In this paper, we propose an attack detection technology using SDN Controller to study security threats in IoT environment. The research methodology has been developed by applying IoT security threat management technology to the IoT layer and analyzing the research trend of applied security technology. The study results show that the effectiveness of the detection method using the sampling method is studied by adding OpenFlow based SDN Controller to the network switch equipment of the existing IoT network. This method can detect the monitoring and attack of the whole network by interworking with IDS and IPS without affecting the performance of existing IoT devices. By applying such improved security threat countermeasure technology, we expect to be able to relieve anxiety of IoT security threat and increase service reliability.

The private military company(PMC) or the private military industry may be one of the most important, but little understood developments in security studies to have taken place over the last decade. This new industry, where firms not only supply the goods of warfare, but rather fulfill many of the professional service functions, is not only significant to the defence community, but has wider ramifications for global politics and warfare. The private military industry emerged in the early 1990s. Its underlying cause was the confluence of three momentous dynamics - the end of the Cold War and the vacuum this produced in the market of security, transformations in the nature of warfare, and the normative rise of privatization. In order to introduce MPFs(Military Provider Firms) into Korea, where in principle private citizens are prohibited to own a gun, unlike the United States, a special law should be enacted which allows them to possess weapons and fight in combat. Therefore, the National Assembly of Korea has been submitting and discussing "the Act on the Prevention and Conduction of Practice of Piracy" since 2014.

Purpose: Since coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) spread around the world, non-face-to-face services have emerged as the new normal. The functioning of children with developmental disabilities and cerebral palsy improves when parents, therapists, and institutions cooperate. We aimed to investigate the difficult environment of pediatric physical therapy caused by COVID-19, and grasp parents' perceptions of home exercise programs. We intend to design home exercise programs for pediatric treatment in the future and create a non-face-to-face pediatric rehabilitation service system based on our findings. Methods: The first survey was conducted on 30 parents who had children with cerebral palsy and developmental disabilities. It was produced after consultation with relevant experts and discussion with the research team, based on a survey conducted in a previous study. The second survey was produced by revising and supplementing the opinions of parents who completed the first survey and consulting experts. Thereafter, an online survey was conducted on 118 parents who had children with cerebral palsy and developmental disabilities. Results: 61.01 % of the parents reported that they were anxious or afraid for their children to be treated for infectious diseases. 83.90 % of the parents reported that the role of parents had increased. 50.00 % of the parents complained of a lack of skill. 85.59 % of the parents reported that they needed a home exercise program provided by the organization. As a non-face-to-face exercise management method, 35.59 % of the parents wanted a real-time video recording electronically mailed to them, and 34.75 % wanted real-time education using video conferencing programs such as zoom. Conclusion: The threat of COVID-19 has further emphasized the importance of social cooperation and management, leading organizations to enter a new era of non-face-to-face rehabilitation services. It is necessary to collect and systematize related studies to reflect more diverse opinions and improve the perceptions of therapists and parents.

We attempted to implement Human Centered Design(HCD) according to the following three steps : (1) deriving user needs, (2) conducting ideation based the derived user needs, and (3) developing design concepts. The research on users and experts requires substantial time and cost, and there has not been an effective and clear-cut means to validate the research results before developing design concepts. We therefore extended the means of usability test to a context-based character. We applied this test for the development of design for Wearable Cardioverter-Defibrillator(WCD). Would this test be applied to various cases in the fields of medical equipment/apparatus development - which relatively takes a longer time to be developed - it would aid in accumulating and categorizing the reference data for variables incorporated for evaluating such cases. Future studies are needed to complement our findings concerning context-based usability tests.

Several network attacks, such as distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack, present a very serious threat to the stability of the internet. The threat posed by network attacks on large networks, such as the internet, demands effective detection method. Therefore, a simple intrusion detection system on large-scale backbone network is needed for the sake of real-time detection, preemption and detection efficiency. In this paper, in order to discriminate attack traffic from legitimate traffic on backbone links, we suggest a relatively simple statistical measure, entropy, which can track value frequency. Den is conspicuous distinction of entropy values between attack traffic and legitimate traffic. Therefore, we can identify what kind of attack it is as well as detecting the attack traffic using entropy value.

The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

NDF (No Defect Found) is a phenomenon in which defects have been found in the manufacturing, operation and use of a product or facility, but phenomenon of defects is not reproduced in the subsequent investigation system or the cause of the defects cannot be identified. Recently, with the development of the fourth industrial revolution, convergence of hardware and software technologies in various fields is spreading to products such as aircraft, home appliances, and mobile devices, and the number of parts is increasing due to functional convergence. The application of such convergence technologies and the increase in the number of parts are major factors that lead to an increase in NDF phenomena. NDF phenomena have a significant negative impact on cost, reliability, and reliability for both manufacturers, service providers and operators. On the other hand, due to the nature of NDF phenomena such as difficult and intermittent cause identification and ambiguity in judgment, it is common to underestimate the cost of NDF or fail to take appropriate countermeasures in corporate management. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a methodology for estimating NDF costs by the PAF model which is a quality cost analysis model and ABC (Activity Based Costing) technique. The methodology of this study suggests a detailed procedure and the concept to accurately estimate the NDF costs, using ABC analysis, accounting system information, and IT system data. In addition case studies have validated the methodology. We think this could be a valid methodology to refer to when estimating the cost of other parts. And, it is meaningful to provide important judgment information in the decision-making process based on quality management and ultimately reduce NDF costs by visualizing them separately by major variable factors.

Recently, with the development of technologies for the fourth industrial revolution, convergence and complex technology are being applied to aircraft, electronic home appliances and mobile devices, and the number of parts used is increasing. Increasing the number of parts and the application of convergence technologies such as HW (hardware) and SW (software) are increasing the No Defect Found (NDF) phenomenon in which the defect is not reproduced or the cause of the defect cannot be identified in the subsequent investigation systems after the discovery of the defect in the product. The NDF phenomenon is a major problem when dealing with complex technical systems, and its consequences may be manifested in decreased safety and dependability and increased life cycle costs. Until now, NDF-related prior studies have been mainly focused on the NDF cost estimation, the cause and impact analysis of NDF in qualitative terms. And there have been no specific methodologies or examples of a working-level perspective to reduce NDF. The purpose of this study is to present a practical methodology for reducing NDF phenomena through data mining methods using quantitative data accumulated in the enterprise. In this study, we performed a cluster analysis using market defects and design-related variables of mobile devices. And then, by analyzing the characteristics of groups with high NDF ratios, we presented improvement directions in terms of design and after service policies. This is significant in solving NDF problems from a practical perspective in the company.

This study confirmed the effects of leaders' behavioral integrity on organizational members' voice behavior. It verified whether trust in leaders mediates behavioral integrity and voice behavior and ascertained the moderating effect of members' psychological safety on trust in leaders and members' voice behavior through leaders' behavioral integrity. It targeted organizational members in the service industry, including insurance, securities, banks, consulting, and credit card companies, with a questionnaire survey carried out with 424 response copies. The study results confirmed a significant and positive effect of leaders' behavioral integrity on trust in leaders and voice behaviors. Second, trust in leaders was found to mediate between leaders' behavioral integrity and members' voice behavior. Third, members' psychological safety had a moderating effect on trust in leaders and members' voice behavior. When psychological safety was higher than average, there was a moderated mediating effect of psychological safety in the behavioral integrity on voice behavior with trust mediation in leaders. Therefore, this study has significance in that it was determined that trust in leaders and the psychological safety of the members are essential for leaders' behavioral integrity to enhance members' voice behavior.

Since R&D (Research and Development) of small companies is becoming more and more important, and government R&D grants are still increasing. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing R&D performance of small companies and necessary capabilities of them. Based on empirical study of 3,636 small companies which participated and completed government R&D grant project, technology innovation capability and technology commercializing capability of small companies are positively related with organizational competences, with moderating effects of entrepreneurship. In addition, their R&D capabilities are not significantly related with R&D commercializing performance directly, but mediated with organizational competences. The results of study suggest implications of measuring the R&D performance of small companies and government support policy with the importance of organizational competences as an intermediate variable of R&D performances.
