Case Study of Gangwon State-)

  • The purpose of the study is to explore strategies to revitalize the distribution of landscaping plants in Gangwon State (hereinafter referred to as Gangwon-do). To understand the current distribution status and perception of landscape materials in Gangwon-do, a survey was conducted on producers and consumers focusing on cultivation area and method, cultivated species and quantity, purchase species and quantity, and purchase area. Producers often cultivated open land, and in the case of trees and shrubs, most of them cultivated <5 species. On the other hand, consumers preferred field cultivation products when purchasing trees and shrubs. Approximately 6-10 species of trees and shrubs were preferred for a single purchase, confirming an imbalance in the supply and demand of landscaping plants. In addition, both producers and consumers had a positive perception of landscape plant transactions in Gangwon-do; however, the dissatisfaction factors for producers included a small consumer base and difficulties for them in securing standards and quantities. Based on these results, it is necessary to establish a platform that can interconnect producers' landscape plant cultivation information with consumers' requirements to rejuvenate the landscape plant distribution market and enhance competitiveness in Gangwon-do. In addition, this platform is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of landscaping plants, setting reasonable prices, and increasing domestic demand in Gangwon-do by providing opportunities for cultivation, promotion, and marketing education through producer support projects.

인터넷전문은행의 소비자 만족에 관한 오피니언 마이닝 분석: 앱 사용 후기 중심으로 (Analysis of OpinionMining on Consumer Satisfaction of InternetBanks: Focusing on the app review)

  • Purpose This study aims to analyze the current status of consumer awareness on Internet banks by conducting a full investigation and collecting user opinions presented on Google Play. After cateogorizing the current dissatisfaction, we would like to present not only the direction of the Internet bank service of but also the improvements of the platform. Design/methodology/approach Using opinion mining, subjectivity analysis, polarity analysis, and polarity information analysis of comments were conducted step by step to extract negative and positive keywords. The extracted keywords analyzed the weights of the frequently appearing positive and negative keywords using the TF-IDF model. Based on previous studies that negative information is more sensitive to positive information, we tried to confirm the connection, proximity, and mediation of negative keywords. Semantic Network Analysis (SNA) was used to visualize the connection relationship between the negative comment keywords of the three Internet banks. Findings Domestic Internet banks such as Kakao Bank, K-Bank, and Toss Bank have attracted a lot of attention even before they were established, and after establishment, they have secured a wide range of users through platforms that are completely different from existing banks. This study found out that the convenience of the app affects the opening and transaction of non-face-to-face accounts, which are characteristics of domestic Internet banks, which also affects the bank's business strategy. In addition, this study shows that the business characteristics of the company can be identified.

공공도서관 이용자의 부정적 구전에 관한 연구 - 대구지역 공공도서관 이용자를 중심으로 - (Negative Word-of-Mouth Behavior and Intentions of the Public Library Users in Taegu Metropolitan City)

  • 이 연구는 대구지역 공공도서관이용자 487명을 대상으로 설문지법을 이용하여 부정적 구전행동과 부정적 구전의도를 구분하여 각각에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 실증적으로 분석하고자 시도하였다. 분석결과 불만족의 강도와 서비스의 중요성이 부정적 구전행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 불만족의 강도와 불평태도, 서비스의 중요성, 불평비용, 충성도, 외적귀인이 부정적 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 추가분석결과 불평행동경험은 부정적 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

A Study on i-Fashion 3D Avatar's Consumer satisfaction & Comparison of 3D and Direct Masurement - Based of Domestic University Students

  • This research is to understand customer satisfaction with virtual fitting based on a 3D body scanner and avatars as well as differences between avatars and the 'real me'. To this end, this research examined Korean college students to facilitate 3D body scanning, avatar generation and surveys. The author used 3D body scan data with direct measurements to identify differences between the 3D body scan data-based 'my avatar' and 'real me' in the virtual dress fitting system. The survey results on 'the level of customer awareness on 3D body scanner' found that the majority of both genders did not know about it and indicated a lower usability to incorporate IT technology into the fashion industry. The question in the 3D body scanning and avatar found an affirmative attitude. Satisfaction levels on the 3D avatars' similarity with 'own body' and garment fitting were positive and indicated a need for further technological improvements to express the avatars identical to customers' own body. More research is necessary for the accuracy of sizes for 3D body scanning that measure body sizes while wearing clothes. Avatars based on such datamay be less similar to 'own body' and cause customer dissatisfaction. Thus, further technology development is required to narrow gaps using data to make avatars that provide more accurate virtual fitting simulation services to customers.

정보시스템의 사용자만족 결정과정을 규명하는 인지적 모형에 관한 연구 (An Investigation into the Determination Model of User Satisfaction: A Cognitive Approach based on the Disconfirmation Theory)

  • 사용자 만족(User satisfaction)은 Bailey와 Pearson(1983) 이후, 정보시스템 분야의 연구에서 시스템의 성능(Performance)을 대변하는 성과변수로서 가장 널리 사용되어져 왔다.[Delone & McLean, 1992]. 그러나 사용자 만족은 실제 시스템의 객관적인 성능이나 품질이 아닌 사용자에 의해 지각된(Perceived) 만족이므로, 인간이 인지과정에서 받는 다른 영향들로 인하여 지각된 성과는 실제의 시스템 성능과 다를 수 있다.[Gatian 1994; Szajna & Scamell, 1993. 따라서 만일 사용자가 지각한 성능이 객관적인 실제의 시스템 성능과 반드시 일치하지 않는다면, 그 원인은 무엇이며, 사용자가 시스템을 평가하는 과정에서 어떤 요인들이 작용하여 이러한 왜곡된 결과를 가져오는지, 사용자 만족이 결정되는 인지적 과정을 규명할 필요가 있다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 마케팅 분야에서 일반상품에 대한 소비자의 만족 결정에 영향을 주는 변수와 그 결정과정을 연구한 소비자 만족/불만족(Consumer Satisfaction / Dissatisfaction)의 연구이론을 도입하여, 정보시스템이란 상품을 대상으로 사용자가 만족을 느끼게 되는 과정을 인지적(Cognitive) 관점에서 규명하고, 만족결정에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 찾아낸 후 소비자 만족을 결정하는 모형을 연구하고자 하였다. 8개 기업의 정보시스템 사용자부터 데이터를 수집하여 LISREL을 이용하여 사용자 만족 연구 모형을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 결정모형은 유의하였으며 정보시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 시스템의 성능 뿐 아니라 기대불일치가 함께 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 시스템 성능의 향상과 함께 사용자들의 기대수준 관리에 관심을 기울일 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

충북지역 대학생소비자의 웰빙태도와 웰빙상품에 대한 기대 및 만족도 (The Survey of University Students' Attitude and Expectation-Satisfaction on Well-Being Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the consumers' attitude and expectation-satisfaction on well-being products, Consumers' expectation, performance and disconfirmation scales were composed 7 items of 5-likert scales. Consumers' Satisfaction on well-being products was measured with one-item-measurement scale, The consumers' well-being attitudes were composed 4 dimensions such as (1)consuming the well-being products, (2)pursuit of mental well-being, (3)criticism about commercial fashion, (4) pursuit of harmony with natural life. The results were as follows: 1. The well-being attitudes were contrast with a positive attitude and negative attitude, Especially, criticism about commercial fashion was highly remarked. 2. There were statistic differences in the consumers' expectation and performance on well-being products, The Expectation was higher than the performance. It means that consumers' high expectation on the well-being products will bring about the lower satisfaction or dissatisfaction. 3. Consumers' Satisfaction on the well-being products was statistically different among groups by the well-being attitudes.

의복설계를 위한 비만여성의 기성복 만족도 (Satisfaction with the Somatotype & Fit of Overweight Women's Ready-to-wear)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the somatotype variation & satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear for overweight women. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 154 overweight women in Andong & Daegu areas. Employing a sample of 116 data were analyzed by using F-test. And 10 overweight women's brands were analyzed for sizing system of women's ready-to-wear. The results were as follows: In the satisfaction with the somatotype variation of overweight women, length items increased and girth items decreased with aging. At neck, bust, waist, hip and sleeve circumferences, satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear decreased with aging. Correlation for somatotype variation & satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear was significantly positive. And main sizing system of overweight women' s ready-to-wear brands was size 99 & 105 cm(bust)-90 cm (waist)-110 cm(hip), and its sizing intervals was almost existed in range of 5 cm-7 cm. There were various sizing systems in overweight women's ready-to-wear brands, and it raised a problem of consumer's dissatisfaction.

신 노년층 소비자의 에코 티셔츠 수요 실태 조사 및 고찰 (Analysis of Eco T-shirts Market for the New Elderly)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the needs for eco t-shirts of the new elderly consumers and to suggest strategies for eco t-shirts product development and marketing. Quantitative research was employed for research method. The data was collected from men and women in their age of 50-65, who lived in Busan, Ulsan, and Kyungnam province, during October, 2011. Respondents were selected by convenience sampling. A total of 307 responses among 350 were analyzed. Factor analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, chi-square, and regression were used for analysis. SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis. Characteristics of the new elderly (lifestyle and environmental concern), consumption status of eco t-shirts (possession status and reasons of purchase/non-purchase), purchase intention for eco tshirts, consumer needs for t-shirts (usage situation, benefits sought, and dissatisfaction with t-shirts), preference for eco t-shirts (color, pattern, material, and shape), and demographics were surveyed. Based on the results, the vision of eco tshirts market for the new elderly consumers was positively prospected. In conclusion, specific strategies for eco t-shirts products development and marketing were suggested. Product development focused on practicality and material, design development reflecting consumers' preference, multipurpose product development, building up the product recognition, and moderate price strategy were suggested.
