디지털산업 컨설팅서비스에서 컨설턴트 역량이 고객만족과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Consultant Capacity in the Consulting Services of Digital Industry on Influence of Customer Satisfaction and Re-contract Intention)

  • 디지털산업분야 컨설팅 시장의 규모가 양적 질적으로 성장하면서 서비스를 제공하는 컨설턴트의 역량이 중요해지고 있다. 컨설턴트 역량에 대한 신뢰형성의 선행요소를 컨설턴트의 능력, 성실, 배려로 구분하였고, 컨설턴트의 역량이 전반적인 신뢰와 고객만족과 재계약의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 분석결과, 컨설팅 프로젝트 수행에 있어 컨설턴트의 역량이 신뢰의 형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 컨설팅 서비스 신뢰는 고객만족과 재계약의도 모두에게 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 더불어, 컨설팅 역량에서 컨설팅 서비스 신뢰는 고객만족과 재계약의도와의 관계에서 정(+)의 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

SOA 구현을 위한 프로세스 기반 서비스 정의 방법론에 관한 연구 (A Process Based Service Identification Methodology for Service Oriented Architecture Construction)

  • Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) is an enterprise-scale IT architecture for linking software resources available on the network. SOA is believed to become the future enterprise solution that promises the agility and flexibility by integrating business processes through composition of the software services across enterprises. The first step for SOA construction is to identify the services. In this paper, we present a process-based service identification methodology for SOA through a case study of an IT company. Our methodology is composed of three steps: Processes (business & technical processes) analysis and systems analysis, Service candidates selection, and Service evaluation and construction planning. This framework would be practical and could be accepted to other organizations as it has been developed through the real case.

휴대폰 애프터서비스 품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of After-Sales Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Mobile Phone)

  • This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer's first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.

The Effect of Bakery Customers Product and Service Quality Factors on Value Perception, Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions: Focused on Famous Bakery Customers

  • Purpose: Recently, information on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' can be obtained through various media such as TV, Internet search, and SNS, and the culture of finding and sharing them has become a trend. Since PZB's SERVQUAL, there have been many studies measuring service quality, leading to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. These studies of service quality include product quality in the service quality dimension. Hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops are provided with intangible services while customers visit and stay, but 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' often stop by to buy products and return home. Therefore, the study on the effect of quality on customer behavior on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' should consider product quality separately. In this study, we want to study how each quality element affects the perceived value and response of customers by separating product quality and service quality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tested the structural model of how the quality of products and services of famous bakeries affect customers' perceived value and response. As the quality factors, products, tangible services, and employee services were adopted, and perceived values adopted utilitarian and hedonic values, and customer responses adopted customer satisfaction and behavior intention. For this study, 203 survey data with experience using famous bakeries were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Result: The research results are as follows. First, product quality positively influenced utilitarian value, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, tangible service quality positively influenced utilitarian value, and employee service quality positively influenced hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value had a positive effect on behavioral intention, and hedonic value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: In a famous bakery, it is basic that product quality should be given priority, and for customer satisfaction, employee service quality is half as important. In addition, for Behavior Intension (revisit by the customer), in addition to product quality, the quality of tangible services and employee services should be maintained at a quarter level.

온라인수출지원 사업에서 컨설턴트의 역량과 서비스품질이 사업성과에 미치는 영향 (A study on the effect of consultants' competency and service quality on performance in Untact online export support business)

  • 산업 환경의 급격한 변화는 수출중소기업에게 위기와 기회를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 역할변화에 대응한 해외마케팅지원 사업, 특히 온라인마케팅 지원의 효과적인 수행요인 중 컨설팅관련 사항을 중심으로 연구하였다. 온라인 수출지원 사업 참여기업에 대한 설문조사를 기반으로 진행한연구결과, 컨설턴트의 역량과서비스품질이 모두 지원사업의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 지원사업의 만족도가 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 만족도는 일부 유의한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 변화하는 수출환경하에서 지원사업의 성과달성을 위해서는 컨설턴트의 역량과 서비스품질이 함께 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 수출지원사업의 개선에 필요한 실체적 요인의 판단기준을 제시하고 있고 추후 요인별로 역량강화 방안에 대한 추가연구가 함께 이루어져야할 것이다.

웹서비스품질이 초기신뢰와 오프라인 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 중소병원을 중심으로 (The Effect of Hospital Web Service Quality on Initial Trust and Off-line Visit Intention: Focusing on Medium and Small Size Hospital)

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among web service quality, customer satisfaction, initial trust and off-line visit intention in hospital website. Research object was limited to web service quality of general hospital. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, Questionnaire had obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 320 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and Structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Factors of web service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction and initial trust, both of customer satisfaction and initial trust have an effect on off-line visit intention. Also customer satisfaction affects initial trust. Especially, customer satisfaction and initial trust were empirically confirmed as the important factors preceding off-line vis it intention. Conclusion: Therefore, present study shows that customer satisfaction and initial trust are important factors that medium and small size hospitals have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

중국 비대면 및 대면 자동차 보험 시장의 서비스 품질 공통모델 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Communality Model of Service Quality for the Non-face-to-face and Face-to-face Automobile Insurance Market in China)

  • Purpose: This study aims to develop a communality model to measure the service quality that the customers encounter on face-to-face and non-face-to-face automobile insurance before and after insurance purchase. Methods: For these purposes, we conduct a five-step program to develop a comprehensive communality model to measure service quality except insurance purchase channels. Results: As a result, we find five communality factors: value-added service for automobile maintenance, value-added service for drivers, quickness, dispatch service, and convenience of the service process. And the relative importance of service quality factors was in the order of value-added service for drivers, the convenience of the service process, quickness, and dispatch service, respectively. Conclusion: This study developed the opportunities to enhance service quality to attract customers. And it contributes to the academic literature by reporting the industry-specific service quality model, which maintains a theoretical gap in the online and offline automobile insurance industry.

B2B 소프트웨어 유통 중소기업을 위한 고객과의 지속거래 유지 전략: 사례 연구 (Strategies for Continuous Transactions with Customers for B2B Software Retailers: Case Study)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a specific and empirical continuous transaction strategy through service quality of improvement to small and medium Korean companies whose main business is B2B distribution and sale of general-purpose SW. Research design, data, and methodology - The research procedure is largely divided into two phases. In the first phase, the service quality, the customer satisfaction, and the continuous transaction research hypothesis and the verification are carried out. Experimental data were collected from 450 companies, CEO companies of SMEs innovation institutes, and 510 companies from medium and large enterprises. From September 15 to October 5, 2015, 215 questionnaires were used. And research hypothesis and test were conducted by SPSS SW Ver. 20. Results - The results of the study confirm that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and continuous transaction: as the detailed items for improving the service quality, 'responsiveness', 'assurance' and 'empathy' have been adopted. Therefore, there are critical factors of a company's survival through continuous transaction. Conclusions - Through this study, we confirmed that the survival of small businesses require continuous improvement in service quality. Among the factors improving service quality, empathy means service satisfaction of customers; so, it is necessary to continuously improve it by evaluating customer satisfaction. Responsiveness means rapid response to customer needs and reliability; it is necessary to enhance customer responsiveness by continuous job training and service training. Finally, assurance is the same as sales product or after service. This means that it is necessary to not only issue the "supply contract," but also improve the reliability of the sales product by securing the competence of the consulting professional. However, because the service quality measurement factors selected in this study are the measurement factors that are mainly applied to large companies or those in the service industries, it is important to consider the type of sales of software distribution companies.

  • 이 연구는 2007년을 시발점으로 내용교수지식(PCK) 및 수업컨설팅 지원에 관하여 3개년에 걸친 중장기 연구로서, KICE-TLC 고유의 PCK 연구 방법과 PCK에 대한 관점을 정립하고자 하였다. 이와 관련하여 수학 교과의 경우, 일차년도인 2007년도 연구에서는 개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 PCK의 의미를 탐색하여 수학과 PCK 분석틀을 설정하고 이를 기반으로 다양한 유형의 PCK를 마련하였다. 이차년도인 2008년 연구에서는 중학교 수학 교과의 초임 및 경력교사 각각 3명씩을 대상으로 이들의 수업 사례를 통해 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 진단 및 대안을 모색하고자 하였으며, 본 논문에서는 이러한 초임교사를 위한 수업컨설팅(안)을 '학습자 이해'에 관한 지식 측면에 초점을 두어 제시하였다.

  • 이 연구는 한국교육과정평가원 교수학습개발센터(KICE-TLC)에서 2005년 이래로 수행해 온 교사 전문성 신장 프로그램 개발 연구를 계승한 과제 중의 하나이다. 이 연구는 2007년을 시발점으로 내용교수지식(PCK) 및 수업 컨설팅 지원에 관하여 3개년에 걸친 중장기 연구로서, KICE-TLC 고유의 PCK 연구 방법과 PCK 연구 방법과 PCK에 대한 관점을 정립하고자 하였다. 이와 관련하여 수학 교과의 경우, 일차년도인 2007년도 연구에서는 개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 PCK의 의미를 탐색하여 수학과 PCK 분석들을 실정하고, 이를 기반으로 다양한 유형의 PCK를 마련하고자 하였다. 이차년도에 해당하는 2008년 연구에서는 수학과 PCK에 초점을 맞춘 수입건설팅을 본격적으로 실행하고 초임교사 수업 컨설팅 연수를 실시하였다. 이는 향후 이러한 실행 결과를 토대로 맞춤형 교사 전문성 발달 프로그램을 초임교사를 대상으로 본격적으로 개발하고자 함이다.
