온라인 패션 쇼핑몰의 제품구매에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Purchase of Products in Online Fashion Shopping Mall)

  • As the consuming pattern is changing with the expansion of Internet use and the development of communication technology, Internet shopping market is getting bigger and bigger. By product group, clothing and fashion related products occupy the biggest share. Accordingly, in this study it was tried to identify the effects of Internet utilization capability that enables consumers to search for the information that they need in this information flood, variety pursuit trend and product review accommodation status on shopping value, and to analyze the effects of the shopping value on the purchase behavior in online shopping malls. When factor analysis is nude on Internet use level, it was found that Factor 1 was 'Flow Experience,' Factor 2 'Internet Use Capability,' and Factor 3 'Internet Challenge Desire.' When factor analysis is made on Diversity Pursuit Propensity, it was found that Factor 1 was 'Site Diversity Pursuit Propensity,' Factor 2 'Brand Diversity Pursuit Propensity,' and Factor 3 'Brand Value Pursuit Propensity.' When factor analysis is nude on Product Review Accommodation Propensity, it was found that Factor 1 was 'Product Information Provision Propensity,' and Factor 2 'Product Information Receiving Propensity.' Except Internet Use Capability and Product Information Provision Propensity, all other factors showed high correlation. The factor influencing the entertainment value most was Internet challenge desire, while that influencing the practical value most was flow experience. When the effects of the entertainment value and the practical value on product purchase were analyzed, it was found that both of entertainment value and the practical value influenced product purchase and the practical value influenced the product purchase more than the entertainment value.

Home Use Test를 적용한 고추장 소스의 관능 및 활용도 평가 (The Sensory Evaluation and Practical Use of Kochujang Sauce Adopted to Home Use Test)

  • The purpose of the study was assessing Kochujang sauces(BBQ & Chicken) using a Home Use Test(HUT) focused on England food consumer. To achieve of the purpose, 58 England food consumers were selected by CCFRA's customer database. The qualification of the sample was responsible for the households' main grocery shopping, cooking Oriental/ Far Eastern cuisines at home, enjoying hot/spicy chilli based food and would be willing to buy hot chilli based Oriental sauce. 3 times of HUT were accomplished. The test was continued during 3 weeks, and each test was continued during one week. To check the sensory evaluation results on these sauces, 9 point hedonic scale and JAR(Just About Right) were used. The frequency analysis was adopted for the study. The results of a study were as followed. The overall satisfaction(upper 7point) on BBQ sauce was 60%, and the chicken sauce was 55.1%. The sweetness, hot taste, and BBQ aroma were suitable as a upper 40% using JAR scale. On purchase intention, BBQ & Chicken was slightly increased. These sauces were proper lunch & Dinner time. Also, good for dip, stir fry, and marinade. The result of put to use the sauces on food material as followed. BBQ sauce was proper Chicken(45.5%), vegetable(29.9%), and turkey(19%) in the order named. In case of the chicken sauce was ordered chicken(46.2%), vegetable(27.5%), beef(17.5%).

페르소나 방식 소비자분석이 기업의 R&D에 미치는 영향 (A study on the impact of persona-style consumer analysis on corporate R&D)

  • 본 연구에서는 페르소나(perrsona) 방식의 소비자분석 데이터 서비스에 대한 효과성 검증을 위하여 www.ethno-mining.com 의 소비자분석 서비스 활용사례를 중심으로 하는 연구를 진행하였다. 사례는 강원디자인진흥원의 '작은기업 디자인 애로해결 지원사업'을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 진행은 www.ethno-mining.com 시스템의 페르소나 방식의 소비자분석 데이터, 관련 이론에 대한 고찰, 유사한 서비스에 대한 비교, 서비스의 이용 만족도와 효과성을 측정하기 위한 질의서 개발과 설문진행, 결과를 분석하고 검정하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 강원디자인진흥원의 '작은기업 디자인 애로해결 지원사업'에 참여자를 중심으로 검정한 결과에서 페르소나 방식의 소비자분석 데이터는 이용 만족도에서 긍정적인 반응을 얻었고, 기업의 R&D에 미치는 서비스 효과성을 측정한 회귀분석에서도 R&D 진행시 시간단축, 비용절감 및 개발자간의 원활한 소통, 소비자분석에 대한 전문성 확보, R&D의 전반적 품질 향상으로 기업에게 실질적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

패션매장에서 판매원의 특성에 대한 소비자 반응 연구 (A Study of Consumers' Responses to the Attributes of Salespeople in Fashion Retail Stores)

  • This study is to examine the effects of salespeople' attributes (i.e., empathy, availability, professional appearance) on consumer cognition, emotion, and behavior. A conceptual model was developed based on stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) theory and cognition-emotion theory. A total of 542 questionnaires were collected online and some incompletely written questionnaires were excluded. Because of the high possibility of memory distortion, only the questionnaires (n=220) written by those who visited fashion stores within one week were used for the final analysis. The results of PLS analyses demonstrated that 1) salespeople's empathy directly affected consumers' shopping emotion; 2) salespeople's availability and professional appearance indirectly affected consumer's shopping emotion through store image; 3) consumers' shopping emotion positively affected purchase intention. Theoretical and practical implications of the results are discussed in conclusion. As a result of this research, the main characteristics of the salespeople were identified in order to allow the consumers visiting the fashion store to buy the fashion products naturally and the basic directions of sales manuals for the salespeople in the fashion store were presented. It is also hoped that academic researchers will be able to use the characteristics of salespeople as the main data to understand how they affect consumers' cognitive and emotional responses and how they are connected to purchase behavior.

선호 의복이미지와 편익에 의한 시장세분화에 관한 연구(제1보) (A Study on Market Segmentation through Clothes Image Preferences and Benefit (Part I))

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to find out the structural elements in classifying clothes images, and 2) to segment the consumer market for women's street clothes based on clothes image preferences and to identify the group differences in psychological variables, purchasing behavior variables and demographic variables. The sample was taken from 1106 middle class women who were in thier 30's∼40's living in Gwangju city. Consumers were classified into six groups: active image group (35.4%), feminine image group (25.9%). daring image group (16.5%), elegant image group (10.8%), dressy image group (8.9%) and brisk image group (3.5%). Women in their 30's∼40's preferred elegant image, daring image, active image and feminine image. Elegant image oriented group: This group is the lowest education level group and has the highest rating of housewife. This group has the lowest scores use of person information search, Daring image oriented group: Woman in their 30's prefers daring image. This group thinks practical benefit sought is less important than self-expression benefit sought. This group has the highest scores use of non-person information search, Active image oriented group: This group is practical benefit seeking group. and purchases the lowest amount of clothes. The amount of average household income is the lowest. Feminine image oriented group: The amount of average household income is the highest. This group perceives more youth$.$fashion benefit sought and self-expression benefit sought than elegant image oriented group. ANOVA, $\chi$$^2$-test revealed differences among groups according to benefit sought use of information sources, purchasing behavior variables and demographic variables.

  • GIS(Geographic Information System)은 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 출현과 더불어 발전을 해 왔고 이에 맞추어 사용자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 차세대 Web을 뜻하는 Web 2.0은 불특정다수의 인터넷 사용자가 제공하는 정보가 집약되어 새로운 가치가 창출되는 비즈니스로 발전하고 있다. Web 2.0의 특징으로는 블로그, 롱테일 분포, SNS(Social Networking Service), UCC(User Created Contents), 집단지성 등을 들 수 있다. 본 연구는 Web 2.0의 특징을 이용한 가칭 GIS 2.0을 통해 현재 일방적이고 단순 자료 홍보적 성격의 공간정보제공 방법을 지향하고 쌍방향적이고 일반사용자 참여를 통해 완성될 수 있는 GIS 구축방법으로 전환하여 GIS 도입효과 및 활용을 극대화하는 서비스 모델을 제시한다.

복수 유명인 옹호광고 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들 연구 (Factors Predicting the Effectiveness of Multiple Celebrity Endorsement)

  • 복수 유명인 옹호광고는 광고 캠페인에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 형태다. 그러나, 복수 유명인 옹호광고의 효과에 관한 연구는 많지 않다. 특히 본 연구는 복수 유명인 옹호광고에 미치는 영향 요인들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 포트폴리오-브랜드 적합도, 포트폴리오-유명인 적합도, 그리고 포트폴리오 유명인-소비자 적합도라는 요인들이 복수 유명인 옹호광고 상황에서 광고태도 및 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 세가지 요인들로 실험에 포함되었다. 연구결과, 포트폴리오-브랜드 적합도, 포트폴리오-유명인 적합도, 그리고 포트폴리오 유명인-소비자 적합도는 소비자들의 광고태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인들임이 밝혀졌다. 더 나아가, 이 세가지 요인들간의 상관관계가 통계학적으로 유의미한 중요성을 가지고 있다는 것이 나타났다.

Consumer use of social media for food risk information: Survey findings in the United States and implications for the Korean context

  • Objectives: This study aimed (1) to share findings from the U.S. on customer use of social media for information seeking and sharing about food recall risks, and (2) to discuss the implications of the findings for the context of food safety and risk communication in Korea. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 1,026 social media users aged 18 years or older in the U.S., recruited from the Knowledge Network's nationally representative panel. Results: About 26 percent of respondents used social media either to seek or share food recall information in the past year, with social networking sites being the most popular tool. With respect to social media use for information seeking, being married, perceived risk of getting foodborne diseases, and trust in Internet were significant, positive predictors; being Whites and trust in health professionals were negative predictors. Social media use for information sharing was positively associated with education, being married, foodborne disease history, and perceived risk of foodborne diseases; Whites, income, and trust in health professionals were negative predictors. Conclusions: The study gives theoretical, methodological, and practical implications for the context of food safety and risks in Korea.

외식 배달 서비스에 대한 소비자 관점 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Consumer Perspectives on Food Delivery Services)

  • Various non-face-to-face services are being activated due to the influence of the Corona 19 virus around the world. However, unlike the rapid development of delivery services, social awareness of delivery services is causing many problems. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the quality attributes of delivery services from the consumer's point of view, and based on the results, we try to derive a direction for service improvement. In this study, quality factors were established through interviews and surveys with actual consumers, and quality attributes were classified through the Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. "Attractive" is ('Ease of ordering, Accurate delivery to the designated place'), "One Dimensional" is ('Variety of payment methods, Accurate delivery on time, Accurate delivery of ordered food, Degree of non-deformation of packaging conditions, etc., Convenience of use time'), "Must be" is ('Kindness of the delivery person'), "Reverse" is ('provision of services, service response to order discrepancies'). This study has academic significance in that it compensated for the disadvantage of not being able to interpret the mathematical meaning of the Kano model with Teamco's customer satisfaction coefficient. It also has practical implications in that it provides an indirect clue to future improvement directions.

소셜네트워크 서비스(SNS) 서비스 품질과 사용자 선택행동에 대한 한·중비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Service Quality and Consumer Behavior of Social Network Service between Korea and China)

  • 최근 들어 스마트폰의 급속한 확산이 이루어지면서 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용이 증가되고 있으며 대고객 관계관리 및 브랜드 관리의 중요한 매체로서 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 대한 한국과 중국 이용자들 간에 SNS의 서비스품질과 선택행동에 대한 인식의 차이가 있는지를 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 서비스품질과 선택행동에 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 서비스품질과 선택행동의 하위 차원을 각각 도출한 후 이 요인들에 대한 T-test를 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 SNS 이용에 있어 한 중 양국 이용자의 서비스품질이 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 선택행동도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 SNS연구에 이론적 시사점 제공할 뿐만 아니라 해외 시장에 진출하려는 관련분야 기업들에게 도 실무적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있다.
