미국, 영국, 호주 등은 도로교통시설을 기존의 사후 대응적 방식에서 예방적 유지관리 방식으로 전환하기 위해 자산관리체계를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구는 외국에서 추진하고 있는 자산관리 체계 사례와 자산관리정보시스템과 관련한 연구들 조사, 분석하여 국외의 자산관리정보시스템이 갖는 특성을 조사, 분석하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 국내 실정에 적합한 도로교통시설의 유지관리를 위한 자산관리정보시스템 도입 방안을 제시하였다.

The Taiwan government agencies have been promoting e-commerce for the construction industry with several initiatives since 2000. The development of standards for the procurement information exchange among government agencies, construction firms, and suppliers for the construction industry is one of the major initiatives and begins to produce tangible results. This paper reviews the effort for developing the information exchange standards and compares the development strategies used in different segments in the supply chain. Lessons learned during the development course are also discussed.

공정과 공사비는 건설사업의 관리에 매우 중요한 두 가지 축으로써, 이들을 통합 관리하려는 많은 노력이 진행중이나, 많은 어려움을 겪고있는 상황이다 내역체계의 특성으로 인해, 국내의 경우는 내역과 공정체계의 두 가지 축을 중심으로 건설사업정보를 통합 관리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지방국토관리청의 도로공사를 중심으로 내역체계와 공정체계를 연계 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있으며, 이를 위해, 위해 도로공사 현장 사례를 분석하고, 설문조사를 통하여 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위해 통합건설정보분류체계를 기반으로 시설물별 공통WBS와 부위별 수량산출서를 작성하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 방안은공정과 내역의 연계활용뿐만 아니라, 타 정보와의 연계 활용의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

최근 건설 프로젝트가 대형화, 복잡화, 전문화되면서 다양한 참여자들 사이에서 발생하는 방대한 양의 정보 활용이 중요해지고 있다. 특히 이러한 정보는 건설프로젝트에서 주도적인 역할을 담당하는 건설현장에서 주로 생산된다. 건설현장 관련 참여자 간 정보 교환의 미흡은 공기지연, 품질하자와 같은 건설생산성 저해 요인을 유발한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 건축물의 전 생애주기 동안에 필요한 데이터를 생산하고 관리하는 프로세스인 BIM(Building Information Modeling)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 국내에서 BIM의 도입은 주로 설계단계에 집중되어 있으며 시공단계에서 BIM의 활용정도는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 골조공사에서 정보 교환의 미비로 인한 실패요인을 구분하고, BIM의 적용이 가능한 업무를 전문가 면담조사를 통하여 도출할 것이다. 그리고 BIM이 도입된 다수의 골조공사 현장의 분석을 통해 업무별 BIM 지원을 위한 참여자간 정보의 흐름을 실무 수준으로 제안하고 이에 따른 기대효과를 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

The various photo data has a lot of information that had produce by the process of construction project lifecycle. Therefore construction site images is very important for effective management of the photograph information to transmit of accurate object information included in photography data. So the purpose of the study is to make application direction of intelligent image information that had image information in tandem with information of 5W1H for effective management of sites image in construction and maintenance phase.

Players of construction projects proceed with each work process by information gathering, modification and communication. Due to the complex and long-span lifecycle projects increased, it became more important to grasp this mechanism for the successful project performance in construction project. Hence, most project information management systems or knowledge management systems equip information retrieval system. There are two logic to infer the meaning of retrieval target; inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning. The former is based on metadata explaining the target and the later is based on relation between data. To infer the information flow, it is necessary to define the correlation between players and work processes. However, most established information retrieval systems are based on index search system and it is not focused on correlation between data but data itself. Thus, this research aims to research on process of information flow retrieval system for large-scale construction projects.

본 연구에서는 건설기업의 업무특성을 고려한 건설 정보화 수준 평가모형을 바탕으로 건설기업이 스스로 정보화 수준을 진단할 수 있는 웹 기반 시스템을 개발하였다. 건설기업은 업종에 따라 건설정보화 평가 설문과 함께 정보화 추진목표를 입력하게 되면, 웹 기반 시스템은 정보화 수준평가 영역별 정보화 점수와 함께 동일 업종 및 비슷한 규모의 건설기업과 비교한 정보화 수준 평가결과를 제공한다. 건설 정보화 수준평가 결과는 응답 기업의 정보화 추진목표를 달성하기 위하여 필요한 정보화 추진 요구수준을 설계하기 위한 기본 자료로 사용된다. 본 연구의 결과는 건설기업이 스스로 정보화 수준을 객관적으로 파악하여, 경영목표를 개선하기 위한 정보화 추진전략을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 정보화 수용이 상대적으로 미흡한 건설업계의 건설정보화 추진 필요성을 피력하고, 이를 궁극적인 기업성과 제고로 연결시키기 위한 목적을 가지고 진행되었다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 기업의 각 부문 최적화의 시각에서 벗어나 통합적이고 전사적인 시각으로 접근해야 함을 강조하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설업의 핵심 프로세스를 중심으로 건설정보화 추진현안을 도출하였고, 이를 토대로 건설정보화 추진방안과 향후 전개방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 선행연구들을 통하여 건설기업의 정보화 구조모델 및 건설정보화 추진모델을 개발하였으며, 건설정보화 성공도입 기업의 임원들과의 인터뷰 등 사례연구가를 통해 본 연구 모형들의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 성공적인 건설정보화 추진 사례로서 PMS 구축, 통합재무정보시스템 구축 및 CRM 시스템 구축 사례연구를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 그동안 건설사업관리시스템이 건설공사에 참여하는 현장 공무담당자와 발주청 실무자 위주의 사업관리에서 벗어나 발주청 상위 관리자 위주의 사업관리를 지원하기 위하여 사업관리 대상정보를 파악하고 사업현황정보와 공정정보에 대한 시각화를 구현함으로서 업무 효율성을 제고하고자 한다.

In this paper, a shared model of systematic urban facility construction planning system is proposed. As the scope of construction on urban facilities has expanded, the construction process may occur simultaneously in the same location and short period of time by the different public agencies. This kind of construction duplications may cause the inefficiency of construction time and cost. In order to improve this, we studied the sharing method of the construction information which are produced by the different construction agencies. And also studied the method of find out the duplicate constructions occurring in the same place and short period of time. And Then we suggest a system that can rearrange the order of urban facility construction.
