In modern society, the importance of inter-enterprise collaboration on supply chain is more emphasizing, depending on the industrial structure is going advanced. Therefore, the studies for advancement of inter-enterprise collaboration are taking, and especially the studies about how IT systems affect those advancement are taking. However, there are a shortage of recognition to each IT systems on B2B collaboration, additionally there is not much study of its application. In this study, we analyze the Performance Model relationship between the level and the importance of IT system for B2B collaboration in small and medium-sized enterprise, and draw a priority order for improvement of IT systems for its effective practical use.

Reliability of embedded softwares, as one of factors which affect system reliability, is the probability of failure-free software operation for a specified period of time in a specified environment. and Embedded software is different from general package software because hardware and operating system are tightly coupled to each other. Reliability evaluation models for embedded softwares currently used do not separate estimation and prediction models clearly, and even a standard model has not been proposed yet. In this respect, we choose a reliability estimation model suitable for embedded softwares among software evaluation models being used, and modified the model so as to accomodate recent software environments. In addtion, based on the model, the web-based reliability prediction tool RPX is developed. Finally, an embedded software is analyzed using the tool.

The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between differentiation strategy of customer’s satisfaction and the effects on performance in family restaurants. Above all, looking into a device to take an internal competitive domination factor of family restaurants is the core purpose of this study. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted to 278 customers of family restaurants in Seoul. The result of this survey is as follows. First, the interior of family restaurants and responsibility of their employees had an effect on customer’s satisfaction. Secondly, menu/atmosphere satisfaction and employee’s appearance influenced quality performance of restaurants. In searching information on restaurants, reference group and visiting experience were highly recommended, leading to the importance of word of mouth.

컨설팅 조직이나 개인은 그들의 전문성을 바탕으로 사업을 영위하고 발전시켜 나가야 하는 영리적 목적을 띄고 있다. 따라서, 그들이 제공하는 컨설팅은 전문서비스로서의 상품적 가치가 있어야 하며, 고객은 이들이 제공하는 컨설팅에 대한 대가를 지불하여야 한다. 전문적 서비스라는 측면에서 컨설팅의 가치란 기업이 기대하는 이익이나 혜택, 서비스 품질과 그 서비스를 얻기 위해 지불하는 희생(비용과 시간)간의 상쇄효과로 설명할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 SERVPERF 모형을 이용하여 측정한 품질과 기업의 일장에서 바라는 편익으로 나누어 컨설팅 서비스에 대한 고객의 가치인식에 미치는 영향을 실증하고자 한다. 다음으로, 컨설턴트는 프로젝트가 끝나는 시점에서 컨설턴트-고객의 관계가 지속적이며, 긍정적, 상호 협력적이라는 확신을 심어 주어야 한다. 고객의 일장에서는 관계의 종결보다는 관계의 지속이 이성적이거나 감성적으로 편익이 높을 것이라는 확신이 서야 차며 이는 곧 컨설턴트-고객 간의 계산적/정서적 결속으로 나타날 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 최종적인 목적은 컨설팅 서비스의 품질과 편익 - 서비스 가치 - 고객과의 결속 - 재사용의도로 이어지는 인과관계를 규명하는데 있다.

In this monograph, we developed a Remote Courseware Management System so we can more easily cultivate a courseware with various multimedia applications through an easy interface with the internt. In the view of Developer of view, we could develop RCMS rapidly using the application of ASP.NET and have tried to adapt ourself to the future environment using it. ASP.NET provides much richer event programming model than ASP and event processor which are executed on Server. In the view of User, they can used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of courseware for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of web courseware.

본 연구에서는 전력부가서비스 시스템으로 개발한 전력에너지 컨설팅 시스템의 주요 기능과 운영방을 소개한다. 본 시스템의 주요 기능은 전력소비 데이터 분석, 전력사용량 분석, 전력요금 분석, 전력요금 컨설팅 보고서 제공 등 4가지로 구분할 수 있다. 원격검침을 시행중인 고압고객 중 계약전력이 100kW 이상인 대수용가로부터 특히, 전력요금 절감을 필요로 하지만 별도의 설비나 인력을 보유하지 않은 10,000kW 이하 고객을 적용대상으로 하고 있다. 본 시스템은 수용가에게는 전력요금 절감을 전력회사 및 Energy Service Provider에게는 간접적 부하/수요관리 효과를 목표로 개발하였으며, 향후 대수용가를 대상으로 전력부가서비스 적용 사업화 분야에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

As The development and commercialization of advanced technologies will depend increasingly on efficient technology transfer and technology trading systems and the knowledge economics grows rapidly, the value of intangible assets is more emphasized in business nowadays. Intangible assets include intellectual capital and intellectual property. This requires the development of technology markets or exchanges and hence a reliable technology valuation methodology. Our focus is on the business aspects of technology' contribution and we propose an objective scoring system, which is implemented by ANP, for Technology valuation of enterprise. As a result, This study intends to evaluate the contribution of an individual technology in intangible assets by the Analytic Network Process(ANP).

The purpose of this study was to investigate development derections for upbringing young success farmers. The study was carried out through literature review and questionnarie survey. Total of 400 young success farmers were surveyed to collect data, and 394 responded. For deveolpment directions of upbringing young success farmers, this study suggests; 1) to increase investment of agricultural management and marketing, 2) to postpone the time to payback and to lower the loan rates, 3) to enlarge consulting service in agricultural extension organizations.

The inclusion of covariates in the model often affects not only the estimates of meaningful variables of interest but also its statistical significance. Such gap between statistical and subject-matter significance is a critical issue in huge sample studies. A popular huge sample study, the sample cohort data from Korean National Health Insurance Service, showed such gap of significance in the inference for the effect of obesity on cause of mortality, requiring careful consideration. In this regard, this paper proposes a sample size calibration method based on a Monte Carlo t (or z)-test approach without Monte Carlo simulation, and also proposes a test procedure for subject-matter significance using this calibration method in order to complement the deflated p-value in the huge sample size. Our calibration method shows no subject-matter significance of the obesity paradox regardless of race, sex, and age groups, unlike traditional statistical suggestions based on p-values.

IP 기반은 VoD, 인터넷 등의 통신 서비스와 실시간 방송 프로그램을 제공하는 통신과 방송의 속성을 모두 가진 융합서비스를 의미한다. 이러한 IP 기반을 통해 본 논문은 사용자의 요청에 따라 양방향으로 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있도록 미디어 데이터의 유연성과 적응성이 고려된 멀티미디어 시스템 설계 및 구현을 하고자 한다.
