Importance of quality control is gradually increasing in the construction. And the reber work is very important things which influence in safety and durability of the building and accounts for about 9.8% of the total cost. Although reber work is important, quality control of the rebar work is still performed by attitude and experience of worker. Therefore, it is very important to quality achievement effort and quality standards recognition of rebar worker for quality sophistication in the construction. Some papers have dealt with the quality control in construction. But there was no study for actual conditions of quality standards recognition of rebar workers. The purpose of this study is to survey the actual conditions of quality standards recognition of rebar workers and to analyze difference of consciousness of administrator and worker. The result are : there id difference of consciousness of worker and administrator, workers work without knowing quality standard.

본 논문은 PEC(Protocol Engineering Center) Office 인트라넷 시스템에서 사용되는 관리자 및 일반 사용자 응용 기술에 관해 기술한다. PEC Office는 웹 문서와 실시간 멀티미디어 정보 전달을 위한 인터넷/인트라넷 표준 기술을 이용하여 플랫폼 독립적인 응용 프레임워크를 제공한다. PEC Office 응용은 관리자 기능과 일반 사용자 기능으로 구분되며, 관리자 기능은 그룹/사용자 추가, 수정, 삭제 기능을 포함하여 응용 전반의 관리를 위한 환경과 사용자 디렉토리를 구축하며, 사용자 기능은 스케줄 공유, 가상 도서관, 업무 보고, 결과물 관리, 예산 관리, 그리고 실시간 오디오/비디오 브로드캐스팅 서비스를 제공하도록 설계하였다. 이러한 응용 서비스는 한 조직내의 사용자간의 소속 부서와 직급에 따라 사용자 별 차별화(differentiation) 및 맞춤화(customization) 기능을 지원한다.

건설산업은 노동집약적 산업으로 단위작업마다 작업자가 작업을 얼마나 효율적으로 수행했는가에 따라 노동생산성은 큰 영향을 받으며 노동생산성 향상을 위해 작업여건(work condition)이 관리되어야 한다. 작업여건은 자재, 장비, 타 작업간섭, 작업장 안전 등 작업자의 작업수행과정에 영향을 미치는 요소들로서, 작업의 특성에 따라 작업여건을 구성하는 요소들의 종류는 다양하다. 또한 작업여건들은 현장관리조직의 작업관리 행위 즉 작업관리방식에 의해 제어될 수 있다. 하지만 작업관리방식이 작업여건에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것은 학계 및 산업차원에서 많은 사람들에게 인식되고 있지만 이를 정량적으로 검증하기 위한 노력은 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 국내 건설현장에서 활용되고 있는 작업관리방식이 작업여건에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 검증하는 것이다.

The maintenance management in buildings has got more important by the increasing complexity of building sizes and use. Nowadays an expectation and a possibility of BIM technology become accepted as a new construction management method, therefore many studies and legal systems of it are being suggested actively. Although orders for BIM projects are supposed to be increasing, at present the BIM information accumulated from planning and design still doesn't have its continuity at the maintenance step after completion of construction in terms of LCC. Therefore according to bim information, we set a goal of developing apartment maintenance system which is able to maintain by user and administrator viewpoint.

오늘날의 네트워크는 여러 위협적인 공격에 취약한 상태에 있다. 특히 인터넷 서비스나 전자상거래와 같은 서비스를 제공하는 기업은 위험에 노출이 되어 있고 공격자의 타겟이 된다. 그리하여 기업들은 각종 보안솔루션을 사용하는 것이 현실적이다. 이것은 우리가 이용하고 있는 학내망에서도 예외일 수는 없음으로 학내망에도 FireWall, IDS, VirusWall VPN 등 여러가지 보안 솔루션들이 존재한다. 관리자들은 이 여러 가지의 보안솔루션들을 관리해야 하는데 그러기에는 효율성이 떨어져 모든 솔루션을 관제 및 통제 할 수 있는 어떠한 관리 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서 ESM이 관리하는 보안솔루션에 대한 기본적인 내용과 ESM을 사용했을 때의 장단점을 다룬다. 또한 그렇게 구현된 학내망에 ESM을 이용하여 관리자가 학내망을 더욱 효율적이고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 임도사업의 계획과 유지관리 단계에서 임도 관리자 집단의 의식성향을 파악하여 체계적인 임도 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행하였다. 임도의 계획과 유지관리에 대한 설문조사 결과, 임도 노선의 계획시 고려사항으로는 육림작업, 산지재해 예방, 목재수확 등의 항목에서 높은 중요도를 보였으며, 간선임도에 대한 선호도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 임도 유지관리 작업의 적절성에 대해서는 두 집단 모두 인력 및 예산부족으로 인한 어려움(92.9%)이 있다고 응답하였다. 임도의 개설로 우려되는 주요 피해형태로는 사면붕괴로 인한 인명피해, 사유지 통행에 대한 분쟁 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 현재 실행하고 있는 임도 유지 관리작업의 주요 내용으로는 배수시설의 정비와 노면정비가 높게 나타났다. 임도시설에 대한 주요 보완사항으로는 배수시설, 비탈면 녹화와 안정에 대한 응답이 높게 나타났다.

When an emergency situation happens in buildings, the top priority is to ensure the occupant from danger as soon as possible. Achieving that goal is a multifaceted and difficult task. However, current evacuation systems have many deficiencies in dealing with the emergency in multi-level structures. The shortage of abilities to continuously update database, predict the future situation and provide the information to users with contextual information is the limit in current systems. Thus, it is very crucial to introduce Evacuation Information System (EIS), which is able to respond quickly to the emergency, and transfer the information to both the administrator and the occupant. The main purpose of this paper is to build EIS on the basis of the indoor Geographical Information System (GIS). When the emergency happens, EIS gives the instruction to Emergency Response Model (ERM) at once. ERM carries out the order and calculates the optimal evacuation routes, then sends the result to EIS. At last, EIS transmits evacuation messages to the occupant who implements evacuation plan. This paper highlights the benefits of EIS in two aspects. One is that EIS can update the data continuously to support evacuation strategy-making. The other is that it can transmit evacuation messages to both the administrator and the occupant.

본 논문에서는 홈디바이스 인증체계 및 인증서 발급, 인증방법에 관하여 기술하였다. 홈네트워크에 참여할 수 있는 홈디바이스의 수가 많아짐에따라 공개키 기반의 홈디바이스 인증구조가 더욱 필요할 것이므로 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반의 홈디바이스 인증 시스템에 관하여 기술하였다. 또한 CA 관리의 편의를 위해 CA Administrator를 두어 CA 관리 인터페이스를 구축한 방법에 관하여 기술하였다.

The Subject of this research is building integrated library to supported to CAAD of the A.E.C field that is oriented to the environment of integrated design. In this research, we design and implement a new library model as a solution of design-data sharing and multi-displaying that is on the rise among many problems in construction integration. We name this integrated library ACO(Actual Component Object) and using the ACO, we can share data without loss in the fields such as construction, estimation, structure. Together with this, the different expressions along each field provide the solution of sharing both graphic data and non-graphic data. This ACO is a newly conceptualized Library that is able to supply a composite structure to an architect(designer) through the internet-based ACO System. To the ACO System that supplies those ACO service, we introduce the concept of DBMS in design and design administrator, and we investigate the solutions that enable an architect to use this ACO directly on the Web.
