  • 2005년 건설기계의 등록대수가 32만대를 넘어서고 있다. 건설은 점차적으로 가계화되면서 인력감축, 생산성 및 품질의 향상을 가져왔다. 그리나 건설기계라는 관점에서 건설기계의 효과적인 작업 및 관리, 가동성 향상과 사회간접자본 시설물의 안전향상, 그리고 민원감소를 위하여 해결해야 할 문제들이 있다. 현재 건설업을 위한 정보통신기술의 실현성이 가속화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주어진 문제를 해결하기 위하여 정보통신기술을 적용한 건설기계 관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 건설기계 관리시스템의 개발은 더 낳은 건설기계의 작업과 관리가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Formwork Productivity Analysis Model for Cost-efficient Equipment Operations

  • In the tall building construction, the slab formwork largely impacts on construction cost. Because productivity of a slab formwork is influenced by a number of and the efficiency of equipment, using the equipment-based construction method, an appropriate equipment input planning is crucial for the productivity. Meanwhile, the general equipment input planning is conducted by intuition based on experience due to the lack of equipment productivity data. Thus, this study develop a simulation model to analyze table formwork productivity and to propose an optimum equipment input plan that reflects the construction process, based on the full consideration of the economic factors. This study developed a simulation model by using CYCLONE and the data for the model was collected by measuring the duration of each unit activity in the tall building where table forms were applied. It is expected that a simulation model helps users to make better decision on the equipment input planning of slab formwork.

  • In view of the problems of insufficient data collection and processing capability of multi-source heterogeneous equipment, and low visibility of equipment status at the ship block construction site. A data collection method for ship block construction equipment based on wireless sensor network (WSN) technology and a data processing method based on edge computing were proposed. Based on the Browser/Server (B/S) architecture and the OneNET platform, an online monitoring system for ship block construction equipment was designed and developed, which realized the visual online monitoring and management of the ship block construction equipment status. Not only that, the feasibility and reliability of the monitoring system were verified by using the intelligent tire frame system as the application object. The research of this project can lay the foundation for the ship block construction equipment management and the ship block intelligent construction, and ultimately improve the quality and efficiency of ship block construction.

  • The construction of rapid developing super high-rise buildings constantly faces great challenges and the innovation of construction equipment is a focus of these challenges. In this paper, three new inventions including the operation platform, tower crane and hoist are put forward around two of the most important issues of super high-rise building construction: vertical transportation and operation environment. Study background, composition of the equipment, working principles and key technologies are introduced in sequence. In the end, the paper summarizes the main problems in the further development of construction equipment.

  • 최근 건설공사는 개선된 건설장비의 투입과 기계화 시공에 적합한 시공법을 적용하여 경제적인 시공을 추구하고 있다. 하지만 많은 경우에 공사관리자의 직관과 전통적인 방식으로 건설장비를 운영함으로써 생산성 및 경제적 측면에서 효과를 증대시키지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 최근의 각종 건설장비의 성능은 급속도로 발전되고 있지만 기계화 시공을 위한 관리방법 및 운영방법이 뒷받침되지 않는다면 기계화 시공으로 인한 효과를 최대한으로 누리지 못하게 된다. 전문가 설문에 따르면 전통적인 건설장비 운영방법의 문제점은 공종에 적합하지 못한 건설장비의 투입과, 실시간 작업상황을 반영하지 못하는 건설장비의 조합, 건설장비 운전자의 숙련도 저하와, 필요한 작업정보의 실시간 이용불가로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 건설장비 운영시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 건설장비 운영시스템은 현장상황을 고려하여 필요할 때마다 건설장비 할당계획을 수립하고 이러한 정보를 실시간으로 건설장비 운전자에게 전달함에 따라 건설장비군의 작업시간율을 최대화할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제공한다. 궁극적으로 건설장비 운영시스템의 현장적용을 통하여 작업생산성 향상과 연료사용량을 감소함으로써 탄소배출도 저감할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The Temporary construction refers to the construction or dismantling of temporary structures installed for the construction of the main structure at the construction site, and the members constituting this temporary facility are called temporary equipment. Temporary equipment used in construction sites is mostly used products that are reused rather than new products, and it is necessary to consider performance degradation due to repeated use. This study is a preliminary study to develop the performance evaluation criteria applied to temporary equipment that is distributed and reused for secondhand. This study is to analyze the performance status of temporary equipment of used goods owned by rental companies by condition grade through performance tests.

  • Environmental problems caused by air pollution have been considered as serious critical issues in global perspectives. Controlling greenhouse gases has become one of the major environmental problems in construction fields as well. However, similar studies were mainly focused on suggestion of various methodologies for measuring CO2 emissions of construction equipment and calculating emissions. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the CO2 emissions and RPMs of equipment by the construction process based on row data collected from construction equipment actually operated in job sites. This study allows site personnels to determine the amount of emitted CO2 under particular construction equipment under specific conditions during the targeted construction operations. The research findings expect to be used as fundamental informations for establishing environment-friendly construction operation planning.

  • Construction operations generate a significant amount of air pollutant emissions, including carbon emissions. The environmental performance of construction operations is closely relevant to the operational efficiency of each resource employed, which indicates how efficiently each resource (e.g., construction equipment) is utilized. In this context, monitoring the operational efficiency of construction equipment provides key information in managing and improving the environmental performance and productivity of construction operations. In this paper, we report our efforts to measure the operational efficiency of construction equipment, using low-cost accelerometers. An experimental study and real-world case studies are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach. The results have shown the potential of this approach as an economically feasible means of monitoring the environmental performance of construction operations.

건설 자동화 장비 도입을 위한 기술도입 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of the Technology Adoption Impact Factors for Automated Construction Equipment)

  • 안전사고와 민원이 많은 건설현장에서 새로운 건설기술, 특히 자동화 장비가 적용되는 경우는 드물다. 본 연구에서는 건설 자동화 장비의 적용 가능성을 높이기 위하여 고려하여야 하는 기술도입 영향요인들을 도출하고 분석하였다. 먼저, 영향요인들을 기술과 비기술 요인으로 분류하고, 기술요인을 사용성과 기능성 요인으로, 그리고 비기술 요인을 비용, 공사특징, 조직요인으로 분류하였다. 다음으로, 전문가 설문을 통하여 각 영향요인들의 중요도와 실현 가능성을 분석하였다. 사용성과 기능성이 중요도와 실현 가능성이 모두 높은 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한, 영향요인들의 중요도와 실현 가능성에 대한 건설사와 장비 개발사의 관점 차이를 분석하였다. 사전관계와 운전자 태도, 구성원들 의지, 공사품질들은 모두 건설사가 장비 개발사보다 더 높게 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 장비 개발사는 건설사와의 관점 차이를 인지하고, 건설사가 중요하게 생각하는 요인들을 중심으로 개발하여야 할 것이다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 자동화 장비 개발 사전 단계에서 적용할 수 있는 평가기준으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The emission standard of diesel engine on the construction equipment has been rapidly enhanced in advanced countries, because most of air pollutions was caused by construction equipment. So, all of the construction equipments will be tested for emission with standard measurement mode. But, the standard measurement mode of construction equipment is different for non-road and one for the road in korea. This study was conducted to measure emission characteristics of the construction equipment with changed standard measurement mode and to improvement the emissions experimentally.
