The in-core instrumentation measures core power distribution and coolant temperature in local regions of the core in pressurized water reactors. The installation types are distinguished by the designs of routing paths that exit either through reactor bottom mounted instrument nozzles or through reactor top mounted instrument nozzles. Although each type has unique advantages, it is generally known that top mounted design is more competitive with respect to emphasizing nuclear safety issues and ability to cope with severe accidents. The international nuclear vendors have provided various types of reactors with top mounted design. Nuclear power reactors in Korea, however, only have been designed to be applicable to the use of bottom mounted design, and it has been pointed out that the capabilities of Korean reactors against severe accidents should be further enhanced. The paper deals with technical issues on reactor internal and external design, in-core instrumentation, support assembly, sealing mechanism with nozzles, handling, and analytical issues in order to establish the ways of development.

This survey is to compare the the number of accidents which were occurred in 24 construction companies with the average accident in construction industry. The number of accidents in 24 companiesis is lower than the average accident, then it is classified "save", otherwise it is classified "loss". This survey is conducted to have top management be interested and invest for safety by recognizing that safety management could be profit for the company. The result of this survey is as follows : The total save amount in 1992 is 44,780mi11ion Won and average is 1,870mi11ion Won, with being 11, 200mi11ion Won by reduction amount of deaths and 33,580mi11ion Won by reduction amount of injuries. In 1993 the total is 33,330mi11ion Won and average is 1,390mi11ion Won, and in 1994 the total is 38, 720mi11ion Won and the average is 1,610mi11ion Won. This result is save amount of workmen's compensation insurance with excluding the indirect costs for accidents. The company which ranked the highest save amount is B Construction Company with being 15.1 billion Won and the next is A Construction Company during 3 years. The Company which ranked highest percentage of save amount to sales amount is Q Heavy industry with being 0.359% and the next is B Construction Company during 3 years.pany during 3 years.

In the past three yesrs(2011-2009), a recent study found that the freshman demand employment 60.2%(average the three yesrs), foundation of company(include self-empolyment) 4.0%, entrance into graduate school(include study abroad) 13.5% and the others are net yet decision 22.3%. Very small numbers are want to establish company's business. Freshman prefer employment's safety than the foundation of company can be chancy business. The purpose of this study is survey and analyze out the reason, then present an alternative proposal in the problem concern of establish construction company's business. The survey and analyze out subjects for the students who majored in construction engineering.

This paper investigated the qualitative introduction status of domestic major construction company. And that focused on a point of suggestions about CM at Risk introduction. The survey analysis showed that three importan suggestions. First, the biggest obstacles factors to CM at Risk introduction that related laws is lagging amendment. Second, we have to improve the available hands ability in domestic major construction company. And last, we have to do that using uncomplicated design and standard design form. Consequently, environmen analysis for the introduction and example project is urgently required.

Nowadays, the term, Knowledge Management is used at almost all areas and with various scopes and approaches just like a kind of campaign. Knowledge management addressee from a educated individuals to the inter-organizational network. And it also utilized to solve a present problem, to evaluate the past performances of a company or a organization, and to establish a strategy of the future. This study presented a knowledge management model for the construction management company based on comprehensive researches about the knowledge, the knowledge management, the knowledge management company. The results of this study would be helpful for the construction management company which is making efforts to set the knowledge management system up. And it also could be a recommendatory alternative to establish the knowledge management strategy for the company which is preparing for the knowledge management system.

This study examines the factors configuration management quality of the construction company, and to analyze the impact of these factors on Project Performance and Company Performance. That quality construction management configuration factors, chief executives, corporate strategy, organizational management, information technology, and partners five variables, Project Performance variables, process management, quality management, cost management, safety management, environmental management five variables, and Company Performance parameters of financial competence and organizational satisfaction, quality of work three variables, the overall causal relationship between the presence of specific activities and management quality, classified according to the size of the company were verified by the difference in impact between the two groups.

Recently, as the construction industry trend is changed to the market orientation which focuses on the autonomy and competition, the most construction companies try to adapt the new environment. Thus, this study analyzes the correlations of business strategy and core competency taken by the construction company to survive from the rapidly changing environment between the growth rate and rate of return of the company. Throughout the existing researches and theoretical studies, a business strategy and core competency of the construction company is drawn, and based on this, this study surveyed 746 construction companies. The results of the survey showed that the business strategy has any relationship with growth rate and rate of return and the core competency of the construction company has no relationship with rate of return either, while the core competency shows the relationship with the growth rate. Thus, it is analyzed that the construction company which has higher growth rate also has the high core competency level.

In this study, we developed the web-based system evaluating the construction information level considering the characteristic of business of the construction company. According to the business, if a construction company answer to the information evaluation questions and inputs its information goal, the web-based system provides the construction information score and the comparative report to the result of companies which are the similar business type and scale. Moreover this system presents the information strategy to achieve company's information goal based on the present information level. This study will enable to a construction company to improve the level of IT in the construction industry and to increase IT investments.

Today the social concern about Interior Design gradually requires wide comprehension. Also according to demanders' requirement. Universities cope with speed. Interior Design made by experts for the function and purpose in the conception of decoration. Therefore, Universities we responsible to educate for more capable professional designers. But management is the first concern for Interior Design Company students are going to work at. Interior Design has not the important state yet in Korea, it is hard to manage the company with design alone. As architecture must get admittion, design is apart from construction. but they are worked together in Interior Design. It is true that all the work of construction is Capenters' or technical engineers' work except space design. Of course students are interested in just design not in construction. Students majoring in design need wide understanding of construction not a concept design. but detailed design for construction and proper valuation ability to manage company. I propose component and practical use of nude construction department to understand detailed design.
