The purpose of this study was to 1) identify the current management status of the Visiting Health Care Services (VHCS) and 2) to analyze the workload of the staff in the VHCS located in the Public Health Centers (PHCs) in the urban and rural areas. Method: A descriptive research design and a prospective, time and motion research design were used. A total of 18 PHCs in Gangwon Province participated in this study. A questionnaire and semi-structured observational sheet were utilized. A total of 650 self report records of the work load from the VHCS personnel were collected for a 10 day period at each of the 18 PHCs. A descriptive analysis was then done. Results: The major results were as follows. 1) The VHCS staff (nurses and nurse aids) was being assigned additional work such as maternal health care, chronic disease care, mental health care and health promotion on top of their VHCS duties. 2) The average number of home visits per client during the past year was 5.8. More specifically, the clients in the severe dependent group received an average of 27.1 visits, those clients in the moderate dependent group received 14.0 visits those clients in the slightly dependent group received 5.0 visits and those clients in the self-care group received 1.6 visits. 3) The time required for the work duties of the VHCS staff totaled 488 minutes per day. The percentage of time for home visits was only 17.4%, and this didn't include travel time. Conclusion: The main problems of VHCS were identified as a lack of personnel and a lack of time for the home visits. Strategies that are directed at the construction of a better infrastructure for VHCS are needed.

Information retrieval by query keywords have some mismatching problems to fit user's requirement for the retrieved documents due to the varieties of users. These problems are originated from the different situations and characteristics of user's requirement. Also, it has a problem that general correlation coefficients did not display the information relations. In this thesis, it is to suggest knowledge retrieval system to verify feasibility of personnel selection procedure and results supporting selection rules after construction of personnel selection ontologies and rules composed of various concept and knowledge based on the semantic web technology. In the suggested system, it is to clear disadvantages of limited information retrieval providing the suitable information to satisfy user's different situations and characteristics using Spearman's coefficients. Experimental results by this semantic-based information retrieval show 90.3% of accuracy and 71.8% of recall compared with legacy keyword information retrieval.

Locally PDA has been utilized mainly as an alternative way of preforming pile loading tests. More than 30 units of PDA's are believed to be operating in Korea. It is true that PDA can provide useful information regarding bearing capacity, integrity, hammer performance, time effect, etc. However it is also true that inappropriate execution of PDA could result in harmful effects for the safety of the superstructure or causing delay in the construction process. In this paper several cases of inappropriate application of PDA are introduced. Most of the problems seemed to be caused by unqualified personnel who carry out testing and analysis. From the evaluation of the cases a proposal has been made for the proper application of PDA.

Cette etude vise a reveler une verite du Nouveau Brutalisme des Smithson (Alison et Peter). Nous examinerons donc d'abord l'universalitf de leur oeuvre representatif, Ecole Secondaire de Hunstanton(projet, 1949; concours, 1950; construction, 1951-1954) et projet de Maison Soho a Londres(1952) comme un mouvement architectural. Et apres nous trouverons la faussete de leur but, realisation de l'ethique architecturale, sur ce mouvement en comparant les oeuvres des Smithson avec les deux constructions considerees souvent comme la categorie du Nouveau Brutalisme, la Calorie d'Art de l'Universite Yale(1951-1953) realisee par Louis I. Kahn(1901-1974) et le Centre Cuturelle de Georges-Pompodou(1971-1977) par Renzo Piano et Richard Rogers. En resultat, l'etique de Nouveau Brutalisme soutenue par les Smithson et defendue par Reyner Banham etait seulement pour cacher low limite architecturale et sa faiblesse. Ce mouvement etait aussi un mouvement personel plutot que general. On ne pourrait pas donc considerer les Smithson comme nouveaux brutalistes.

Currently, most logistics use containers. The construction of new port and high speed medium size container ship for the transportation of merchandise have become very important. The problem of ship stability is also important because of its direct influence on the loss of human life, ships, and merchandise. The stability of a container ship during its operation is not a large problem because it is well considered in the design process. However, the assessment of ship stability during container loading/unloading in port still depends on the expertise of experienced personnel. In this paper, a model based simulation system is introduced, which is able to assess ship stability during container loading/unloading, using ENVISION, a general purpose simulation system.

This paper is construction on ontology_based mobile Customer Relationship Management system for efficient customer information management and analysis of medicine center. As using ontology technique, we support medicine service at grade according to quality and healthy of the customer based customer information. Proposed CRM system provides medical information and seminars to whom are necessity. For this, priority retrieval and similarity retrieval are able to be in the personnel order and the regional.

This study focuses on the policy priorities for training agro-healing experts. Training agro-healing experts is an important task that should boost local community in rural areas. In order to make an efficient decision making, the study analyses priority of relevant policies using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. According to the results, R&D comes out first. Human Resource Development(HRD), financial support, and the construction of legal system comes after R&D. In R&D, qualifications and guidelines for participants comes out the most significant issue. In the aspect of HRD, it is very important to develop and utilize regional personnel such as unemployed youth and retirees from related fields. As for financial support, funding for educational facilities (i.e. classrooms and farmland for practice) is needed. In case of legal system, it is desirable to introduce the recruiting experts system and qualification system certified by government.

The compatibility of the enterprises of Korea was the 'low cost and mass production＆apos;. That in because, the entire business transactions including production, accounting, personnel management, and logistics need to be integrated with a global perspective. Logistics information system is to support the management of such logistics activities and involves in a wide range of the business operations. In other words, the logistics information system is 0 accurately and rapidly deliver and process the information available for the logistics in order to promote more smoother and efficient logistics by using such information. I'll give a brief introduction to the SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) system and go into the problem that should be considered and which phase to emphasize when building this system.

The purpose of this paper is to summarize characteristics of fire growth stages, combustion proceeding, human behavior factors against fire, fire active protections, fire alarms in order to perform public safety and protection, personnel property protection, with identification of economic analysis aspects based on respective stages classified as fire generation- fire growth- flashover- fire extinction, which is differ from previous studies that based on distinct concepts such as fire stages, escapes, building construction, fire sensing.
