모바일 지각적 사용 용이성과 유용성 매개효과를 통한 인지적 나이가 소비자 혁신성에 영향을 미치는 구조적 효과 연구 (The Study on the Structural Effects of Cognitive Age on Consumer Innovativeness by Mediating Perceived Usefulness and Easy of Use of Mobile)

  • 본 연구는 모바일의 지각적 사용 용이성과 지각적 유용성을 매개효과로 인한 소비자들의 인지적 나이가 소비자 혁신성에 영향을 주는 구조적 효과를 밝히는 것에 연구의 주안점을 두었다. 이를 위해서 구조화된 설문을 통하여 조사를 실시하였으며, 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS의 Process macro를 이용하여 병렬 이중 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 소비자의 인지적 나이가 젊다고 지각할수록 소비자 혁신성이 높게 지각되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모바일의 지각적 사용 용이성과 모바일 지각적 유용성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 분석에서도 모바일의 지각적 사용 용이성은 소비자 혁신성에 통계적으로 유의한 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이를 통해서 소비자들의 인지적 나이가 소비자 혁신성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 모바일의 지각적 사용 용이성과 지각적 유용성 간의 구조 관계를 분석하였다는 점에 본 연구의 기여점을 둘 수 있다.

  • As more consumers have turned to online shopping since the COVID-19 pandemic, communication through offline channels has also entered a new phase. Young consumers recognize offline channels as a play space for enjoying various experience elements. Applying Pine and Gilmore's (1998) experiential economy theory, this study initially explores the structure of experience factors in the context of experiential fashion stores (RQ1). Next, we investigate the effect of experience factors on consumer loyalty by mediating store attachment (RQ2). In addition, the moderating effect of fashion innovativeness was verified (RQ3). This survey targeted members of the MZ generation who have visited experiential fashion stores. A total of 225 survey responses were analyzed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. First, as a result of factor analysis, the experience factors of experiential fashion stores were classified into education, escapism, and aesthetic entertainment. Secondly, as a result of structural equation modeling (SEM), all three experience factors positively affected store attachment, and increased attachment positively enhanced consumer loyalty. Finally, as a result of multigroup SEM analysis, consumers with low fashion innovativeness considered educational experience as an important factor in inducing store attachment, while consumers with high fashion innovativeness value escapism and aesthetic entertainment experiences.

가상피팅 서비스를 활용한 온라인 쇼핑에서의 소비자 심리 평가 과정 -인터렉티브 미디어 효과 이론(TIME)을 중심으로- (Consumer Psychological Evaluation Process in Online Shopping using Virtual Fitting Service -Focusing on the Theory of Interactive Media Effects (TIME)-)

  • This study aims to verify the psychological evaluation that consumers undergo when accepting virtual fitting services while shopping online. The Theory of Interactive Media Effects (TIME) was applied to determine the impact of the perceived affordance of media on consumer response through immersion. An online survey was conducted targeting female consumers in their 20s and 30s, and 271 responses were collected and used for empirical analysis. The results of the analysis showed that interactivity and immediacy had a positive effect on telepresence. Telepresence, in turn, affected perceived usefulness and enjoyment, which then significantly affected purchase intention. In addition, some paths confirmed the moderating effect of consumer innovativeness. In consumers with high innovativeness, interactivity was found to have a greater influence on telepresence and perceived usefulness had a more significant influence on purchase intention than in consumers with low innovativeness. Conversely, in consumers with low innovativeness, perceived enjoyment was found to have a greater influence on purchase intention than in consumers with high innovativeness. The significance of this study is that it expands research on customer perception of virtual fitting services within online shopping platforms.

의복관여와 유행혁신성, 유행의견선도력과의 관계 (The Relationships between Clothing Involvement, Fashion Innovativeness, and Fashion Opinion Leadership)

  • This paper intends to examine the relationship between the consumer's enduring involvement toward clothing product, fashion innovativeness, and fashion opinion leadership. Specific purposes of the study are: 1) to identify dimensions of the enduring involvement toward clothing based on the theoretical framework; 2) to find out the effects of clothing involvement on fashion innovativeness and fashion innovativeness,m fashion opinion leadership, and demographic variables. The Likert Type questionnaires were used to measure clothing involvement, fashion innovativeness, and fashion opinion leadership. Samples of 389 women(college students, career women, housewives) living in Taegu area were analyzed by factor analysis, Pearson's correlations, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. Main results of the study are as follows: 1) Concept of the enduring involvement toward clothing is composed of five dimensions: fashion, importance, pleasure, self-expression, and perceived buying risk. 2) The clothing involvement is found to have significant influences on fashion innovativeness and fashion opinion leadership. 3) The relationships between the clothing involvement, age, educational level, and marital status are found to be statistically significant.

The Effect Factors on the Purchase Intension of Smart Car as of High Innovative Technology and Product; Consumer's Individual Attributes, Perceived Benefit and Switching Cost

  • In this paper, a research model is proved empirically which includes factors related on the purchase intention of smart car as high innovative product in advance of commercialization. As one of relating to consumer's expectation benefit factors, individual attribute factor includes product knowledge, individual innovativeness, and sociality. Consumer's expectation benefit factor includes perceived ease-of-use, usefulness, and enjoyment. As of switching cost variables, there are financial, uncertainty, relational and psychological switching costs factors. Analysis were performed using data from the 257 respondents as random sampling among potential consumers. Purchase intention were affected by individual innovativeness mediated by perceived enjoyment, and individual sociality by perceived ease-of-use and enjoyment also. Relational switching costs factor was only a significant control variable between purchase intention with consumer's expectation benefit factor. This result presents some implications for making the new smart car's detail concept and marketing strategy related to targeting the consumer as high innovative product and technology firms including smart car makers.

패션 크리에이터의 혁신성과 매력성이 소비자 반응 및 지속적 관계지향성에 미치는 영향 - 1인 미디어를 중심으로 - (The effects of fashion creators' innovativeness and attractiveness on consumer response and orientation toward a sustainable relationship - Focusing on personal media -)

  • This study analyzed the effects of fashion creators' innovativeness and attractiveness on consumer response and orientation toward a sustainable relationship in personal media. A survey was conducted with consumers aged in their 20s and 30s who had experience in sharing video content or writing comments and participating in fashion creators' real-time broadcasting of personal media. The results show that the innovativeness of fashion creators was classified into originality, opinion leadership, variety, and adventurous spirit, while attractiveness was classified into physical, social, and professional attractiveness. Consumer responses were classified into either emotional or cognitive responses, and sustainable relationship orientation was classified into communication, sharing, and relationship sustainability. The originality and variety of the fashion creators positively affected the emotional and cognitive responses of consumers. Adventurous spirit positively affected emotional response, whereas opinion leadership positively affected cognitive response. In addition, the social and professional attractiveness of fashion creators positively affected consumers' emotional and cognitive responses. Emotional and cognitive responses positively affected consumers' sustainable relationship orientation. The originality and opinion leadership of the fashion creators positively affected the three factors of sustainable relationship orientation, while variety positively affected communication and relationship sustainability. Fashion creators' social and professional attractiveness positively affected the three factors of sustainable relationship orientation, and physical attractiveness positively affected relationship sustainability. The results of this study are expected to provide useful data on the direction of fashion startups using personal media and marketing as well as distribution strategies in the fashion industry.

온라인 해외직접구매 경험 소비자의 후회 연구 (Consumer regrets of online direct overseas buying experience)

  • 해외 온라인 직접구매 시장에서 소비자의 인지부조화는 어떤 방향으로 연구되고 있는가에 대한 물음과 국내에 비해서 서비스 측면에서 낮은 해외 온라인 직접구매 시장의 소비자 만족도에 대한 마케팅적 해결책을 제시하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 상황에서 연구를 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구의 핵심개념인 후회정도, 후회해소노력, 반복구매의향, 전환구매의향 간의 관계는 모두 지지되었다. 이는 후회해소 과정을 거치는 경우에는 그렇지 않는 경우보다 구매에 대한 태도가 다르게 나타날 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 둘째, 후회에 대한 선행변수인 소비자혁신성에 대한 중요성을 확인하였다. 셋째, 소비자 후회는 지금까지 불만족으로 이어져 부정적 행동을 한다고 알려졌지만 다양한 후회해소과정을 거치면 반복구매로 이어질 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

AI 쇼핑 도우미 사용자의 소비자 혁신 동기가 만족도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of AI shopping assistant's motivated consumer innovativeness on satisfaction and purchase intention)

  • This study aims to help companies with efficient investment and marketing strategies by empirically verifying the impact on satisfaction and purchase intention for artificial intelligence-based digital technology supported shopping assistants introduced in e-commerce. Frequency, factor, SEM, and multiple group analysises were conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 26.0. As a result, first, motivated consumer innovativeness elements of AI shopping assistant were derived into a total of four categories: functional, hedonic, rational, and reliable. Second, in the order of hedonic and rational, satisfaction with the AI shopping assistant was significantly affected, and in the order of rational and functional, purchase intention was significantly affected. The satisfaction with the AI shopping assistant did not affect the purchase intention. Third, in the case of hedonic, the AI-preferred group had a more significant effect on satisfaction than the human-preferred group, and in the case of rational, there was no difference by group in purchase intention. Thus, it was found that consumers prefer AI shopping helpers for e-commerce because they can shop reasonably and are functionally convenient. Therefore, when introducing AI shopping assistants, it is essential to include content that can compare and analyze fundamental information, such as product prices, as well as search functions and payment system compatibility that facilitate shopping.

고객들의 기술 우려감과 혁신성이 키오스크 지속 사용 의지에 미치는 영향: Z세대를 중심으로 (The Effect of Technology Anxiety and Innovativeness on Consumer's Continuance Intention toward Kiosks: Focused on Z Generation)

  • 최근 코로나 19 확산과 언택드 서비스의 선호로 셀프 서비스 기술을 활용한 키오스크가 다양한 서비스 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 키오스크는 인건비를 절감할 수 있고, 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 고객들은 키오스크 사용 과정에서 불편함이나 어려움을 느끼기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 확장된 기대 일치 모형에 기술 우려감과 혁신성을 통합적으로 고려하여 키오스크 지속 사용 의지에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인들을 살펴보고자 한다. IT에 익숙한 젊은 층들의 키오스크에 대한 인식을 살펴보고자 Z 세대를 대상으로 연구 모형을 검증하였다. Z 세대들이 키오스크 사용에 대해 기술적 어려움이나 불편한 점을 느끼고 있다면, 다른 세대들의 고객들도 큰 불편함을 느낄 것으로 예상할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구 분석 결과, 기술 우려감은 지속 사용 의지 형성에 부정적으로 유의한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 고객의 특성 요인 가운데 혁신성은 지속 사용 의지에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 서비스 업체들은 키오스크에 대한 고객들의 지속 사용 의지 형성 과정을 이해하고, 성공적으로 키오스크를 도입하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

의류브랜드 확장시 소비자 혁신성과 제품범주의 유사성에 의한 확장제품 평가차이 (Difference in Extended Products Evaluation by Consumer Innovativeness and Similarity of Product Category for Apparel Brand Extension)

  • This study investigates the influence of the innovativeness of consumers on extended products in brand extensions. 300 surveys were distributed and 283 were used in the final analysis. The results of this study show that consumers evaluate similar product category (i.e., sportswear) better than a dissimilar category (i.e., cosmetics) in brand extension. In addition, innovative consumers evaluated extended product better regardless of similarity with the original brand. The results showed that consumers with higher level of innovativeness were less likely to evaluate differently between a similar product and dissimilar product categories in apparel brand extension.
