The purpose of this paper was to study the plans for expanding sustainable consumption. Three plans for expanding sustainable consumption were discussed. That is, 1) the plans for expanding consumer awareness of sustainable consumption, 2) for constructing green infra-structure over the country, and 3) for driving economic motives of sustainable consumption were discussed in detail.

This paper is concerned with a design procedure for constructing finite dimensional compensators for a class of infinite dimensional aystems. Basically, this procedure consists of decomposing the state space of the basis of its modes and utilizing well-known finite dimensional algorithms for constructing observers and state feedback control laws. The finite dimensional observer dynamics is modified to account for the effect of the residual modes so as to achieve the stabelity of the closed loop system asymptotically.

In this paper we try to study a method of constructing plane sections of regular tetrahedron and regular hexahedron. In order to construct plane sections of regular tetrahedron and regular hexahedron first of all, we extract some base problems that are used for construction. And we describe construction process using base problems in detail.

It is essential to our economy that preserve the cement industry which has contributed to the growth of construction industry. However, it has not been easy to come up with constructing Silo complex in downtown area due to the opposition of residents, and lack of the supply base aroused the troubles in provision of cement. The main objective of this paper lies in making plans for constructing Silo complex and estimating logistics costs affected by the alternative complex.

This paper describes a mathematical programming model for constructing the rolling stock assignment plan. This plan is a schedule which assigns daily routings, maintenance activities, and other tasks to trainsets. A generalized set partitioning model which is a kind of integer programming model is suggested as a model for constructing the assignment plan. And a column generation method are suggested as a solution method.

In this paper, we review recent developments in network analysis using the graph theory, and introduce ongoing research area with relevant theoretical results. In specific, we introduce basic notations in graph, and conditional and marginal approach in constructing the adjacency matrix. Also, we introduce the Marcenko-Pastur law, the Tracy-Widom law, the white Wishart distribution, and the spiked distribution. Finally, we mention the relationship between degrees and eigenvalues for the detection of hubs in a network.

This paper proposes a way of constructing modern concept of geographic network by interpreting historical geography recorded in old archives such as the Tongdian(通典, Comprehensive Manual) which is one of the important materials in studying old concept of Chinese administrative geography. it is proposed a way of producing geographic network by constructing base network, and by combining and adjusting the constructed networks. The proposed way of construction has been applied for generating a geographic network around Bohai gulf and Sandong peninsula, by using descriptions recorded in the administrative division(州郡典) of the Tongdian.

This paper presents in detail the construction of an unsolvable Thue system on two letters. The approach employed consists of first constructing a Thue system ${\Gamma}$ on n letters whose decision problem is recursively unsolvable. Then along the lines suggested by Davis [1], a combinatorial system ${\Gamma}^*$ whose alphabet-consists of two letters is constructed whose decision problem is recursively solvable if and only if that for ${\Gamma}$ is.
