교통시설 DB구축과 환승시설 설계 적용에 관한 연구 (Construction of Transportation Facility Database and Design Process for Intermodal Facilities)

  • 여러 교통수단이 만나는 교통 결절점에서 이용자의 수단간 환승의 편의를 도모하는 환승시설은 명확한 합리적 기준과 원칙에 의해 설계되어야하나 우리나라의 경우 주로 설계가의 주관과 외관에 치중되어 효율적이고 기능적이지 못한 경우가 많다. 본 연구의 주목적은 환승시설의 운영효율성과 서비스 질을 제고하기 위한 기본적 설계원칙의 제시와 이에 기초한 환승시설 설계과정 소개에 있다. 이를 위해 설계과정에 기초한 고려사항과 필요자료를 검토하고 이를 기초로 GIS를 활용한 교통DB를 구축하였다. 구축된 교통DB는 설계과정에 요구되는 항목 뿐 아니라 시설 관리에도 적용될 수 있는 포괄적인 내용을 포함한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 원칙을 부산역 설계안에 적용하여 문제점을 파악하고 제시된 원칙에 기초하여 개선안을 제시하였다.

친환경적인 컴팩트 송전탑용 폴리머 절연암의 성능평가에 관한 연구 (The performance evaluation of the polymer arm insulator for a compact transmission line tower)

  • 최근 고압송전선 시설에 대한 경과지 확보가 점점 어려워짐에 따라 환경 친화적인 콤팩트한 송전탑 설계가 요구되어 지고 있다. 콤팩트한 송전탑용 절연재료로서 폴리머에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 특히 철탑암의 재료로서 폴리머 재질이 몇몇 선진국에서 적용되어 좋은 결과를 얻고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 송전용 철탑암에 대한 폴리머 재질의 적용은 미흡한 실정이었는데, 이제는 폴리머에 대한 고강도, 고기능화 기술이 개발되고 있으므로, 이를 송전용 철탑암에 적용하게 되면 급격한 전력수요의 증가에 따른 송전공급의 증대에 민첩하게 대응할 수 있는 방안으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 송전탑용 폴리머 절연암을 설계하고, 그것의 전기적 특성을 해석하고, 기존 철탑에 적용한 콤팩트 송전탑을 설계하여 기계적 안정성을 시험하였다.

GIS와 VE, LCC 개념에 의한 동적 상수도관망 대안 결정 (Capacity Expansion Modeling of Water-distribution Network using GIS, VE, and LCC)

  • Planning support systems(PSS) add more advanced spatial analysis functions than Geographic information systems(GIS) and intertemporal functions to the functions of spatial decision support systems(SDSS). This paper reports the continuing development of a PSS providing a framework that facilitates urban planners and civil engineers in conducting coherent deliberations about planning, design and operation & maintenance(O&M) of water-distribution networks for urban growth management. The PSS using dynamic optimization model, modeling-to-generate-alternatives, value engineering(VE) and life-cycle cost(LCC) can generate network alternatives in consideration of initial cost and O&H cost. Users can define alternatives by the direct manipulation of networks or by the manipulation of parameters in the models. The water-distribution network analysis model evaluates the performance of the user-defined alternatives. The PSS can be extended to include the functions of generating sewer network alternatives, combining water-distribution and sewer networks, eventually the function of planning, design and O&H of housing sites. Capacity expansion by the dynamic water-distribution network optimization model using MINLP includes three advantages over capacity expansion using optimal control theory(Kim and Hopkins 1996): 1) finds expansion alternatives including future capacity expansion times, sizes, locations, and pipe types of a water-distribution network provided, 2) has the capabilities to do the capacity expansion of each link spatially and intertemporally, and 3) requires less interaction between models. The modeling using MINLP is limited in addressing the relationship between cost, price, and demand, which the optimal control approach can consider. Strictly speaking, the construction and O&M costs of water-distribution networks influence the price charged for the served water, which in turn influence the. This limitation can be justified in rather small area because price per unit water in the area must be same as that of neighboring area, i.e., the price is determined administratively. Planners and engineers can put emphasis on capacity expansion without consideration of the relationship between cost, price, and demand.

네트워크 QoS를 위한 SGOSST 메커니즘 (SGOSST Mechanism for Quality of Service In Network)

  • 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 통신 기기의 활성화 및 모바일 사업의 급속한 확대로 인해 기존 네트워크 설비의 효율적인 활용 및 운용이 매우 중요시 되고 있다. 이와 함께 개인별 편차가 큰 사용자의 통신 요구 수준에 부합하는 서비스의 제공은 통신 사업자에게 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 것들을 모두 만족시킬 수 있는 최소 연결 비용의 네트워크를 효과적으로 구성하여 네트워크 QoS를 구현하는 SGOSST를 제안한다. 실험에서 제안된 방법으로 생성된 SGOSST QoS 네트워크는, 가중치 반영 최소 신장 트리 방법으로 구현된 QoS 네트워크에 비해 실행시간은 252.97% 증가했으나, 네트워크 구성을 위한 연결 비용은 5.11% 감소하였다. 따라서 제안된 방법은 스마트 및 모바일 기기 등 다양한 서비스 요청 등급의 통신 기기들과 사용자들로 구성된 네트워크에서 효율적인 운용 및 서비스 제공 등에 잘 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

차로간 Queue 불균형을 고려한 Toll Plaza 본선미터링 전략 (A Mainline Metering Strategy at Toll Plaza Considering Queue Imbalance Among Lanes)

  • 본 연구는 Toll Plaza에서 본선미터링 시행으로 인해 야기되는 대기행렬로 인한 평균통행시간 증가와 요금소 서비스 용량 저하를 완화하기 위해 차로간 대기행렬의 균형을 추가적으로 고려한 제어전략을 제시하고 효과를 분석한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 전략은 합류부에 존재하는 차량 수의 최적화와 차로별 대기행렬 제어를 동시에 고려하며, 전략의 효과를 분석하기 위해 PARAMICS를 이용한 시뮬레이션 분석을 수행하였다. 미시행시 및 기존연구의 전략과 비교한 결과, toll plaza 구간에서 평균통행시간 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, spillback 발생비율을 감소시킴으로써 요금소 서비스 용량도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 대기공간의 길이가 짧을수록 혼잡이 심해지는데, 본 연구의 알고리즘을 통해 이를 해소할 수 있음을 보였다.

국민임대아파트단지의 거주실태 및 커뮤니티의식 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study on the Residential Conditions and the Community Consciousness of the National Rental Housing)

  • The purpose of the study is to provide basic data to be useful for living environment of National Rental Housing, through comparative analysis of residential conditions, community consciousness of residents, characteristics of 3 complexes, whose residents have lived more than 3 years, different in area and size. Deungchon 11 Complex in Seoul, Eui-wang Naeson Complex, and Incheon Samsan 4 Complex are chosen for the investigation and the survey and 242 copies of the questionnaire are analyzed for the final result. Analyzing the contents of the survey results are as follows those deriving conclusions and suggestions. 1) Housing and construction standards are required to reconsider for enhancing of community consciousness and housing satisfaction of residents of National Rental Housing. 2) Spending on residential move, and minimize the unnecessary expense of low-income housing need to do to promote stability. 3) Facilities and equipments for residents are needed considering barrier-free design which introduces universal design. 4) Welfare facilities such as culture space and after-school classroom for teenagers are needed. 5) By using the broadcast media actively pro-mote, various layers are encouraged moving into National Rental Housing, through the concept of housing opportunities for change. 6) In short-term, community space are need remodeling and various activity programs are developed to induce activation of community facilities. In long-term, users considering a community facility plan, actively promoting activities, methods and operating system support for the government in the continuing policy and management is needed, when the National Rental Housing are planned to build. Therefore, the organic aspects such as the development and operation of the community program as well as the physical aspects such as the community space and facilities for the active community of the National Rental Housing are constantly considered in the follow-up studies.

장대터널의 사례에 기반한 대심도 지하도로 교통시설 및 운영 개선방안 (Study on the Ways to Improve Deep Underground Road Facilities and Operation Based on the Cases of Longitudinal Tunnel)

  • Recently, starting with the deep underground road construction plan in Seobu Expressway, Korea, there area many studies on deep underground roads to be newly built. However, there is an extreme lack of safety standards, which does not consider traffic conditions and road driving characteristics. Therefore, this study reviewed safety elements to reflect in the deep underground road planning by analyzing driving stability of longitudinal tunnels with road environments, which resemble deep underground roads. For comprehensive analysis, the characteristics and causes of the accidents that have occurred in seven longitudinal tunnels with a length of 2km or over in Gangwon area, were collected. Specifically, geometric structures and facilities of each tunnel were investigated. Also, the present state of facility installation and the changes in driving speed of vehicles passing through each tunnel were observed to analyze the causes for the traffic accidents in each tunnel and accident reduction alternatives. It was revealed that the most frequent accidents in the tunnels resulted from the changes of traffic flow due to the abrupt speed reduction of forward vehicles, or the failure in speed control of following vehicles during the traffic congestion situation. Moreover, installing facilities such as plane and longitudinal curves, median strips and marginal strips seem to induce consistent driving speed. These results mean that for accident prevention, speed management must be preceded and there is a need to develop and introduce safety facilities actively to control the driving flow of forward and following vehicles.

무선 센서 망에서 주기적인 송수신 모듈 활성화를 위한 클락 동기 (Clock Synchronization for Periodic Wakeup in Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 제한된 전원으로 동작해야 하는 센서 노드의 수명 연장을 위하여, 에너지 효율적인 센서 노드의 동작에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 그들 중에는 주기적으로 무선 송수신 모듈을 활성화 / 비활성화 하면서 정보전달을 위하여 인접 노드가 깨어나는 시점에 대한 정보를 필요로 하는 기법들이 존재한다. 클락 동기는 이러한 기법들에서 무선 송수신 모듈의 활성화 / 비활성화 스케줄링을 위하여 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 센서 망에서 전역 클락 동기를 위하여 제안된 비동기 평균 알고리즘을 기반으로 주기적인 무신 송수신 모듈 활성화 / 비활성화 기법에서의 클락 동기 방법을 제안한다. 구체적으로 본 논문은 (1) 초기 자율적인 망 구성 시점에 필요한 신속한 클락 동기 방법과 (2) 에너지 소모를 최소화한 주기적인 클락 동기 방법 및 (3) 두 가지 동기 방법들 간의 전환 시점 판단 방법을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 방법의 클락 오차 범위와 교환되는 메시지 수를 분석한다.

耕地整理事業의 推進 基本方向에 관한 調査硏究 -農村整備를 中心으로- (Study on the Basic Ways for Propulsion of Land Consolidation Project -Laying Stress on Rural Integral Development)

  • Many problems were found out the remarkable unbalance between paddy fields and up-land areas, or between plain and mountainous areas, unreasonable establishing of land consolidaton boundaries without consideration of rural development, lower leverl of construction technology of the roads and canals for agricultral use ad operation and maintenance of them by human power far apart from the ages of high technology, high information and free internationalisation, and too slow progress to overcome the weak agricultural circumstances etc. through the survey in the past executed land consolidation projects. The basic ways for solution of these problems for propulsion of land consolidation project through investigation are summarized as follows : 1. Land consolidation project should be executed to the direction of balanced regional development, laying stress on the upland and mountainous areas in order to carry out the agriculture effectively. 2. the acreage of land consolidation project to be conducted anually should be increased to overcome the serious underdeveloped agricultural development. 3. It should be developed to the way in accordance with the order of land use from the view point of rural integral development including the rural readjustment. 4. The level of the structures of road and canal, the size of standard lot and the grouping of land substitution should be to incraese the productivity of land and labour more than ever and reached to a degree in cope with the age of industrialization, information and free internationalisation. 5. The level of the management of agricultural water use and the maintenace of the various facilities should be developed to be automatization, remote control, central control and information processing instead human work. 6. Land substitution should take a measure of grouping method in accordance with the agricultural plan and farming organization, which can overcome high industrialized society in place of the substition by origin land. 7. Land consolidation project should be planned in order to fulfil a conservative function of ecosystem and resources together with improvement of land and labour productivity.

IPA를 활용한 농촌중심지 활성화 사업에 대한 거주민 인식 - 장수군 장계면을 중심으로 - (The Residents' Perceptions on the Revitalization Project of Rural Centers Utilizing IPA - The Case of Janggye-myeon of Jangsu-gun -)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess residents' perception of the revitalization projects of the rural center and to evaluate their views of the projects' importance and their levels of satisfaction with how they have been carried out. In this study, we measured the residents' perceptions and preferences regarding these projects by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Results showed that residents' perceptions and satisfaction were the highest for the projects providing welfare facilities, even though this project has little relevance to the overall project goal. Residents were dissatisfied with construction projects such as the building of cultural facilities and urban parks, even while recognizing their importance. It is necessary to establish what problem the people perceive and to manage them appropriately. Next, the residents did not appreciate the community empowerment projects, nor did they evaluate the contents of the program positively. It can therefore be seen that the community empowerment projects have not been carried out well. Finally, the street landscape improvement project was not successfully implemented compared to other projects. The residents have negatively perceived the installation of facilities that they do not want, rarely use, or are poorly operated. this shows that the evaluation of residents is significant. They become the users of the revitalization project for the rural center. It is necessary to overcome problems such as project items chosen by professionals without local consultation and obvious design in the revitalization project of the local center. There is a need to ascertain the residents' opinion of each project and to encourage them to participate directly in the management operation.
